Our water heater went out and we needed a replacement fast. Gabe was the first to reach out and offered to replace our unit the same day. His quote was very affordable compared with others that we received. His work is high quality and he made adjustments so if there is a need in the future repairs will be easier to perform. I got a new system a year ago and reluctantly went with Woods due in great part to the salesperson who seemed slippery at best. I wanted the Bryant  system  and for the most part have been happy  with the actual unit so my low rating has to do with my experience with the company itself  Since my purchase, I've experienced several other slippery issues including the warranty  and scheduling.  For example,  I made an 8:00am service  appointment and was told I would be the first person on the schedule for that day so I made arrangements for my wife to be home  then.  The service rep did not show up and when I called to see what happened, they pleasantly told me that they tried to reach me on my cell that morning, but because I did not answer they did not come. I was told that their policy was that they had to be able to reach the customer that morning or they would not show up.  I then pointed out how my wife WAS home and available and if they called my home number which they also had, they would have reached her.   Had they told me ahead of time that they needed to reach me specifically on my cell phone, I would have made arrangements to be available.  When I then tried to schedule another appointment, they were not able to give me a definite confirmation though after my experience, I am not sure what good that would do anyway,   They'll get the job done, but I'd recommend going with another company if you can.

Tommy and Adolph arrived on time, were courteous and professional, and the job got done smoothly.  Tommy gave me pricing for some other work we want done.  He gave me options and gave me drawings that clearly showed how the job would go.  Prices are very reasonable.  I can recommend them without question.

Both of our air conditioners went out within a week of each other. We called a couple of other companies, and either we did not receive a call back or they didn't show up. Chris M was our tech today, and we couldn't be happier. He had us back up and running quickly. He could've taken complete advantage of the situation, and he didn't. It's great to find honest people. If I could leave a review with zero stars I would.
Have called this company twice to see if they were willing to provide an estimate for plumbing repair on my parents nearly 50 year old home. Gave the receptionist an idea of what it was my father might be looking for and where they were located and she suddenly seemed unsure if they could provide an estimate in their area. She then informed me she would give the owner Gary my information and assured me he would call me back and let me know.
This was on Friday January 24th. Never heard back.
Followed up with the company the following week when I had some free time. Same receptionist answered the phone and after jogging her memory as to who I was she bluntly informed me the type of repair work my father was specifically asking for was not something they do. When I asked her why she very rudely informed me we just don't.
I then asked her if there was any way I could just get someone out to provide an estimate on the job the way they saw that it needed to be done, and again, rudely, she said we will not do the type of work your father is asking for. Again a bit more stern this time I infact asked the woman if she was a certified plumber, as to which she answered no and I said okay good so now that we have that established I really just wanted to get a professional out to provide an estimate on what you all thought needed to have done to fix their problem.
She again gave me the run around about, this Gary guy I have yet to hear from.
You either do or don't provide estimates to folks in Pleasanton, Texas....which is it?
Nothing like being drug through the ringer by someone that can't even answer that simple question.
If it's this difficult to get an answer for such a simple question imagine having issues with their work.

They charged me $390 to replace kits in 2 toilets. (Each kit costs $14) I had a huge water bill and needed them to come fix 2 running toilets and they wouldn't give me a quote over the phone. I went ahead and paid it because I had already taken off work and didn't want to let the toilets continue running. I'll call Chambliss next time.  They're ethical and affordable.

called to have low water pressure fixed, and to locate pressure reducing valve buried in my yard. the plumber they sent did nothing for me to fix my problem or locate the valve. i wasted 150 dollars for nothing, i do not recommend.

Great service, the plumbers were very attentive, knowledgeable and fast, and I was shocked when the bill came it was very inexpensive. I did call other competitors and they quoted me way higher than Harold's Plumbing did. I will continue to use this company for my plumbing. I'm not sure what those other peoples comments are so negative. I have not experienced anything like that so don't take everything you read so serious. A+ to Harold's plumbing!

Lack of integrity! These people came out through my home warranty. The technician was very nice but came late and had to return the next day to complete the job. I had to call them back out to adjust the faucet. They completed that but After I took a shower, I was unable to turn the water off. I recalled them through my home warranty. They were suppose to call me that day and did not. I tried calling them that day and the next with no response. I contacted The home warranty and after they called them I was assured they would get back with me. On the third day I called, and again they did not answer and I let them know I would give them a bad review if I did not hear from them. I called my home warranty to complain and was told they contacted them and told the warranty people that I told Atex to get off my property so they will now refuse the job! I found that they called me back within minutes telling me they have been having phone problems
