Amazing service!  John and George are true professionals They are prompt, helpful, extremely competent, honest and resourceful. Our water heater went bad and they worked so hard in getting it replaced.  They came on Sunday morning to help us out, even thouth they do not typically work on Sundays. You can see they truly care about what they do and about the interests of the customer. They are highly dependable and just very nice people.  I wish I knew them earlier.

We cannot say enough about what a great job Real Plumbers did on our renovation project.  Amazing value for our money  considering the professionalism, punctuality and above all excellent workmanship.  They presented us with multiple options and helped guide us in an honest and responsible way.  Their recommendations helped save us thousands of dollars that other contractors were trying to charge us for extra work that our small house did not require. 

We contracted them to replace the old and outdated plumbing, they re-routed all drains, vents, water and gas lines to accommodate our specific design in the kitchen and laundry room.  We could not be happier with the end results.  In the kitchen, they installed our sink fixtures, drain, garbage disposal, and set up a recessed waterline for our refrigerator.  They also roughed in a water line for a pot filler to be installed when we finish tiling the backsplash.  In the laundry room, they recommended and installed the appropriate tankless water heater and water softener for the size of our house, set up the recessed laundry hook ups and installed our utility sink fixtures and drain.

I returned from an unforgettable dinner to find by bathroom flooded from an unattended running bathtub from the unit above. While said tenant on the floor above was eating pizza rolls and watching a stirring episode of Cagney & Lacey, my bathroom floor was covered in suds.  I called Warren to inspect the crime scene.

Warren checked out the damage and gave me several options to repair the pipes which led to the disaster. I appreciated his honesty, which is rare in his line of work. Within 24 hours, Warren solved my problem, under cost mind you.

We were having problems with our shower and decided to change the whole thing. Flood brothers did a very neat job. I couldn't believe everything was so clean in the end considering all the mess Efrain had to deal with. The materials he used were good quality and everything works great now. He even went beyond and fixed some other small things he noticed were wrong without extra charges.

Miquel saved our beautiful Hansa kitchen faucet which is no longer carried in the U.S.. He is such a smart caring plumber.  This is the second problem we had (other was a dripping bathtub faucet which he repaired without damaging the tile). We will use him again!

AMAZING! - I don't use those words at all in any review - Z&H was just brilliant and I have a number of rental units so I deal with Plumbers all the time.

Water Heater (14 years old) starts leaking Friday night, by Saturday noon we had the best instant hot water heater replacement in place.

Worked with Tripp and his team to fix water and mold damage in a bedroom. They did the job at a reasonable price and also let me rent the dehumidifier from him while I waited to fix my deck. The cleanup wasn't that good as there was dry wall debris left along the house when they were cleaning up. They also damaged a few parts of the wall that had to be fixed later.

They dispatched the technician within an hour even though my issue wasn't urgent. Tony came and did a great job in fixing the shut off valve. The price included the parts and labor, no surprise. It was very sufficient.

Great company came out within 30 mins. That I called them. Worked fast and very professional.  Most important they did a very clean job and cleaned up after themselves.  Highly recommended

Connie and Lalo were amazing. They were quick, efficient, honest, professional and so super nice. They charged a fair price and I couldn't be more pleased. I had a toilet that kept running and also didn't flush right and they fixed it super fast. Connie also took the time to explain what they did in a way that I could understand it--something no other plumber has done before. Also, my two children were napping and Connie and Lalo were so respectful and quiet I could not even hear them working. I am beyond happy to have found them and will recommend them to all of my friends and family.

I gave them a call and Broc gave me a quote for a flat rate, at a very reasonable price, cheapest I was quoted by 50%. He arrived on time, worked quickly, and even told me what I had done wrong, in case I want to try it again myself next time.
