I just wanted to take a moment and say thank you to Michael, for the wonderful service he gave us! My fiancé and I just purchased a home, and within a DAY of us living there, we found that our water heater was no working properly! Luckily we have a Home Warranty, and they had called your company to take care of us! Before Mike had made an appointment with me, I had the original plumber (who said everything was in working order when he inspected it) come out, due to him saying it would be free of charge, and he just wanted us to get taken care of. Not the case! He had sent out a different person that didn't actually work with his company to come out and check everything over. The man was incredibly rude and wanted to charge us $60 for wiping off a sensor, and saying that he fixed the water heater.... He did not... After that, Mike called me and set up an appointment to come down and check everything out. He was being very flexible and was willing to help me out and meet our scheduling needs! Through all of my complaining and questions and over all annoyance, he stayed very calm and pleasant and was very willing to help! He even did a price break down of everything we would be charged for, if the home warranty company actually covered our water heater, to make me feel better! He was very prompt and genuine, and got our new water heater installed in about an hour! No matter what I bugged him with, he was very willing to help and was incredibly nice about it! I really appreciate how well he has treated us! We have already recommended River City Plumbing to several of our friends, just today! Thank you SO MUCH Michael!!!!
