We did not have hot water and I called late on a Thursday afternoon.  Nicole answered the phone and was very thorough in asking good questions to double check that gas valve would be covered under warranty on water heater after she double checked with supplier.  She called me back within 5 minutes to confirm appointment with owner next morning to only pay for labor as part was covered under warranty.  Paul Henderson did a thorough job installing new gas valve and double checking all the components to get our hot water back on and he did not charge for extra labor even when he had to fix another part not connected to new gas valve!  We had other plumbers quoting much higher price as they did not take the time to double check if water heater/parts were covered under warranty.  Their customer service is top notch and we highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

I met the owner at a networking group and was very happy because finding a reliable plumber is incredibly challenging. After talking with him I wanted to see if he would be a good fit and I just can't say enough about the professionalism of Mr. Mishler and his company. The element of his service I appreciated the most was that if I had a problem that he couldn't fix, he would put me in touch with someone who could. Our water heater stopped working. They were very helpful giving me an approximate quote over the phone and then they also came out to confirm the quote for free. It was 20% cheaper than another company that came out to quote and charged me for the quote.

Indy Water Heater and Softener installed the heater very quickly and were really friendly. Danny, the owner was the one that gave me the quote and came to install the water heater, which I really appreciate. I like to support small companies. I am new in town and he was very sweet and when I asked him for referral for an electrician, HVAC, etc, he pulled out his phone and gave me a whole list! I highly recommend this company.

For nearly six days I have had a serious gas leak. Brandon with powerhouse plumbers is a phenomenal guy. He came out and recognized the mistakes and was able to fix them very easily.

This company is fast, efficient, and accurate. They do not mess around and they are very professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get something done correct the first time!!

Beware this company will screw you out of your money, like it did me. I watched first half an hour as the guy struggled to make the first bend with the snake, he never got past 10 feet and when he said he was done said he went 140 feet which is all he had. I said bullshit because I could see the snake roll at all times. 10 ft cost me over $400. This company should be shut down, crooks are apparently running it.

We needed to have our (very old) sewer line replaced. We'd received a quote from another company but wanted to bid out such a large project. Carlisle was less expensive and did a very good job. They gave us multiple options and quotes as well as their recommendations on how to proceed. The sewer was a tight squeeze between houses, trees, and our gas line. They dug it up and replaced it, as well as some additional plumbing inside to reroute a pipe without any incidents. They were very good at explaining to me what they were doing and were courteous and professional when asking me to run water to test the line. I would recommend them for future plumbing projects.

I've used these guys several times for various home remodel and repair work. They arrive on time and work all day getting your job done. They are sometimes a bit expensive in how they price things, but if you talk to the owner, Chad Christian, he will work with you for the best deal that fair for all and affordable for you. Estimates are normally not fee, trip charge is about $85 and will count towards any repair work you may have done. They have done AC, plumbing, wiring / electrical, rood, gutter, and construction work for me. The crew does good work and tries their best to not make messes and cleans up as much as they can at the end of each day, but messes are expected in any type remodel. So they do a good job. I will use them again as needed. I recommend them for your home repair needs.

No!!,Don't use this company!! I had one of their service techs quote me $1800 on a $800 job. Yes, I'm a middle aged woman w a 3 legged dog. Guses he thought I was crazy....lol.....

Indy Renovation was very professional and thorough. I got in touch with them with plans of getting a new water heater installed. They sent out a polite young man named Dan to install the aforementioned water heater. Dan left with not only installing a water heater in my home, but also installing hope in my heart. Sometimes I still think about Dan. I think about what he's doing or if he even works for Indy Renovation anymore. I often look up at the the stars and wonder if Dan is also looking up at the same beautiful specter, a beautiful specter indeed, but not quite as gorgeous as Dan. I wonder if he's the one made for me, lost amongst the galaxies, stars and nebulas, just as myself, just as all of us, in this perpetual landscape landscape that we call home. I love you Dan. Please come home.

Have been out to work on our toilets 3 times now. The first visit, we were told there was nothing wrong wrong and he left, the second visit he came in, did something (we didn't watch to see what, as we thought he was working) and then he came out about 15 minutes later and said it was fixed only to have the issue reoccure the next day. The third time we called we were told it would be a day or two before they could come out, 3 days later he arrives and this time brings in a snake to actually clear our lines and then he informs us that the water pressure is too low and that is why we are having all these issues (remember this is after 3 visits we are told this). So we ask if he could adjust the pressure, and that's when we are told that would have to be a separate work order, that will have to be called in and we can come back out and do it.

Unfortunately for us this same company is constantly being called by our employer, I just hope it's not something underhanded, but what ever the cause, it's us employees and our customers that are incinvienced. I just want to warn any honest companies out there away from this place.

Indy had its first 2022 heat wave this week, and our A/C stopped working.  We've been using McNeely Owned for HVAC service the past few years, so we called them and spoke with Kim.  She was able to work us into their busy schedule.  Technician Jeremy arrived, did a great job trouble-shooting the issue, and soon got us up and running again!  We love doing business with McNeely Owned!  Their people are professional, knowledgeable, responsive and honest.  Thank you!

Larry Plumbing did some work in my house about a year ago, He was found by the contractor I hired back then and never had to deal with him personaly. Recently, I had a situation where my basement flooded due to a clogged outside drainage, although it took us some time to find, my first person to reach was Larry... here's where it gets fun, he picks up the phone and tells me that he has no interest to help out due to a bad past experience with the contractor I had when I was remodeling the house .. he then tells me to find someone else to fix my problems! This level of unprofessional customer dealing leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth and thought I would share so no one has to deal with this kind of issues in the future. I don't have anything negative to say about his job which has held fine, but definitely on his customer treatment and more on emergencies such as the one I just went through.

He was the only plumber who come come within 4 hours for a leak in my garage.  I should have waited.   He did find the leak in an outside faucet and repair it.  He then takes me into cutting a vent in my furnace stack to heat my garage, then drive to a hardware store 5 minutes away to buy a vent.  He was gone almost 2 hours.  When he came back he looked at another leaking outdoor faucet and told me it was not urgent, and that he wasn't available again for 3 weeks.  He charged me almost $800, most of that labor for time he wasn't even at my home.  I called someone else a few weeks later.  The second leak caused a mold problem that had to be remediated, and the furnace vent is not to code and has to be removed.  By the way, the faucet he did repair no longer works.  What a crook!
