Giovani and his assistant came to do a plumbing assessment and estimate. Since they had some extra time that day, they not only did the estimate but worked on 4 problem areas in my home. I am very pleased with the results. Thank you - Highly recommend!

18 yr old water heater was leaking so needed a replacement.  EJ did work for me in the past, so called them, and they were able to come out the following morning -- which was good as I have teenage boys who need to shower frequently!

While here, they also did a fix to a minor leak in connector to washing machine for no extra charge.

I got a clogged and call for Trieu to unclogged the our bathroom. It turns out my whole drainage pipes were broken and were leaking for what I don't know how long it has been happening.  It was not a simple fix so he thoroughly explained the process and what needed to be done.  I agreed and he started working on the problem the same day. From snaking and water blasting, the clogged was later found to be near the city main sewage lines.  He had to dig in the front yard to install 2 ways clean out. What amazing is he repiped, capped open pipe, dug and installed clean out all that in two days.  He started early morning till late in evening.  Give him a call and you will not regret.

Todd from Drain Rooter Service @ 669-232-7086.  Todd is an honest, straight shooter.  I thought I had a leak since I've been hearing drip-like noises in the attic.  Todd came, crawled around the attic, and concluded that the fix can be done on my own with a few tips.  Who does that these days?  Wow!

Jared is awesome !! I had a plumbing problem , no toilets working, all my drains backing up. I called and he came within 45 mins of my initial phone call. He was very knowledgeable . Marlon was prompt in coming for assessment of the problem and providing a free quote. Subsequently, we scheduled an appointment for the job, which he didn't show. He contacted stating that he came by but no one answered the door. There was someone waiting for him at that time, sitting about 5 feet from the front door, but I gave Marlon the benefit of the doubt and agreed to reschedule. He again did not show up, and again stated that no one answered the door. My family member saw the truck with his company logo pulled up, stopped for a minute without anyone getting out, and drove off. So I decided to get another quote from another company after a whole week was wasted waiting for Marlon. That was when I finally understood why he didn't want to do the job. He misdiagnosed the problem. The other company fixed the real problem, which would've persisted with the solution that Marlon had suggested. I have to give him credit in perhaps realizing the misdiagnosis, and not wanting to do the job wrong, hence I gave the 2 stars instead of minimum 1. However, he should have been honest about it. There was no need to mislead me and wasted so much time. I had to take additional time of from work because of the wasted week.

5 Star Plumbing responded immediately and gave a great quote for replacing a kitchen faucet. Once I had agreed to the project/price they sent a follow up email & text to confirm the project details. Ben arrived right on time and installed the new faucet without any issues. It took about an hour and a half which I thought was pretty quick so I was happy about that. He was very clean about his work and also made sure I was satisfied with the install. Will definitely hire again in the future. Thank you!

This plumbing company is very professional and reliable. We hired them to do a big project to change the sewer and water pipe with city permit. They did a very fast and professional job and passed the city permit in one time. During the cooperation, they were very responsive, open-mind, easy-going, and hard-working which earns all my team's respect. I would highly recommend this company, especially when you need to do big project!

I needed immediate help with a clogged drain that wasn't fix with another company 3 weeks ago. Steve was super responsive and completely fixed my clog within half a day of my inquiry. He was friendly, good with my 3 dogs, and pricing was more than fair. Hands down, this was the best experience I have had from any plumbing service.

So our ceiling started leaking one day and we decided to look for a plumber thru Yelp. Messaged Steven and received a response within minutes . He came in the next day for a quote and fixed the problem the day after! I felt really bad actually cos It was a really hot day! But they were very professional found the issue and fixed it! They even patched up the drywall where they had to open up to figure out the problem. Price was reasonable . I will definitely contact them again for any plumbing issues !! Thank you!

Eddie is the real deal. We had a great experience with him. First, he is  polite when speaking on the phone, and ladies, don't be intimidated calling a plumber like Eddie as he doesn't talk down to women. (Some plumbers do not know how to speak to a lady.) He took out 2 old toilets and installed 2 new ones. Did a great job and didn't leave a mess. He even explained to us how to caulk the toilet because we wanted to learn.

To show he is an honest plumber, here's my experience. He quoted me for the job, which is the same quote I received from another plumber. I decided to go with Eddie because I was tired of calling around, and he was honest with me on the phone about the cost of discarding toilets. The other plumber told me how much he would charge to discard, and I could tell he was definitely making a lot of money off discarding. Also, I was reading Eddie's van while he was working on our toilets. It said at least $25 off any job indicating that his cost was cheaper than other plumbers. Well, he honored it and gave me that reasonable price.

He's polite, has good people skills, and our new toilets are working great. Will definitely call him for future plumbing needs.

We called them and they came and took care of my parent's pluming problem.  They were very professional.  They laughed at my Dad's jokes.  They will be back to put in a clean out soon.  Awesome service!  Thank you!

The plumbing crew was the first to respond and quick to arrive. They billed us a diagnostic fee ($89) despite us going ahead with their overpriced fix of total of over $400 for replacing one leaky shower valve. The lead plumber was very crass and unprofessional. He could not stop himself from staring at art work, touching our personal items, making sexist and uninformed remarks on items inside. For eg: Looking at jewelry boxes in my closet and asking me to give some to my husband, using the master bathroom without permission and then some more.

Update: After calling in a contractor, we learnt this plumbing company had misdiagnosed the plumbing issue and over-stated the water damage. We are glad to NOT have followed this plumber's recommendations on calling his friend's company to help with drying the area.
Given how they are keeping a close eye on reviews and boosting their Yelp ratings through positive reviews, I feel compelled to write this update.

I called at 8:00am, they came over at 8:30am done by 9:30am. Super, crazy fast. This was not a small issue either. The had to remove boards in my deck, run a snake, replace pipes, etc. Thanks guys!

Called them and they walked me through a quick check to see if I could fix a minor plumbing problem over the phone. Two minutes later the problem was fixed. I almost felt guilty not being able to pay them but the guy was totally cool. A few other reviews mentioned that these are honest plumbers and I certainly experienced that just over the phone. He could have so easily made a $50 service call out of my minor issue. I certainly know who I will call next time I have any plumbing issues.

I hired Water Quality to re-pipe my house on the recommendation of a friend, and in general, I'm very happy with their work. The guys who did the pipe work were terrific - on time, and everything was so clean at the end of the every day. I was also really impressed with how small the holes in the sheetrock were. Very professional. However, the guys who did the sheetrock replacement were less than tidy, and the texture matching was so-so. Water Quality also needs to improve communications with their customers. I had to call them several times to ask what the status of the job was (that's the reason for 4 stars instead of 5). I really couldn't tell when they were actually finished until they asked for payment. If I had it to do over again, I would happily hire them to do the pipes, but I would have someone else do the sheetrock. They really know pipes!
