Mr Rooter was a wonderful business to work with. My dad and I live in an old apartment and we had some things fall apart that needed a plumbers eye. They sent a gentleman by the name of Tohe (pronounced Toe-He), he was generous, helpful, efficient and professional. I will definitely be calling Mr Rooter soon for any more of my plumbing needs.

Jorge was fantastic. I had had a new dishwasher delivered, but Geek Squad could not install it due to out-of-date plumbing and electrical requirements. I called Jorge, he came over, and gave me a quote. Then I asked if he knew an electrician. So, his friend, Rogelio, showed up and the two of them went to work and solved my problem in short time! Great workmanship, and they truly understood my concerns. Both are wonderful, and I now have them on my go-to list for all future electrical or plumbing problems/projects.

Top-notch outfit. Friendly, efficient and, despite what other reviewers have said, not any more expensive than their competitors. They did a huge job for me and managed to do it for as low as any other bid I had received--and far less invasively than others had proposed. Highly recommended.

Jin has been our plumber who build the house we live in - and we are so grateful for his expertise.  Weird situation where the hot water was mixing with the cold -- and also the shower and other faucet's water pressure all messed up.  He was on time, helpful and really wanted to make it work.  We feel so grateful!  Thank you Jin!

Valentino came in and did a second inspection while we were selling our house. He was able to show where any problems are and put the buyer at ease. He was able too see more then the first company that came out and explain what was happening.

Paul is the gold standard in plumbing and in being human.  He's a fair fast and honest professional who is also quite nice and friendly.  Have you ever called a plumber out and then have them not charge you?  Paul has done that several times.  He's a rare throwback to when businesses wanted to build relationships with clients that will outlast the short term dollar.  He's the best plumber you can hire.  If you are lucky enough to work with him you will not regret it.

We had an issue with the water district not regulating the pressure of the water as it entered into our home - it was 160 psi, over double the pressure it was supposed to be! It created major leaks in my neighbor's home when their hot water heater overflowed - and our hot water heater was so old we were afraid that we would be next if it failed. Dmitriy Vartanov was recommended by a friend as an honest, no-nonsense, highly-skilled and fairly priced plumber. I reached out to him and 4 days later he installed a new hot water heater and pressure regulator valve. He walked me through the process, answered all my questions and even followed up 24 hours later to check-in after the job. I highly recommend Dmitriy! He is friendly, honest, highly skilled, fairly priced, and prompt!

Hugo was very responsive and fast in arriving when my roof partially broke in during the storm floods. Let me just say that his quote turned out to be much lower than every other handyman that eventually got back to me. At that time, Hugo and his crew had already finished the job and the roof looked better than before. No more leaks and no visible damage on either side! Hugo has golden hands. Highly recommended!

We had our bathroom remodel completed in December 2016, so this review is overdue. We had just purchased our house and didn't want to spend a ton of money remodeling since we had just shelled out so much money, but we knew we had to have the master bathroom remodeled prior to moving in. We called several contractors and got a large range of bids. Mr. Unger was the only one that had a reasonable cost and appeared to be really knowledgeable about the building codes and inspection process with the building dept. He even said he could do it in about 2 weeks! That was the icing on the cake. We wanted to move in asap, so this worked out great.

During the construction process, we ran into 3 unknown issues (I guess that's what happens when you purchase a 100 year old home). With each of the issues, Mr. unger was precise in what we needed to do and the price was reasonable. Even with all these hiccups, we still finished on time, which was important so that we could get the floors refinished before we moved in also.

I wish mr. Unger also did full remodels as we are in the process of remodeling our entire top floor. We will probably hire him when we can afford to remodel our kitchen. I can't recommend him enough.

Excellent and strong plumbing service, technician Bernardo is a knowledgeable plumber, he is courteous and he knows what he's doing when he repaired my plumbing problem in the house. Bernardo can fix it when it comes to any plumbing services and repipe. I will give Bernardo and the Company FIVE STAR RATING or MORE, EXCELLENT SERVICE!

Carlos arrived on time and was great. He is clearly a very experienced and skilled craftsman. He explained everything he was doing and worked diligently to get the problem solved. Unfortunately, my drain will require repairing a root-infested pipe which is a more involved operation. Based on this first experience, I would gladly have them return to complete the more extensive repair.

Had some repipe work done by Julio, Christopher and crew. They did an amazing job. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. Very courteous and their work is excellent. They laid down tarps to help protect new flooring and cleaned up well after finished!

Back of house drain was clogged and after I tried everything I could, I found Elite Rooter on Yelp. I scheduled them to come out the following day. Two plumbers showed up (Greg and his apprentice), on time, wore masks and they very professional. They snaked the drain and found the issue to be deeper than at the drain itself. Since the pipes were installed in the 1950's, I elected to have them use a camera to see where the issue was for an additional cost. They were able to get the camera person there same day. They showed me where there was build up in the pipe, standing water in the pipe (bad grading) and where there were roots growing into the pipe. I then elected to have them hydrojet (clean) the inside of the pipe to the street. Since it was late, they came back the next day. It was an additional cost of course (hydro jetting) but well worth it. Now I know what needs to be done.

I am very happy with the quality of workmanship and the professionalism of the plumbers who showed up to fix my issues. I would recommend them to family and friends.

We had 2 flow showers and 2 other plumbing problems and LFM efficiently and cost effectively took care of them all.  Courteous.  I'd use them again.

This plumber saved us last night. Tenant notified us at 8 pm that water was backing up. Plumber arrived at 9 pm and fixed it promptly. Huge relief.

While I did not hire them, as they don't do appliance work, the tech was the most thorough in his consultation (they don't charge) and found the problem was likely my washer leaking, though a problem with a pipe in the wall is still possible.  Their estimate for the potential leak in the wall was also very reasonable.  I will hire them if the problem is, in fact, a pipe problem.  I highly recommend them.
