Yevgeny did an awesome job cleaning up my clogged kitchen sink drain. He took the time to explain the different issues that were causing this, took the time to fix it up and even upgraded a few drain pipes for me. He is highly recommended and did a fantastic job!

I hope Moe gets a ton of more work, I'll just start off to say. In a city infested with companies, contractors, and plumbers who don't take the time to respond to a voicemail, or who want to wait a week to send someone out to do a 10-minute job, Handy Moe is the complete godsend. I left Moe a voicemail and he got back to me within 30 minutes. I had a glass sliding shower door that needed to be put back onto its track, but the weight and the awkwardness put me in the hospital last night, so I needed a professional to take care of it. (Don't worry, I'm totally fine.) Moe was able to correctly assess and understand how long it would take to do the job, as I told him it was roughly a 3-5 minute job--to convey its utter simplicity, and he was able to give me an affordable and reasonable estimate. Moe provided a time that was best for him and was punctual and communicative. He actually cared about my situation. The job was done in less than 15 or 20 minutes, and he was hero for the day. A friendly chap, you can see the natural eagerness and enjoyment he has for fixing things. This is definitely his calling, and by far stands out from any other company I contacted in SF today. He's my go-to for certain.

I had a leak in the drain underneath my bathroom sink.  Assumed this would be an easy fix so I initially hired a TaskRabbit.  This guy took 3 hours, two trips to the hardware store, and charged about $250 and make the leak worse.  Then got a friend's handy man to try to fix.  He came by twice and charged $100.  The damn thing was still leaking.  Found Boris through Yelp.  He came the next morning and fixed it in about 30 minutes.  No leaking.  Would definitely hire him again.

This is the second vendor I tried to call who doesn't clear out his message box.  I don't understand how people can run a business, not answer the phone and not be able to leave a message.  Guess work is good for him, I'll take my business elsewhere!

My husband called Manuel the past Sunday.  He's the only one didn't charge us extra working on weekend.  Manuel did a fantastic job. Thank you for his prompt response and great service!

Daniel and his his team is the only plumber I rely on, and I've been working with him for the good part of a decade. Tried others, but nobody is a thorough as he is and will never gouge you. Gas, water, troubleshooting, or extensions/construction, he is a complete pro for all of those situations. He is worth the wait if you don't have an emergency but will always prioritize you if you have one. Easy 5 star rating.

Had an issue with a water heater these folks installed five years ago.  They showed up less than an hour after my call to them, fixed the problem, and made sure the new parts were covered by warranty.  If you want a plumber who is responsible and professional, Leonardo is your man.

Thank you Yelpers!!!  I gave Paul a call but got his voicemail but got a text back from him within the hr.  Schedule for him to come onsite to my house to help out with installing a new kitchen sink, install a Nest system, stucco work on the house, and seal up and old dryer vent.  I like how we worked through texting since I am usually in the phone and respond quicker by text so this was a plus!!!

Paul came over on time and as scheduled. He is a friendly person who took time for me to go over details on what I wanted him to do that day. My old contractor flaked out in me for the kitchen project -  Paul just stepped in and started to work on it. I was a bit worried at first since it appeared that removing the kitchen faucet was harder then intiallu expected but Paul persevered and eventually got the stripped screw to come off for him to complete the work.  Paul was courtesy and conscience of who I had at the house but just went straight to work, didn't take any breaks, didn't stop for lunch or anything.  Hard worker!!!

I am going to be using Paul for other projects around my house and glad that I had an opportunity to work and trust the reviews given about him.

We did a bathroom remodel and interior painting, one of the most things that got my attention during the job is how clean is the job site everyday after work , amazed by that , job was excellent, my wife is very happy from the final results. Definitely recommend Bay Area Renovation.

Fantastic service. Water heater went out Saturday eve, three days before Xmas.  Left a message with them that night and they got back to me Sunday at 6:00 am,  and were at our house with the new heater (the old one lasted 20 years!) by 11:00 a.m.   Could not have asked for any better service than that.  The gentleman who came to our house for the installation was friendly,  quick, and patiently explained how the new unit worked.  Great experience, highly recommended.

I have read many reviews on different businesses but this is the first time I have ever felt compelled to write one.  Practically every business I have looked at, no matter how many positive reviews there were, there were always some negative (and very negative) reviews.  Tavor plumbing only has positive, mostly 5 star reviews.  In my opinion, this is completely justified.  Anything that I could say has already been said over and over.  AND RICK WORKS ON SUNDAYS! He came to my home on Friday, saw what needed to be replaced, and returned on Sunday morning and replaced it. Couldn't be happier!

My heater was not working properly it needed the control board replaced.  The plumber replaced it, It works great. He was on time and had a nice attitude. I would definitely recommend this company

So, after trying unsuccessfully to unclog my own bathtub, I had to capitulate and call in the pros. After a quick Yelp perusal, I gave Performance Plumbing a call.

Since it was a little into the evening hours, I was already wincing about the costs, but it was only gonna be $95 if there wasn't anything catastrophic going on. Had I called during the day they would've charged me $65, oh well I needed the drain unclogged now. Vlad showed up between the hours quoted and got to work post haste w/the pipe snake. Wow! He had the drain unclogged faster than you can get into a girls pants at a rave while she's peaking on ecstasy!

Nuff said. If I ever have plumbing problems again I'm calling Performance Plumbing!

Needed a plumber for two different problems called back quickly and the service was prompt, well done, and clean. Would recommend highly.

Lutz Plumbing is amazing.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing/heating and air conditioning.  Sandra in the office was fast and organized with the scheduling.  The team who came out was extremely hard working, fast, efficient, respectful, and friendly.  What a great experience from start to finish!! Very happy with their work.

Had a great experience on an after-hours call to fix a stopped drain. The prices were fair and reasonable, the work was efficient, and everything worked out well. I would absolutely call again if I had more plumbing work to be done.
