Best A/C Repair in San Jose CA

The cold water pipe under my kitchen sink leaks, and I have to call few number that I got from yelp to see who can be available in a short time. I don't know who pick up the phone, but it was actually already off hours. However, they still took my order and come on time. They really did a fine job there and also help me to fix something else under the sink without the charge. Later on, I found I mistakenly used an expired check, and called them again. they are very nice and understandful. Overall, they looks very profession, the whole process is clear and easy to communicate with them. They are on time, with good customer service. Nice job. If there are future plumbing work to do, I'd surely ask them.

Our ancient Water Heater starting to act up so called EJ Plumbing after a recommendation from a friend.  I called them in the morning and they arrived 2 hours later.  Mark and Gary (Mark was the more attractive one) did a great job and had the best prices after calling 2 other places.  I also received the 10% Yelp discount as well!!  They put in a top of line water heater: RHEEM, and did the installation in 2 hours!  They were friendly, knowledgeable, and very sweet to my twin girls since Mark had twin girls as well   The big bonus was that they left our garage cleaner than it was before they arrived.  So excited to take long hot showers again!

I found Handy Rooter for my kitchen facet low water flow issue here, Vu promptly responded to my request and scheduled an appointment at my earliest convenient. He came on time and quickly get to work after listening to me describing the problem. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and explain to me about the issue. I will use him again.

Michael at Affordable Plumbing was great!  He explained what was needed on the phone after seeing a picture of the problem and gave me an estimate of the repair work needed.  He was actually early on the day of our appointment, which I appreciated, and was professional in every way.  He did excellent work and was very fair in his price.  He even called to check up on the repairs that evening!   I will definitely be calling him again if I need work in the future.

Excellent experience. Had a water leak which another plumber diagnosed as leak in the front yard and gave a $3500 estimate. Khoa came and found the leak in a toilet. Fixed the problem in the fraction of the cost.

I had them come down because both toilets and showers were clogged due to a poor design a previous plumber did to my house.  Not only did they clean out my drains,  but they also replaced my old piping system with a new and more innovative design. It was truly fascinating.  Even better,  the replacement parts come with a 90 day warranty.  

I told them my price range and what I wanted done.  They were extremely flexible with me and worked with my budget.  

I've had at least 4 different plumbers come to my house to do done fixing and I was surprised that these guys were very knowledgeable and confident in what they do.  They made me feel at ease when I was stressed out. Awesome guys!

Definitely calling them from now on with all my plumbing issues.

Our shower drain got badly clogged. I contacted DRS via Yelp on the evening and they came the next morning. Thu thoroughly diagnosed and fixed our problem. He also explained clearly to me what the problem was. Totally recommend their service!

Javed-Kullie was amazing. Not only did he answer my quote within 10 minutes he was able to come and save the day. The pipes under my sink were installed by the previous owner and not only were they old but totally corroded. A pipe had broken which caused water to go everywhere. When Javed-Kullie assessed the situation, he gave me options on what to do. We ended up having to replace all of the old plumbing as it crumbled in his hand while working on it. In the end he was able to take a bad situation and clean it up professionally.. just look at the pictures. I would super recommend J&K Plumbing.. quick, easy, affordable, and professional!

These guys are great!  Team came on Xmas eve to fix a big issue with our kitchen faucet and also replaced our bar area faucet.  They were punctual and professional.  I was happy with the quoted price (I shopped around).  The work was done very well and quickly.  No surprise charges...I paid the quoted price.  Big thumbs up!  I will call them again for my plumbing needs.  Keep up the great work guys!

My newly purchased house needs a water regulator. After interviewing about 10 Yelp 5* rated plumbers, I decided to go with Steve's Local Local Plumbing because: 1). Steve did come for an onsite investigation on the problem and he is on time for the appointment; 2) He really knows what he does and explains clearly; 3). His warranty is among the best; 4) He works so hard so that his appointment times are more flexible than most of others; and, 5) He even went to my other house in another city (with low water pressure as a problem) and found out the city sewer system leaking- he did not charge for this trip.  

His installed water regulator has a normal level of water pressure but my house seems needs a higher-than-average level then he came with a replacement.

With the new regulator, I still see a little water over it but I don't see leaking. However Steve still came today- Sunday morning to double check. Finally we've both agreed the little water came from drips of roof gutter so the water regulator is in good condition without any problem.

He has the best quality with after-work services so I think he is the best and would highly recommend.

Service was done by Steven Ho and was done very promptly and communication was very smooth through out. His pricing is very reasonable too. I would definitely recommend this business!

Ed is truly the best plumber I have ever worked with. Earlier this summer, we had a major disaster on our hands when our 80-year old sewage pipes disintegrated and we had to dig up a patio to replace them. As we were planning to rent our house in three weeks, we were under a deadline to resolve this problem. We liked Ed's honesty, knowledge, sophisticated equipment, friendly manner and the way he kept us informed along the way. His price was reasonable, particularly in comparison to some of the larger businesses. Not only did he finish the job on time, but he and his crew worked around the clock and finished a few days ahead of time. I've noticed some plumbing issues in the past - such as pipes rattling when water dispenses from the refrigerator. I called Crown Plumbing and they were able to schedule an appointment. Shane came out and installed a water hammer arrester. He also noticed that the street water main to my home had a water pressure of 100. This should normally be at or below 60, per Shane. This was repaired and now the water pressure is contained - hopefully preventing any damage to the water pipes.

Fabulous work by Mesbah & team! We had a leak in our kitchen sink which could potentially cause water damage to our kitchen floors & cabinets. The team here responded quickly. They diagnosed the problem - a broken sink, broken drain pipe & a leaky kitchen faucet. They replaced the drain pipe & faucet then applied glue to the sink to repair the issue. They went to Home Depot to get the faucet & communicated great! Sending pictures to select from. They also guaranteed the work saying they'll do a free repair if the leak occurs again.
