Had Alex A. worked on our water heater for a 12 unit building since  the past 6 months. I've used Arch going as far back as the upgrade since 2013. They've responded w/in 12 hrs. in a weekend & came w/the 2 parts needed in one swift call. This past month I've had Alex come by on 2 other 12 unit properties when the hot water went out. The recovery/repair was w/in the same day. Alfredo & Christian, ur service team is very amazing & the estimates were reasonable in today's market.  The estimates going back 10 yrs, ago, just like everything else,. Those days r over. A blessing to have u 4 all my plumbing needs.

We needed a leaking copper pipe and water pressure regulator replaced  Ferdie came out even earlier than the appointment time  and provided me with an estimate later that day. His prices are very reasonable for what we needed done.   Made our appointment for today to do the job.  He and Oscar knocked it out in no time.  Very nice to deal with and definitely would use him again.

Had a plugged shower drain and a mysterious overflowing toilet in the spare bathroom. Thought the two might be related, but they were not and Mauro couldn't figure out what was wrong with the toilet. A little disappointing, but it wasn't the cause for my call, the unusable shower was.

He tried snaking the shower drain from the shower itself, but the clog was too far down the trap and he couldn't get a proper angle on it. He came back the next day with a ladder and snaked that clog right on out through the vent on the roof. There's a 2 month warranty on his work and the drain works perfectly. Turns out it was a buildup of rust and minerals, which is why my attempts with Dran-O and more hardcore cleaners didn't work.

I thought I would be charged more than the base quote of $108, because he needed to deal with this over the course of 2 days, but nope! $108 it was. Another plumber I had called wanted to charge $250 for the first hour and $250 for each hour after that... NOPE. So very happy with Mauro and will absolutely call again if more trouble arrises.

I have to say, I had a slightly confusing interaction with their crew at first. BUT the owner Graham, called me and really smoothed things over.

We have a restaurant and our back up hot water heater went out on a Friday!

Marcus the technician came at the time stated, and their dispatch notified me when he was on his way.

This morning they installed a brand new water heater and we only lost water for 10 minutes.

Last week I was reminded again why I use Bay Area Sewer Inspections for all my sewer work. I called John for what I thought was an easy cleanup of a toilet sewer blockage in one of my apartments. Only it turned out not to be so routine. In fact it was very complicated with very difficult access. John worked diligently for an hour without success. I was worried that he would do what another plumber would probably do and call it quits and say goodby and good luck. Not John. He doubled down and after a few hours he achieved success. He then went around and cleaned out other areas that other plumbers had only partially cleaned. If you have sewer problems, John Prior of Bay Area Sewer Inspections is the guy to go to. He is a pro. He doesn't give up.

Very professional and reliable would recommend 100%. Hector is very knowledgeable and honest. He came to our office to fix some lose tiles and we were more than pleased with his work. He was punctual and explained the work he did to the very last detail.

I have learned the truth about saying, the two most important things you need to have when you grow up are 1. A good tax accountant and 2. A great plumber!  Nigel and his team are the way to go!!!! They are honest, hardworking and will work with you to get the job done. Nigel will explain everything up front and there are no suprises.

Z and Z has been to our house several times and has done excellent work. Most recently, we had to dismantle old kitchen sink plumbing and a wall mounted faucet and then have new copper pipes installed. Big shout out to Eddie who was so good at problem solving an unexpected issue.  He had to move and install a new drain pipe for our new sink.  It involved opening up the basement ceiling.  He was so thorough and explained everything. Totally trustworthy, competent, and vaccinated too! Highly recommended! Ask for Eddie!

Dimitri was excellent in quality of his work, quick communications, and prompt availability. He went above and beyond in not only taking care of the work he was asked for but to even to fill in for essential tasks that were key in completing every job. We were extremely happy with his work and communications and kindness and would love to work with him again!

My father's tenant had an issue with her shower head.   After talking on the phone, Nazim gave me an estimate and came in  later to fix the issue.  He later called me to inform that the cost is actually less than expected.  I am very impressed with his honesty, integrity. For the whole process, he was very responsive, professional and  has a reasonable price!

Sewage backed up, and Rojas Plumbing was there an hour after I called to save the day. New to home repair, so I don't have much to compare against cost-wise, but seemed reasonable for all the great and speedy work they did for us!

Such fast service! Half price of other quotes for major job... new pipes for laundry, shower, kitchen sink. Replaced broken water heater with tankless one. First visit he snaked lines, gave estimate, didn't even charge us

Alec is my go to guy for plumbing repairs.  He is thoughtful, creative and practical.  I can't think of anyone better.

I would have given Everett ten stars were it possible.  They were prompt and courteous, but what impressed me most was their honesty.  I needed work done quickly with a problem in my sewer line.  They could have told me I needed a completely new line and I would have been none the wiser, but Jeremy showed me the video of the problems, told me exactly what was going to be done beforehand and and gave me a price estimate - and he stuck to the estimate.  They only replaced the segment of the line that was necessary.  They also worked over the weekend for the emergency part of the service.  They could have billed more, but like the their slogan indicates, they are honest and efficient - a family business with integrity.  I would recommend them without hesitation and I will absolutely call them again whenever I need assistance.

Emilio was super responsive and offered nearly immediate availability.  He was flexible with my schedule, on time, professional, knowledgeable and fast.  He did great work and was a really nice guy on top of the excellent service.  Couldn't ask for more, so happy to have found exceptional work through Emilio!

Highly recommend Answer Plumbing . Left a message for Jared, who called me back within the hour. Scheduled an appointment the next day to fix my leaking sink. He arrived on time, put on little booties to not track dirt, was friendly, efficient, and just a total pleasure to do business with. He is also highly professional and very reasonably priced. I will definitely use him for all future jobs.
