all two plumbers that I normally use and both were not available so I decided to try RAR. Mandel was very responsive and gave me a fair price for removing the water heater and replacing it with one I had ordered at Ferguson Plumbing Supplies. They arrived even earlier than originally scheduled. They were very professional, practiced proper social distancing from me and wore masks which, as an engineer, I was glad to see since a lot of people still weren't wearing them at that time. RAR had everything done within three hours from call to picking up the water heater and installing the heater and verifying that it was working properly.

Yes, they weren't the lowest cost but you are paying for experienced workmanship and it showed.

They will be my 'go-to' plumber from now on.

These guys are great! I had some shower handle problems and it didn't seem like too easy of a fix for me. I contacted some plumbers through Yelp and luckily one of by them was New Generation Plumbing! They got me an appointment the next day and arrived within the 2 hr window. I had just gotten another plumber come and look at the problem but he seemed to quote me a pretty high price plus the other plumber wasn't as courteous as these guys. They introduced themselves as Henry and Hector then instead of just walking right into your house they put in their shoe covers first. Of course they are already masked up. They quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a fair quote, much lower than the other plumber. I felt at ease with these guys already especially Henry. He was always very calm and had the knowledge to explain everything. It was obvious he was trying to up-sell me on anything. They told me they needed an hour to get some materials and they were back within the hour and got the job done pretty quick. Where they really took the extra step was when they noticed another problem after and instead of leaving they offered to look at it and gave me some info on what i should do. Again, they didn't try to tell me it's going to be another xx$ to fix it. They told me what needed to be done. Really nice and professional! Would highly recommend

Agreed on an install for a tankless (I provided my own).  Zorro and his guys couldn't find a way to install - no fault of their own, but rather the age/lack of access of my home.  Ended up replacing my broken gas water heater at a reasonable price.  His guys were polite, protected, and cleaned up after themselves.  The work brought my exhaust and location of water heater up to code.  Overall, very positive experience and highly recommend.

Yelp had good reviews for this company so I decided to give them a try. Jeff was dispatched to my home for a quote to remediate a toilet overflow on my living room ceiling. He is personable but his workmanship is sloppy and his crew is sloppy.

To deal with the overflow, they initially created a container with painters tape. Taped my ceiling and adjacent walls in an attempt to create a tight seal. The container partially fell the next day. The employee who arrived to cut drywall couldn't even staple the container to the walls and ceiling because his staple gun was out of staples as I heard him tell his supervisor. Instead of finding a better solution, they used duct tape on my ceiling.  They also didn't address the painters tape on adjacent walls that rendered their container useless. There wasn't a tight seal and container was pointless. Nothing was contained in that space.

When all the duct tape was finally removed, it created additional damage to the damaged space. It increased the drywall perimeter that needed to repaired.

Because this was a stressful project, and wanted to get it over with, I signed on to make additional p-trap replacements to my plumbing. SUCH A MISTAKE.  They half repaired the water draining system on my bathtub shower combo. They completed the work in the ceiling but didn't replace the parts in my tub. To access the area they needed, they cut additional jagged, unmeasured lines in my drywall ceiling.

More damage for me to repair. Over $2700 to replace two p-traps and they left the job incomplete.

Subsequently, I had to have a different plumber redo the work Jeff and his crew claimed to complete.

Overall Flood Brothers crew were sloppy, semi-incompetent, and overpriced. They created additional damages to my home that did NOT exist prior to their work.  

I would not recommend them for water remediation or plumbing repairs.

Our toilet was backed up (so pleasant) and I called Sal's right away. They came in no time and did a quick and thorough job clearing the clog. I will definitely be using them in the future!

My ice maker decided to spring a leak at 7PM on Sunday night.  I pulled the fridge out and tried to turn the water off.  Handle broke.  Damn, had to shut the water to the whole house off.  After trying to call a few other people I found on Google with ZERO success, I yelped it and found 911 Plumbing.  Vic answered and said Greg would be out in 45 minutes.  Greg was on time and fixed my valve within a few minutes.  Water restored!  Fantastic!  Thanks Greg!

I had them come install a new kitchen sink today. Plumber was here in less than 30 min. Lalo did and excellent job. Was kind and friendly. The lady that helped me when I called was very nice as well. Good price too. Highly recommend!!

Anytime Rooter has come to our rescue twice in the last two years for different drain issues, one affecting our bathrooms (ugh) and one backing up our kitchen and laundry. Both times they responded quickly, arrived as scheduled, and easily identified and resolved our problems. Brock is very nice to work with and knows what he's doing. Great service, fair price.
