Just had a great experience with this company. I called them on Friday for an all day job and they were able to arrive on Tuesday and take care of everything very nicely. Our plumber was Curtis and he was very accommodating and helpful in clarifying everything. I would definitely use this company again.

Call at least 4 plumbers and couldn't get anyone to come out and help with my leaking toilet-some were booked out 2 weeks. Decided to call Capital based on their good reviews. They were able to schedule an appointment within a couple days. Their scheduling system is awesome-received a text and was able to track their progress to my house. Shawn arrived,quoted a reasonable price and fixed my toilet! He gave me some good tips on how to prevent the issue in the future. Will definitely call them the next time I have a plumbing issue.

I highly recommend A&T service plumbing. To make a long story short, I hired a plumbing company (well known in Austin) 2 weeks ago for some minor repairs around the house. Upon completion of repairs my outdoor water Faucets began making an incredibly loud sound. I called the company back so they could fix the problem they created. The solution they recommend was installing a PRV for $775. I knew a PRV was not needed as the City told me my water pressure was fine.
Feeling frustrated I called A&T plumbing and Pierre came to check out my outdoor faucets the following day. Within 5 minutes Pierre corrected the problem and even showed me how to replace the faucet.
So, if you are looking for an honest, reliable and professional company I highly recommend A&T Service Plumbing.

I used Standard several months ago and just forgot to leave a review. Had a simple install of a garbage disposal, but when Braulio saw that prior plumbing setup under my sink was all out of whack he went ahead and fixed it all up for me at no extra charge.  He was fast, kind, and clearly very good at what he does.  I remember telling him that after that initial visit that I think he's won my business for any plumbing needs from here on out.

Came across a small water leak on the main line coming into the house...I was happy to see that Jamie lives in my neighborhood, I mean...how much more local can you get...He showed up in about 30 minutes, gave me what I thought was a very fair quote and got to work...job was wrapped up in about 4-5 hours and was please with the whole process...Looks like we have a new Plumber that I wouldnt hesitate to call for my needs.

I called Republic Pipeworks because I needed a new hot water heater. Jim came to my house checked everything out and had it replaced with a brand new one for a GREAT price.  I would recommend Republic Pipeworks to anyone!

Nothing like a mainline stoppage at 10pm on a Friday night. I reached our first thing Saturday morning and they were able to send a tech out. He was able to get our line open, but there was a break in the line at the city connection. He told us how to reach the city and didn't try to scam us for the repair. Not cheap but worth it in the end. Thanks!

Our AC stopped working yesterday at about 3pm, we contacted Stan's at about 330pm. We were told that a tech would be out between 6pm and 8pm. We waited until about 810pm, and called back since no one had arrived yet and the house temperature was about 90 degrees at this time. We left a message and never received a call back at any time. We literally waited for hours to have no one even bother to call to let us know that they could not help or be there as stated by the person we spoke with on the phone at 330pm. If you are not able to help, it would be much better to say that you don't have a team available to help, rather than have us sitting in our HOT house, waiting for someone who never even bothered to call to say they were not coming. You wasted our time for over 5 hours, thinking you were going to show up to assist us. We could have called another company and perhaps had the situation handled yesterday.

Great service! Right on time, great communication, quick service! Will use them again!

I came home to a $700 water bill yesterday. I called the city and they said they couldn't get anyone by until next week. I called 2 other plumbers and they said they couldn't help until the city turned off our water because that would be tampering with city property. Mark responded to my request 1st thing this morning, made an appointment for noon and showed up almost 30 minutes early. He fixed the problem quickly and charged a very reasonable rate.

I recommend Nick highly.  He's prompt, efficient and reasonably priced.  And he appears to really know what he's doing.  I've used him two or three times over the years and highly recommend him.

Found these guys through yelp.  Called because I had a stuck piece of pvc I couldn't get loose under the sink.  Ben worked me in the very next day at a time convenient for me and Tony came out and got the pipe loose, then charged me an extra $25 to finish putting in the sink drain on a bathroom remodel.  Price was very fair--exactly what I thought it should be for the service call and repair.  Great guys, fair price.

I am beyond pleased!! This is a local business, husband/wife team. They arrived on time, were soooo friendly, not rushing, and conversing as they progressed, telling us what what going on. What a pleasant pleasant experience. We expected there would be more to the job than actually happened. Emilio obviously knew exactly what to do and did it very quickly. I feel like we've made a friend. I will definitely use this company again!! I highly recommend him.

I can't say enough good things about this business.  MY AC went out last weekend, so I called my regular service guy -- someone I have done business with for many years. (Not to mention, we had a regular service visit scheduled for Monday -- only 2 days away.)  No reply.  I texted him, explaining that I needed emergency service.  No reply.  Honest Air Conditioning guys were out within an hour!  Worked to get me up and running quickly, efficiently, and at a lower cost than I would have paid elsewhere.  Significantly lower.   And, my regular guy?  Well, he never replied to me.  Not even when I canceled Monday's appointment.  What?

HAC explained everything to me very clearly.  I understood that the first fix was a temporary fix and that further work would be needed to properly address the problem.  THAT work was also completed efficiently and at a great cost . . . the very next day.  A Sunday!  NO additional fees for coming out on Sunday, either.  I love these guys.  They have kept in touch with me to be certain everything is working well and made the whole process easy.  My house is so cool and comfortable and I'm a very happy customer.  Honest Air Conditioning is now my AC service company.  Thanks!!!!
