office staff is very efficient and understanding And booked right away

a few things stand out- which is dismissed
I  thrice mentioned lead safe practices of which all contractors need to be certified and they definitely did NOT follow federal  protocol.. I advised what they were but it was  definitely NOT done,
this is a kitchen here with food and dishes! and cabinet under sink is lead based paint,
Clearly none of them are lead certifiied which is EPA required from all contractors at this point,

bait and switched with a few things .. these are legally offenses btw,pppppp
- first told free estimate, then Lucky who was very nice told me there was a service fee of $100.
When he called the office to confirm i was not told,
they  let that go

I decided to hire although prices are high, bc yes great they are available immediately

2 nd illegal bait and switch- i was given 3 quotes of which i agreed to two.

when the first contractor called in sick, another was sent-
Enrique. also very nice
but his assessment and quote  then jumped to $1150 from original
$350 for septic tank parts.

He fixed the kitchen sink pipes but refused to tell me the name of brand when i asked at the apt. we had a discuss about toxic heavy metals so am hoping this is stainless steel but if not, am going to federal trade commission
he also left the filth water behind and expected  me to provide bucket  and clean up, and i had thrown out my sacro-iliac joint, so can barely  move well all week.
It may be aluminum?

I later called for that info , he returned my call and said Pasco
but with the way they are operating my landlord asked for packaging
So am waiting on photos of model number to confirm, and thet are REFUSING TO GIVE THAT INFO.

putty in my sink which was told was safe to wash dishes in.
i then called and asked if its ok to use my sink since putty is drying, he said yes. But not to pull out the excess putty in the sink and around the drain

I replied this needs to be safe for washing food and dishes, he said if you remove any we wont honor the warranty.
It's several days later and still plenty of putty around the drain.
Their original quoted warranty was one year as on estimate but receipt  said 6 months
Is this yet another bait and switch that the FTC loves to hear about Illegal busines

i was asked for a rag of which they should bring their own to clean up

Pipe water was left under sink in bowl I was asked to provide which i then accidentally spilled everywhere Bc i have back issue.
Hello dysautonomia (which of course they wouldnt know, with a thrown out back- and your job is left to customer?) Asking me for a paper towel and wiping the small area is not cleaning.

Unfortunately, I had to write a poor review.  I called this place up for a quote on a commercial water heater.  I gave him every information there is for him to give me a price.  He quoted me a price and I asked him if he could lower a bit.  He said he is willing to give 10% off.  Okay. Done deal.  He told me he'll come over early morning.  I met him early morning.  He came in and checked the water heater.  He complaint that it wasn't accessible like I told him in the phone.  How can it not be accessible, if the water heater is on the floor, and  not on the roof?  Anyways, after much walking back and forth, he called up someone to ask the price for commercial water heater.   At this point, I thought he should have the water heater in the van.  But I guess not.  After he finished with his phone call, he quoted me more than what he said on the phone.  I asked him why, and he said the price was for residential.  I told him everything about the water heater, and we agreed on the price from the call I made.  He said he's not going to lose over money.  As a business owner, I can understand that.  If he wasn't sure about the price, he should at least ask to come by and check it out first or asked to call me back with the correct price at the time of my call.  I thought he was knowledgeable, but I was wrong.  It was a big mistake for me to give him a call.  I was unhappy as a customer.  I thank him for his time, and he left.  I called someone else, and he came over that evening to do the job with way less money.
On the other note on his comment about the price for residential, it should be much cheaper than the price he quoted me.  In the phone book, he advertised half as much as he quoted me if it was for residential.
I don't see any honesty there.  If there is no honesty, there is no trust.  If there is no trust, there is no call for me to do business again.

duck work from my furnace.  I could not be more satisfied with the work.
Attentive to details, cleans up completely. Each member of the team,
was courteous and respectful.  Can't be any more satisfied with the
work or experience.

The plumber we had was super awesome. He came all the way to Chinatown to fix our toilet. He found out that it was the problem of main sewage. He nicely told us what we should do next, then he left, without charging us. Such a genuinely nice person! I will definitely contact him again next time if we have another plumbing problem, just because how nice the plumber is.

Great communication and very professional. I would totally recommend. Price that was quoted was very reasonable. This will be my go to plumber for any future needs!

Our old water heater started leaking puddles out of nowhere! Paul was professional and easy to communicate with. We had the job completed in less than 24 hours from when we first reached out to inquire! His team; Robert & Anthony were fast and efficient - they went above and beyond and actually helped with a non related issue we needed assistance with. They had our new water heater delivered, replaced with a great brand, and towed away our old one for less then another company quoted us for labor alone!! Dimitry and Joe are the best. We originally had them install a couple new toilets/sinks which was pretty standard stuff but brought them back to handle a more complicated pipe pressure issue for our building. They spent quite a bit of time figuring out the cause of the problem, wrote up a reasonable quote and fixed the problem within a few hours. Couldnt recommend these guys more highly and will definitely bring them back next time we have any problems!

5 stars!!! Hugo helped my clients and me with a bathroom remodel to prep their house for sale. He was very flexible with helping out when new repairs & unexpected issues came up and he always kept us in the loop with what was going on. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs any work done as he's also very versatile with what he can do!

Our toilet was leaking (not severely but enough to cause a bad odor in the bathroom). Reached out to a few plumbers through Yelp and BG was the first one to respond with contact details. Quick phone call led to an estimate with couple of options. This was on Jan 1st and BG was willing to send someone out whereas the other plumbers either didn't respond or weren't willing to come out.
On site, BG was very professional and quick and clean with their service.
Baldomero was kind enough to do checks on couple other potential plumbing issues and give us his recommendations.

We had an urgent need to remodel our kitchen after some water damage, and after getting several bids from different contractors Mr. Unger's was not only the least, but also the fastest and most flexible working within our situation. This was our first ever remodel and we did all the design/finished materials buying ourselves and he and his team worked with us to make sure it all went smoothly. We did need to learn a lot of about construction and design, but what we got we are very happy with.

I was working from the next room the entire remodel and they were very respectful of me working from the same location. I would especially recommend and request that you have Tim on your project. Tim is the best!

Responsive to my inquiries and my water tank installation service schedule was the same day. They came in and remove my old water heater tank and replaced new one with care and professional manners. Explained what they were doing each steps and cleaned up afterwards. Advised how to maintain the equipment and I also scheduled to have the water tank closet wall painted afterwards with reasonable price. Extra and comprehensive service.

I highly recommend Total Plumbing Services!!! My elderly mother's water heater died and she was in desperate need of a replacement.  I called Total Plumbing Services at noon and by 3:00 pm my mother had a brand new water heater installed and hot water running!!  Billy and his crew were professional, efficient and they offered the best price!!!  They are great!!

All pro just re piped our home in Hayward. Their bid was the lowest and they installed a new water heater and shower and tub fixtures that we provided at no additional charge. They came on time and did a great job. The 5 man crew was done in about 7 hours including running a new line to the street. It was raining on and off but they had put down drop cloths so when they left you could hardly tell they had been here. We would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I had a fairly simple problem - clogged kitchen sink. I made a quote request on Yelp. Elite Rooter replied within 15 minutes. There were many replies, but most of them did not include much info. Elite Rooter included an estimated amount and available time windows. The price was extremely competitive. I called their phone, booked the first available appointment. Pablo showed up on time, listened to my description of the problem, explained possible causes, described scenarios of might happen next, answered all my questions. Then Pablo did his job - cleared the clog. Then Pablo took time to advise on can and/or should be done in my case - very old sewer pipes. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

I absolutely recommend One Source Plumbing.  A friend stayed at our place and tried to 'fix' our insinkerator. Needless to say, his well meaning attempts were an unmitigated, mini disaster. One Source arrived this morning (I also called this morning, so major props for responsiveness), took a look, told me it didn't need to replaced, just re-attached. They were in and out in 10 mins and were professional, polite and fast.

Have used this plumbing company several times this year - the last job they did involved the use of a hydo-jet drain opener - Mike and his helper stuck with the job even when it looked like a lost cause - and, they got six of six drains that were clogged with a lime / scale / mineral deposit build-up from years of ''efflorescence or lime bloom. Magic Plumbing gets five stars for their competence, tenacity, and customer service - well done!
