I called Giovanni because the plumber I originally had an appointment with couldn't come.  
Giovanni was nice enough to come over after his normal working hours to have the sink fixed, so we didn't have to suffer another day without a working sink.  
He was on time, knowledgeable and polite.  Got the problem fixed and even told us how to keep the drain clean so we don't run into problems like this.
I highly recommend his services!

We had a leak under our kitchen sink - it was fixed on the spot. Toilet pressure not consistent do it was recommended that we but a new toilet. Happy with the installation!

Trieu was very nice and friendly. He came to unclog a bathtub drain. He explained everything that is going in and what he did. Also, he wouldn't have charged a fee unless there is an actual issue.  I definitely would reecommend him to my friends and family.

We moved into our house a year ago and had no idea what the state of the sewer pipes were like. We noticed water from our kitchen sink pouring our of the clearout/overflow outside of the house near the sink. However, nothing else was backed up so a bit of an unusual problem. This was Monday evening.
Gave Todd a call Tuesday morning and he came by on Tuesday afternoon. He tried snaking it which did improve the drainage, but he did some follow up testing which involved sending a lot of water down the drain. Sure enough, it started backing up again.
Todd recommended a hydro jet and explained the snaking probably only opened a small hole in the blockage - enough to allow draining over time, but not really clearing all of the blockage. He said his policy was no drain, no charge so he would charge only for the hydro jet and not the snaking he'd already done.
We agreed and boy, did the hydro jet clear out a lot of stuff!  Mostly calcium build up according to Todd.  After the hydro jet, Todd performed more tests and this time all the water drained out of the kitchen sink quickly and none out of the clearout/overflow.
We were extremely pleased with Todd's professionalism and thoroughness. We would definitely use Drain Rooter Service again.

Marco is super-responsive and knowledgeable and helped me understand all of the various options involved in replacing our water heater, with very friendly same-day service.  I'd highly recommend him and his company.

I don't write many reviews.  Only if the company stands out as either very good or very bad.  Today I'm writing about excellent service from J&K Plumbing.  I had them replace both waste with ABS and fresh with soldered copper.  The entire crew was easy to deal with but specifically Joe, the guy in charge stood out to me.
One quote, 10% up front and the remainder upon completion.  More than anything, Joe seemed to aim to please.  I added many jobs and, while he might suggest a different way to do it, it was done to my satisfaction or better.  Honestly, I added so many changes that I cannot remember all of them.  So, I'll mention a couple.  I wanted natural gas piped to the back yard for my BBQ.  He added 40 feet of 3/4 pipe to do this.  I wanted my refrigerator ice maker plumbed.  He did this.  I wanted it changed.  He did that too.  I wanted the clean out moved toward the street near the sidewalk.  This required a much deeper hole dug.  He did that.  There were other things but I just don't remember.
I learned over a two day job with one day of clean up work to trust Joe.  His word is good and he truly wanted to leave me happy with their work.  He knows the technical aspects of plumbing.  I know a bit myself, being 73 years old, but Joe was able to answer all of my questions plus some surprise answers.  So, I learned some things.
The job is complete and I believe I got a very fair price.  I am happy with the work and the price.  I can't speak highly enough of Joe's technical expertise, honesty, and manner.

I called the day after Thanksgiving regarding a water meter leak, got a call back within 10 minutes. Another 20 minutes and they were at my house and fixed the problem for basically lunch money. And provided priceless education on the plumbing situation at my house. What more could you ask for? Super duper 5 stars, thanks!

United Plumbing was amazing. Alexandr was efficient, professional, and punctual. After leaving, my faucet was forming drips. I texted the company with my concern, and Alexandr came right back. He waited patiently for the slow-forming drips and determined it's due to the high arc design of the faucet. Their service and responsiveness was impressive. Will definitely use them in the future and recommend highly.

I had several complicated, non-emergency plumbing jobs which Always Rescue Plumbing took care of. I'm extremely satisfied with their work! They were very efficient, courteous, had competitive pricing, and were even willing to look under my house during a free visit to give me an estimate (other places charged a fee for this). I'll definitely be using them for plumbing work in the future!

Our water heater went out last Sunday and though many plumbing companies wouldn't come out until the following Monday, Steve was able to come out right away and even gave me a free estimate when other companies wanted to charge a service fee.

He was very helpful in explaining the issues with my water heater and why it needed to be replaced, and on Tuesday he and his team came and took care of everything very quickly!  The process could not have been smoother and I definitely would recommend him to anyone looking for an efficient and responsive plumber.

Eddie fixed our kitchen faucet and food disposal unit. He was on time, friendly, and knew what he was doing. The job was difficult with corroded pipes and joints, but he still managed to finish it pretty quickly.

We've used Crown Plumbing for several plumbing projects around the house over the past few years, from replacing our water heater to fixing a leaking dishwasher. They are always timely, courteous, and responsive. I appreciate that every repair person who we've worked with has taken the time to explain what they're doing and why, and what things I might be able to do on my own in the future. I had an issue with my kitchen drain that required some snaking.  Kiet was very responsive and was able to come to my residence on the same day without a upfront fee unlike other places.  His assessment were pretty much in line with what I expected and he took care of the problem right away at a very reasonable price.  Had experiences in the past with other plumbers that try to push other treatments that are not necessary.  Would definitely recommend Kiet.

Khan called me back within one minute of submitting a quote request. He diagnosed my problem on the phone for free, and gave me 2 quotes for 2 options. He didn't push for neither option and gave me time to think. He sounds like a very honest and trustworthy person to work with.

don't let them buy a toilet for you.  50% mark up on what you could otherwise purchase yourself at Home Depot!   Charged $225 for a Toilet that was $150 cost to anyone off the street.  Oh, and by the way it's a piece of crap!  I would have been happy to pay whatever for a good toilet, but got a cheap one for a premium price.  Not Happy!  Their tagline is Honesty is our policy.  yea, right!  He could have told me I could take 20 minutes and save myself $75.... Won't be using these guys again.

While I was out of town my family had to cope with a seriously clogged toilet.

They did come out quickly the first time, removed the toilet, snaked the line and charged $195.  If that worked, this would have been a 5 star review.  However, within 24 hours it was clogged again.

They weren't as fast the second time; the family waited over the weekend with a clogged toilet,  They came out after the weekend and removed the toilet and snaked again (for another $125 charge!) but within 24 hours it clogged yet again.

They then told us we had to replace the toilet, ideally with an expensive Toto one.  Hundreds more dollars.

By that time I had returned from my trip, I ran hot water through the toilet and gave it a serious plunging and it has been fine ever since.

As near as I can tell they did not attempt to plunge or clear the toilet, but I wasn't there so I can't say for sure.  I'm unhappy that I was able solve the problem with a plunger that they couldn't with almost  $325 in labor, and a recommendation to spend more.

I imagine they did some good, but I was unhappy with the final result and what I believe to be an inappropriate recommendation.

We may yet replace the toilet, but we will not use this company, at least not for anything toilet related.
