I had a leak in my water main and spent days trying to even find someone to answer the phone or return my call. I saw Jason at a job he was doing and I spoke with him and told him of my trouble and made an appointment for him to stop by my house and assess the issue. He quoted me a flat rate and I hired him on the stop. He and a helper were here in the morning and dug it out and made the repair in a few hours time. Professional, Prompt, Courteous and Reliable. I found my Plumber!

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!

Worst experience with any contractor ever!! They showed up late every single day so it took them 7 days to complete probably a 2 day job. Then they would leave for several hours at a time. They would say they were on the way and would still take 2+ hours to show up. Cannot stress how bad this experience was...Do yourself a favor and do not call these guys.

Loved working with South by Plumbing! He was very efficient in getting to us and explained everything that was going on and what he was doing to fix it. I appreciated that since a lot of times people just say this is what it's going to cost and don't explain anything. We worked with South By Plumbing on multiple occasions and always I've got very clear explanations on what happened, what need to be done and what are the options. Jason was willing to come out to clear our main drain at 1am and did it on the rain quickly and pleasantly. He was on another job when he agreed to come out and kept me informed the entire time if his status and eta. I'd highly recommend using them!

South By plumbing showed up to give an estimate on a hot water heater gas leak, they gave me a reasonable estimate and broke down expenses with their reasons for actions on the repair. They were able to find the control valve and have it shipped promptly to get the work done ASAP. Once the control valve was in their hands, they called and did their work the same day it arrived. The installation of the valve, draining of hot water tank, and a new supply line fitting took less than an hour and was really impressed. Thanks Robert!
