Called Paul Henderson Plumbing after reading positive reviews on Neighborhood app.  Eric came out and diagnosed problem.  The office helped to get parts from German company (which isn't always easy). Found out the parts were under warranty and they were shipped directly to our house.  Rate for services was very fair.  Both plumber and office staff were extremely professional and cordial.  Would highly recommend!

Our 18 year old water heater stopped working. They called me back immediately after missing my call. They came over first thing the next morning at the time they agreed to. They were able to give a quick quote, go pick up a new water heater, and install it all within the same day. I also asked them about moving a shower head to another wall and they were more than happy to give a quote even though they had to rush off to the next jobl. I highly recommend them and will use them again for anything plumbing related!

For nearly six days I have had a serious gas leak. Brandon with powerhouse plumbers is a phenomenal guy. He came out and recognized the mistakes and was able to fix them very easily.

....Richard the owner contacted me and I attempted to explain the situation and he started yelling at me stating I was the one that called them, they did not call me. I said that nothing they did helped in resolving the problem and he started yelling at me again. I finally just hung up. Do not make the same mistake I made.....DON'T CALL THEM.

I do not know your pre-conceived notions of what Roto-Rooter will be priced or their job at your home.  For us we had a clogged kitchen sink because of old pipes.  The use of chemicals and our piddly snake didn't unclog the pipe after a good days work at it.  Their snake unclogged out pipe and as a result, which I found out from Jeff looking at my pipe scheme once, that the slow drainage we were experiencing will be fixed. He also told us about options outside of buying their chemicals treatment, why their treatment kicks butt too, and what we can do to prevent other clogs.  It was $235 but a coupon is available online, which Jeff and the Roto-Rooter dispatcher mentioned.  All in all I am very happy with the service.  We are glad the money put in comes with a 6 months clog free guarantee and that our sink works!

You may of had bad service but our service was great and out first choice if needed again.

We needed to have our (very old) sewer line replaced. We'd received a quote from another company but wanted to bid out such a large project. Carlisle was less expensive and did a very good job. They gave us multiple options and quotes as well as their recommendations on how to proceed. The sewer was a tight squeeze between houses, trees, and our gas line. They dug it up and replaced it, as well as some additional plumbing inside to reroute a pipe without any incidents. They were very good at explaining to me what they were doing and were courteous and professional when asking me to run water to test the line. I would recommend them for future plumbing projects.

I've used these guys several times for various home remodel and repair work. They arrive on time and work all day getting your job done. They are sometimes a bit expensive in how they price things, but if you talk to the owner, Chad Christian, he will work with you for the best deal that fair for all and affordable for you. Estimates are normally not fee, trip charge is about $85 and will count towards any repair work you may have done. They have done AC, plumbing, wiring / electrical, rood, gutter, and construction work for me. The crew does good work and tries their best to not make messes and cleans up as much as they can at the end of each day, but messes are expected in any type remodel. So they do a good job. I will use them again as needed. I recommend them for your home repair needs.

Appointment was scheduled between 8:00 and 10:00. Plumber showed up at 11:02. I am not really sure what he did. I watched him and it seemed like he just played around with things. I did not see a complete water heater flush. He did examine all my water sources and wanted to see me $199 water lines for my washing machine. I am assuming that this $39 water heater flush and tune up (not sure really what that entailed with this guy) was just to get a Benjamin Franklin plumber in the house to sell other products. I feel as if this service was a waste of my money. I really thought the water heater flushing was something more. Not something I could do in two minutes.

Indy Renovation was very professional and thorough. I got in touch with them with plans of getting a new water heater installed. They sent out a polite young man named Dan to install the aforementioned water heater. Dan left with not only installing a water heater in my home, but also installing hope in my heart. Sometimes I still think about Dan. I think about what he's doing or if he even works for Indy Renovation anymore. I often look up at the the stars and wonder if Dan is also looking up at the same beautiful specter, a beautiful specter indeed, but not quite as gorgeous as Dan. I wonder if he's the one made for me, lost amongst the galaxies, stars and nebulas, just as myself, just as all of us, in this perpetual landscape landscape that we call home. I love you Dan. Please come home.

Beware - can't even troubleshoot and unplug a toilet - Plumbing 101.  Had 2 plugged toilets, 1st tech came out (late), threw a wad of toilet paper down each toilet, tried to auger one, said they were fine and left.  Both still plugged.  I went to Lowes and bought a small auger and tried unplugging it myself.  I got a bill for $180 - tech was only there 5 min and did not unplug either toilet.  I called Gordon and they lowered my bill to $90 and I said I would only pay if they came out and fixed it properly.   2nd tech showed up (late), flushed the two toilets and said the flapper valve was closing too quickly and left.  Did not event try to auger either toilet and coerced my wife into paying the $90.  Now I am out $90 and still have two plugged toilets.  I am going to Lowes to get a longer auger (was using the 3.5 ft one in between plumber visits) and fix it myself.  My advice, fix it yourself or call someone other than Gordon.

Indy had its first 2022 heat wave this week, and our A/C stopped working.  We've been using McNeely Owned for HVAC service the past few years, so we called them and spoke with Kim.  She was able to work us into their busy schedule.  Technician Jeremy arrived, did a great job trouble-shooting the issue, and soon got us up and running again!  We love doing business with McNeely Owned!  Their people are professional, knowledgeable, responsive and honest.  Thank you!

Larry Plumbing did some work in my house about a year ago, He was found by the contractor I hired back then and never had to deal with him personaly. Recently, I had a situation where my basement flooded due to a clogged outside drainage, although it took us some time to find, my first person to reach was Larry... here's where it gets fun, he picks up the phone and tells me that he has no interest to help out due to a bad past experience with the contractor I had when I was remodeling the house .. he then tells me to find someone else to fix my problems! This level of unprofessional customer dealing leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth and thought I would share so no one has to deal with this kind of issues in the future. I don't have anything negative to say about his job which has held fine, but definitely on his customer treatment and more on emergencies such as the one I just went through.

He was the only plumber who come come within 4 hours for a leak in my garage.  I should have waited.   He did find the leak in an outside faucet and repair it.  He then takes me into cutting a vent in my furnace stack to heat my garage, then drive to a hardware store 5 minutes away to buy a vent.  He was gone almost 2 hours.  When he came back he looked at another leaking outdoor faucet and told me it was not urgent, and that he wasn't available again for 3 weeks.  He charged me almost $800, most of that labor for time he wasn't even at my home.  I called someone else a few weeks later.  The second leak caused a mold problem that had to be remediated, and the furnace vent is not to code and has to be removed.  By the way, the faucet he did repair no longer works.  What a crook!
