Being a new homeowner I don't have a trusted plumber just yet. I called around a few places for quotes and a random local search popped this place up. I won't lie, my first phone call didn't set me on the right foot. They don't have the best customer based phone skills and they got out to me about an hour later than quoted. But once they were here they were the nicest guys! Never once made me feel like I was being upsold or didn't have my best interest in mind. They kept me in the loop every step of the way and did a fantastic job! I even got my toilet repaired as well and still paid $400 less than two other major plumbing company's had quoted me. If you're patient enough to go with this mom & pop company you won't be disappointed with their work.

This Company is Terrific!  We first called them in the middle of the night (2am!)...Dixie picked up the phone & said she would get someone out to our house right away, AND SURE ENOUGH she sent someone who stopped the water flowing onto our bedroom carpet!!!  We also called when our hot water heater leaked & flooded our garage.  Again, Texas Plumbing Diagnostics took care of our problem in a jiffy.  Competent, Professional Plumbers You Can Depend Upon!!!  Thanks, Dixie, YOU are our GO-TO-Plumbing Service ALWAYS!

Honest and trustworthy.  He is extremely knowledgeable and very honest on cost.  Will not overcharge you and will explain the whole process prior to just doing the work.  Will be using him again.

Our water heater went out and we needed a replacement fast. Gabe was the first to reach out and offered to replace our unit the same day. His quote was very affordable compared with others that we received. His work is high quality and he made adjustments so if there is a need in the future repairs will be easier to perform. John H from Woods Comfort Systems just finished fall maintenance on our HVAC.  He made adjustments to better even out the airflow and temperatures, and reduced the noise from several ducts when the unit is running full blast.  He also installed an adjustable grill in the bedroom that allows me to direct air in multiple directions as needed.  Great job!

Ricardo came out to look at our air condition to give us a diagnostic assessment.  He was professional courteous and gave us the information we needed to know how to address our problem.   He wore a mask which is very important with the current Covid 19 situation and explained everything he was doing with the diagnostic check on the unit which I greatly appreciated.  I would definitely call this company again to address an issue.

After my warranty company sent out a terrible company (A Snap) to diagnose my water heater and refused the job, they contacted San Antonio Plumbing.  From my first call they were kind, helpful and the lady taking my call got me worked into the schedule two days early. Joseph worked with my warranty company and got the perfect replacement for it (it was a 65 gallon wh that isn't made anymore) and minimized my out of pocket costs and convinced them to purchase locally. Armando Olivares the technician was prompt, courteous and changed out everything, adjusted the new expansion tank and explained everything. He cleaned up everything and was done in record time. He did this in a garage on a record day of heat of 103 degrees!  Cannot recommend this company too highly!

called to have low water pressure fixed, and to locate pressure reducing valve buried in my yard. the plumber they sent did nothing for me to fix my problem or locate the valve. i wasted 150 dollars for nothing, i do not recommend.

Very rude!! Called to ask a question and the person was very short and acted like he didn't want to be at work! Asked for his name and while I was asking him he hung up on me! Very disappointed in this company, this company was assigned to us through our warranty; A plumber from A-Tex Plumbing came in and glanced for a second under the sink where the leak was, then said he will come back with a flash light but never did. did not come back to the house at all, instead stayed in front yard on the phone and then left. 30 mins later warranty denied our claim for repair due to pre-existent condition, but how did the plumber who did not even see anything in the house make a diagnosis? VERY unprofessional. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
