We had two leaking toilets. I emailed on Monday and got an immediate response. They scheduled for Wednesday, showed up early (!!), were polite, thorough, fairly-priced, and efficient. We will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

Steve really bailed us out.  We ended up having a DIY nightmare and he totally bailed us out.  Contacted him at 1 today and he was out before 3.  He finished the job by 5:30.  What amazing service Steve gave us.  The service was very well priced.  He is already on my speed dial!

Excellent service. I waited 2 days for a call back from Culligan and finally gave up and found Coopers online thanks to their great reviews. I have to add mine to them. They installed a brand new system in my new hone 2 days later and it was less cost then me buying a system myself to have installed. This is a great family business!  Much appreciated!  Good job. I hired Hope to move shower plumbing in our bathroom.  I checked on their progress about 2/3 way through the day, and realized they were not placing the new plumbing in the agreed upon locations based upon measurements.  The plumber started coming up with different reasons (conflicting) on why he had done what he did.  I wound up asking him to leave and to speak with a supervisor.  
They then sent the same technician out the next day to re-do the work. Still wasn't done correctly.
About a week and a half later I was awakened to the sound of water flooding my basement.  The connection he made to my existing piping had failed.  I will spare you the details in getting someone out to deal with the situation, but was essentially told they would have to work me in because I didn't have a scheduled appointment.
Customer service manager came out to the house and sent a water remediation team to come clean up the water, and said he would reach out in the next week to work on compensation for my damages.  It has been more than two months and no word.
Every company makes mistakes from time to time, it is how they deal with them that separates excellent providers from poor ones.  My experience with Hope has shown them to be in the poor category.

Super super helpful! I had a kitchen sink that would not drain and if you haven't realized how much you use your kitchen sink, try not using it for dinner prep and clean up and then you'll have a whole new appreciation for your sink like I do.
I messaged out for emergency service plumbing and they were here and fixed the issue within in 2 hours!
I felt safe when they were in my house, which might seem like an odd piece to review, but as a woman I find that to be extremely important when someone has to come in your house. I did have my two dogs in a room though barking the whole time, but I think I would have felt safe even if the dogs were barking.
They were quick, clean, and efficient and I'm so thankful for their help!

I was in desperate need to have a waterline installed for my refrigerator, I called three other companies and Grateful Plumber was able to get to me that day. They showed up in a very well advertised van, in uniform, introduced themselves, assessed the project gave me a very reasonable quote and got to work. They had the job done in a very timely manner, my cats were very curious and they were so sweet to my cats. They cleaned up the mess and were finished in 30 minutes. Everything is electronic so I got a text to let me know exactly when they would be here, I could track them on my map, and I could pay with my credit card and they offered to send my invoice to my email or print it out. Awesome service!

We used Chapman for the first time about 10 years ago. Our furnace went out in the middle of a freezing cold wonder and Chapman came out immediately and totally hooked us up with a great deal on a new furnace in no time. Since then, they have replaced our water heater and air conditioner. Let me tell you that Chapman has totally taken care of us. Always. They are kind, competent, and customer focused. They fight to find the root of any complex issues and come up with the best, most economical solutions. I will always use Chapman for our hvac and plumbing needs. They are THE best!

I have used Big Frog Plumbing for two jobs. They where fantastic! Quick and clean. Very affordable. They even told me I didn't need some things to save me money! I highly recommend using them for you next plumbing job!!

I had Mike out to do some work on a hot tub in a new house.  He was helpful and beyond the work told me where to get parts so I could work on things myself.  That's the mark of a
Contractor that's got enough work they don't care about you doing some of the work to cut costs.

Called for a simple service appointment and Bob didn't sound like he wanted my business at all. I told him someone else had worked on the issue in the past and he said, Why don't you just have them do it? I asked what his minimum service call was and he said, If I have to sit around for a couple hours, probably a couple hundred bucks. At least it's good to know about his level of professionalism  before hiring him.

Two plumbers came out to my daughter's house to reseat a toilet, install a water softener with plumbing already in place, and install a new vanity/sink. My daughter called to go over the estimate with me before authorizing the work to be done. When she told me it would be approximately $700, I thought that was reasonable. But then I was told that was only for that day's charges because they had to come back to install the water softener. The total was over $1800!  I asked to speak to one of the plumbers for a breakdown of the estimate. One of the charges was $198 for them to go to the hardware store and pick up a couple parts!  Yes, they wanted to charge almost $200 to pick up some parts!!  When I told them to forget about it and we would find someone else, the plumber frantically tried to talk me into using them and said he'd take off 20%. When I told him that still wouldn't work, he wanted to know what I would be willing to pay. I wouldn't have had them do service for any price with them trying to rip off my young daughter and then play The Price is Right with me over the phone. I was told the service call would be $29 if we didn't get the service done. When I told them we were declining service, they tried to rip us off again by saying it would be $49 for the trip charge. I don't know what is going on, but $1800 for three small plumbing jobs that would take a couple hours is astronomical, and I was shocked that a locally owned and operated company would be double the price of the next estimate I received. And to be charged $200 to go down the street to the hardware store was completely unbelievable. It's the plumber's job to have the necessary parts, and if they don't have the right parts, it's their job to go get them or order them to repair at a later date. I am attaching a picture of the estimate. Maybe someone can explain why the prices are so much higher than the subsequent two estimates I received and why my daughter was going to be charged almost $200 to pick up parts. I am very disappointed in Carter's Plumbing and expected better from a local company.

Starting with the office staff, they listen and work to get you service just as fast as possible. They are never short or rude. I have used them on numerous occasions and they are always professional,  Friendly and explain exactly what they're doing.  Steve, the Plumbing Mgr,  makes sure your problem is solved, including Leaving the office and getting his hands dirty to make sure your job is perfect. I highly recommend them.

Started using PHP when we bought our house just for tune-ups and checks twice a year and they never let me down. We recently had a new HVAC and water softener installed by them all in one day and I was super impressed by their service! I already knew they were reliable, punctual, and professional, but the installations were the icing on the cake! Thanks PHP! Highly recommend!

Replaced and rerouted exterior faucet  and installed new kitchen faucet. Extremely nice people concerned with providing good service and respectful of property.

I came here and found these guys well reviewed. I've had low water pressure and poor hot water in my house so I called these guys.

Response was eerily fast, as someone showed up within the hour. When they arrived they immediately set to work.

They replaced piping and tubing leading into and out of my water heater. It had degraded over time. But when they were done they didn't actually fix my issue. My master bath shower, which they saw, was barely usable. It was mentioned We need to replace the cartridge in the shower faucet.

Do you know what a cartridge is? Did you know there was anything even behind your shower faucet? Because I didn't and I don't care to. That's why I called professionals. But they left on an emergency call and three days later everything is as it was.

They also said I need a new water heater, which is probably right. But there was no guidance on what to get, how to get it, or if they could install it. I was told if it's not fixed in three days give us a call. Well, it wasn't fixed when they left so one wonders how it'd magically fix itself.

But hot water water isn't so much my problem. I have decently hot water. But I don't get to use it because it barely comes out my shower head.

Three days later and we're still Googling and ordering parts, drills, wrenches, and other supplies so we can replace our own shower faucet cartridge. Something that should have already been done and something I don't care to do on account I'm not a plumber.

To add to it, they left two ridiculously large and obnoxiously yellow WEILHAMMER PLUMBING stickers on my water heater and furnace. They measure about 5 or 6 inches wide and 2 inches tall. I don't mind leaving a card, or a magnet, but these were stickers half a foot wide. My house is not a billboard. 10 minutes of scrubbing with Goo Gone, magic erasers, and a wall scraper it came off.

My goal was clear: If I can't take a decent shower this evening, then it's not fixed. $195 later, after 20 minutes of their time, it's not fixed.

We have been a customer of Godby for probably over 10 years. We are on their Club Godby. I'll say they have very good service however,  I called to have them look at a couple of things. There is a $99 service call which is fine. We needed a frost free outside spigot repaired and Gary the technician (who has been here before and is a nice guy) gave me the estimate to replace one outside faucet (spigot) and I was shocked. I expected it to be over $200.? but it was over $400. Labor is over $200 per hour. I told Gary to forget it and paid the $99 call fee. We will be looking for another HVAC and plumbing company. BTW, the 3 stars were for their service. If I had to give a star rating on pricing, it would be a one.

I've used Action Air twice so far and have been pleased with the service. The first time was to check my unit, inquire about a new filter, and update my thermostat. Next call was to change out my filter system to one that is more easily managed and more economical. Both techs that came out communicated well and worked efficiently. Action Air sends out texts prior to the responding tech's visit. The texts includes the name and picture of the tech as well as a short bio. It's like a little meet & greet, if you will. Action Air is local and family owned and I highly recommend for reasonable and efficient service.

I forgot one of the first rules of supply and demand. The one that says once you pay for something in advance... like a maintenance agreement... you become the LAST priority for service. Over a 6 week wait just to have routine maintenance. It is clear this company is preying on consumers who initiate these kinds of contracts. Keep control of the situation and don't sign these agreements. Make Summers compete for your business. With service agreements... you lose the ability to force them to compete.

Called them to replace my kitchen sink, faucet, and angle stop. Had all of the replacement parts necessary. The correct sizes and everything already on site. They quoted my 20 year old daughter $3700 and told her they would need to knock out the back wall of my house to install the plumbing. My husband and I installed it in under two hours and didn't need to knock out any walls. Thanks for showing your true colors. Will never recommend or use.
