I had an old style toilet supply valve that failed and didn't shut off the water any longer.

I called up a few plumbing companies and ultimately ended up choosing Arch Plumbing due to their professional service and competitive rates.

I coordinated with Martin who was very helpful throughout the entire process. He handled all the logistics of coordinating with our building operations to make sure all the documentation was in place.

Jorge showed up on time and completed the repairs in less than 30 minutes and was completely professional the entire time and easy to talk to/work with.

This is a true story and it happened to us.
We (my husband and I) decided to install new toilet just because the old one, though working, was not at 1.28 and was not bolted well to the floor.
At Nextdoor a plumber, though not licensed, advertised himself and offered a reasonable price.
Toilet was installed, tested and the plumber got paid.
In three days toilet flushing stopped working.
My first step was calling the installer. A response was with the new price list for inspections, problem detection, etc.
No accountability, or curiousity, or responsibility sounded in his response.
We started our own research. Learned everything about toilets, their brands, designs, costs, repairs, reviews.
Then we spent time inviting plumbing companies for estimates, because we started suspecting drain issues.
At this time we met Ferdie.
We inspected the drain in and out. Ferdie gave the appointment time and arrived right on time!
When we suggested that we have to inspect one more drain line - he agreed without any hesitation. He took our problem personally.
He uninstalled the toilet and installed again and still water, though pouring to the bowl, was not flushing.
Then Ferdie detached the tank, and, believe it or not, found a pack of plastic wrapping plugged into the neck of the base.
The original installer didn't bother to remove this packaging material.
Needless to say how grateful we are to Ferdie!
He was as curious and as happy with the finding as we were.
Now I am calling Ferdie our plumber and would recommend him always!

I normally don't do reviews but this experience was above and beyond my expectations. To start off I had a leaking shut off under my sink and leaking main shut off. Javier from Mauro's was called to assist. He started by repairing the leak below the sink. he then soldered the main line and installed the new shut off. After he left I tested all the faucets and toilets. Our main bathroom flushed but did not refill. I called Mauro's and was greeted by a very attentive receptionist that called Javier back out. Javier returned, cleaned out the shut off valve, replaced the hose and replace a float in the tank. This fixed the problem! I was notified that they would review the situation and possibly get charged for the re-visit. To my surprise i received an email today and was told there wouldn't be any further charge. When you need a plumber, Call Mauro's!

Graham & his staff was incredible. I needed a clogged pipe from the garage cleared up. They showed up on time, did a thorough job, extremely professional, and provided a rate that was competitive. He followed up a few weeks later on the phone to make sure everything was still good. Extremely happy with their work and the results, and will definitely use them again if other plumbing issues arise.

This is our 6th complete bathroom remodel in 3 different homes over the past 10 years.  I've also done quite a bit of home construction in a previous lifetime and am avid DIY'er. I'm very demanding on the quality of work. I've worked with a large number of remodeling crews, bath and whole home. Most of these are marginal with average or below quality.  Roman's team is the best with outstanding quality.  We could not be more pleased.  We had a cracked shower in a bathroom that we'd considered remodeling for quite a while. I was concerned the crack was due to underlying floor issues in our 25 year old home. As everyone knows, it is nearly impossible to find skilled help now. I discovered Roman through Yelp.  He was very responsive with fair prices and agreed to provide staff to diagnose the crack.  This initial work enabled me to further assess his team. After working with them for a couple of days we decided to remodel the entire bathroom: new shower with 24x12 tiles, same tiles on floor, custom 3/8 glass shower walls on 2 sides, new vanity, Hansgrohe faucets and controls, new baseboards, and repainting all walls and ceiling.  We encountered far more than the normal problems.  Roman quickly gave me fair and modified pricing to handle the additional tasks and his team quickly adjusted. The result is world class quality at very fair rates.  The tile work is impeccable. All corners are perfect 90 degrees and all surfaces flat, vertical and horizonal.  I put levels everywhere to verify.  They consistently proactively pointed out problems in the previous construction they could have hidden and would have resurfaced years later as apparently normal maintenance.  This was invaluable. Their attention to detail is outstanding.  For example, they caulked all baseboard lower and upper touch points to the floors and walls.  The caulk lines are perfect. The painting is spot on with exact lines where the walls and ceiling meet with different colors. They spray painted the doors which had many irregular corners.  They consistently went the extra mile to do things right.  The European style vanity required much customization for the drain and water lines.  They expertly modified the vanity and drains as well as the heat vent below.  We wanted a clean modern look.  The result is perfect. We could not be more pleased. We always use Roman and his team for home remodels in the future.

It's nearly impossible to get service contractors to show up in our town. Even if they show up, they often don't return to actually complete the work. So, when I needed to replace a few toilets and install a whole house water filter, I was anxious about finding anyone to do the job. I was referred to Nigel by a friend and I have to say, I was very impressed. He showed up on time, made a quick survey of the job and provided an estimate the same day. 2 days later the first job was complete and all of the work perfect. They just finished installing the whole house water filter and again, everything went very smoothly and the work is top notch. I would recommend Nigel to anyone without reservation.

I just had the best experience with R & L plumbing. I am an Office manager and we had a Urinal that had flooded a bathroom and two other rooms. When I called armed with only a screwdriver and in a panic, he talked me through getting to the shut of the valve on a urinal which isn't like shutting off water to a toilet. In 2 minutes he was able to guide me through shutting the water off and saved me thousands of dollars in damages. Thanks R & L!

He didn't perform any services as all my work ahead of time was what he would have done.  No charge for coming out.   I would highly recommend his services!

Nasir was recommended to us by another plumbing company that didn't work with tankless water heaters.  He came by the next morning, went into our crawl space to inspect the tankless water heater, told us he was not the right guy for the job, recommended another company, and then didn't even charge us!  Such a nice person - I wouldn't hesitate to use him for another issue.

After some difficulty with communication/nonresponsiveness, Ivan was very responsive and friendly when he came out to look at our gas line. He really took responsibility for the initial communication problems, and helped us out without charge, which was very kind and upstanding. We will use him again in the future and highly recommend him!

Adolfo was willing to come out and deal with a clogged shower drain on Christmas Day. Did a great job, courteous and all at a fair cost.

Alec responded within the hour I called, came out the next day, and repaired my DIY attempt to avoid calling a plumber.  He did a great job in a short time- very satisfied.  He will be my go-to plumber for now on!

Totally awesome! Jeremy and his wife make a lovely team. They were both so nice and they didn't mind if I asked a million questions and looked over their shoulder (literally) while they were camera testing and snaking my sewer line. Absolutely trustworthy straight shooters not out to rip you off but to give you great service. I highly recommend you give them a call

Jarred is the man. I had a leaky shut-off valve and  have gotten several estimates from other plumbers all of the other quotes were very high and they wanted to rip out part of my roof. Jarred came by and completed the job for a great price and he did not disturb my roof at all. my place looked exactly the same when he left as it was when he arrived. Jarred was very personable, knowledgeable, professional and an all around good guy. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a great honest plumber.

I am writing this review because of the absolutely outstanding service that I received from Heber Montano at Mike Counsil Plumbing. After 35 years as a homeowner, I can say that Heber was without doubt one of the most professional, articulate, thorough and meticulous technicians I have ever had do work at my house. He went above and beyond to help me with a faulty water heater. He gave me a thorough explanation of every step he took to inspect the water heater, diagnose the problem and recommend several possible fixes, in ascending order of cost. He even took detailed photographs to show me what he was seeing. Heber is a real credit to whoever hires and trains the staff at Mike Counsil Plumbing!
