H&S Backflow is incredibly responsive and efficient. Mike came out diagnosed the problem and was able to repair my pool backflow issue the very next day. Will definitely be using them again for any of my future needs!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND:

Had a kitchen faucet replaced (I suppled the faucet- he was cool with that). Plumber also replaced two cutoff valves-one that needed to be replaced right now and one the plumber recommended since it was old. ( He gave me a choice about whether to do second valve ) . Price was fair, comparable to other quotes. Gave me a discount on installing the new valves since it was an add-on.

Very fast next day morning service, prompt arrival at appt. time. Worked neatly (minimal spillage ) and cleaned and dried under the sink thoroughly after the job was finished.

I can't say enough good things about this company. We got a toilet install via Lowe's, and they were the contractors that came to do the job. They said our old toilet was installed incorrectly and that some minor work was needed before they could install it (that was outside the standard toilet install). They were so nice and told us exactly what to do and what type of cement to buy to fix it. Their company came back within a day after we fixed the minor repair. With a lot of contractors, they never answer the phone, and appointments take forever. They were right away with answering and scheduling. They were professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

I called this company once before, and cancelled due to timing. What a regret. Not only were they professional. He was informative and honest. Honored a miss quote in pricing. Did a walk through. We were extremely displeased with our experience with Austex. They were more in the pricey side so we were hoping that we would be getting a high-quality service. Although the sprinklers themselves work well, the sprinklers did not work when they completed the work and they had to come back out days later to get it working. The location of the sprinkler valves were all around the yard including one right in the middle of the yard, as well as one next to the driveway and in areas that are high traffic areas. Three of the trees in our backyard did not get any water at all. When we tried to get some of these valves moved we had a tremendous amount of challenge connecting and coordinating with the company.  They wanted us to pay the full amount before completing the work.  They also destroyed out front garden bed and left it with part of the partition missing! They would not repair it at all.  I would research other companies instead of Austex.

Very honest, respectful, diligent and kept us in the loop of status on where they were to reaching my parents house. Despite the weather ordeal and weather they made it out in a timely fashion and fixed it on the spot!!!

Good plumbers are hard to find!  I knew exactly what the issue was, and of the 12 plumbers I called, only 3 were willing to give me prices over the phone.  Atlas offered the best price and was able to come out the very next morning.  A different company came out to offer a free estimate, but wanted to charge me $688 for a bandaid fix with other package options increasing in price up to $2500.  Atlas plumbing did the job for $265.  They were prompt, professional, courteous, and honest.  They did a GREAT job, and they did it fairly and well.  I recommend them to everyone!

Very Professional! Chris is very knowledgeable of his job,on point and conduct the business proficiently. Walk me to where the problem at and I like that he informed me on all the repair to be taken. I was very pleased and satisfied with their work and will surely conduct business with them again. I will recommend them to friends in need of plumbing help.

The toilet in our apartment wasn't working right. The complex wouldn't fix it so we had Franco's plumbing come in and do it. He figured out right away what was wrong and fixed it. He was very professional, came on time and did it all for a good price. It's a family owned company and you can tell he knows what he's doing. I would recommend them!

Plumbers were efficient, thoroughly explained processes, wore masks. Had challenges with the office in scheduling services, but am pleased with the overall service provided. Will continue to use them.

This guy had his assistant work a total of 1 hour 10 minutes and charged me for 2.5 hours at $87.50 per hour ONLY for the labor.  When I asked about the charges he said that he is master plumber not a handyman that is why he charged that much. He said that even though they didn't work the full 2.5 hours he was charging for driving from his office which is 10 minutes from my house.  So according to him it took them 2.5 hours just to change the washers and seats from the shower handles.  You want to hire this guy?  go ahead, his number is up there.

We had a bad experience. We specifically asked for one type of service and they sent out a different type of technician and attempted to charge us a $100 for the service. We decided to go with a different service.

I hired them due to a sewage smell in one of the bathrooms and $840.00 later a hole in my wall that I did authorize to find a vent pipe with no luck I stopped the bleeding and told there master plumber to stop working on finding the problem. And it turns out a $15 bad wax ring that they installed around 1 year ago was the problem that my renters discovered with no plumbing experience. What should have been a $100 max job cost me $865 and a hole in my wall to replace a wax ring.
