Great!  They came right in the middle of the 2 hour window and finished within 30 min!  When I first called, they asked for a photo of the problem, and so they knew I needed a new popup assembly, so they were able to come prepared.  very efficient, very pleasant.  I will definitely use them again.

After finding out my parents had an illegal water heater, I had to make sure to get that fixed. Met with 2 other companies, and while the prices were pretty similar after talking with Samuel Delgado, he was the perfect person for the job. He wasn't pushing me to get the more expensive option, and made sure to explain everything thoroughly.

The job was quick, well done and if I have anymore issues that arise they would definitely be my first choice.

Our washing machine was causing the pipes in the walls to reverberate constantly whenever we washed clothes because of the high pressure. Trieu answered right away, and came out the same day!

After diagnosing the problem and offering a couple of solutions, we decided to try the cheapest and least invasive (a damper directly on the intake from the water pipes to the washer), as well as reducing the overall water pressure to the entire house at the street level.

Both fixes worked beautifully, and now the walls/pipes are a lot calmer as a result!

Very competent and business-like plumbing service.  Khoa definitely knows what he is doing.  Had an upstairs vanity that was clogged so bad that it was almost impossible to get hot water flowing before the sink started filling up.  He tried a 25 foot snake/auger, then a 50 foot snake/auger and still the clog persisted.  Turned out it was the drain lines under the house that were slowly closing up from 50 years of usage (see the photo, below).  Once he replaced them they are flowing freely.

Whenever I need a service person, I feel so vulnerable. I know that I absolutely need their service, but I know I am at their mercy when it comes to diagnostics, what's needed & price.
I'd called J&K  last year when my bathroom sink was plugged. They were prompt, efficient & worked quickly. I don't remember how much I paid, but I know I felt it was reasonable.
This time it was for my hot water heater. It seemed sudden that it my water just stopped getting hot. We really needed hot water! The men came at the time that they said they would. It took two men because I live upstairs. For the inconvenience of lugging heavy appliances or furniture up my stairs, I generally pay dearly & this was no exception.  The men were efficient & timely. They secured my new water heater properly & made sure I had hot water before they left. I was charged handsomely for labor & stairs.

Great plumber and very reasonably priced as well.  Saved us by his plumbing expertise in repairing the broken flange on our downstairs toilet and replacing the wax seal. Marlon's expertise saved us from replacing the flange, which would have required tearing up our concrete slab floor and tile.  We highly recommend his service for any of your plumbing projects.

my shower was not mixing hot and cold water properly. I hired 3 other plumbers before them. they all said they cannot find the cartridge for the shower and I need to replace the whole shower. This company was able to find a cartridge and save me a lot of money and hassles of breaking open a wall to replace whole shower

I'll start with the positive-- the receptionist Carina was always professional and courteous to me when I spoke with her--so thank you! And the prices at first seem good. They told me upfront the cost to snake our clogged bathtub would be $150. However on the day the plumber came out he was unprepared and had to leave and return with a different slimmer snake after he couldn't unclog the drain. Eventually he said that we would need a new system installed--a new p-trap and drain pipe would cost about $850 if all went well. On the day he was supposed to return he did not show up at the time of our appointment. I called and spoke to someone (not Carina) that told me it was not actually an appointment time that I was given but an appointment window and a that I should wait the full window of time (2 hours). I waited and he never showed and the company couldn't reach him after the allotted time . I hope he's okay but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise that he didn't show as that same day I was able to call another company who came out same day and they were able to unclog the drain within minutes. His no show saved us $600 in the end. So my advice if you go with this company is to get a second opinion and quote before you agree to any work after their initial assessment...and make sure you clarify the time you need them to be there before you book. Otherwise, you may be waiting a long time .

Steve came within a day to fix a drain that was blocked. The whole drain was corroded and he needed to replace it. His work was amazing and his price was very reasonable for his hours of work!

I wanted to post this review because of the great experience I had with Ed and his team.  We needed some major work done (sewer out line needed to be completely replaced) - it was a long way down a hill from our house to the street, under a fence and through some heavy brush.  We had received two quotes which we felt both sounded high to us.  A friend recommended we call Ed and within an hour he was at our door.  The first thing he did was snake and examine our line to make sure it actually needed to be replaced rather than repaired (it did).  He then explained to me exactly what he would do to replace and how he would do it as cost efficiently as possible.  Hi pricing was very fair and he quoted 2 days to complete the job (competition was quoting 3-4 days). Ed has invested in state of the art equipment, and employs a top notch crew - they were able to bore the old line out without digging a trench, and replace it by pulling a new line through the existing chamber.  He was also able to advise me on how to comply with city permit issues and was careful to keep me informed about each step of the process.  Having your sewer line replaced is never fun or cheap - but I have absolutely no regrets about working with Ed as he saved us money, time and made the process as painless as possible.  I definitely plan to contact Ed and his team for any future work we need done.

Had a plugged sewer line.  Around noon,called another plumber and they couldn't come out till tomorrow. Called these guys and the girl asked some questions and said Let me see what I can do. Next thing I know I have an appointment for same day between 12-2PM. By to 2:37pm the job was done.

Called Friday evening and They we're out early Saturday to make significant repair and restore water.

Well, Khan did it again! Yesterday, we noticed our water heater was leaking. We didn't pay too much attention to it since the water leaking from it was minimal. Fast forward 24 hours and now there's a small puddle in our garage. I called Khan at 10am this morning and in less than an hour, he and his business partner were at our home inspecting the problem. Unfortunately, the water heater couldn't be repaired so he recommended the entire unit be replaced. As luck would have it, he had the exact one we needed in his truck and he and his partner immediately went to work on removing the old one and installing the new one. By 12:30pm, they were done, but keep in mind, I called at 10am, they arrived at 11am and in 90 mins, we had a brand new water heater!

In the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic, I was very reluctant to have anyone come to my house, but desperate times call for desperate measures. Fortunately, our water heater is in our garage so I knew I could easily stay at least 6 feet away from having to speak with anyone and from any potential work that needed to be done. When Khan and his partner arrived, they were already wearing a face mask. Khan could immediately tell what the problem was, understood the severity of it, and got to work right away without any hesitation despite the numerous other jobs they had lined up. As a bonus, they even installed a metal barrier around the heater, along with a pipe attached to it so in the event it were to leak again, the water would have one central area to drain from vs. having it leak everywhere like our previous one did. Once installed, his partner explained what the different parts were, how to adjust it, and what to expect for the first 30-45 mins.

This is the second time Khan has come to our rescue and I'm certain it won't be the last either. His extreme professionalism, incredibly fast response time, ability to quickly identify the problem, and quality of work are unmatched. All of this and he still keeps his rates more than reasonably priced.
