August was responsive and provided same day service day before the Holiday. I had a backed up kitchen sink. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. Showed me the issue and provided an immediate solution. Highly satisfied and recommend!

Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

Ramon is seriously the best! He was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. And he practiced social distancing safety measures when he came. And he left my house clean! He also educated us on how we can prevent and diagnose future issues.

They were awesome. I was having trouble with my tankless water heater and someone came out and looked and found an issue that he was able to solve on the spot and free of charge. I will definitely call them for any future issue or refer them to others bc they established trust with me.

We had previously had All Pro out for electrical work.  We had them back out recently to install a tankless hot water heater and do some plumbing work on the inside of the house.  They sent out a 4 man crew (Jesus B., Daniel C., Christian S., and Carlos M.).  These guys worked a 10 hour day to get everything done.  Very pleased with everything.  Thanks you guys. :)

So, I've used this company for years. Last night we had a plumbing emergency and called. They sent out two guys and charged us the $150 after hours fee. I won't go in to detail but there was some Mia information and communication issues. We declined to have them proceed because of this.

This morning I was contacted by Anthony who was absolutely amazing. Before you know if, I was offered a refund. Not only was I offered a refund I was informed that my service could be completed and a very reasonable price was quoted.

Although we still opted fo have someone else fix the issue I will say that this company definitely is A-1 on making sure that their customers are satisfied. Anthony and this company went above and beyond in a letter of hours. They will definitely be kept on speed dial.

I called Mike today because my A/C unit was not starting. He was at my house within 75 minutes. Turns out that my unit was great but has a bad breaker connection. He cleaned everything up and tested the system for cooling. Never tried to upsell me or tell me something was broken that wasn't.  I would give him my business any day of the week. Trustworthy, timely and friendly in the big heatwave we are having currently. If you need an A/C repair or service call these guys.

We have called these folks twice now, they're always timely and reasonable. Our plumbing issues have always been resolved without delay. I love supporting a small local veteran owned business. We will continue to use them for all our needs. Thanks!

I called Ben this morning to see about clearing a drain for me, he quoted me a price and time. He showed up when he said he would, and did the job for what he quoted me for. I will be calling him when ever I have plumbing needs.

Holiday weekend and our main sewer line backs up.  Which means no toilets or showers in the house. One call to Easy Rooter at 6am and they are here by 8:45am on 4th of July morning. Jonathan fixed and repaired it so quickly I still got to attend a holiday bbq.

I called a few places before hand to compare quotes and I have to say I'm satisfied I went with Renowned Plumbing & Rooter. Not only do they have VERY reasonable prices, but they do a very good job. Chris came to unclog our tub and it was done within minutes! I definitely recommend them and will call them for future plumbing issues!

I recently called Make It Drain for 2 other plumbing issues I have had.  Since I had such a good experience the first time, I wanted to stick with the company for my new issue.  I had Ean come out again and he was able to figure out the problems and gave me advice on what the next steps were.  I wish I could give him 10 stars for the excellent customer service I received.  It is so nice to find someone so honest and helpful in this business that you can trust.  I highly recommend him!

Very UNFAIR how I was treated by Santos (the plumber) and Vince (the owner plumber). Not sure how this company is still in business or even has a license!

Santos is the plumber I was talking with that was sent to my office. In the beginning, everything started great. He gave me a quote for 10 items to be fixed for $550 2 weeks ago, while i was having my office restroom remodeled. 2 weeks later I called him to come by, I asked him to fix only two problems, he quoted me $380. Seemed very irregular and unfair. I told him the price was more then expected. He didn't explain why it was. Then, he said I'll call you back. Turns out he left my office, leaving me with the problem I have and starting to work.

Then I spoke with Vince the owner. Seems these 2 have issues with each other!! Very weird, they blame each other. Vince complained to me about why I'm talking prices with Santos. Very odd! And very unprofessional. To me, as the customer. I don't know whose who. Santos was the person I was talking to the whole time, not sure why Vince responded that way.

Bottom line, this company is very sketchy! Be careful calling them. Both of these people changed their quotes. Its NOT FAIR getting a quote and then the quote changes!! That's just taking advantage of customers at this point.

In the meantime,  I gave them a few other jobs in the last 2 weeks also, which i paid in full, whatever they fixed it. But I felt this was price gauging on their last quote.

Turns out, another job I gave them, yesterday, for a sink not draining, Santos fixed my draining problem BUT now my sink is rattling out of place. Not fair, not my fault!!!!!!! They literally fixed one problem and gave me another problem. The worst part is, I had to find out by myself when I walked into my office this morning. Santos didn't even have the decency to tell me my sink is out of place and rattling. That's Wrong!! I paid $350 for him to drain this sink. I didn't ask any question about the price because I thought they were fair and they would fix it. But he miss aligned my sink and now its moving. It wasn't moving before. On a side note, Santos was rude to my staff about he needs payment but I didn't even know he was done. I paid them.

Mental note to future customers, be very careful giving The Plumber a job! They change their quotes, based on if ur back is against the wall. They fix one problem and break something else and don't take ownership of that problem. Then they tell you, go find another plumber after starting a job and leaving you stranded. When you call them about it. They don't answer.

Seems like they don't understand why their wrong but one day I'm sure they will!

We've used them before, and they've done good work.  Roy came and removed some stuck-on hose fittings and didn't even charge us for it. That was very generous and unexpected.  Thumbs up.

Toilet flooded late at night I found them gave them a quick call and came right out the next morning. Very good customer service fixed the problem quick and very affordable. I think we found a new plumber!

I called him because my tub would not stop dripping. I asked him ahead of time what it would cost, and he kept to what he had quoted.
Turned out it was original plumbing from 1979. He came out within a couple of hours.  
He was able to take it apart without it breaking, and found the parts at the supply house he needed.
Very nice person. Very good at what he does. Very happy with the results.

Vance and team are some of the best in the business. They provide great work, excellent service, and amazing communication. My regular plumbing maintenance, new water heater install, shower install in guest bath, and gas line were all done by this team.
