Called Paul Henderson Plumbing after reading positive reviews on Neighborhood app. Eric came out and diagnosed problem. The office helped to get parts from German company (which isn't always easy). Found out the parts were under warranty and they were shipped directly to our house. Rate for services was very fair. Both plumber and office staff were extremely professional and cordial. Would highly recommend!

We had an issue with plumbing in the basement. They ran lines for a water softener and replaced an outside spigot. After a couple seasons the outside spigot caused issues again due to harsh weather conditions. They came out and took care of the issue. There is no other plumbing company I would rather use in the area for any plumbing issue. Don't waste your time and call them first.

Tech was fast and knowledgeable.. Definitely recommend Cornwell. They did the job for only $125 where another plumber (Hope) wanted $750.

Plumbing issues great and small, I've called Mishler for them all. Seriously though, the work these guys do is phenomenal and they are very honest and straight forward about pricing and availability. They might not be the cheapest in some areas but as with most things in home repair, you get what you pay for. I'm always happy to pay and know it will be done right the first time and with high quality. Highly recommend!

Indy Water Heater Softener has been to my house to repair once and to add a shut off valve the second to add a outside water source. Both times Danny was one time and POLITE. He knew his job well and did exactly what he said he would do. I would recommend him to any one and if I need more I will call him in a heartbeat.

Well the service was what it was expected to be. The AC works fine now and they time frame in which they delivered was good also. Only one day between call to appointment, so that was decent. My issue here is the pricing. With only having blown two capacitors, and coming away with a 307.00 bill, I find this pretty high. The two capacitors that were replaced in my unit only total to under $50.00. That's not even buying cheap parts made in China either. So to come away with a high bill for what took about an hours worth of time is pretty ridiculous. Commercial has serviced my Air for a couple years now and had been pretty reasonable prior to this. But after their We go by a pricing book for our repairs, not actual costs, that is deterring me from them for any future repairs. Not every job is the same set up or design. To price everything off of the hardest to get to, or hardest to work on units is extremely poor practice. Base the work off the job at hand and nothing else.

The technician was very polite and thorough. He arrived in the timeline the company quoted. The work I had done was reasonably priced.

We had these guys replace our water heater. They left a gas leak! When I called to see if they could come out to fix it I had to leave a message and didn't hear back from anyone until 8:30 at night (4 hours later). I talked to the man who installed it and he made a gas leak seem like no big deal stating, Unless the smell is so bad you can barely breathe, it isn't really harmful. What?! He said the could come out the next day to check it since I had a one year warranty on the labor. We called FOUR times and no one retuned out calls. We were forced to have another plumber come out to fix the leak. We are now having our credit card company dispute the charges. What a mess! Do not use these guys!!!!

I will give them props for coming out quickly and timely. I had a hot water valve to our washing machine that had water trickling out of it. The plumber came out and stated the whole hot and cold water box in the laundry room needed to be replaced and would cost around $800. I essentially paid a plumber $100 to come out and tell me I needed to pay $800 more to fix the problem. Their hourly rate was over $300 for the first hour.
I called a different plumber to come out to get a second opinion who also charged $100 but actually took apart the hot water valve and saw the rubber stopped came off and was slowing down the water. He replaced the stopper and the problem was fixed. No need to replace the whole hot and cold water valves and box. If the atta boy plumber would have put in a little effort he would have realized this was a simple fix.
I would be happy to take down this bad review if atta boy will refund my money for the service call they provided. I understand people will miss things from time to time but this seemed to be more like a sales call verse a service call.

Only good thing was they gave a free estimate. Although if I has listened to them I would have been out $3200 rather than the $3 it cost to fix my issue. Issue: had a water leak street side in my meter pit it took the plumber over an hour to pump the water out because he didn't turn it off first and it was leaking at almost the same rate as he was pumping it out. The small cap on the stop waste valve was missing to which he told me they no longer make. So they would have to completely dig up the pit and replace everything and he quoted me $3200. I said I needed to get a second estimate so he left. So I went to Menards and bought a new stop waste valve (ya know, the ones they no longer make) and took the cap off and replaced the one that was missing. Not too mention I shut the water off and hand dipped it out with a cup in a fraction of the time it took him to pump it. It's hard telling how many people have been taken advantage of by this company. If I hadn't been standing there to see the issue I would have trusted that he was being honest. It's businesses like this that make it had to trust anyone.

We needed to have our (very old) sewer line replaced. We'd received a quote from another company but wanted to bid out such a large project. Carlisle was less expensive and did a very good job. They gave us multiple options and quotes as well as their recommendations on how to proceed. The sewer was a tight squeeze between houses, trees, and our gas line. They dug it up and replaced it, as well as some additional plumbing inside to reroute a pipe without any incidents. They were very good at explaining to me what they were doing and were courteous and professional when asking me to run water to test the line. I would recommend them for future plumbing projects.

I've used these guys several times for various home remodel and repair work. They arrive on time and work all day getting your job done. They are sometimes a bit expensive in how they price things, but if you talk to the owner, Chad Christian, he will work with you for the best deal that fair for all and affordable for you. Estimates are normally not fee, trip charge is about $85 and will count towards any repair work you may have done. They have done AC, plumbing, wiring / electrical, rood, gutter, and construction work for me. The crew does good work and tries their best to not make messes and cleans up as much as they can at the end of each day, but messes are expected in any type remodel. So they do a good job. I will use them again as needed. I recommend them for your home repair needs.

I couldn't be happier with their help. Response was fantastic and the information I received unbeatable. James, a very good representative of your company.

These guys are wonderful. I do my homework before hiring any contractors, and Indy Renovation came highly recommended at the place where I bought my tile. They tiled a master bath, guest bath, built a master shower, and did tile backsplash in the kitchen and bar area. I couldn't be happier with the quality of their work. Junior and his helpers were meticulous with the details -- used a laser for straight lines, maintained consistent grout width, no cracked or broken tiles, etc.

3/10/15 - Plumber arrived EARLY which was a relatively nice surprise...but not ideal as I was in bed when the young man arrived (7:15am). He admitted not having my phone # to call give me fair warning of his :15 early arrival.
We have a Moen Roman Tub that has a cartridge 1248B that was stuck / corroded in both the hot / cold handles. He went out to his truck and within :10 determined that his silver Moen puller wasn't long enough to reach the deep cartridge.
He offered to drive around town looking for the correct tool...but that my timer would be running until it was located. I was billed $45 for :20 visit!
After handing him my $45 check...I felt as if I just awoke from a nightmare!!
P.S. - Mr. Williams (CC Williams) plumber came over the following week, he simply screwed a long screw into the cartridge (handle) and pulled real hard with pliers...popped out each cartridge in the first :10 of his visit!!! :)

Larry Plumbing did some work in my house about a year ago, He was found by the contractor I hired back then and never had to deal with him personaly. Recently, I had a situation where my basement flooded due to a clogged outside drainage, although it took us some time to find, my first person to reach was Larry... here's where it gets fun, he picks up the phone and tells me that he has no interest to help out due to a bad past experience with the contractor I had when I was remodeling the house .. he then tells me to find someone else to fix my problems! This level of unprofessional customer dealing leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth and thought I would share so no one has to deal with this kind of issues in the future. I don't have anything negative to say about his job which has held fine, but definitely on his customer treatment and more on emergencies such as the one I just went through.

He was the only plumber who come come within 4 hours for a leak in my garage. I should have waited. He did find the leak in an outside faucet and repair it. He then takes me into cutting a vent in my furnace stack to heat my garage, then drive to a hardware store 5 minutes away to buy a vent. He was gone almost 2 hours. When he came back he looked at another leaking outdoor faucet and told me it was not urgent, and that he wasn't available again for 3 weeks. He charged me almost $800, most of that labor for time he wasn't even at my home. I called someone else a few weeks later. The second leak caused a mold problem that had to be remediated, and the furnace vent is not to code and has to be removed. By the way, the faucet he did repair no longer works. What a crook!
