Excellent experience all around! I needed to replace my two hole kitchen faucet with a single hole faucet. George was very prompt with his response and quote, and was able to come out within a couple days. The job went perfectly, and the team was able to drill a new hole in my countertop, and installed a disposal switch and soap pump in place of the previous holes. Everything looks and works great!! Will definitely bring them back for any other plumbing work in our home.

Found these guys highly rated on Yelp and called them when I had a clogged sink drain. They came out within a couple hours and had the job done quickly and professionally. Very nice people to deal with and reliable for all of your plumbing needs.

Would have been 5 stars if we hadn't had some initial issues with their having to change the time of our appointment at the last minute. But, when the plumber actually came, he: fixed the blocked drain that was under the house; did it quickly and efficiently and neatly; and provided a 30 day guarantee. And their prices are reasonable and since he got it done in less than an hour and they didn't charge for drive time, the good work was definitely worth the price. We would call them again!

I had a running toilet issue that was costing me a lot of money, and on top of that, the water valve (angle stop) was broken, too. After calling a few plumbers that I didn't go with (neighbor recommendations), I would up Googling Flood Brothers and my gut told me to go with them. I am glad I did. From the time I called them and spoke with Daniel, to the actual work done by Brandon, the communication, attention to health & safety and detail was second to none.  Brandon wore a mask, gloves and booties on his shoes. He checked the job after complete, asked me to double-check, and then made sure all the water pressure in the house was fine after turning the water back on. This company cares about who you are and what they do. I hope I don't have another issue, but if I do, I know who to call and so should you.

Luis has been by my house several times for a few issues we had with backyard drains. This team is punctual and willing to tackle issues big or small, and always get the job done. Highly recommend them.

Chris was extremely helpful. On time and saved the day! I called the day off the issue- a clogged kitchen sick, and he was able to be over within two hours to root the pipes. Chris was informative and was willing to check the drainage on the other sinks I'd had- very thorough gentleman!

I called Rockstar Plumbing after seeing their yelp reviews. After needing to cancel on my original appointment due to a previous job going longer than anticipated, I wasn't very happy (since my water was shut off until this was fixed)... but when Dijon came the following day, everything was made right. He was kind and helpful. He listened and fixed the two issues I was having in record time (and for free since they were apparently minor issues and it was considered a service call).
They are my new go-to plumbers for my home and the properties that I manage. With services from plumbing repair to hydrojetting, I think we will have a good relationship!

I do not know much about plumbing, but I called miguel when I had problem with my garbage disposal based on his yelp review . He came on time, as promised, a big point for me who value punctuality.  He explained the problem and quoted me a reasonable price and fixed everything as promised. I haven't had problem since. I had somehow managed to get a piece of glass stuck in my garbage disposal that made the whole system get stuck. Within 15 minutes Victor offered to FaceTime me and walk me through getting it unstuck. And it worked! I'm so so grateful!

Hermes Plumbing was the plumber assigned to our repair through a home warranty plan. Haik called me quickly after receiving the work order and was easy to schedule. He and his brother came out within 24 hrs and replaced two faucets for us. They wore masks and shoe covers and were very professional. They also cleaned up around the work sites when they were finished. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Mandel is the man. In three weeks he's unfortunately already had to help me twice. Once was later in the evening with a toilet which wouldn't stop overflowing, and now with a kitchen sink that wasn't working! In both cases he took the time to see what he could do so I wouldn't have to throw away the kitchen sink! (So to speak..) he got both fixed and working in a matter of minutes. He also asked for pics in advance and tried to talk me through fixing them first if I could. He seems to really know what he's talking about, and is very customer service oriented. Thanks Mandel.

Nice guy over the phone and in person when he came to evaluate the problem with my shower, but I had to reach out to them after a couple days had passed since the consultation without any response.  They were having trouble finding the parts needed (understandably because my smitty plate was different than what came with the installed hardware), but I was then notified that he was leaving town for several days.  Another guy was supposed to contact me and pick up where he left off, but that never happened.  So I waited until a few days after he was supposed to be back in town, only to find out that they still had no answers for what parts were needed to fix my issue.  Pretty frustrating, and a waste of time considering someone else could've had this fixed by now.

The repair men were perfect professionals who arrived within 3 hours of my call and fixed our hot water heater in about 15 minutes.  Now my husband and I don't have to take cold showers any more.  Cold showers are so uncomfortable.   I would recommend Z&H Plumbing and Water Heaters to anyone who asks or require plumbing and water heater services.  Thank you for your time and have a pleasant day.

A real human answers when you call - because suddenly you find you've no operable toilets in your house.  That's sort of an emergency.  After speaking with Madison (when you hang up with her you're unexpectedly impressed because no one is that courteous and proficient anymore) Mike came 6pm that same day and worked for two hours to install a new toilet and fix another.  A week later, turned out an adjustment was necessary - he came back same day I called, and it was fixed in mere minutes.
Their rates may not be quite as discounted as other companies, but you get superb service from people who clearly take professional pride in doing quality work, and stand by it.

Was in a pinch and needed a plumber at the last minute.  Called them for after-hours service.  Art showed up within an hour and was SUPER helpful and friendly.  Very professional, clean and explained everything. Very satisfied!

Diligent and Thorough and Honest are the best words to describe Connie and Chris.  I was having a major plumbing crisis when I called Connie.  My house has a sewage evacuation pump and the motor was frozen and impeded by a blockage. My entire sewage system was blocked and I had a house full of guests .....and it was Saturday afternoon.  
AMERICAN DRAIN WORKS AND PLUMBING TO THE RESCUE!!!!!!.  Connie assured me that they stay until the job is done.  It was looking like I might have to replace the whole pump ($$$$$) but Connie and (especially) Chris didn't give up.  They managed to unplug the pump and get the motor going.  They saved me from certain demise and I was (and am) extremely grateful for such good people.
I would recommend them highly.

Awesome and affordable service! I called for a super clogged bathtub on a Sunday afternoon. There wasn't availability, which wasn't surprising, but Broc scheduled time for the next day. He was timely and thorough, checking multiple times to make sure the drain was clearing. Very reasonably priced too. Overall highly recommend.
