Ott Plumbing let me down when I went to them for assistance on a Boy Scout project, so I gave these guys a chance.  They were very friendly and tried to help, but they couldn't find what we needed.  I thanked them for trying then left.  Later my toilet's shut off valve was leaking, and I knew it was time to call the professionals.  Enter Culpepper to the rescue!  The receptionist was very nice and remembered me from my visit.  She fit me in and said they could be out soon.  Two or three guys arrived and were in and out in less than 30 minutes.  The bill was reasonable and the work was good quality.

I came home to a $700 water bill yesterday. I called the city and they said they couldn't get anyone by until next week. I called 2 other plumbers and they said they couldn't help until the city turned off our water because that would be tampering with city property. Mark responded to my request 1st thing this morning, made an appointment for noon and showed up almost 30 minutes early. He fixed the problem quickly and charged a very reasonable rate.

I'm a first time homeowner and ordered a Kenmore water softener complete with installation ; Sears contracted My Plumb-Sure to complete the job. My Plumb-Sure contacted me immediately to schedule the appointment and when Chris arrived on the scene, he was quick to assess the needs. Unfortunately the task was greater than expected (my house had not been plumbed for a water softener when originally built) but Chris said it would not be a problem. Within 10 minutes, he had surveyed the entire job, created a list of plumbing materials he would need to complete the task, and provided me with a reasonable estimate to complete the job. Just like that, Chris and his associate plumbed and rerouted my waterline and took the time to educate me about what had been done and what to expect once the installation was completed. Once they had finished the job, they cleaned up the spaces impacted by the installation. It is difficult to find honesty and integrity along with craftsmanship in many places today, but I can sincerely say the My Plumb-Sure has all of that and much more. I'm honored to be able to rate them.

I honestly don't write many yelp reviews, but I can't say enough about the job that Patrick and the Accurate Leak and Line crew did for me and my family. Long story short, we had a 30 foot belly in our main line just under the house. This meant lots of digging. Not only was their estimate much cheaper than the other two I got, the work Patrick did on the back end to get things right with the new pipe and prevent having to do further digging toward the street was beyond clutch. Equal parts expertise and phenomenal customer service. If you have a similar job, make sure you get Patrick, and you'll be in the best possible hands. Jacklyn back at the office was also super helpful. Their services can't come any more highly recommended.

I have to say a HUGE thank you to Fast Flow Plumbing and sorry for my idiot home builder that made what should have been a simple job - an almost 5 hour process!

We had a leak in our bath faucet that would not stop running and water was pooling on the bath  edge . With it getting worse and an ice storm on the way, we knew we needed to get it addressed so they were able to come out same  day only to discover that the builder had left no access point to the faucets so only way in was through the cupboard wall in front of the bath and the faucet was grouted or stuccoed in place!!  The pieces needed to be replaced only there was little inventory anywhere - they found an almost identical set and made a dash out to get it before the store closed - and were able to get it all repaired.

We also had a leak in our shower wall and they used a camera to assure us it was dry behind the shower and we had a small grout leak so at least that was one less project.

Anthony and Josh were so nice, so helpful and so patient with our crazy bathroom set up!

I highly recommend their work !!

Fred and his helper (sorry, did not get his name) came as promised, did the replacement of the washing machine faucets and sink faucet, in record time.  They cleaned up the work area when finished.  I have lived in this old house for 12 yrs, and they have been out to work on other plumbing issues before.  Always on time, courteous and outstanding service. Pricing:  reasonable.  (better than the other guys.

We called Fast Plumbing after another plumber was unable to find a leak in our yard.  The other company already had charged an arm and a leg and didn't even fix the problem.  Because of that, I was pretty hard on Lee wanting to make sure I wasn't going to get ripped off again.  Lee was super helpful in explaining everything ahead of time, quoting prices and explaining what might not be covered in his original quote if things didn't happen as he expected.  They came out super fast the first day to assess the problem, then came back the next day and got to work without needing us to be home!  I had a work meeting so Lee sent pictures once he found the problem.  He even helped clean up the mess the prior plumber left.  In the end, the job ended up being very close to the original quote and I wasn't surprised by the additional charge because Lee explained everything as he went so I knew what to expect.  I will be calling Fast Plumbing out for any of our future plumbing needs (hopefully nothing for a long while!) and highly recommend them.

Saves the day on a Sunday! Came by within hours to unclog a drain affecting the whole house. Appreciate you taking the time to explain everything you did and how things are plumbed. Eloy is friendly and personable; I am very comfortable having him at my home. Definitely recommend!

S & D PLUMBING was hired to clear a bathroom commode which required removal of the commode to get at the blockage.  The technician who arrived to service the problem brought with him an assortment of equipment which at best had seen better days.  He moved to do what was requested of him and then we got into a semantics discussion of what CLEAR means.  Unfortunately, this plumbing company defines CLEAR as simply restoring some flow.  Not actually removing the obstruction.   He spent a bit of time scoping the piping to determine what the obstruction was.   He then proceeds to secure a ROTO ROUTER to remove the obstruction.  This is what I thought I was paying for.  Unfortunately, the ROTO ROOTER was broken, NOT USABLE.   Sans, having the proper equipment he used the scope to restore the flow but did not solve the basic problem.  REMOVAL OF THE OBSTRUCTION.   He then informed me that we should not use the commode since it would most likely block up again under normal usage.   Having restored the drainage (never having cleared the blockage) he collected his equipment, received payment and left; it was evening.    The next morning, I called the office to discuss the work done.    They acknowledged that it was a problem and sent out the technician again (with some marginally workable equipment) to complete the job.   He explained that there would be an additional charge to complete what needed to be done (CLEAR THE DRAIN OF BLOCKAGE).  After a bit of discussion regarding exactly what my expectations were, we agreed on an additional sum for him to complete the work.  To complete the work, he had to re-prep the area, remove the commode, set up his equipment etc.   This was time consuming and replicated what he did the previous day.  In a nutshell, 3 hours later and a day late he accomplished what could have been accomplished initially.   The cost to me for removal of the obstruction was about $2000.   We are a couple in our 80's, do I think I was taken advantage of YES.  

I do not normally respond to requests for review of service; however, I think that any future customer needs to be aware of who and what they are dealing with.   THIS IS NOT A COMPANY I WOULD RECOMMEND FOR PLUMBING SERVICE.

Showed up right on time, courteous and efficient service and although the part I needed was not in stock they made sure everything was put back together so I'd have water and service while the part is on order.

What more could you ask?

We're in the LONG process of getting the proper approvals and permits for a home backup generator. Steve, Terry, Chuck and Michael have done a FANTASTIC job of patiently working through all that was/is necessary to prepare for the generator delivery. That included proper sizing of the generator to be installed. For those planning on getting a generator, determining the proper size generator is critical. Everyone I have worked with at Blanco has been TOP NOTCH. They're exactly the 100% customer oriented group of guys that any customer could hope for. Unfortunately, far too many companies selling generators fall far short of Blanco's standards. And, they will not take the time to select a generator that is adequate for your needs. The right home backup generator will very likely not be cheap. But, wouldn't you want that selection to be the right one for you and your family? Go with Blanco & you will not regret the decision.

Took a difficult situation and eventually made it right by replacing the equipment that was causing a problem.

If I could give them a 0 I would have. Un professional business and bogus company.
After talking to Daniella who call her selfthe boss  explained all I needed is an electration to come by and show me where is the PGFI outlet due to no power in couple of my plugs. She said there will be no charge unless something needs to be done which before we do anything we give out an estimate. Literally it took less than couple minutes for the electrician to find the outlet then they wanted to charge me $135 when I called back with complain I spoke to Daniella again who called herself she is the boss of the company very rudely said that you have to pay and this is the charge and hang up the phone.

Our well needed to be completely rewired, new pot, new pump, add new water tanks, etc. Kerrville Plumbing was one of three estimates we got. They were quite a bit higher, but absolutely worth it.  You get what you pay for.  They are extremely knowledgeable, and for our job they used the highest quality products, the work is warranted, and we know it was done correctly the first time.  When we are ready to look at heat pumps or anything else related to plumbing, we will use Bill and his team.

Waste of money for him to come see  how he could fix my plumbing and do nothing. Said he plugged a pipe but that was a lie.

This company has a contract with Sears Warranty. They were scheduled to come and service my water heater under the warranty. The gentlmen answered the phone when I called and he said I need to take a look at the heater first - understandable.... Then I called again during the time he was scheduled to come and service the water heater and he said I will call you back. No call and of course no show.... My 3 years old has been without hot water in the winter for 3 days now.... No follow up, nothing. I don't like Anonimous reviews so if anyone is questioning that feel free to text me at 210-749-4656 and I can give you the feedback in person. Needles to say - bad customer service.
