This is the second time we have called upon Steve Morin Plumbing and have continued to be pleased. They are very responsive on the phone and are very good with communication and keeping you informed. Jesse and assistant arrived on schedule and went right to work to remove the old water heater and install the new one. They were very efficient and careful in their work. While here, they were also able to replace a shut off valve that was not working. I would definitely hire again and highly recommend!

Upon using Yelp's feature & having professional experts contact us made everyday simple things less challenging. This company was concise in their service fees associated with remedies. Tho we needed a water softener install plus an indoor shut off value update & repair, our immediate needs became apparent. We opted for only doing the line with pex*. Goodness gracious, I hope I'm using the appropriate terminology in this review ;) .
We were delighted when Winters explained what was needed in our amended plumbing job, arrived when promised, waived the service fee (omitted upon verbal agreement/payment). I assumed this much as we hired them upon the IRL visual pricing. Winters texted us when their person (Donnie) was on his way in the morning of. We received a text so we would know who was coming & ETA of arrival.
Donnie arrived when he said he was going to, explained what was required, preformed exceptionally well, no additional mess was present after the job was done, & the best part is that Donnie didn't try to overwhelm us with unnecessary services that we didn't need or thought we ought to want. Love love love that aspect of hiring Winters. The best part of Winters is that they are local.

Our current system wasn't working and we were expecting a lot of family in for the holiday. Meanwhile our toilets and sinks were turning orange and the water smelled. Cooper's Water Conditioning performed a miracle and got a new and better system installed within a couple of days, before our guests arrived. Had a few small leaks around the house in our half bathroom, kitchen and master bath. Saw solid reviews on Yelp and decided to give Hope a shot. Very friendly when scheduling appointment and was scheduled promptly so I thought this was a good sign.
When the technician arrived at our home he was able to fix our problem in our half bath with no problem. But when it came to the kitchen and shower fixtures which were leaky (both Moen products). We were told these parts were not available and could not be fixed. He did take that time to try to repair the shower but it was worse when he left and I ultimately had my money refunded for this. Also, the parts that he said were not available I was able to pick up at Lowe's and order from Moen direct.
The experience was very odd, it seemed like he didn't want to work on Moen products and spoke negatively about them. Hope was nice enough, as I said to refund part of my money and offered to send a different technician to my home but at that point I could not trust any further.
Ordered the parts on my own and figured out how to make the repairs myself. May have been an isolated case but this is the type of experience that makes it difficult to trust service providers in the first place.

My air conditioning went out recently. Technician showed up, and told me I probably had a pretty major leak. He then tells me it's $180 a pound to refill my R22 (refrigerant) and I was almost 4 pounds low. Luckily my Neigbor had just had their ac filled at $90 a pound. I called their company to get a second opinion. Turns out my ac was only a pound low. It cost me less for them to come out and fill my ac than what I would have paid for one pound of refrigerant from this company. Remember he was trying to sell me 4 pounds at $180 per pound. Would have cost me over $800 for that one call.

On those two occasions he's walked me through the fix. A VERY HONEST man! It's not often you find someone willing to help you out even if it costs them a few bucks.

Highly recommend Sean Mooney of Carter's My Plumber. We had some ongoing floor drain issues (that were not staying fixed). A friend referred us to Sean, and we are so happy with his work. Extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and service oriented. Very reasonable price. Ours was a drain issue--older home (built in 1947). But I now plan to call them for everything. Their service level was super impressive from the call back by Tonya (after business hours) to the work by Sean. I haven't seen this level of service in a very long time!

I had an unusual problem with a plugged up shower valve and Mr Weilhammer knew the solution and spent quite a while advising me over the phone what to do to fix it. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and no charge.

Very disappointed. I called Godby to find an electrical problem because a neighbor recommended them. We'd had a leak and the plumber (who did a great job) said the cause was an electrical current arcing on the pipes from malfunctioning fixtures. Godby's electrician spent something like four hours examining our electrical service and assured me there was no problem.
A month later, another leak. Plumber (same company but different individual) confirmed the problem was electricity on the pipes. Called Barth Electric; they sent an electrician who found the problem promptly and fixed it. Needless to say, I would NEVER use Godby again. Not only did we throw out the money we paid them, but the subsequent leak that could have been avoided cost nearly 400 to fix--and that's before repairing the hole in the drywall.

Called and scheduled an appointment for a few weeks ago to clean the coils and inspect our ac before it really got hot out. The day of the service they called and cancelled because there were more pressing jobs. Fast forward to now and my ac is not working, called Mower and they came over within a couple hours and found my line is frozen and more than likely due to a freon leak. The system has been working but not the greatest for a little bit now and would have been caught during the service I scheduled before the heat wave... Don't advertise a service and then cancel, when you preach about continual maintenance and then do not have time for it I can tell you it's extremely frustrating.

The slogan for this company should be You would be better off just buying a new one. We were told it would cost $1400 to fix a switch and a cracked heat exchanger (this is where they threw in the scare of carbon monoxide poisoning-dangerous situation). It would just be better to buy a new furnace. They were going to call back with a quote . Several days went by with no call. That turned out to be a good thing because we called someone else who fixed our furnace for $240 and could not find a crack in the heat exchanger. Then to add insult to injury we have called three times to opt out of their preferred customer benefit for which we pay $16 a month. We have to write a letter to get out of it. Seriously. Just called again we can write a letter take a picture of it and attached it to an email. I just don't feel like we should have to do this
