My lawn really suffered the last few weeks of the summer when several of my sprinklers heads were broken and then the entire system just stopped working. Now that spring is upon us I really needed a reputable company to help get my system up and running at a reasonable cost. I called George based on several local recommendations and he did not disappoint. He was able to come out and quickly diagnose the issue, provide a solution as well as a reasonable quote to have everything repaired. George and his crew came by the next day and within a few hours I was controlling my new and improved sprinkler system through my smartphone.

I would recommend Diamond Irrigation & Backflow to anyone looking for a person who is knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and fair!

H&S Backflow is incredibly responsive and efficient. Mike came out diagnosed the problem and was able to repair my pool backflow issue the very next day. Will definitely be using them again for any of my future needs!

Cris is so knowledgeable and incredibly responsive! We needed 2 toilets in our home replaced. He was courteous and timely. He was even explaining what he was doing every step of the way to my inquisitive father. If you want the job done right for a great price, he's your guy! Very kind and professional. Amazing work!

I can't say enough good things about this company. We got a toilet install via Lowe's, and they were the contractors that came to do the job. They said our old toilet was installed incorrectly and that some minor work was needed before they could install it (that was outside the standard toilet install). They were so nice and told us exactly what to do and what type of cement to buy to fix it. Their company came back within a day after we fixed the minor repair. With a lot of contractors, they never answer the phone, and appointments take forever. They were right away with answering and scheduling. They were professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

I called this company once before, and cancelled due to timing. What a regret. Not only were they professional. He was informative and honest. Honored a miss quote in pricing. Did a walk through. And gave me free advice. Was never pressured. Can't say enough. If you want your plumbing done right call Premire Works!

Great service from Austex and from Anthony in particular. Showed up on time, wearing a mask, and fixed our system quickly like a pro. Good communication  and great overall service. Naturally they are a little busy so you probably won't get next-day service but they're worth the wait.

Very honest, respectful, diligent and kept us in the loop of status on where they were to reaching my parents house. Despite the weather ordeal and weather they made it out in a timely fashion and fixed it on the spot!!!

Good plumbers are hard to find!  I knew exactly what the issue was, and of the 12 plumbers I called, only 3 were willing to give me prices over the phone.  Atlas offered the best price and was able to come out the very next morning.  A different company came out to offer a free estimate, but wanted to charge me $688 for a bandaid fix with other package options increasing in price up to $2500.  Atlas plumbing did the job for $265.  They were prompt, professional, courteous, and honest.  They did a GREAT job, and they did it fairly and well.  I recommend them to everyone!

We are doing a re-model of a home in Canyon Lake and hired Clint DIxon as our plumber.  For the first few months, he was relatively reliable, and we paid him as per his fee schedule.  In early November, he informed us that we needed a sump pump for our septic to function properly.  He asked us to pay him in advance $600 for the cost of the pump and $160 for installation of the pump.  Within 15 minutes of leaving our home he cashed our check and has been ignoring our phone calls ever since.
When we called him from another phone number (so he did not know it was us) he informed us that he had spent the money and could not purchase the pump but that he would buy it with money that his father gave him at Christmas, and would install it on Dec. 27th.  Needless to say, he did not, and continued to ignore our phone calls until we threatened him with legal action.  He then purchased the pump (according to the store, the cost of the pump is $400, not $600) and left it in our yard.  He now owes us $200 for the pump, and $160 for advance payment on his labor.
We are now in the process of hiring another plumber to install the pump.  Clint has once again disappeared and is not accepting any of our phone calls.  I would NOT recommend him as a plumber to anyone, any time.

Not sure if they have good plumbing service or not since they cancelled due to weather. Guess they don't check the forecast and call 30 mins before an appointment and say they can't come out because of the rain. Iv seen plenty of plumbing services use a canopy. Thanks Mr. Plumber for wasting my day, you guys should call Mr. Weather next time. Then then called back to say they would come out, but Im not a fan of giving business to a company that starts off on the wrong foot.  You can't come out, you can come out, which is it?

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We used Franco on a recommendation and the entire process has been a joke.  We had a leak in the shower faucet he said he fixed it for $500 only to be told that the entire shower and bath tub area needed to be ripped out because the leak was in the shower wall. No credit for the $500 already paid. The walls and bath tub were ripped out and we were left for 4 days with an exposed moldy wet mess, he had a church retreat to go to, that should have been our first clue that the project was going to go sour. Then, after asking and asking for a written estimate, 2 weeks later,  he wrote one because we refused to give him any money. Now, 2 months later we are still trying to get Mr. Franco to complete the project. We are not paying him the balance of $3362 until the project is complete. He blames every problem or delay on someone else. This is his business. Days go by with no work done only empty excuses. Now, he tells us that he is retired, retired? then why start the project??? As of tomorrow he is going on vacation and sending his Pastor to complete the project. That says a lot right there. If you read a positive review on this company it was probably written by him or one of his family members.

This company was assigned to me through my home warranty company, Old Republic Home Protection (ORHP), like the other one-star reviewer.

Hector came on time, and was very friendly. He checked out my lack of hot water, and went to my water heater. He turned up the thermostat to 125*F, then bounced! He was like,things should be good now! I seriously thought he would stick around awhile to make sure that made a difference, because it didn't.

A week later, Hector still hasn't entered a report on the work he did, so that my warranty company can know what to do next. I've called ORHP twice about this matter, and had them switch me to another plumbing company on the third try. It shouldn't be that difficult to write I turned up the water temp. Didn't take me a week to write that just now. Come on! I only want hot water. Do your job.

This guy had his assistant work a total of 1 hour 10 minutes and charged me for 2.5 hours at $87.50 per hour ONLY for the labor.  When I asked about the charges he said that he is master plumber not a handyman that is why he charged that much. He said that even though they didn't work the full 2.5 hours he was charging for driving from his office which is 10 minutes from my house.  So according to him it took them 2.5 hours just to change the washers and seats from the shower handles.  You want to hire this guy?  go ahead, his number is up there.

We had a bad experience. We specifically asked for one type of service and they sent out a different type of technician and attempted to charge us a $100 for the service. We decided to go with a different service.

I hired them due to a sewage smell in one of the bathrooms and $840.00 later a hole in my wall that I did authorize to find a vent pipe with no luck I stopped the bleeding and told there master plumber to stop working on finding the problem. And it turns out a $15 bad wax ring that they installed around 1 year ago was the problem that my renters discovered with no plumbing experience. What should have been a $100 max job cost me $865 and a hole in my wall to replace a wax ring.
