This company came highly recommended and after having a negative experience with a different plumbing company, we were glad to meet Brandon. He was professional, efficient and knowledgable. He arrived wearing a mask, as expected. He installed a new kitchen faucet and also a new toilet in our home today. We will definitely be using this company going forward for future plumbing needs!

Like always I searched yelp before highering a contractor.      We started having a wierd issue where u flush one toilet the water is drawn from other each time.  I had 2 plumbers out for estimates decided on Hunter.   They came back right when they said they would an hour later problem fixed by very professional guys.
 I will refer to neighbors when asked.

Techs were very good -saw the problem and fixed it in a reasonable amount of time.  Pricing seemed fair.  I would call them for future problems!

Just got my heat pump serviced and the guy was very helpful, explained everything to me. He arrived early and was only here for about 40 minutes. Love a company that arrives early!

For nearly six days I have had a serious gas leak. Brandon with powerhouse plumbers is a phenomenal guy. He came out and recognized the mistakes and was able to fix them very easily.

Two weeks ago, the drain in our laundry room backed up and flooded the room.  I called Attaboy and they sent help within the hour.  Unbelievable!  A friendly plumber showed up and ensured that the issue was fixed.  Not only that, he pointed out that the drain on our water softner was installed incorrectly and that any backup could potentially cause health issues for my family.  I asked if he could fix it and since he had all of the parts with him, he did.  He was courteous, clean, and provided excellent advice.  This isn't the first time I have used Attaboy and every time, they provide top notch service.

The fella they sent out was really nice and knowledgeable. I needed emergency service and the response time was great. For the amount of work that was done, I felt the price was a little high.

We needed to have our (very old) sewer line replaced. We'd received a quote from another company but wanted to bid out such a large project. Carlisle was less expensive and did a very good job. They gave us multiple options and quotes as well as their recommendations on how to proceed. The sewer was a tight squeeze between houses, trees, and our gas line. They dug it up and replaced it, as well as some additional plumbing inside to reroute a pipe without any incidents. They were very good at explaining to me what they were doing and were courteous and professional when asking me to run water to test the line. I would recommend them for future plumbing projects.

Quick response time. Technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and had clean appearance. Found our problem quickly and completed repair with new parts. Pricing was fair.

I made an appointment online through email and did not have to call anyone. I needed a water pipe replaced behind the water heater. Travis showed up and was straight forward with the very high price. I paid it because I had previously dealt with wildcatters who were not licensed and I wanted a professional who would stand behind their work. I had a $50 off coupon which he gladly honored. They are careful not to quote a price until they show up.  Travis was highly skilled and completed the pipe replacement in under 10 minutes with no fuss. It was $262.00 for installing a new 1/2 inch ball valve behind the water heater on the cold intake pipe. I paid way too much. There is expensive and then there is HOLY COW EXPENSIVE!  I would give them a higher rating but their prices are very steep. He was on time and professional but this company just charges way too much.

If you want top quality work and you can afford the high prices, then give them a call by all means. They stand behind their work but have your checkbook ready!

These guys are wonderful.  I do my homework before hiring any contractors, and Indy Renovation came highly recommended at the place where I bought my tile.  They tiled a master bath, guest bath, built a master shower, and did tile backsplash in the kitchen and bar area.  I couldn't be happier with the quality of their work.  Junior and his helpers were meticulous with the details -- used a laser for straight lines, maintained consistent grout width, no cracked or broken tiles, etc.

Have been out to work on our toilets 3 times now. The first visit, we were told there was nothing wrong wrong and he left, the second visit he came in, did something (we didn't watch to see what, as we thought he was working) and then he came out about 15 minutes later and said it was fixed only to have the issue reoccure the next day. The third time we called we were told it would be a day or two before they could come out, 3 days later he arrives and this time brings in a snake to actually clear our lines and then he informs us that the water pressure is too low and that is why we are having all these issues (remember this is after 3 visits we are told this). So we ask if he could adjust the pressure, and that's when we are told that would have to be a separate work order, that will have to be called in and we can come back out and do it.

Unfortunately for us this same company is constantly being called by our employer, I just hope it's not something underhanded, but what ever the cause, it's us employees and our customers that are incinvienced. I just want to warn any honest companies out there away from this place.

Indy had its first 2022 heat wave this week, and our A/C stopped working.  We've been using McNeely Owned for HVAC service the past few years, so we called them and spoke with Kim.  She was able to work us into their busy schedule.  Technician Jeremy arrived, did a great job trouble-shooting the issue, and soon got us up and running again!  We love doing business with McNeely Owned!  Their people are professional, knowledgeable, responsive and honest.  Thank you!

Larry Plumbing did some work in my house about a year ago, He was found by the contractor I hired back then and never had to deal with him personaly. Recently, I had a situation where my basement flooded due to a clogged outside drainage, although it took us some time to find, my first person to reach was Larry... here's where it gets fun, he picks up the phone and tells me that he has no interest to help out due to a bad past experience with the contractor I had when I was remodeling the house .. he then tells me to find someone else to fix my problems! This level of unprofessional customer dealing leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth and thought I would share so no one has to deal with this kind of issues in the future. I don't have anything negative to say about his job which has held fine, but definitely on his customer treatment and more on emergencies such as the one I just went through.

He was the only plumber who come come within 4 hours for a leak in my garage.  I should have waited.   He did find the leak in an outside faucet and repair it.  He then takes me into cutting a vent in my furnace stack to heat my garage, then drive to a hardware store 5 minutes away to buy a vent.  He was gone almost 2 hours.  When he came back he looked at another leaking outdoor faucet and told me it was not urgent, and that he wasn't available again for 3 weeks.  He charged me almost $800, most of that labor for time he wasn't even at my home.  I called someone else a few weeks later.  The second leak caused a mold problem that had to be remediated, and the furnace vent is not to code and has to be removed.  By the way, the faucet he did repair no longer works.  What a crook!
