After getting  ripped off by a few high priced big name companies,  I found Paul Henderson.  Since that time, Paul has always done my plumbing  repairs. He has done them right the first time and his prices are very reasonable.  He's a personable guy who's easy to talk to. I highly  recommend him!

We discovered a sudden leak, within the basement, during late evening hours ... we'll just say we were lucky to have found it before total destruction of the basement occurred.  As we had no idea who to call, we called one of our best friends, in Arcadia, and he immediately said, Call Brian Hunter!  Then, he gave us Brian's phone number.  Within 15 minutes, Brian and an assistant arrived.  They traced where the leak was coming from.  After removal of toilet in laundry room, just above the basement pipe/leak, cleaning out, then fully repairing all of the pipes connected to this, the leak stopped.  

A week later, we suddenly discovered another leak.  This time, it was down a bit from the earlier leak.  Brian once again arrived in about 15 minutes, and quickly discovered this particular leak was due to a broken sewer pipe, outdoors.  As he does not do outdoor sewer repair, he referred us to a phenomenal person/company, who did all the repair for that issue.

In the Spring, we will be doing some updates within our home for the plumbing.  Hunter Plumbing will be the company called/hired to do the work.  We HIGHLY recommend Hunter Plumbing!!!

Outstanding Plumber! We are new to Brownsburg and a coworker recommended Cornwell's. Their pricing is very fair, scheduling was easy, and the work was top notch!

We needed an expansion tank installed on our hot water heater and the first plumber we called, quoted us an absurd amount. We called Cornwell's; the price was good and what we expected. The technician that came out was helpful and knowledgeable. He told us some things we should consider doing in the future but did not try to oversell us on anything.

I wish I found Cornwell's the first day we moved to Brownsburg. They will be the only plumber we call from now on.

We had a water softner put in place a few months ago and I have to say it has been a huge improvement.  The staff was wonderful and professional.  Danny, the owner came out personally and gave the quote since a mutual friend recommended him.  I love my new water heater.  You are my plumber for life!

Very Professional!  Great Work!  Use them often...if your looking for a good reliable Plumber or HVAC (they do this too!)...I highly recommend and they won't make you take out a 2nd Mortgage to get your work completed!

For nearly six days I have had a serious gas leak. Brandon with powerhouse plumbers is a phenomenal guy. He came out and recognized the mistakes and was able to fix them very easily.

This company is fast, efficient, and accurate. They do not mess around and they are very professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get something done correct the first time!!

AttaBoy installed a new water heater April 2021. 13 months later, we discovered it had leaked so bad that we had to have 2 feet of walls removed and our hardwood floors - it was all damaged from the water. Attaboy fixed the leaking pressure released value and as I have a  restoration company at my house to dry my walls & floors, the water heater is leaking WORSE. They came the next day and replaced the entire water heater.....with the incorrect size!!!!! And to make matters worse, 3 items on the install were OUT OF CODE. They are a NIGHTMARE.
AttaBoy originally agreed to handle all the bills related to the leak & getting my house back together.. They even documented on their invoice that the water leak damaged my hardwood floors. It's been 4+ months and their coward of an owner hasn't even called me ONCE, they verbally agreed to take care of the mess & now they're going back on their word to me & my restoration company. They have zero integrity & zero clue about plumbing. They did thousands of dollars in damage to my home & now aren't even human enough to return my calls. RUN!!!! Do not use these unprofessional, incompetent fools.

Roto-rooter assisted with some toilet issues a friend and I attempted to resolve on our own.   Explanations of why service actions would be performed were provided, so I knew what financially and from a repair side what I was investing in.   Everything appears to be performing well at this time.   Thanks!

We needed to have our (very old) sewer line replaced. We'd received a quote from another company but wanted to bid out such a large project. Carlisle was less expensive and did a very good job. They gave us multiple options and quotes as well as their recommendations on how to proceed. The sewer was a tight squeeze between houses, trees, and our gas line. They dug it up and replaced it, as well as some additional plumbing inside to reroute a pipe without any incidents. They were very good at explaining to me what they were doing and were courteous and professional when asking me to run water to test the line. I would recommend them for future plumbing projects.

Quick response but a little less than honest when it comes to how much you actually pay them.  They really push their product as a replacement rather  than want to try to repair what you already have.  Hesitant to even try so not sure if they just want to make more money on full replacement or aren't confident in working on other brands?

Just had these guys out this morning to fix a leaky shower. While the service tech was looking at the shower, I asked how much the repair would cost. His response was to replace the cartridge, $327.00. That's mostly labor. So I felt inclined to ask how long it would take since that sounded like a lot of labor. His response, about 30 minutes. Then a moment later he said or it could take a couple hours and it requires a special tool to remove the cartridge. At this point I thanked him for his time and asked if he could just give me an estimate.

For perspective, a new cartridge cost me $18.98 at Lowes (it came with the less than special tool) and, after watching a 15 minute youtube video on replacing the cartridge for my specific shower, I did the job myself in under 30 minutes.

I would not even recommend them to someone I despise.

Indy Renovation did an amazing job!  We love our new master bathroom!  It's like a Spa in our own home!  The 2 men who did all the work ensured we were happy each and every day!  They were so talented and neat/clean!

We've used them for years in our home and at the office.  Always do a great job.  They've done a laundry list of plumbing needs from replacing valves in faucets, cleaning drains to adding a water filter system.

Indy had its first 2022 heat wave this week, and our A/C stopped working.  We've been using McNeely Owned for HVAC service the past few years, so we called them and spoke with Kim.  She was able to work us into their busy schedule.  Technician Jeremy arrived, did a great job trouble-shooting the issue, and soon got us up and running again!  We love doing business with McNeely Owned!  Their people are professional, knowledgeable, responsive and honest.  Thank you!

Larry Plumbing did some work in my house about a year ago, He was found by the contractor I hired back then and never had to deal with him personaly. Recently, I had a situation where my basement flooded due to a clogged outside drainage, although it took us some time to find, my first person to reach was Larry... here's where it gets fun, he picks up the phone and tells me that he has no interest to help out due to a bad past experience with the contractor I had when I was remodeling the house .. he then tells me to find someone else to fix my problems! This level of unprofessional customer dealing leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth and thought I would share so no one has to deal with this kind of issues in the future. I don't have anything negative to say about his job which has held fine, but definitely on his customer treatment and more on emergencies such as the one I just went through.

He was the only plumber who come come within 4 hours for a leak in my garage.  I should have waited.   He did find the leak in an outside faucet and repair it.  He then takes me into cutting a vent in my furnace stack to heat my garage, then drive to a hardware store 5 minutes away to buy a vent.  He was gone almost 2 hours.  When he came back he looked at another leaking outdoor faucet and told me it was not urgent, and that he wasn't available again for 3 weeks.  He charged me almost $800, most of that labor for time he wasn't even at my home.  I called someone else a few weeks later.  The second leak caused a mold problem that had to be remediated, and the furnace vent is not to code and has to be removed.  By the way, the faucet he did repair no longer works.  What a crook!
