These guys are great.  Very communicative...gave me a time window and let me know 30 minutes before they'd arrive.  Had them come to take a look at a clogged laundry sink...they snaked things out and realized the problem wasn't what I thought it was...they gave me some advice on how to solve it (even offered to walk me through it over the phone if I had trouble) and refused payment.  Really stand-up, fair guys.  Will definitely be top on my list next time I have problems.

My experience with EJ plumbing was top notch, starting with them answering the phone at 6:30 in the morning, and being able to accommodate us same day.

Victor arrived right at the beginning of the time window given and solved our toilet problem right away! He was courteous, wore shoe covers and generally went above and beyond including cleaning up!

Have had Trieu out twice now to fix a slow running drain.  I appreciate his timely response, availability and dedication to doing a good job.  He spends his time to make sure that the issue is fixed.  He was able to fix my drain problem that a few other people were not able to solve.

Mike came out on a Thursday evening and fixed our kitchen sink problem. It was a result of grease being poured down the drain over the past 10-15 years. Bathtub drain was clogged. They were able to promptly give an appointment in 2 hours and showed up on time. The technician showed up with all the tools and was able to quickly unclog the drain. He did a test to make sure the water drained off properly once unclogged. All in job was done within 50 mins and I paid 89$ for the overall service.

Had a portion of an exposed pipe rust and started leaking.  Called Local Rooter & Plumbing to take a look and schedule an appointment.  Jaime showed up to the site, and we talked about different solutions.  He was very knowledgeable!  Ultimately we agreed on one solution and he was able to do the replacement quickly.

Todd has been doing my plumbing for over a year now - he's been out to help me at least 4 times (my pipes are old and corroded, my daughter keeps flushing wipes, and that's the reason he has to keep coming back - not because he's not fixing the problem : ) ).

He is super responsive via text, always shows up on time or early, and is flexible in offering different appointment times.

Todd has educated me about the state of my old pipes on an ongoing basis. After repeated clogs kept him coming out, he recommended installing a front yard clean out drain which was an upfront investment, but now means that it's easier (and cheaper) for him to do future clean outs.  One of those was today. We had a long discussion about various options, and he did not recommend I have him do a more expensive job that was recommended by another plumber, because it would not fully fix my ongoing problems. He is honest with his recommendations, and he spends time discussing pros and cons with me, even when a bigger job would earn him more money and he tells me why I shouldn't rush to do it.

On one occasion, he needed to refer out a small project because he was booked and thought I should get it done ASAP. I respect that because he clearly cares about the outcome and customer satisfaction rather than insisting I wait until he is free to get the job himself.

I will keep using Todd as long as my pipes have problems!

We had sewer backup and Miguel came to give us an estimate for the job. He communicated very well and was very thorough in examining and evaluating the scope of the work.

Amazing same day service with water heater and main replacement.  Engineer arrived prepared with top of the line fittings, hoses, and hardware (other providers needed multiple trips to the hardware  store).  Easy to work with, highly recommended!

He really came through I dropped my roku remote down the toilet and it clogged my toilet . He was at my house in 30 minutes and knocked it out within an hour or so . He is such a nice guy too! If I could give Abram and his company more stars I would! I had a gas leak of all the things in my new place I got and dealing with mt home warranty and PG&E, Crown Plumbing helped me so much and quickly. I was supported in dealing with this process with my home warranty and steps needed by them to potentially cover this. Abram was kind, patient and responsive. His company got the work done fast thankfully since I couldn't stay at my home. His team of guys led by Moises were super friendly, communicative and fast but thorough. They did a lot of work in a short time, and the install was clean and looks really nice. They took care of my water heater while at, without long waits to get a new one to install and brought things up to code. They offered not only great quality work and quick, but took care of me during a stressful time. Thank you Crown Plumbing for getting me back in my home!

Our neighbor downstairs was complaining that water was leaking to his garage while we were using the shower upstairs. It's a tricky issue, as we did not see any leak in our bathroom, but we thought something was wrong, maybe the pipes burst inside the wall ?! We called around couple places, and Right Plumbing was the most responsive and came with the most reasonable quote to investigate into the problem.

Ed first came and had to cut open a small area of the garage ceiling of our neighbor, and confirmed the shower in our upstairs unit was causing the leak. As we did not see any leak in the bathroom, he suggested ways to fix the problem by cutting open the wall behind the bathroom so he could see the pipes and fix the problem from the back. This was before the Christmas holidays, and we told Ed we would call him back in the New Year to fix the problem as we would be away for the holidays.

When we contacted Ed in the New Year, he remembered us and the exact issue, and we were able to set up an appointment the very next day. He did cut open a hole in the wall from the back of the shower, which is actually the wall inside the closet in the bedroom. But the problem was trickier than we thought. The pipes were in good condition and showed no leak, and Ed patiently traced the source and finally figured out there are multiple areas of the leak, from the shower spout and the shower head, as well as the shower wall where the caulking had worn off. He then went to Home Depot to get the new parts, and also re-do the caulking around the tub, and confirmed there's no more leak. All these took the entire afternoon, but Ed still charged us the initial estimate despite the problem being more complicated than initially thought, and he also had to buy additional parts.

And he asked us to wait till the caulking dry out the next day before using the shower, and to double check for leaks before asking him to return to patch the wall. And thankfully we don't see any more leaks, but there are some water dripping from the spout when we used the shower head. Ed came with the tools and materials to patch up the wall, he kept saying he's only an expert in plumbing but not the wall repair, but we think he did an excellent job. As this is the wall inside the closet, we did not bother to re-paint it. Ed also fixed the dripping from the spout problem for us.

We will definitely be using Ed for any future plumbing needs, hard to find anyone who's so friendly as well as thorough in the work.

Installed a city cleanout for me and handled all the paperwork with the city. Fast and easy.

We were putting the kiddos into the bath on a Sunday night only to discover that the hot water had stopped working!  The boys were not thrilled with their cold bath that night.  I was also not please with the cold shower that I had to take on a Monday morning - what a way to start the week!  We contacted AAA via yelp and in less than 24 hours, we had an appointment set up and the whole ordeal taken care of.  Fast and affordable.  We totally don't take our running hot water for granted anymore.  Thanks so much!

Initially came to solve a clogged figure 5 pipe. Upon request, went to inspect re-plumbing work done by another company 3 months earlier and correctly diagnosed two issues, one of which was causing an ongoing leak (loose vent cap). We had the other company come back and fix - which they did without protest and under warranty. We're grateful for Ed's guidance and appreciate his expertise! Drain Masters is my go-to company next time.
