My neighbor and I contacted Stan to replace an old fence. Stan came out and gave us a good estimate and time frame so we hired him. He began tearing down the old fence that day. During the course of time it rained, but rather than give excuses, he worked later into the evening and waited out the rain to finish the job on time. I only say that to confirm his commitment. His work is very good and I would recommend him. He is very considerate and we plan on hiring for some future work we need done over the summer.

We are in the process of selling our home and a loose tub spout was flagged. Steve from Stark's Plumbing came out to fix the problem and was absolutely wonderful. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend him to anyone who needs any plumbing work done.

Called Lindel's in the evening when I got home from work to have my water heater repaired. They were able to schedule an appointment next day and meet me when I was available to be at home. Excellent service!

We needed a drain pipe fixed in the crawl space and Zac promptly came for a estimate and explained everything and took pictures. He came back a few days later and fixed the problem. I had another plumbing company tell me that they wouldn't fix my issue, only re-pipe the entire house. A VERY expensive option. Zac fixed my issue for a fraction of that cost. I highly recommend Allen Plumbing and will absolutely call on them in the future when the need arises.

Had a toilet installed last fall with another company, and I know I was WAY overcharged. When the other toilet in my house stopped working earlier this year, I contacted Westside Plumbing based on a friend's suggestion. They did the exact same service as the other company, for a MUCH lower price. Arrived on time, were friendly, and the install didn't take too long. Would definitely use WP's services again, and would recommend to others.

While having my chimney repaired we discovered that a connection on the gas line had deteriorated to the point it was leaking so all work had to cease. On the recommendation of the chimney company, I contacted Indy Gas Works to inspect and repair the connection.
The Indy Gas Works team arrived promptly and quickly repaired and tested the connection. They walked me through what had previously been installed and what they replaced the faulty connection with. Great guys and real professionals!! A local company that does great work at an affordable price. You can't beat it!!

The service and service personnel were top notch, experienced, and gave us a great price, very satisfied, and don't have to worry about my basement for a long time!

We had to have our water shut off valves under our kitchen sink replaced. They were able to come out the next day and took about an hour to fix the issue. Avery was very nice and explained everything well to us. It looks brand new where they replaced everything. He was even kind to our dog that wanted to get up close and personal. I would definitely use them again if we need plumbing issues fixed!

Not professional, Worst plumber ever! Brought his gf to the job. Ran the auger line with only one tool for 1 min, 1 time and claimed the clog was cleared. I asked him to run the auger with the attachment that removes roots and he told me he only had the one tool. Only ran about 11 foot my line is 40 ft. long.Three days later same problem with drain. Waist of my time and money, wont bother calling back.

I can't speak highly enough of Earl Gray and Sons! After Mr Quick attempted to swindle us out of $4200 claiming we needed a new hot water heater when we had a house full of guests, The Earl Gray team came in to fix the salt encrusted sensor for only $100! A $4100 savings! Thank you Earl Gray & Sons for being fair and honest! We will call no other company when we have a plumbing or hot water heater issue. You have certainly earned our business!

He arrived within minutes, another plumber needed his help as he got the cable stuck in the main and was taking hours to try to get it out. Pat got it out in less then 2 minutes. He is amazing. He is fast, great with customer education and extremely affordable. He will always be highly recommended by me. You can't go wrong with Pat's Sewer and Drain!

Couldn't have had a better experience. An old dead tree fell over in our back yard and snapped the power line to the house. IPL came out and said we needed an electrician to do the work. This was on a Sunday and most of the companies we called couldn't get to us for several days or wanted astronomical after hours fees. Robert showed up within an hour of our call, gave us the most reasonable quote we heard all afternoon, and started the work immediately. Our lights were back on before it got dark outside, the food in our fridge and freezer was saved! I wouldn't hesitate to call Taylor's again.

While my mom and I spent a whole Saturday sucking up rain and sewer water from three overflowing drains in our basement, I greeted the man with a nice hello. His remark was a harsh what time did you call me? No professionalism at all. He, then, asked us to go upstairs and turn all the main water units on... this was to drown out a phone call he was making about how he didn't really want to service us. Man up and do your job or don't be in the plumbing industry!

We will NEVER use Mister Quik again. What a completely disgraceful company who employ nothing but con men. We called on a Sunday to have our heat looked at as it had stopped working overnight. Our first tech, Christian, said it was our blower motor but he needed to consult his senior technician to diagnose. The senior technician, Shawn, came out and said he could band-aid our system for $3,000 or get us a total new system for the low cost of $17,000. He mentioned he found multiple problems to back up needing a new system. He left our HVAC completely torn apart and my husband and I with a bad feeling. After he left, we called for a second opinion who diagnosed our heating problem as a simple $25 part fix and was in/out with our heat back running in an hour. Christian and Shawn were two men looking to EXPLOIT a family with no heat on a Sunday and toddlers in the home. In no way should a one unit HVAC system cost $17,000. He also told us he could throw in a water heater for $2,000 because ours would probably go out soon. What a joke. I will be reporting to the BBB and Attorney General. If you decide to use them, please be conscious and get a second opinion or better yet DO NOT USE THEM

I had 2 different technicians at my house over the last 3 weeks.
We will be remodeling and need a temp fix for air conditioning.
The 1st tech was professional and told me that the unit needed charged cause it was froze up.
Very well,
he charged unit up and got me to get a yearly service agreement.
Got that.
A week and a half later on a Saturday the unit froze up again. We apparently have a leak. Technician arrived and he moved right to a replace conversation and tried to bypass any inspection on leak detection or to replace. He stated that I could be wasting alot of money on detection to maybe not be able to fix.
So I had him charge it up again.
I had salesman come to house and look at drawings of our remodel and as he was looking over system he had apparently took a competitors magnet off my dryer and replaced it with 2 mowery magnets. He then approached and stated he collected magnets. But after confronting company it is a way for them to take the other competitors magnets.
You don't have to take my magnet then ask for it.
Not trusting.
It is unprofessional.

Do NOT hire this company ‼ They are the worst hiring decision you will ever make. Unprofessional doesn't even scratch the surface of suitable descriptors for Anthony Bowling. I never received any evidence that he was licensed and he became hostile when I requested a photo of his license and Bond policy number. It took him 4 days to install a new well pump and at least 8 attempts to seat the pump properly and that was with my family and I providing most of the labor.
I payed this company $3000 down for a new pump and pressure tank and Mr. Bowling became mentally unstable and hostile when he couldn't fix a leaky fitting he installed on the pressure tank. He finally had a complete mental breakdown and cut the tank out of the plumbing and drove off with it when it was evident the tank installation was beyond his expertise. I found out too late that this company and Anthony Bowling has a track record of cheating, deceiving and exploiting customers. He is unstable and appears often to be under the influence of drugs while he's on the job. Don't hire!!! I had to use one star but it should read as negative 4 stars.
