Giovanni is amazing! The work he did is so high quality. Not only does he ensure every job is done right, but also done beautifully, just like doing an art that he would be proud of.
The quote he gave is very competitive, and even if he finds out more issues during the work, he just sticks to the original quote, which is quite unheard of.
He even voluntarily helped us install the kitchen faucet when installing the water heater, while others would have charged extra hundreds of dollars!
Aside from that, he's also very funny and talkative, and provides many suggestions and advice for your home. Really learned a lot from him.
We would definitely choose him again if we need to have more plumbing work done!

Two days ago we received a water bill for $1900.  Something was obviously very wrong with our plumbing, but nothing was obvious.  I called EJ plumbing and they were able to send out two technicians the following day.  The morning of the visit, I received a text with a photo of the technician along with his name and a quick bio.  He and his partner arrived 30 minutes before the proposed time and got right to work.  They were not shy about climbing under the house, checking for all possible problems, and then were able to diagnose and fix the issue.  I could not have been more thrilled with their service and would recommend them without reservation.  Their rates were reasonable and I was extremely happy with EJ plumbing.

Same day service! Fixed our kitchen sink clog in a jiffy. In and out in less than 40 minutes. Thorough job. Quick turn around time on emails.

In typical husbandly fashion, when mine contacted the plumber, he did not communicate all the issues of our 2 problem toilets.
With only a partial solution, we went out of town, and when we returned, you know it was the wife who got the job done. ;)
I reached out and within 90 minutes, Michael returned to complete what had been omitted by my partner, and priced very fairly- even with the exorbitant price of gas these days.
Now to explain to our landlord why this professional had to make TWO visits....

Kim Vo made amazing job in my house! He investigate the root cause of house issue, made a couple options to fix it, explain every step. Finally he resolved everything.

We have a 1930's Willow Glen house that has drain blockages every few years.  Our kitchen blocked today and my usual method of forcing my yard hose 15-20 feet up the clean out did not work.  Todd responded within a half hour, snaked the drain pipe through to the outside main, and quickly fixed the problem.  He was polite, knowledgeable and made a recommendation that we hydro jet the drain pipes next time we have a problem.  I will use them for that when needed.

We had a toilet leak for a few months now, and we couldn't figure out why. Ray, Ernesto and Ismael were able to help us fix that problem. It turned out to be a missing rubber tubing from the new piston valve inside the toilet that I missed during my DIY. They also helped us change out the shutoff valve and replace the piping which were old. On top of that they also helped us flush out the sediments from our water heater tank. Interactions were friendly and costs were reasonable. Definitely recommend to people.

Old garbage disposal was leaking. Gave Joe a quick call and he showed up in 15 minutes, replaced it and cleaned it up in an hour.

Try to double confirm again the schedule on the day 2-3 hrs ahead before coming.
No show, no response.

After hour, owner responded me back with reason why. I accepted the apology, and happy he did still reach me back. However, time is valuable and should inform ahead to customer about the delay or reschedule, and not let them wait for nothing. I request the service with another company instead, but I still give little bit credit back to the owner for his apology.

I'm very happy with the work United Plumbing did.  I've been a home owner for a while and dealt with many plumbing companies, but this was my first time with United.  They were very responsive, had 5 star ratings on yelp, and the last plumber I worked with said they don't do any landscaping work.  So I went with United and they fixed the leak.  They were very professional and responsive.  I am also very on guard with plumbers because I've been price gouged before.  But United's price was very fair.  I will now be loyal customer of theirs based on this experience.

The responded same day to fix my leaky shower originally told.me.they would be here between 1-3 then shortly before 3 got a call saying he was running a little behind and asked if I would be fine with a 3-5 or reschedule I told them 3-5 was fine. Shortly after 4 they arrived and let me know the problem and how much to fix. They were a little higher than another quote I got but said they would match when I could verify the quote I received, he was super quick got everything taken care of and cleaned up after he was done he had a mask and foot booties on I cannot recommend this place enough

Khoung is such a honest gentlemen, we had a snaking job to be done at a kitchen. He recommended replacement of the drain section. Such a good hearted man. So we don't need to snake it every year! Even though it cost us replacement but his right advice well worth the $. he replaced the drain in about 4 hours.

We were really struggling with sewer problems and completely clogged sewage lines. Multiple plumbers couldn't easily detect what was going on. I got referral for Steven from a friend and he said he'll come clean it. No work no pay.

He came within 2 hours, ran snake and hydrolic cleaning and cleaned up once. He then ran a camera through the line and figured that a tree root had displaced the pipes beneath the tree. He asked me to get permission for property line clean out, and gave a very competitive quote.

He then came and did the entire thing (cutting the tree, digging 10ft hole, replacing pipes, and fixing the stuff) in a day. He followed up punctually with the inspectors and got inspection done in a few days and then covered the hole.

He also did a 2 way clean out next to our house for minimal charge.  

Steven was a savior in this dreadful situation. So thankful we found him. 5 stars to city of sewer.

To me, the important thing about a plumber is reliability. I went through a few plumbing companies before I found Crown. Crown Plumbing has been servicing my income-producing brownstone in Manhattan for many years. We're not one of their bigger clients, not by a long shot. But they treat us as if we were. They fix any issues with heating or leaks the day I call in. They check our boilers at the start of the winter. For some reason one of our boiler's pilot fails every couple of years. Aware of this, they always have thermocouples in the truck in preparation. And the couple of times that we've had a serious problem (it's an old building), they show up immediately any day of the week. Their reliability comes with very reasonable prices. Crown Plumbing delivers excellent service.

I called very late after regular typical business hours not expecting my call to be answered. To my surprise, they picked up and listened to me explain that my current water heater was leaking and without hot water. He asked for the basic info of what tank I had currently and gave me a negotiable quote with and appointment for the next morning. That was a win already. The crew showed up as promised, got to work, and finished timely. They answered all questions, gave their word to stand by their work, and very responsive throughout the experience.

Called All Go Plumbing and Rooter to schedule repairs to 2 showers and a leaking bathroom sink. They came the next morning and fixed everything within 30 minutes. Will be using their services again in the future!

I had my main water line break in my front yard.  Called Drain Doctor and they sent someone over and he quoted me $3,800 to replace my water line with copper.  I thought that was a lot for the job so I looked up plumbers on yelp.  I saw AAA had a 5-Star rating with 253 reviews.  I called Khan and told him what happen to my water line.  He quoted me $1,500 for the same job, that's 40% less.  Needless to say, I went with AAA and they came the next morning, trenched my front lawn to get to my water line, replaced it with 3/4 copper and filled the trench and replaced the sod on my lawn.  They cleaned up my yard and walkway and after they were done, you wouldn't have been able to tell that they dug a trench in my lawn.  Khan and his crew were thorough, professional, knowledgeable and very friendly.

Had a blockage (or two) in my sewage lateral a couple weeks ago, almost at the point it reaches the sewage main in the street.  I called Drain Masters, and Edward came out pronto and snaked the clogs out no problem with 125 ft snake.

The previous plumber I called couldn't reach the clog because his snake wasn't long enough, and told me I needed another clean line installed at the front of my house to solve the problem, which would have been about $1000 to install.  Edward called B.S. on that claim, and unjammed my lateral for a good price.

Thanks for the honest business, Edward.  I'll definitely call you for any future plumbing problems I have.

02/21/2012 - Edward stopped by to replace some valves under my bathroom vanity sink.  Was right on time, answered all my questions about my upcoming bathroom renovation, and was very fair with price.  Again, a very professional experience - I will definitely make Edward my go-to guy for my plumbing needs in the future.

I had a problem with my water heater. I called them in the morning, they were polite, super responsive. They found that the required parts were still under warranty and went out of their way to get out to my place quickly and their communication was fantastic. I highly recommend this company. Fantastic.
