After getting  ripped off by a few high priced big name companies,  I found Paul Henderson.  Since that time, Paul has always done my plumbing  repairs. He has done them right the first time and his prices are very reasonable.  He's a personable guy who's easy to talk to. I highly  recommend him!

Brian and his crew have been my plumber for years.  They do great work and always fairly priced.  They've done all kinds of work for me from emergencies to renovations.  I recommend them anytime I get the chance!

Techs were very good -saw the problem and fixed it in a reasonable amount of time.  Pricing seemed fair.  I would call them for future problems!

We had a brand new water softener installed in our home that didn't have the plumbing for one.  The first place we called said we would have to find our own plumber.  So.... I guess they didn't want our business??  So I googled and found Indy Water Heater and Softener and saw the great reviews.  And they were spot-on.  It was a great experience from start to finish.  They did a great job getting all the plumbing installed, as well as the water softener, and didn't leave until they had gone over with me how to operate it and made sure I understood.

Will definitely recommend them for any plumbing job my friends and family may have.

Just got my heat pump serviced and the guy was very helpful, explained everything to me. He arrived early and was only here for about 40 minutes. Love a company that arrives early!

The technician was very polite and thorough. He arrived in the timeline the company quoted. The work I had done was reasonably priced.

We had these guys replace our water heater. They left a gas leak! When I called to see if they could come out to fix it I had to leave a message and didn't hear back from anyone until 8:30 at night (4 hours later). I talked to the man who installed it and he made a gas leak seem like no big deal stating, Unless the smell is so bad you can barely breathe, it isn't really harmful. What?! He said the could come out the next day to check it since I had a one year warranty on the labor. We called FOUR times and no one retuned out calls. We were forced to have another plumber come out to fix the leak. We are now having our credit card company dispute the charges. What a mess! Do not use these guys!!!!

This was the 2nd time I've had to call RR for an emergency, and this is the 2nd time they've done well by me. The first time I used them, they fixed a pin-hole leak in my water heater. Took about an hour, and they didn't charge much at all. This time, a broken exhaust pipe was found in my attic. I called on the off chance that someone could get there that same day without charging me an rush fee, and they were able to do just that. Guy came out, took a  couple hours, and it was all fixed for me, no rush charges. It wasn't cheap mind you, I had to bite back some tears, but I guess you do get what you pay for. My new pipe looks amazing at least! And he fixed it to where it would flex so it wouldn't break again. Each technician I've had has been super nice as well. They are my go-to guys.

We needed to have our (very old) sewer line replaced. We'd received a quote from another company but wanted to bid out such a large project. Carlisle was less expensive and did a very good job. They gave us multiple options and quotes as well as their recommendations on how to proceed. The sewer was a tight squeeze between houses, trees, and our gas line. They dug it up and replaced it, as well as some additional plumbing inside to reroute a pipe without any incidents. They were very good at explaining to me what they were doing and were courteous and professional when asking me to run water to test the line. I would recommend them for future plumbing projects.

I've used these guys several times for various home remodel and repair work. They arrive on time and work all day getting your job done. They are sometimes a bit expensive in how they price things, but if you talk to the owner, Chad Christian, he will work with you for the best deal that fair for all and affordable for you. Estimates are normally not fee, trip charge is about $85 and will count towards any repair work you may have done. They have done AC, plumbing, wiring / electrical, rood, gutter, and construction work for me. The crew does good work and tries their best to not make messes and cleans up as much as they can at the end of each day, but messes are expected in any type remodel. So they do a good job. I will use them again as needed. I recommend them for your home repair needs.

I made an appointment online through email and did not have to call anyone. I needed a water pipe replaced behind the water heater. Travis showed up and was straight forward with the very high price. I paid it because I had previously dealt with wildcatters who were not licensed and I wanted a professional who would stand behind their work. I had a $50 off coupon which he gladly honored. They are careful not to quote a price until they show up.  Travis was highly skilled and completed the pipe replacement in under 10 minutes with no fuss. It was $262.00 for installing a new 1/2 inch ball valve behind the water heater on the cold intake pipe. I paid way too much. There is expensive and then there is HOLY COW EXPENSIVE!  I would give them a higher rating but their prices are very steep. He was on time and professional but this company just charges way too much.

If you want top quality work and you can afford the high prices, then give them a call by all means. They stand behind their work but have your checkbook ready!

Contracted theses people to install a walk in tub for my Mother. Due to her decline in her health we had to cancel installation, Indy renovation refunded her money...

Have been having problems with water backing up in basement drain.  Have been trying to get this resolved for a while now and the company which handles the coverage I have for sewer issues recommended Gordon Plumbing.  Rudy came out and spent nearly all day trying to find the problem which he did do, then explained everything and cleaned up at the end.  This hopefully ends a very frustrating problem; he was professional and friendly and very polite and he fixed it!  Thanks!

Larry Plumbing did some work in my house about a year ago, He was found by the contractor I hired back then and never had to deal with him personaly. Recently, I had a situation where my basement flooded due to a clogged outside drainage, although it took us some time to find, my first person to reach was Larry... here's where it gets fun, he picks up the phone and tells me that he has no interest to help out due to a bad past experience with the contractor I had when I was remodeling the house .. he then tells me to find someone else to fix my problems! This level of unprofessional customer dealing leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth and thought I would share so no one has to deal with this kind of issues in the future. I don't have anything negative to say about his job which has held fine, but definitely on his customer treatment and more on emergencies such as the one I just went through.

He was the only plumber who come come within 4 hours for a leak in my garage.  I should have waited.   He did find the leak in an outside faucet and repair it.  He then takes me into cutting a vent in my furnace stack to heat my garage, then drive to a hardware store 5 minutes away to buy a vent.  He was gone almost 2 hours.  When he came back he looked at another leaking outdoor faucet and told me it was not urgent, and that he wasn't available again for 3 weeks.  He charged me almost $800, most of that labor for time he wasn't even at my home.  I called someone else a few weeks later.  The second leak caused a mold problem that had to be remediated, and the furnace vent is not to code and has to be removed.  By the way, the faucet he did repair no longer works.  What a crook!
