Excellent response time, very knowledgeable and willing to explain his thought process. Pricing was very reasonable, especially considering how quickly and professionally he addressed issue (was on location within 24 hours of request, and repair was completed immediately).

I needed a p-trap and studor vent installed (older house that did not have a p-trap on washing machine drain). My main concern was there was a leaking running trap. Multiple other larger companies said they could do job, just to waste my time by scheduling a 4-6 hour window, waiting until end of window, and either coming out and telling me they wouldn't install a studor vent or just calling and telling me they couldn't do it (after I sent very specific diagrams and instructions of what I needed and their dispatch told me that they did indeed provide those services). Had one even tell me it would cost $12,850 to remove the running trap and install p-trap, excluding all repair work. When I told that company's plumber that called me that I was not certain I did have a running trap, he told me it would be $499 just to run camera to check. This was at 6:40pm when I was given a 2pm-6pm window, so he obviously just did not want to work. Geronimo responded and repaired by 6pm the next day - only charged a nominal fee to run the camera, confirming that I did NOT have a running trap, and I had zero question or issue with the labor and material charges he quoted, especially considering all the work was done after 5pm, and all charges were exactly as quoted.

Have his number saved for all future plumbing issues, highly recommend. It is very hard to come by an honest, responsive, and reasonably priced plumber - this is one of those diamonds in the rough, and it is also great to support a small local business.

I don't usually write reviews, but Martin's services are exceptional and I highly recommend him. Tonight I called Martin in desperate need of plumbing services. It was already 8:30 PM and Martin responded to my message within a couple minutes. He spoke with my husband and walked him through the entire process of fixing the problem. He stayed on the phone with him until the issue was resolved. We are so grateful for his patience and expertise. A couple years ago, we had another emergency in the late evening and Martin came out late at night and resolved the problem. He was quick, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He has always been extremely friendly and polite. He came highly recommended to me by a family friend and after utilizing his services I can see why. In an age where so many service companies and contractors don't show up on time (or at all), are rude, or take advantage of the customer, it is a breath of fresh air to see an honest individual with great skill and expertise you can count on. Thank you Martin for all your help!

I have been wary and frustrated at trying to contact local plumbers here in SA. They usually do not call you back when you leave them a message. And this gets even worse since most never even pick up their phone.

Today was a miracle.

Robert not only picked up the phone but he valued my phonecall by carefully listening to my concern and promising to send a tech within a couple of hours. With my previous negative experience where people who have committed to come really do not come, I called up Robert again. Once again, he reassured me that a tech was on the way and now just 15 mins from arriving. True enough and even beyond my expectation, the doorbell rings just a couple of minutes after I put down the phone. It was ther plumbing tech Eric.

You could not ask for anything more. Eric went beyond just bare minimum by showing his professionalism not just with his expertise and diligence but also his patience and kindness. I was like experiencing wit and care for my plumbing from Eric just like watching The Good Doctor, plumbing version!

Eric had much difficulty as the snaking rooter kept refusing to creep into the pipe. He did not surrender until he was able to find the best tip tool that was able to flexibly push through the pipe.

The end result was a success not only for the job itself but it gave me such comfort and peace of mind knowing that it was done by a dedicated and passionate professional.

Recently had a hot water issue, after calling Reeh they looked at it and even with the heater being 15 years old, they attempted to replace an element.
Then decided that wouldn't work so said it needed replacing at a $1500 price. We choose to replace ourselves for $400 and they still charged $200 for basically NOTHING.  A service charge is one thing but $200 is
Ridiculous! Buyer beware!!!

Holloway replumbed our whole house, and did a GREAT job, for a reasonable price. Justin and Walker kept us informed the whole time, on what was accomplished that day, and what was planned for the next. They kept the house clean throughout the job, and never complained about the cramped spaces or our frequent questions. They always made sure we had access to water every evening after they finished the day. Excellent work. Excellent employees.

I had a new Hvac unit installed by Tuttle, this summer. (2014) They offered the lowest, fairest, and best warranty than the other companies that came out to our house.  The techs who installed the unit were very professional and respectful.  Yesterday we had a problem with the heater. I made a call at 3 or 4 pm. Tuttle had a tech out that night.
I will use Tuttle's services in the future and gladly recommend them to others.

I called and asked 2 simple questions about home warranty coverage. After the man claimed to have no knowledge of anything other than time slots I asked to speak to someone that could better help me. I was immediately hung up on and have continuously tried to call back with the call being ignored over and over again.

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS. There are plenty of other plumbers in the area willing to help.

I have a cabin in a rather remote areas so getting bonded labor professionals is difficult.  The wait is usually 2 weeks.  I was trying to stage my place for sale.  Had unfortunate backed up toilet that was beyond a simple plunger and draino.  Called Speedys Plumbing, got an immediate response and a technician on the way.  Great Service

I had a strange leak on my floor in my house and called Wimberley plumbing to check it out.  I was afraid a pipe in the slab had burst.  Chris came out and diagnosed a leaky hot water heater that was allowing water to seep under the tile and carpet.  He installed a new Rheem hot water heater, but right away I began experiencing spurting and spewing from the hot water faucets in that end of the house.  I called Wimberley Plumbing and talked to J.D., who told me that it is a rare occurrence, but Rheem uses a magnesium diode rod and sometimes the magnesium they use is defective and any complaint or problem I have is  between me and Rheem.  I told J.D. I had bought a brand new hot water heater from him and why should I bear that expense.  His response was that he shouldn't have to bear that expense, either.  He said I could buy an aluminum diode rod and he would work with me and just charge me a half-hour labor charge to install it.  I called Rheem and explained my problem to them.  They said the water heater had a year's factory warranty and they could not believe the installing plumber would not honor that.  To keep me from being left holding the bag Rheem sent a new anode rod to my house and arranged for another qualified plumber to come and install it--all at no cost to me.  They also said since Wimberley Plumbing apparently would not honor the warranty that Rheem would bear that responsibility for the remainder of that year.

Called the plumber explained the problem in detail twice to the plumber and to Gloria. They quoted me a price of $189 for labor and parts. When the plumber got here, they said they didn't know the extent of the issue and quoted me another price of $312 just to shut the water off to the tub. That's not even to fix the issue. After that they told us they would have to come back out to reconnect the water after another part was purchased to fix the issue. So after paying them $312 to shut off the water, we called back to have the tub actually fixed with the new part (that only cost $49), they quoted us a price of $300. I asked them to put it in writing and send an email. Gloria agreed to do that. So now we were willing to pay $600 for a $49 part and 45 minutes of work at the most. Gloria then called me back 30 minutes later and said the price would now be $675!!! I asked why the change and she said because of labor!! So I kindly said no since we were already bamboozled out of $300 for something that wasn't even fixed. Be aware that they will quote you a price to fix something but really they are going to up that price once they arrive. Make them put it in writing and you will get the true over priced amount they are going to charge you! These guys are scam artist and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy!!!

LONG time customer that was always pleased with their service until today. Spent 10 minutes at my elderly mother's house and the problem was in the refrigerator, not the water line.  No recommendation on a service provider and charged $140 hourly charge for 10 minutes. Again, no accommodation for an elderly long-term customer.  Looking for a new plumber.

I called Reliant to fix a simple drip from a spigot in tub/ shower.An appointment was made for Monday.A plumber showed up at 8 am on Sunday morning.After way to much information he went to hardware store and fixed the problem and I was charged 500.00.But...the job wasn't completely done right s....a supervisor came out and adjusted it.Now.... I have no hot water in shower/tub and am expected to wait for them a 6 hour window of time tomorrow.They got my money and now I am yesterdays news.Go anywhere but reliant because they are unreliable.

Can't speak for their plumbing service, but any business that requires people to drive to a destination is also liable for how they act on the road.

The driver of the vehicle accelerated at least 30 miles over the speed limit in an attempt to prevent us from getting over... not sure why, but he started charging as if he were a bull and our turn signal was a red flag at the local Texas State Bull Pin.

The driver then decided to cut across three lanes of traffic, and proceeded to bob/weave through traffic like a boxing match.

My mother already lost one child to a wreck less driver. How dare this person have the audacity to potentially take away another one. There comes a point in time where everyone needs to grow up and abide by the rules.

After all of that, they almost caused another collision by swerving completely into the next lane, then swerving back into the original lane and almost losing control of their vehicle. Very dangerous/wreck less driving.
