I've had a few different workers for different projects (garbage disposal and leak) the last week. Both workers were timely, nice, and efficient with their time. Should I ever have a different plumbing issue, I will definitely use Carters My Plumber!

We scheduled an appointment with Gluff Plumbing to diagnose a hot water issue. Caleb was quick to diagnose a full replacement of our hot water heater with a thorough explanation. Two days later, we have working hot water! Thanks Caleb and Gluff Plumbing.

I was lucky enough to be recommended Plumb On by a neighbor through our neighborhood FB group. I had just moved into my house and needed a garbage disposal and dishwasher installed. I had done some shopping around and was shocked at what some of the big plumbing outfits around were going to charge me. All of the pricing with Plumb On is listed on their website and if there are any extra needed parts, Corey lets you know upfront.

Fast forward to 10 months in my house and I've also had Plumb On install my water softener and do a repair. All of the work has been great. Corey has an attention for detail and everything is done well. Plumb On is my plumber from now on. I've recommended him to numerous people on our neighborhood FB page and the guy who recommended him to me always concurs. Also have recommended him to several friends and they are very happy as well.

I set up an appointment for Plumb Doctor to connect my new kitchen sink to the existing garbage disposal. They instructed me to go to Lowe's and ask for a sink disposal unit.

When Plumb Doctor showed up, the part was not correct. They then charged me an additional $50 for the needed part (which I found out costs about $20 at Lowe's).

If a business is going to be incorrect instructions, they should not pass along a surcharge to the client. The communication failure is because of incomplete instructions by Plumb Doctor.

All-in-all, $350 for a kitchen drain to be installed, but beware of surprise surchages once they show up at your house.

I would give Al's two out of five stars. The reasoning for this is the horrible communication from Al's end. We worked directly with Al himself. His work was quality! He was very honest with us about what was happening and the actual job itself was done well.

However... His communication skills were awful. When I called to inquire about the job, he texted me back and asked how he could help me. I had sent pictures and told him what was going on and he offered to come over in a few hours to fix a job. Great! Then... Once he got our check, he was nearly impossible to communicate with. Before he had our money he was texting responses within minutes. After he got our check, and did not contact our homeowners warranty company for us, we would go days without hearing from him. It was incredibly frustrating. He got his $ and was done! Just didn't seem honest.

In the future we will definitely work with a DIFFERENT plumber, maybe even pay a little more money, for the security of good communication skills.

We inherited a water softener system with our house that I didn't know enough about, so I called so see about having some preventative maintenance performed (just trying to be a good homeowner, y'know). The gentleman I spoke with told me what I needed to know over the phone and saved me a potentially costly visit. I really appreciate service companies that take the time to educate consumers.

I was very happy with Tomlinson Plumbing.  They were professional, effective, and efficient.  As the previous review so eloquently states, they arrived early and finished before schedule and explained everything in non-esoteric terminology.  I highly recommend them!

Jerry came to fix our gas line today and I can't say enough great things about his work. Timely. Kind.  Professional. Did it right the first time. And most notable was how he went above and beyond to even check my sump pump and crawlspace electricity while he was under the house ...totally unrelated to why we called him.  Highly recommend.

After calling several plumbers about getting a battery backup sump pump for my basement I talked to R and R. They did the plumbing in my new house and were fixing a few items so I asked how much there cost was. They were 50% less than two others. I new that the other two seemed high so was relieved to find a reasonable cost. Plumber was great got here right on time also they use a good zoller pump and maintenance free battery. Took them around 1hr to complete. It's one of those items you don't want to use but glad to have it done.

Williams Comfort Air installed our Carrier Infinity Heat Pump and Furnace system and we have had them maintain it since it was installed. Everything was fine while the unit was under warranty. After 12 years we started to have problems. No problems were ever found during the routine service agreement visits even when we reported the troubles during the visits. I was told next time request a senior technician so problems could be detected and fixed. We continued to have intermittent problems and had to call for the non-routine maintenance call which cost us additional money. Supposedly the problems were found and fixed and we were told when the unit was originally installed Carrier had changed the way the units were installed, and no one had ever fixed it during the routine maintenance. Everything worked fine for a month or two and the same problems returned. Fast forward two service calls where this and that was found and fixed the problem. It did not! Finally, we were told a new thermostat and controller board on the furnace would fix everything. We said OK and agreed to fix our current heat pump system. After 10 days of hearing nothing, I finally called Williams Comfort Air and asked for an update on when the parts would arrive, and our system would be fixed. They never returned my call and I had to call again a couple of days later. I was told the parts arrived just when I called them back the second time. They came out the next day to install the parts that we paid the almost $1800 to get installed. Guess what nothing changed. We were then told it would be another $1000 for a new controller board for the outside compressor unit. No guarantees that would fix the problem or if the system would last if it did fix the problem. We decided to replace the entire unit instead of continually putting more and more money in a 14-year-old system. We were given a quote for a new unit from Williams Comfort Air and that the $1800 would be deducted from the quote since they had installed the system and we had been loyal customers with a service agreement the entire time. I always get at least two quotes and I am so glad I did. Even with the supposed $1800 discount they were still almost $500 higher than the other Certified, Award-Winning Carrier dealer I contacted for the exact same system item for item. Since we have gone with another company Williams Comfort Air will not return our calls or answer our emails for questions, we have about our remaining service contract we have with them. They continue to contact us about the quote they gave us after we have emailed and called them about our decision. Overall, what we found with Williams Comfort Air is they all blame another part of the business for what went wrong and their customer service and overall ability to solve and fix problems with a system they installed and supposedly maintain under a service agreement for 14 years is extremely lacking. I would definitely look into another reputable company like we did if you are going to purchase a Carrier system!
