On my last day before my big move the primary bath toilet caused a lake on the floor. My packer/organizer had this business on speed dial and they arrived quickly and took care of the problem. The visit was $208 and the part was less than $8. Jeff ( I think) was polite and quick and took a look at two other leaky things on his way out. It got done. I will say my last plumber's visit cost less ($65)  but had to be scheduled out two days so this price included the emergency aspect of it all. Thankyou!!

The Plumbers Inc is great to do business with! They are timely, very polite, clean up after themselves, and are professional in every way. They also were great working with supply delays and other schedule interruptions, keeping our project moving along. I highly recommend them.

It's very rare that I would get online and write a bad review for someone, but The Plumbers Inc repeatedly failed during our bathroom remodel so I really think this needs to be shared.

We hired The Plumbers Inc to replace our shower valve, install a new bathtub, move our toilet, and install a new bathroom vanity. During the initial bid, they told me getting a permit was optional and I said I wanted it to be permitted. So, they wrote into the contract 3 times that they would take care of the permit.

The plumber who did the majority of the install was not very communicative and just left the house without talking to us when he was done. He also kept the door open while sawing a hole in the subfloor to get to the crawlspace, which stunk up the house and was inconsiderate especially since we have a small baby. There were a lot of delays in scheduling as well.

After completing the work and having gotten full payment from me, there was no word from them on getting an inspection. So, I reached out and asked if they were going to schedule one for the permit and they scheduled one for the following day.

The inspection failed horribly. First of all, The Plumbers Inc neglected to schedule a rough-in inspection before the new floors/tiling was installed over the new plumbing so the inspector couldn't even see what he needed to approve. Secondly, he saw that they had installed the tub spout wrong.

The Plumbers Inc apologized to me and sent out plumbers to take a look and to go into our crawl space to take pictures & videos to make up for not having done a rough-in inspection. They sent different plumbers than the one who had done the original install, and these new plumbers said that the original plumber had installed the bathtub so poorly that there were 2 leaks in our crawlspace in addition to the wrongly installed tub spout.

In order to fix the tub spout since they didn't do the rough-in inspection and find out it was wrong before the tiling was set, we had to wait another week and they had to saw open my master bedroom wall to get to the piping without disturbing the new tile. They had a handyman come out to fix that and he used some sort of texturizing solution that smelled so bad all throughout our house that we had to leave the house for a few hours & open all the windows (with a baby during the pandemic, so we had nowhere to go).

After all of this, the inspector came back and they failed it again because The Plumbers Inc hadn't sent him the photos and videos they took a week and a half earlier. So, I called them again and then it took another week or so for them to get the photos from the plumbers. Then they finally sent them.

And it failed the inspection again!! The photos they sent showed insufficient support for the tub spout. And remember they had just sawed open my wall to fix that tub spout and then repaired the wall. So, I called The Plumbers Inc again and they said they'd get back to me with a plan.

They never got back to me, but I reached out to the inspector the next week and he said he got a new photo from them that showed that the support had been fixed and the inspection passed. I said that's weird because they haven't been out here to fix this since they sent the photo that failed, and I haven't heard back from them. So, I called The Plumbers Inc again to try to understand what happened. The people I had been talking with prior were out all week. So I called them this week for an explanation and they said they accidentally sent the wrong photos the first time showing the tub spout before it was fixed.

All in all, there was so much bad communication, unprofessional mistakes and delays. And all of this was found out because I asked about the inspection which they never even took initiative to schedule in the first place. If I hadn't done that, there would be a badly installed tub still leaking into my crawlspace and an open permit that was never inspected in their name. I'm very unhappy with the experience I had with The Plumbers Inc and would not recommend them.I

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Plumbers Inc.  I got a quick assessment and estimate from them about a week ago and was told that my bathtub leak, that dripped downstairs into my Airbnb apartment kitchen, could require cutting through the kitchen ceiling to access the pipes of the bathroom upstairs, and then would need drywalling and painting the ceiling to put my Airbnb back in condition to rent.  It was going to be a very costly venture, but I had resigned myself to having to do it.  Cory showed up to do the repair today and found that it was simply a matter of epoxying the drain in place for a small fraction of the expected cost.  I so appreciate his honesty and integrity in giving me the best, most cost efficient alternative, when I would have been easy to take advantage of me as a customer who had already agreed to pay so much more.  I recommend them wholeheartedly for excellent and honest service!!!

They came out to help us because of a crack in our main line, and they simply have the BEST customer service. Right before Easter weekend, and they came to bail us out on a Thursday and Friday! Tracy was so nice with us on the phone, and we could not have asked for better service! The price was very reasonable, and there was ZERO nonsense about: emergency fees, apprentice fees, travel time, etc. (unlike other plumbing service companies in the Portland metro area).

I called them to come out and give me a bid. They charged me $128 just to come out and give a quote. I was never told of the fee until he was leaving. The best part was when he quoted me $1200 for a 50 gallon water heater. The very next place I called quoted me $925. This place is over priced and does shady business.

Called to get an estimate and figure out how much it would cost to fix my dishwasher and hot water pressure.  Installer just finished an install as I called and was able to come by right away.  Installer identified and fixed problem within 30 minutes.  Highly recommend.

They took care of our problem quickly and efficiently. The price seemed in line, maybe a tad more than expected but the problem is solved and has not shown any signs of return for six months. The response time was good also

I discovered a slow-drip leak under my kitchen, in the crawl space, and called several plumbers. Judah and The Plumbers Inc were the only plumber I could get quickly, so I didn't know what to expect. I was very happy, though, with the diagnoses and solution proposed and implemented. It cost me much less than it might have, and the job was done cleanly, efficiently, and in a timely manner. And everything was cleaned up -- something not all plumbers seem to do!

A great experience.  Our general contractor recommended The Plumbers and yes they are great!  Experienced, thorough, pro-active, arrive on time, are tidy and clean and nice.  And priced fairly.  

Recommend the Plumbers and will use them in the future.

My general contractor recommended using Judah and The Plumbers in bathroom addition earlier this year.  It was a pretty big job and took nearly three days to complete.  Everyone from The Plumbers was professional and curious.  We had a couple of little issues (small leak at a clean out - an easy fix - and the shower thermostat needing adjustment) but otherwise everything went very smoothly.  The issues were repaired very quickly and without protest.  

I am thinking about replacing my water heater with a tankless and The Plumbers are going to be my first call.

I've recently had two different plumbers out to perform work in our kitchen.  We did this in advance of scheduling a bathroom remodel to check out who we'd like to work with in the future.  Hands down, The Plumbers will be our go-to company in the future.
We found Robert to be exceptionally professional, on time and totally competent. We also found The Plumbers to charge a reasonable fee for both their time and materials.  As seniors on fixed incomes, that's important to us.
I highly recommend them and plan to call them when we're scheduling the bathroom remodel!

A great experience. Needed to have a leaking toilet replaced. Rob did the work. He came on time. Diagnosed the leak. Presented me with options. Had a toilet on the truck, and I chose that. He made quick work of it. No muss, no fuss. Cost was under estimate. Can't beat that.

I'll definitely call them again next time I need a plumber, and I'll recommend him to my neighbors here in King City!

I'm very happy with recent work done by The Plumbers Inc.. I was in a bind schedule wise. Judah and the team made sure to fit me in ASAP. They sent a real pro to do the work. He laid out my options and we came up with the best plan that time allowed. He executed immediately and I am completely satisfied with the results. I recommend them for you next project.

First of all, please do not discount my 5 star rating.  I am one of those people who only take the time to add a yelp review for things that are exceptional or horrible, and Plumbers Inc. was truly in the EXCEPTIONAL category.  I got Judah's name from a plumber my neighbor highly recommended who didn't have time to come out.  He told me he was trained by Judah and that Judah would be great.  He was so right!  Judah came out to diagnose our issues, and was quickly able to evaluate what needed to be done.  He was on time, personable, professional and spot on with regard to the items we needed to have fixed. Just the fact that he was referred by another plumber should tell you something.

Misty, who was also very personable and professional, called promptly from his office to schedule the required service, and she was also amazing in terms of making sure my scheduling needs were met and any questions I had up front were answered.  It was obvious from the start of our conversation how much she cared too.  We scheduled a time, and guess what?  The repair team was on time too! They were even early....Bonus!!  

I had Jay, Robert and Craig in my home servicing our plumbing for several hours, and by the time they left, I really felt like they were part of my family.  They not only fixed the several issues we had, but they were courteous, professional, and just real people who obviously cared about the quality of service they were providing, which in this day and age is often hard to find.  They took the time to not only explain everything they were doing, but also how to maintain it.  Judah was even available for my follow up questions.  The amount I was charged was well within what they estimated, and so worth it!   I HIGHLY recommend this company, and I don't ever say that lightly.  I won't ever use anyone else if I have a plumbing concern.

I have used the Plumbers Inc on multiple occasions for medium sized projects that include adding new bathrooms/sinks to commercial spaces. They are a class act and a pleasure to work with. Judah is always punctual and accurate w/ his estimates, the guys that deliver the service are professional and hard working, and the office staff is good at communicating scheduling and expectations. Judah and the plumbers inc was referred to me by another plumber...that tells you all you need to know. They are awesome, we will use them again and refer them again in the future

Had Judah come out to evaluate re-piping the entire house, he was honest, prompt and provided me a quick free estimate which confirmed my thought as to what I needed to have done.

They have been decent plumbers in the past. That is until today. They were supposed to show up at 8 today to replace a faulty valve that they had installed previously. When at 8:20 I called to see where they were, I was told I was not on the schedule, not only that, they tried to say that I called to reschedule when it seems they just moved the date on their own. I took a half day off today to meet them. Needless to say, we will not be calling back nor rescheduling.

Always friendly service, knowledgeable and professional.  Quality work.  Also reliable which is hard to find these days.  I would definitely refer them and use their services again.

This company was strongly recommended by a friend who is a plumber that works on commercial jobs. He said he used to work at Plumbers Inc years ago and they really try to be honest and straightforward. So, we decided to try them out.

For the past 16 years, we thought the backyard faucet was not connected to the rest of the plumbing since no water came out of it. My husband even went under the house and thought it was not attached. We called them to quote us the cost of hooking this up. We were fortunate to have Judah come out. He made a great first impression and was very friendly. He asked to come inside the kitchen and looked under our sink. He discovered that out backyard faucet had to be turned on from here due to the way our house was built. He turned it on, went outside to double check that it was working and that was it! He told us to have a great day and didn't charge anything. What outstanding service!

They did a GREAT job, and were out here quickly.  Very polite and professional to work with. Great pricing.  I'll use them for all of my future plumbing needs!

We needed a hot water heater right before the holiday weekend. Called in the morning and they were able to work us into the schedule the same day. Wonderful tech and customer service..

Came out to move a toilet for our bathroom remodel and did a wonderful job. Very fast, inexpensive and very knowledgable! Ended up running stub ups while the studs were exposed for when we re pipe the house in the future as recommended by the plumber. Now all we have to do is remodel the kitchen and we will be using them again! Highly recommend giving these guys a call!

We call and scheduled an appointment on Monday for today between 10-12. They let us know the pricing of $128/hour. My husband just called as it is after noon and they say they have no record of the appointment. He took the day off work to get this taken care of. Now they are saying they are full this week and next and can reschedule after that. Great customer service... We will not be rescheduling or using them in the future.

When I first contacted the company I said we had three days for the project - knowing it was no more than replacing a shower regulator. After taking and texting pictures, scheduling and meeting the plumber and agreeing on the work, I never heard back from the company. When I called to check a day later, a woman answered and didn't seem to remember me at all - our first conversation days earlier, the picture I sent or scheduling the plumber, and seemed to have difficulty finding her notes. When she proudly announced that she'd found them she had managed to ignore everything I had been saying and kept trying to schedule the work during the time I said we were out of town. We only went with them in the first place because the woman who scheduled the visit didn't object to our schedule. I gave them two stars for the effort in coming out and writing an estimate. Other reviews are so positive I'm at a loss to understand what happened. I'm sure contractors are busy but I'll take my chances with somebody else.

They had done a complete re pipe job on my home a year and a half ago (Very pleased with the $ and service for that job also), and  when an outside faucet started to leak recently, I called them and they came out promptly and repaired it under warranty.They stand behind there work, and I highly recommend them and will use them again.

I hired The Plumbers Inc. after another local company dropped the appointment we had and I could just not handle waiting around for another bad experience.  The Plumbers Inc. did a really great job.  They showed up on time, explained each step of the way (like waiting for some special parts to be dropped off), were very friendly with all of the little ones we had at the house, and we really appreciated the work.  Cost was probably on par with other companies, so I didn't get a bargain or anything, but I did get good work, and felt good about what I paid for.

Great service, quick and excellent work connecting my new kitchen sink. Called back a few weeks later and the experience was different. Still very prompt but the second technician was slow, made mistakes, and charged me for parts that didn't solve a leaky faucet problem. Inconsistent quality makes me reluctant to recommend.

They came out a couple days ago and replaced my shower faucet. They did an amazing job. Mike was fast and a very nice guy. I expected a much higher price having shopped around and was blown away by how less expensive they were. I would highly recommend Plumbers Inc for any plumbing issue you have. Thanks guys.

Great company.  Had a stopped up, leaking kitchen sink.  Called first thing Monday morning and Joe was there at noon....took about 45 minutes for it be all fixed.  Couldn't have asked for a better service call.  Their prices are great and the service even better.  We had used another plumber for 25 years, but I am sold on The Plumbers and will use them next time for sure.
