uh, can we just say there's a special place in heaven for these guys? Not only responded immediately, but to one of the most obscene jobs I could inflict on someone. He was pleasant, cleaned up the place, and even left me a free pen (which I disinfected promptly after he left to avoid hurting his feelings). Go Atlas!

I used Star Rooter to do a couple rooters on an old sewer main, then had them do the trenchless while we were getting our driveway replaced. They were on-time, hard-working and worked through some complications with an addition that was built onto the main.

I had this work done in 2019 and have had 0 issues so far.

Sean has been my go-to plumber for over six years. From water leaks to installing a new water heater, he's always been reliable and responsive, not to mentioned the reasonable pricing. He's super friendly and very professional. Would recommend him to anyone.

Ben came by within 30 minutes, and found that what I thought was a leak was actually an issue with the sealing around my bathtub/shower. So not actually a plumbing problem. He didn't charge anything for the visit. When we do have plumbing issues in the future, though, we will definitely call Save Now.

I was quite proud of myself for reinstalling the garage sink. I even built a sink stand for it! So after finally hooking everything up, I was pretty disappointed to find a leak in the cold water shutoff valve. I decided against tackling it myself, since the last thing I wanted was a surprise fountain, and grimly started calling plumbers.

I hate making phone calls, and I hate leaving voicemails even more. So when I called Alameda Rooter and got no answer, I hung up without even leaving a voicemail. Imagine my surprise when I got a phone call back 10 seconds later! Ygnacio arrived less than 15 minutes after our conversation and did an exceptional job repairing the leak in our garage sink's cold water shutoff valve, even giving us some plumbing tips for future DIY projects. I'll definitely be calling again if I ever have another leak. Heck, I might even bother leaving a voicemail. They're that good.

We became members of Moore's program last year after they repaired our furnace.  Chris Ostrom was the service representative who came by for the regular 6-month service.  He ran the tests for the furnace for our main house.  I asked him whether he could also take a look at a furnace in our cottage.  He helped diagnose some potential problems and then immediately tried to call a different crew to come in (same day) to give a quote to help tidy and fix the cottage attic space.  We will likely add the cottage to the member program also.   Friendly, helpful and efficient.

Amado and his team are always responsive, and will problem solve until the issue is completely fixed. Westgate re-did our entire plumbing for our remodel. Highly recommend.

We have been very happy with every interaction with Divine Electric. Most recently Paul Kelly repaired our hot tub (bad 220 breaker), quickly and efficiently. And he was a pleasure to work with. He was our hero for the day!

Just had a crisis with the sewer line backing up and Precision Rooter came right away and fixed everything.
I was so relieved because it was on a weekend and I thought that I couldn't get anyone.   The price was very reasonable.

Completely irresponsible. Set up an appointment then cancels last minute. Give out two options for reschedule only to tell you one of them doesn't work. All without any explanation. Not a good way to do businesses

I really liked Juan because he felt like someone I could trust. He took the time to explain the issues to me (leaky toilet and replacing a tub spout), how he was going to fix it, and what I needed to know in order to prevent future problems.  There was one item (a mysterious leak) which unfortunately, he wasn't able to figure out; however, he didn't charge me for the time he spent trying to replicate it.

I also found him to be efficient with his time. There were 3 separate items he needed to address, and he was able to work effectively with his assistant where it didn't feel like they were wasting time or stalling.

I had only a general idea of what I needed - I wanted to rearrange my garage to make more usable space by moving the washer/dryer and water heater to different locations. I had several people come to give quotes, and they all wanted to do more work for a higher rate. Shedrick gave me more advice and options to get the project done and gave the best rate for the job. I wanted some changes during the project and Shedrick was able to work it in. I'm happy with the results and the timing of the project.

I found our ceiling was soaked and water leaked everywhere in the garage on a Friday night. I messaged Orlando and he showed up 8am Saturday. He opened our ceiling and patched it back after everything was OK.
Orlando also helped us installed a brand new tankless water heater. I contacted other installers previously, they said my gas pipe near the heater wasn't wide enough, so it would be an additional $2k to have that upgraded. Orlando was resourceful when routing the gas pipes, so we didn't pay a penny for the gas pipe issue. He installed the heater securely and fast.  I highly recommend him!

They just completed our sewer-lateral overhaul for Alameda Co. compliance.  Service is professional, amicable, and transparent  ((quoted price for the work and final invoice were nearly identical))  Also, our sewer lateral was especially deep-down, but was apparently no problem for Will and his crew.   10/10 would recommend, and will certainly be calling them back for internal plumbing work in the coming months.

Nobody wants to deal with plumbing issues, zero fun. We had a leaky garbage disposal and a pipe under the kitchen sink need to be replaced. Patrick was awesome! He was on time quick and cleaned up after himself! Patrick was professional, knowledgeable and did a great job! If you have plumbing issues this is the place to call!

My dad tried to fix a small leak at a shutoff valve under a bathroom sink.  It didn't work as planned and the water for the entire house had to be shut off.

Stan, who was recommended by another plumber, showed up within hours to save the situation.  I definitely recommend Stan and will be using his services in the future.

Excellent response time!  Angel arrived 90 minutes after I called.  Also, very knowledgeable and experienced.  We could tell right away we were in capable hands.  Would call them again in a heartbeat if I couldn't manage the situation myself.
