We had a leak next to one of our bathrooms. San Jose Drain and Main came on a short notice and diagnosed the problem by doing some extensive tests and going under our crawl space. They diagnosed that that it was due to a grout sealing issue. They gave an estimate for the repair and they came back again and fixed the grouts and closed all the gaps. They were very professional, courteous and on time. They  respond very quickly on Yelp and on text to set up appointments.  I'd recommend them for any plumbing and related issue.

Update again.....Different issue, with an addition on the house. They sent Eddy and Angel again. So fabulous and efficient. I can't say enough about these guys. Danny was super responsive as well. They are truly honest, hardworking guys. Even though they raised their prices, they are worth the quality.

Trieu has come to my house 3-4 times for different jobs including installing a new water line for a new refrigerator ice maker, fixing a downed drain line under a kitchen, leaking plumbing under the floor of a bathroom, etc. He is the only plumber I ever call now. He is very professional, very fair, takes time to explain everything, shows and leaves you with pictures, and gives great advice.

Most recently when we had a bathroom leak and had water damage, he came out on request, inspected the plumbing, and presented possible scenarios of how we could deal with the water damage. I value his opinions/advice and he is always extremely fair with pricing.

Our hall bath sink drain was leaking and smelled nasty. It was time for a new drain. Mike was able to fit us in same day after a busy day with multiple customers. He was done within an hour on the reasonably priced simple repair. He made sure there were no leaks before leaving our home for quality work. I appreciated he was swift to attend to our repair same day with a positive attitude and fun banter. Mike created some serious loyalty today. If you have a residential plumbing problem, this is the guy, Khoa, to contact. He is very responsive. Quick reply to your questions. Don't be fooled by the short history of the business, he has many years of experience. I just needed a water line for my new refrigerator. Most other plumbers were too busy and/or expensive (flat rate). After sending pictures and discussing the layout, I was given a fare quote (under $200). He seemed honest and trustworthy.

TLDR; was able to have a same day appointment scheduled, arrived on-time, cleaned out and replaced my pipe. Pricing was also very reasonable.

My husband and I noticed that our toilet would spewing out water from time to time so decided to reach out to Local Rooter & Plumbing to come for an on-site visit.

We had a scheduled appointment for 10:30 AM and they showed up on time and told us that they would be able to hydro jet the pipes to clear anything blocking the sewage. They even had a camera go down to double check that everything was cleaned.

A couple months later, I also had them replace some old pipes that had been badly done by a previous plumber that looked like a rollercoaster (it went up/down and zigzagged all over). They called us 30 minutes prior to arriving, helped take before and after pictures for us, and also explained to us everything they did. They even cleaned up the area after they left.

I would highly recommend them!

Late evening sewage backup and could not find anyone to come out. Todd answered and came within 10 minutes. He fixed our backed up pipes in less than 20. Fast, courteous and friendly. It was great to support a local small business. Would use him again!

Overall great experience and work! There was a unexpected situation but Marco handled it professionally without fuss.

I needed a toilet replacement. I called to see when I could schedule, and they said he can come over in an hour. Great! Then he actually showed up when they said they would and went straight to work. I also had him replace a water spigot outside as well. Took him a little over an hour or so for both jobs. Everything just worked and looked great. Just a nice hassle-free experience that's hard to come by these days. Thanks!

Marlon and crew are great! Quick to respond, always on time and reasonably priced! For whatever reason I have had a few plumbing issues lately and he gets right here and takes care of it! If you have any plumbing needs you should call him!

DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. Other 1-star reviews are saying truth about how this company always over-complicate the issues and try to charge more. It was just a small water line leak in the backyard. They quoted as $450 to find the leak and find it, while we already show them the leaking part. At the beginning they agreed with $200. However when they fix the issue, they asked $300 + tips! You need to be tough on their offer and tell them there's only so much you can give

Steve did a wonderful job above and beyond  the jobs at hand. I am on a budget but wanted to upgrade the bathroom. Steve installed a new toilet, new vanity,  faucet, bathtub fixtures and shower doors. During a pandemic it's risky having anyone in the house but he is very conscientious about mask protocol and very clean.  I would definitely hire him again for any future project small or large.

Responded really fast. Price was acceptable. They helped inspect every shower drain and suggested what was required to do unclogging. Once of the drain was so clogged that 20 min was spent on it. But they eventually did it.

I would recommend their unclogging service.

We had a bathroom disaster early Saturday morning, and we needed someone to come out quickly to deal with a clogged drain. We had a reply to a request to quote within 10 minutes, and he was looking at our drains within the hour. After a thorough clean out and cutting out roots from the main line sewer, we were back in business. Would definitely recommend.

Called Abram in the morning regarding a water heater leak. He was able to send out Mike fairly quickly. Mike had good manners, presented everything fairly, shared the technical aspects of his diagnosis, and was easy to talk with.

He offered advice on next steps that should be considered and was not pushy about it. I liked that.

If I have any more plumbing needs, I will be sure to go back to Mike, Abram, and Crown Plumbing.

The service is great. Did a excellent job in fixing our shower valve and toilet base leaking issues.

Had a backed up Kitchen sink.  Called around and Kiet had a good price and good reviews here so I went with him.  He arrived promptly and did a great job.  The last guy that came out couldn't get the clean out drain open and gave up on it.  Kiet took the time to work on the cap and was able to get it open.  Snaked it a couple times and voila no more sink backup.  He even took a look under the house and answered a couple question.   I will definitely give him a call next time we need plumbing services.  I would be quick to recommend him to my friends.

These guys are great. I will be calling them to replace our water heater.  They responded quickly to my call and repaired the outlet pipe to our kitchen sink on a Sunday. They were so nice too!

Called at 9.30. At house within 15 mins of target 2.30. Done with hose replacement, faucet installation and bath leak fixes in 45. Simple stuff that I've been fooling myself I fixed 4 times over. Best money  spent in a while. Edward was top notch - very quick, professional and reasonable in my view
