I just went through a massive remodel and  Neri who's going the owner really takes pride in his craft. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone that worked for him was also very kind and went the extra mile to keep their workspace clean. They helped me with moving a gas line, changing/'moving waterlines for our ramped sink and they installed my pot filler. I highly recommend using Neri and his team for all your plumbing needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Neri was very knowledgable and explained everything prior. You can't beat his quotes either! Our shower water valve broke in our only bathroom and after trying to take it apart ourselves -realized this isn't something we could tackle. While not wanting to spend an arm and a leg in these tough times, we reached out for help. He not only fixed our valve but fixed our shower head, and installed a new garbage disposal ( AND explained how to maintain it so it lasts longer!) This plumber is tge most honest plumber i can onky give him 5 stars!!!  He deserves 10!!!!  Neri has done many plumbing jobs at my house.  Toliets, drains, had slab leak where he had to re-route my plumbing to the attic and then to the laundry room.  He leaves your house cleaner than it was!!!  He is the bonb!!!!

Neri with Plumbing Solutions took excellent care of the plumbing issues in the house I'm renovating.  He's neat, clean, and honest.  He had some great suggestions for my laundry area which needed updating from the 1970's, has replaced a ton of valves for me, done custom-sized sink installation, hooked up the tankless water heater, run new water lines for a new fridge and shower, installed shower valves, trouble-shooted and fixed the waste lines on our furnace, and set a few toilets.  I love that his patch work, for drywall AND stucco, is PERFECT.  And his work with copper plumbing is impeccable.  His prices were fair, to boot!  I recommend him to everyone.

We had another plumber that came to see us with the same issue Nairi helped us with and not only did the issue not get fixed last time the 2nd time caused water leakage in our roof! We ended up contacting Nairi for another opinion and he not only FIXED the issue he came in with confidence knew exactly what was going on and made sure he felt the issue was fixed he is very reasonable price. Neri is honest, knowledgeable, and he doesn't take shortcuts! He did a complete bath shower remodel for us last year and most recently replaced the hot water heater. Both projects were done right and on time. The water heater was replaced the same day he came out to inspect. If things needs to be adjusted afterwards you can count on him too. Highly recommended!

My toilet was clogged and the plunger didn't seem to do the job. After several days of trying I decided I needed more help. We had a problem with our main sewer line and Neri was able to come the next day and fix it.  His whole team was professional and a pleasure to work with. He was always available to ask questions and communicated very well throughout the whole process. It was easy to understand what was needed and trust they were doing the best thing for our house.

At first we thought we had a deep clogged drain that needed to be snaked. However, after seeing what was happening in the sewer with the camera, we realized it was a much bigger job. The team worked so hard, fast, and rose to the occasion of our difficult task. Our job required dirt and concrete removal. After our sewer repairs were complete, Neri installed an easily accessible cleanout and repaired the concrete, good as new!

I've used Plumbing Solutions 4 U a few times now. I first found the business through Thumbtack.  Neri is very responsive and professional. My condo is a bit older so everytime I've been in a bind with my plumbing issues Neri has always come through and responded quickly to fix the issue. His work is excellent, quick and efficient. He's even changed some of the plumbing and piping in my condo to be more efficient. Prices are very fair and communicated upfront so you know exactly what the problem is and the cost to fix it before work is started. No hidden fees or any other stipulations like you may get with other plumbing companies which might cause great anxiety. Neri was recommended to us by a neighbor of ours who has used him several times, and I can honestly say he's the best plumber we've ever hired. We have used him now for 3 different plumbing jobs over the past few weeks (leaky bathroom sink which required new faucet and supply lines, clogged kitchen drain, and installation of new valves for washer and dryer). Neri Sanchez and his crew from Plumbing Solutions 4U saved a stalled construction job that was left hanging and literally saved the day. He identified an incorrectly chosen pipe not made for plumbing that a contractor had installed in the shower and was causing rusty water to come out! He quickly figured it out and fixed it, and fortunately, we didn't have to tear anything out!
We also needed a Toto toilet with a washlet installed, and Neri knew a lot of information about them, had installed many of them, and it was clear that he was the one to hire! He installed it an it works flawlessly. We also had Neri install a Navian tankless water heater. He showed a lot of care and skill tearing out the old 50 gallon water heater, and did an immaculate job putting in the Navian. He called the manufacturer rather than just guessing when it came to a question regarding a pipe. A lot of others would have made an assumption and did the wrong thing.
We are very appreciative, having worked with a lot of well intended but careless contractors, of Neri's patience, knowledge, skills and his well trained crew. They work together very well!

Neri did an amazing job. He showed up quickly and was very professional and extremely nice, very helpful and resourceful. Anytime we have any plumbing issues in the future we will definitely be using him again especially because there's roots in our pipes that he was able to diagnose. I hired Neri to install new drain and a new shower valve on a master shower Remodel I just did he did a great job. He was on Time very professional and very helpful with the hole plumbing process.
