We've had a slow draining bath tub for a looong time - all the Draino in the world wouldn't fix it. Doug provided an estimate, and came over the next day at the stated time, and had it fixed in less than 20 minutes - the barrel for the drain had broken loose (behind the tub wall) and he fished it out of there, and provided me with some good info to ensure that our tub drains well going forward. He was friendly, helpful, did what he said he could do when he said he would do it - what more could you ask for! I will be calling Nash Plumbing for any plumbing needs in the future.

This guy installed a water heater of his choice in late November 2021 that burst last night, the end of June 2023. I called him to ask him to fix it and he said not for 4 days! When I asked him if he could come quicker he physically threatened me. He does NOT warranty his work, he does NOT deal with the warranties of the water heaters he installs and he's extremely unprofessional. Go anywhere else!

Great job on my outdoor spigot. Doug was attentive, explained everything clearly and was detailed in his work. He gave a detailed quote outlining everything he would do and did not go over his estimated quote. He's honest and his pricing is fair. He didn't charge to go out to look at the problem unlike other companies that charge between $45-100, waiving it if you go with them, but still seems high. I will definitely hire him again. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! Had a wonderful experience with Nash Plumbing. My sister's kitchen faucet stopped working suddenly and owner Doug Nash was extremely helpful and insightful right off the bat, taking time to look at some photos of the area under the sink and emailing a prompt estimate for repairs. He came to the house shortly thereafter and accurately diagnosed the issues impacting water flow and even rounded up all the necessary parts on the same day. I damaged our shower valve while trying to replace the cartridge. Doug was able to fit us in quickly, and installed a new shower valve for a reasonable price! He fixed some other issues with the original valve install - and advised us on some more work that needed to be done when it would come time to replace the tile in our shower (which is very soon.) Doug was amazing and professional - would recommend!

He arrived early and promptly went to work. The work area was kept clean and organized.

Doug was the first person to reply and was very responsive. We needed him to cap our gas pipe as we were replacing our gas stove with an electric induction stove, and Doug had the job done in under 24 hours from when we first contacted him. His rate was very fair and he even offered me a lower-priced option and explained the difference between the 2 options. This dude was acting crazy towards me. Came into my house without gloves or a mask. Got mad at me when I asked him to lower his tone when he got agitated about me asking to complete the job I asked him to... which he didn't. He threatened to sue me for not paying the full amount he wanted even tho he didn't want to do the entire job I hired him for , and called me the c-word and the b-word multiple times. This is absolutely the most scary thing that had happened to me in my home. Not sure how this guy has 5 stars... I was legit terrified of him.

My home is very clean as I pay some very nice people to do it for me while I work, and as far as my hoarder home is??? I literally am a minimalist and follow Marie Kondo. Maybe you are thinking of someone else you freaked out on. Either that, or your a straight up liar.

You only fixed the faucet and did not even attempt to fix the fridge water. Don't even talk about me and my mental health dude. I literally have video of you freaking out and I have screenshots of our convo on here. Shall I post them?

Mr. Nash was great from start to finish. He was the first to respond to my request for a quote and we scheduled a visit immediately. He was very proactive before arriving to my house and asked for pictures of the problem area. The day of repair Doug came prepared with the proper equipment, identified and fixed the problem and was done within an hour. 2 weeks later and everything is looking solid. Highly recommend Mr. Nash and will continue to call him for plumbing needs in the future.

Doug's the man. I had to replace a 60 year old hose bib that was corroded and in a precarious spot. Normally I would have attempted this myself but the plumbing on the inside was behind drywall in a finished basement and I was worried that I was gonna screw something up and not be able to fix it myself. Horrible experience! He told me he'd be here today at noon and was a no show. I tried texting and calling and he didn't respond. His last text said he'd text me with an ETA and then ghosted me. When I did reach him by phone, he hung up. It makes no sense. If he's no longer available today, why didn't he speak to me like a professional and tell me when he was available? I guess he decided he didn't want the work.

Meanwhile I have hired a friend who's here to help move my furnace because he said he couldn't do it alone. I've also canceled on other bids because he confirmed he'd be here. This is my only hot water heater so now I'm scrambling.

I noticed late last night that my toilet's water shut off valve was leaking. I messaged Nash Plumbing and he replied first thing this morning. Doug came right away to fix the valve. What a relief. The last thing you want to do is wait days for a plumber when water is leaking in your house.

I made several missteps trying to install a new sink and faucet in my kitchen, but the one step I did do right was hiring Doug with Nash Plumbing! After unsuccessfully hiring someone from Task Rabbit to install the sink and faucet to only get half way through the job and state, you need to call a plumber, Nash Plumbing was my saving grace. Left with a half completed project and an inoperable sink, I needed the job done ASAP! I requested a quote through Yelp on a Saturday afternoon and Doug replied promptly. After a little back and forth and a few pictures shared, Doug said he could come by the next day, on a Sunday! He showed up on time, COVID masked up, took in the mess I created and provided a quote on the spot. The price was more than fair and after agreeing on the numbers he went right to work. As a sink buying novice, I bought a deeper sink and a garbage disposal without taking any measurements. Doug assessed the problem, dropped the drain line and made all my Frankenstein parts fit perfectly. In less than two hours, including a trip to Lowes for a part, he was wrapped up and my new sink, faucet and garbage disposal was dialed in. If you need a plumber in a pinch or for any time frame for that matter; you can not do better than Nash Plumbing. In fact, I already have him lined up for some work in a bathroom. Now it's time to put the new sink to use for Sunday dinner. Thanks again, Doug!

The last trick we could think of to get hot water out of our shower failed. It was cold, cold, COLD water or nothing. Neither of those options were good. I knew what the problem was but wasn't very confident in my ability to fix it. I like the extensive use of shut off valves in commercial plumbing. Residential plumbing is a disaster waiting to happen when I start banging around with wrenches and the like.

Having had trouble getting contractors interested in small jobs (don't get us started on the work we had done on the porch) I turned to Yelp and started pinging plumbers.

I got good responses but Doug was the only one who asked for my email address to send a quote. He had a few questions I had to find the answers for. It took a few days of messaging to get the quote and make the appointment. On a Saturday morning. On. A. Saturday. Morning.

When Doug arrived he wanted to explore. He spent some time prowling in the basement, checking out pipes and seeing what was what. I appreciated that time taken on a pretty small job. He warned us that while it was probably a simple fix the possibility existed it could be something larger. Then he fixed the shower. Bang. Done. He also cleaned up the faucet and fixed the handle that had been falling off for as long as I've lived in this house.

Then he charged us what he quoted. I felt it was a fair price and not a bad haul for a small job on the way to a larger one.

We've got a dodgy kitchen sink that's already killed several weekends for me. That's gonna go soon and we'll call Nash Plumbing again when it's time.

Doug just left our home after fixing our very leaky kitchen sink that needed several new parts, and I'll be recommending him to anyone looking for a plumber.

He responded very quickly to a request for an estimate, saw some pictures of the problem that I sent via text, provided an estimate and was over to the house about an hour later. He fixed the problem quickly and gave us a very fair price. He also just seems like a very nice person, and I think it's important to recognize that.

As other reviewers have said, Doug wanted us to send him photos of the work to be completed and he gave us a quote and came right over the same day (Halloween/Saturday!) He worked fast and completed the job in a few hours. We needed a shower pan installed and pipes connected and reconfigured. Thank goodness we did not do this work by ourselves as we found that there was an old leak and bad plumbing done previously. The rates he charged were good too. Thanks Doug for your expertise, fast and good service. We would use him and recommend him to others. The only fault I noted is he removed his mask while working, but I still gave him 5 stars because his work, price and immediate service was excellent.

Doug Nash, Nash Plumbing, was very professional, prompt, and came prepared with all the tools he needed and wore a mask. My two outside faucets were dripping and I had no hot water in my bathroom sink. He asked that I send pictures which I did and he returned a quote the next day. He came out on Saturday, fixed the two outside faucets and did an excellent job. The bathroom sick presented an unexpected challenge as the pipe broke. He was able to access the plumbing from the basement, went in and replaced the pipes, re-routed my hot and cold faucets going to my washing machine and everything now works perfect. I needed a toilet removed and replaced and called 7 different local Plumbing companies. Most refused to provide even basic cost information over the phone and wanted to charge between $75 - $85 to inspect the job in person before providing a cost estimate. Nash Plumbing set a price of $200 for removal and disposal of the old toilet and the installation of the new as long as there were no issues with the flange or sub floor. He was able to perform the work shortly after the call. There was good communication regarding arrival time. I did have flange issues and the repair was added for time and materials. The work was completed quickly and cleanup was excellent. He even emailed before, during and after pictures along with the invoice. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.

I just want to thank Doug from Nash Plumbing once again as he's helped us with a few different issues we had a bad wax ring that ended up lifting our tiles in our bathroom when I was done remodeling the bathroom he had to install a new toilet flange in Access piping under the house. We called him that night to schedule an appointment and was three to four times more affordable and efficient than anyone else we called especially Roto-Rooter, later that same night at 2 in the morning our shut off valve ruptured and had to shut off the main water supply to the house. I immediately called Doug the next morning and he made an emergency visit after hours that same evening as he was on several other jobs. He came in assess the damage with some pictures I took and sent to him got the correct Parts he needed and did a great very fast and efficient job with attention to detail in every step. He also finished doing the plumbing under the house for the toilet flange as well. Due to the water damage we had from the shut-off valve I had to go into the house a couple months later and found another leak that was just a small drip he then came over again and assess the situation and fixed it all. I would absolutely highly recommend Doug from Nash Plumbing to anyone I know as I am very meticulous I'm picky who I decide to choose to do the work on my house. He was on point with everything he did with so much attention to detail and can't thank Doug enough. Hands down he's my new plumber for life, thank you Doug

Doug was very professional and a pleasure to work with. We had a leaking tub/shower on the second floor pouring water into the family room on the first floor. Doug came by on a Thursday and preformed an initial fix, 24 hours later we discovered the problem was worse than originally thought. Doug came back on Saturday morning, opened the family room ceiling and found two different cracked pipes in the drain line. He repaired both and credited the money paid on the previous Thursday toward the Saturday work. Here it is a week later and all is well. Super happy with the work Doug did and I would highly recommend him!

As one should anticipate, I discovered a few small-ish surprises after moving into a house I recently bought. These were issues that weren't surfaced during the home inspection process: leaky / dripping valves, stops, and faucets for laundry and kitchen areas. Doug was extremely responsive, straightforward, detailed, and thoughtful. He was available same day for both services I had, and was thorough in his explanation of what he intended to do, why he was doing it, and what to expect afterward. I also greatly appreciated the willingness to inspect and provide advice on a variety of other plumbing related areas in the house. I now trust him to always 'do the right thing' and can easily recommend him to others.

Pros: quick response, cheaper bid, free estimate, free advice
Cons: since he works by himself the work may start quick but may take longer to completion, bigger companies that have been around longer may offer better written warranties though he does sound like you can call him up and ask him to fix any of the work he's done if there's a problem

I was in a bind!
Someone that called themselves a plumber, was NOT a plumber!
When I realized things were going completely haywire, I fired the guy and called Nash plumbing. (To be fair, I got Dougs name from Home Advisor, because I was upset with the guy I picked that they recommended in the first place).
It was late afternoon, he answered the phone, I told him what my problem was.
Doug was VERY clear about how he does business! That's a good thing imo.
I called him back and asked him to come, he came, he used very high quality parts, that he had with him and he busted his butt to keep the time under control.
He did a great job! Took pictures, (since he had to work in the crawlspace for part of the job).
I was really impressed with how neat and clean his work is!
No,...he's not cheap. However,...quality and doing business with someone that has a great work ethic is NEVER cheap!
I call my experience with Doug Nash an excellent value and I know I won't have to pay again to have this job done or fixed.
I highly recommend him as your plumber; if your lucky enough to have him work on your project.
It wasn't a big job, I needed two exterior faucets replaced, but the position of where they are and that I have plastic pipes, made it tricky.
Thank you Doug, I'll call you next time I need a plumber.

Doug responded quickly and professionally. We discussed my plumbing needs and he was very helpful. Doug's quote was the best one I received. I was just being unrealistic it what wanted to pay to hire a pro. Ended up doing it myself, no reflection on his quote or his professionalism. However when the need arises for a plumber again, I will definitely call Doug.

I thought is was a small under the kitchen sink leak. I messaged Doug and he came right away to fix it. It turned out to be a much larger issue but he stayed to finish it anyway and made sure it wasn't leaking anymore more before rushing off to the next scheduled job. I cannot describe the relief I felt and how much it was appreciated. There's nothing worse than leaking water. I will be contacting and referring him to family and friends who are looking for a great plumber.

We tried to fix our leaky shower/tub and failed. Gave in and contacted Doug thru Yelp. He would have been here within an hour or so but I dropped the communication ball. Professional , honest, and fairly priced. While taking care of my grandson while Mom and Dad were at the hospital welcoming his new baby sister, I had to deal with a faulty kitchen faucet. It was a Saturday in the midst of the corona virus and this our of town grandma needed a good plumber. Thank goodness great yelp reviews steered me to Doug Nash. He did a great job replacing the faucet and was careful to protect us with social distancing. I recommend Nash plumbing unreservedly.

I somehow found Nash Plumbing through Yelp and he agree to come and give me an estimate. I had a job that wasn't that big so it is difficult to find anyone or they quote you a very high price. Doug did charge for his estimate but he took it off the total estimate after he did the job. Doug was very through with his explanation and right to the point. He gave me an estimate and that is exactly what i paid him when he finished. He replaced a shower handle that wasn't regulating the temperature.. Sounds like an easy job but not really. I have old galvanized lead pipe from 1973 and so cutting into the wall and splicing in new Pex (I think that is the right spelling) pipe can be tricky. Doug works quickly and efficiently. He was out the door before noon to another job. I guess my next project might be to recipe the house. But right now , $$$$.. I will get to try my new handheld shower tomorrow! Can't wait. I would gladly have him back for another job.

I left 4 messages for plumbers around town. Nash Plumbing was the first to get back to me and he was able to come out same day! Kind of unheard of right now. He was friendly and did great work. We needed to replace a faucet and some other yada yada related to the laundry sink and a leaking (and very ancient) shut off valve to the washer. It appears to me he used quality materials and he cleaned up. I was not home but my husband and mother were and they sang his praises when I got home. Will totally call him again.
