Edwin came earlier than scheduled, when there seemed an obstacle which made snake hard to move, he changed the head of snake within blink of eye, very skillful, professional, and respectful.  I also learned Plumber 2 the rescue also fixed water heater and other plumbing work.  Will definitely call them in the future.

We had an emergency request in our commercial space for sewage backup. After our call he arrived within minutes, all prepared and got it all fixed up. Amazing service, QUICK and cleaned it all up and fixed another issue they came across as well. Prices were very very reasonable, especially for an emergency call. Just bought a new home and found out the main sewage pipe that goes to the street had a crack and tree roots and could collapse any day. I called around town and everyone was giving me crazy expensive prices and not very knowledgeable. I called and spoke with Victor and he was very professional and friendly. The price he quoted me was very reasonable compared to the other companies. Victor and his crew did an amazing job, very professional and their equipment seemed top of the line (see all my pictures I posted). The company is licensed by CSLB. I highly recommend Hermes Plumbing and Rooting for all your plumbing needs.  I have used Hermes Plumbing a few times and each time has been a better experience than the previous.

They are quick to arrive, especially when you are in a time of need.  Not to mention, extremely thorough, clean, and professional when they work.  

I had a complicated tankless water heater issue once that 2 other plumbers couldn't fix.  Hermes Plumbing knew exactly what was wrong from my description over the phone and they even took the time to explain the issue in detail and how they were going to fix it.

Will definitely call them again in the future!

Overdue but well-earned review for Rapid Action Rooter and Mandel, highly recommend! Mandel is professional, experienced, knowledgeable, honest and follows through with everything he promises, no BS!

Back in January, I was doing laundry and heard gurgling in one of the toilets and sewage had backed up in my shower.  Found Rapid Action Rooter on Yelp, called the number and got a quick response from Mandel.  He couldn't come the same day but came exactly at 1pm the next day as promised.  Turns out my main sewage line, the original one from the 1920's, had burst and had to be replaced.  Mandel had a crew the next morning right on time at 8:00am to replace it.  They had it done and cleaned up by 4pm the same day.  Mandel came in the morning to explain what his crew was going to do and came back afterwards to make sure everything was done well.  His crew worked hard in not the best of situations, it's the sewage line after all, and they were polite, considerate of the property and just overall good hard working guys.  

A few months and many loads of laundry later, absolutely no issues, no more gurgling and definitely no more back-ups!  Will definitely call Mandel and Rapid Action Rooter again for any plumbing issues at my house.

Very fast, friendly and professional service. I had a clogged shower drain that plunging wouldn't budge. Within about 2-hours of the call they had a very nice plumber named Fernando show up, unclog the drain and charge a reasonable price for the service. I will call again when we're in need. I rarely write reviews but just had to as my experience with Flood Brothers Plumbing and Jerry in particular was absolutely outstanding. I had JUST moved into a condo as a first time homeowner and wasn't even fully unpacked yet when there was a crazy leak from above that went through my ceiling and floors into the garage below. It affected multiple rooms and a hallway and I was beyond overwhelmed, especially as I had never had to deal with anything like this and had to handle it on my own. Jerry was just a rock and had everything handled from go, even advising me on when to take what steps to ensure we were communicating effectively with insurance and that the scope of the work would be approved and covered to protect me and the job. Super responsive and careful about everything, even reassured me on several points (like mold!) that I was really paranoid about and triple checked everything for me. They also even offered to come in earlier or faster for certain steps when openings became available, and were flexible with my insane schedule. Needless to say I'll be going to them for everything from now on and they've really won me over with this crazy situation where  they were the utmost pros! I'm a huge cynic and expect most experiences like this to be pretty rough but Jerry and his team were a dream. Thank you Jerry!

Thomas came out to the house today to fix our clogged kitchen drain. He took the time to explain the issue and to let us know about future issues that may come up with out 1960s house. Reliable and responsive. Would recommend to family and friends.

Just had to call them again....GREG...was the most helpful....since it was late at night, he told me to send pictures and helped me over the phone for almost 45 minutes....AND KABOOM, my heat is back on....These are the nicest and knowledgeable guys....do not hesitate.

Diligent and Thorough and Honest are the best words to describe Connie and Chris.  I was having a major plumbing crisis when I called Connie.  My house has a sewage evacuation pump and the motor was frozen and impeded by a blockage. My entire sewage system was blocked and I had a house full of guests .....and it was Saturday afternoon.  
AMERICAN DRAIN WORKS AND PLUMBING TO THE RESCUE!!!!!!.  Connie assured me that they stay until the job is done.  It was looking like I might have to replace the whole pump ($$$$$) but Connie and (especially) Chris didn't give up.  They managed to unplug the pump and get the motor going.  They saved me from certain demise and I was (and am) extremely grateful for such good people.
I would recommend them highly.
