These guys are amazing. I had originally called them just to get a quote to see about fixing my clogged shower valve. They came out and were really honest about everything so I just had them fix it! Super nice. Super professional. They were super cautious on not making a mess. Cleaned up after themselves. They also went to a few different stores to make sure they got the right part for the shower. I highly recommend them. If I ever have any other plumbing issues I will definitely be calling these guys again. Don't waste your time anywhere else.

These guys are awesome!  Great personal attention from the owner Dan when first contacting through email.  Jessica in the office was very friendly and extremely helpful as well, keeping me updated on when to expect them to arrive.  I needed a part replaced on my water heater and had been without hot water for a few days while getting the run around from other companies.  They expedited my appointment to get the repair completed at the very first opportunity - only about 4 hours after me contacting them.  They were pleasant and wonderful to work with and provided excellent customer service.  I will definitely use them every time in the future and won't hesitate to refer them as well!

We have used Rocky Rooter twice now. Once for a clogged sewer line and once to replace an exterior hose bib. Karen is so nice to talk to and Jeff shows up on time and is very efficient, friendly and professional. I highly recommend them!

Had a serious issue with pipes at a new old house. No drainage all of a sudden first few days in. No one could bathe or use the toilets. Kids and wife were in a panic. Got in touch with Isaiah afterhours and explained to him what was going on. I figured he would come the next day since it was already dark, but he told me he was already on his way because it was an emergency. Who does that nowadays? He had cameras in my pipes and cleared a bunch of roots out within the hour.

I had another incident with an old valve outside of the same house in the next couple of weeks and he was there with his crew as soon as he wrapped up the job he was working on when I called him. It got taken care of in a couple of hours. I'm not a person that writes a lot of reviews but I have to do what I can to let other people know that there are still businesses out there who care about how they do business and treat their customers. They are amazing. Super fast and affordable. They are so nice and took proper covid precautions. They did two big jobs for us in two days and we were very happy with the results! I will totally use them again.

Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

On Friday, September 25th, late in the evening I contacted AccuServe Plumbing & Drain via text concerning our broken water heater.  I was pleasantly surprised to a reply within two minutes.  The next day I had a new water heater and was immensely satisfied with the installation and customer service.  This is the first time we use AccuServe Plumbling & Drain and I highly recommend anyone looking for a plumber and will call them again in the future.

HUGE thank you to Specialty Air for saving the day!!! Our AC went out at about 4:30pm and with two kids under two and a party for our daughter's 2nd birthday on Saturday, we were sweating, and not just because our house was up to 84 degrees by the time Coy from Specialty Air arrived!  We had called 15 companies, practically begging to have someone come right away/after hours, and got the run around or an insane markup without immediate availability. Coy went out of his way to come over after another after hours appointment (clearly he heard the desperation in my voice!) and was so efficient, so nice, so knowledgeable. If you have an AC need in the OC area, these guys are awesome!

We had another plumber that came to see us with the same issue Nairi helped us with and not only did the issue not get fixed last time the 2nd time caused water leakage in our roof! We ended up contacting Nairi for another opinion and he not only FIXED the issue he came in with confidence knew exactly what was going on and made sure he felt the issue was fixed he is very reasonable price. I WILL use him again..

I can't say enough great things about ramon and his company. My wife and I have a house in redlands thats very old and needed a complete repipeing. We moved out a few years ago and started renting the house.  I was super nervous to hire a anyone because-
1. I wasn't there to oversee the work being done and
2. I watch a lot of HGTV and know shit can hit the fan pretty quick when getting into these bigger jobs.

I Got multiple estimates from a wide variety of companies but ramon was the only one that didn't nickle and dime me for every little thing. In fact, by the time the work was done, he went WAY above and beyond my expectations.

The thing that impressed me the most was his level of communication and responsiveness. The number I was given was his personal cell phone. Which means, anytime I called, he would answer and i would speak with him directly. If for any reason he didn't answer, I knew he would call me back within mins. Furthermore, The entire job took almost a week and he would  call me every day to update me on his progress.

He was very knowledgeable and honest. He discussed with me all my options and always tried to save me money. In the end, i feel like he did save me thousands of dollars with all the little extra things he did. I can tell by talking to him, he is passionate about his work and always does his best. He personally guarantees everything he does. However, everything he's done works perfectly so I haven't needed to call him out on that but I know if I do, he'll be there

Juan helped my parents in-law fix their toilet last year and did a great job.  I reached out to Juan last night because my kitchen drain was plugged.  He came by my house this morning and fixed the problems in minutes.  Like before, he arrived early, was friendly and left everything clean.  I am a customer for life.

I highly recommend this company. I had my hot water heater start leaking on a Saturday morning and called them and they were here very quickly and replaced it. I'm very pleased with my experience and you will be too. Ryan the technician was excellent and is an asset to the company.

Called on the Monday evening after hours they came out the very next day as soon as I was home from work, had my sink draining in a half hour excellent service excellent work they even replaced the part on my sink that I broke when trying to fix it myself. highly recommended

Sent a message got a response right away. Was able to come same day and get work done on a leak in my garage. Amen I believe his name was, was nice and had a great attitude.

Had AC issues at 8pm on a Friday night during Labor Day weekend.  A friend suggested I contact BWR.  The gentleman I spoke with said he would send someone out the next morning.  Two men showed up at 9:40am to look at my issue.  They pulled a panel, determined I had a leak and told me I would either have to buy a new section (extremely expensive) OR have to replace my condenser unit.  For 2800 total.  I told him I didn't have that kind of money.  He tried every possible way to convince me to have him do the work.  When he finally realized I wasn't going to pay that kind of money he wrote me an invoice for $280.  Of course, 180 of that could be applied to a new unit.  The bill break down was $90 for parts, and $170 for labor (2 guys @ 2 hours- they were here for 50 minutes, one guy did the work while the talker called around looking for a local cheaper unit).  

I called someone else after they left.  That person saw no evidence of the dye I got charged $90 for.  He did also see the leak.  Took the too off my unit, saudered the leak, and recharged my unit.  He was here for 1 hour, it was the same holiday weekend, and he charged me $150.  

No wonder it is hard to trust anyone these days.  I have half a mind to stop payment in the check and let him take me to small claims.

I called Option One because I needed a new water heater installed ASAP. They sent a plumber out within the hour of me calling them. Ryan came out and gave me a reasonable quote and swapped out the water heater in about 3 hours.
I was very happy with the service and would strongly recommend them for plumbing jobs. They responded quick and got the job done.

Discovered a leak in our house as we prepared to renovate a room. It wasn't an emergency but we knew it needed to be fixed and would probably be expensive. Looked up some plumbers in the area, called a few but most wanted to charge for leak detection before coming out. We sent out a message here on yelp and there were a lot of responses. Plumbing matters was the only one who immediately gave us potential solutions, price ranges and a free estimate to check it out. The next day they were there to assess the leak and the following day had it repaired.

It was a slab leak, but what Matt described as a misty leak. He was able to reroute the pipe in a couple of hours for what we found to be the best price. Super responsive, fast, efficient, I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

John and Ryan came out and dived my clogged drain within minutes. Highly recommend their fast and friendly service

Worst company I have ever dealt with. There was a mix up with payment from my homeowners insurance for thier portion. And a woman called and told my daughter I was going to jail because I cashed their check and kept thier money. And left me a voicemail that they were going to send a sherrif to my house. Even with the mix up, that is inexcusable. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If your home owners or warrany company tell you they are sending this company ask for someone else. They are unprofessional. They also agreed to a lesser amount with the insurance company. I bet they try and hit me up for the remainder even though they agreed to the lesser amount with my home owners insurance. It will be sad. Ill have to repost again. And again and again. Maybe ever month to get my point across. If you go with this company you are in for trouble trust me. Very poor service.
