ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER
Brad’s interest in the plumbing profession started early, with memories of helping his father Dale Simpson, run water piping under the house at the age of 7. Over the years, his knowledge grew under the tutelage of his father, who handed down the values of hard work and the skills needed for professional plumbing installation. Brad holds those lessons close to heart and continually strives to give his customers the best service, value, and experience possible.
Brad is married and a proud parent of his daughters Hayden and Maya, and youngest son Hunter. He loves the outdoors and spends his leisure time fishing, boating, and playing volleyball.

We had an emergency water leak from the toilet tank. Messaged Simpson Plumbing from their website. My request was returned within half hour from Jerry Simpson. And in less time than writing this he took our information and was on the way to our place roughly around 20 mins. Jerry's excellent, friendly, professional manner was a pleasure to deal. He was well prepared, provided free estimate before the work started. Replacement quality part (actually only few months earlier installed by cheap, non-professional handyman) was on hand and installed without delay with minimal fuss. The only downside, it was not cheap because there's an extra hefty charge of $250 for calling in emergency service without appointment in addition to repair labor and parts.. With that said he gave me fair discount along with extra deals that made it all worthwhile. We'll be using his service from here on. It's better to get it done right the first time. Thanks.
I used these folks through Repipe Specialists. Yes, they were quick and courteous, but left behind cigarette butts, grease stains on my carpet, and their sheetrockers left a mess of smudges on cement. They halfheartedly fixed my fencing with wire where they had to remove it to get to my well and left concrete debris in the yard. The lead took a water sample for testing a couple of weeks ago and I still have not received a report. Nor have I heard from Brad about pricing a filtering system. In short, avoid using these folks unless you enjoy getting lame excuses.

We had a tricky situation and Chris at Simpson did a thorough assessment and then returned the next day with everything that he needed to properly complete the job. He did an expert job, solved the issue, and stuck to his original estimate. Simpson is now on my list to serve all of my residential and commercial needs. They are top flight!
We called Simpson Plumbing for a home project that I thought I would have time to complete. My wife decided I was taking to long and within days we had a member of Simpson Plumbing on site and suggesting that we should not install the Home Depot bathroom sink we purchased. We were recommended a superior brand/model by the service person and scheduled a new install date/time within days of the original date. After installing the two sinks my wife and I can now say we would call them again for our next home repair. We even purchased the plumbing check special they provide for piece of mind.
These guys charged my parents $300 to replace a standard kitchen faucet, which took about an hour. Granted, my parents didn't ask for a quote before they started (yes I lectured them), but come on, $300? The faucet itself was only $248.
When I called them in 2012 I was happy with them. I needed an outside hose bib replaced, and they did it quickly for about $85. I was pleased, and the young service man was polite and friendly.
When I called them recently to replace a broken kitchen faucet, I was shocked when they came out and quoted me $500 for which I am guessing was 45 minutes worth of work... filling 4 holes in a kitchen sink with a faucet, it's handle, a soap dispenser, and a simple hot water unit. I could not bring myself to pay someone $500 for less than an hour of work. I'm no plumber but it took me less than two hours after watching a youtube video.
I was angry this morning when I received a bill in the mail for $65 dollars. I was never told there would be an evaluation fee when I spoke with them on the phone. And they performed no work other than the two minutes it took to tell me that they wanted to charge me $500 to fill 4 holes in my sink. $500 an hour is what I expect to pay a surgeon, not a plumber.

I set up an apt for the plumber to fix what ended up being a very simple pipe leak for my dishwasher. They gave us a 2 hour window when they would show up, and no showed! We called multiple times inquiring where he was, no answer, no call back...only use if you have time to waste!
