Our water heater went out and we needed a replacement fast. Gabe was the first to reach out and offered to replace our unit the same day. His quote was very affordable compared with others that we received. His work is high quality and he made adjustments so if there is a need in the future repairs will be easier to perform. I hired Kinsey Plumbing to install a hot water on demand system I had already purchased. On the initial appointment the plumber could not perform the install due to not having the correct parts. The second appointment went better as he brought additional parts and was able to install the system. However, during the installation the plumber needed too remove a connection for the reverse osmosis system that was already installed. The reverse osmosis connection appeared to have been damaged after re-installation but was not lacking. Kinsey provides a 30 warranty on leaks and they will not waver as I now have a leak 39 calendar days after their work was completed and they want to charge me for the leak repair. This leak would never have occurred had there plumber not damaged the part to begin with.

I am very happy with the customer service and service that was received.  
They were very quick to respond to our call and  complete the request.
Once the call was placed the work was completed within 36 hours, very impressive.  They are very knowledgable about what is needed from the city and obtaining the correct paperwork for the necessary job/request. I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys came out the day after the crazy blizzard and fixed a burst pipe for us. I called probably 20 other companies who not only said no but said not for days. Woods charged us a fair price when we were clearly desperate. Work was done fast too. Highly recommend!

Admin/Communication: Called and got through to a person (Sonia) right away. She was very courteous and helpful. She booked an appointment same day. I then received a text later indicating they were ahead of schedule and could come early if I was available. Several texts and calls back and forth with Nick to confirm my schedule and my technicians were on the way. Communication was great. I appreciate that after other companies lack of communication.

Service: Travis and Jake came out. Explained the fix, gave me the cost and they were on their way! I asked a lot of questions during the process. Some related to the fix and some unrelated. They helped me locate my ball valve, checked my water pressure and we chatted about meters and such. They were very informative, polite, knowledgeable and super quick! Some may think the service call was expensive. For me it was worth the cost to get it done in a timely manner, by a professional and communicative staff who answered all my questions. I'm very satisfied with 1st Call Plumbing Heating & air. I will consider them again in the future.

I would like to give this company a hand and stamp of approval!  I made servals calls to plumbing companies and these guys were able to give the best response ok a professional and timely manner.  First off they showed up on time, yes I said they showed up ON time! Second they were very respectable and used booties to wear over their boots to keep my new carpet clean.  They surveyed the problem and made the repairs needed to be done.  All while the working process they kept their work space clean and made sure to not make a mess.  I was very impressed by the crew and their professionalism. I would recommend these guys and will be using them for any plumbing issues I may come across in the future.

Tator has handled 3 or 4 jobs for me including leak detection/pinpoint tests, sewage line repair and water line repair. Always on time, always do great work, always professional. Fair prices, friendly people on the phone. Highly recommended!
