Absolutely phenomenal service from Diamond Irrigation. Easy scheduling, constant communication, professional courteous crew who took their time to make sure everything was working and actually explained to me what was going on as they were fixing my system. Helped me set my auto sprinklers which i haven't been able to do in the 3 years I've lived at my house.

H&S Backflow is incredibly responsive and efficient. Mike came out diagnosed the problem and was able to repair my pool backflow issue the very next day. Will definitely be using them again for any of my future needs!

Cris is so knowledgeable and incredibly responsive! We needed 2 toilets in our home replaced. He was courteous and timely. I can't say enough good things about this company. We got a toilet install via Lowe's, and they were the contractors that came to do the job. They said our old toilet was installed incorrectly and that some minor work was needed before they could install it (that was outside the standard toilet install). They were so nice and told us exactly what to do and what type of cement to buy to fix it. Their company came back within a day after we fixed the minor repair. With a lot of contractors, they never answer the phone, and appointments take forever. They were right away with answering and scheduling. They were professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

Top notch, high quality service.  I have gone through 2 other spinkler companies before and they never get the job done correctly.  Very friendly service at rates that I found attractive more than their competitors.  Steiner Ranch, this is a great spinkler company to hire.

Very honest, respectful, diligent and kept us in the loop of status on where they were to reaching my parents house. Despite the weather ordeal and weather they made it out in a timely fashion and fixed it on the spot!!!

Atlas Plumbing replaced a water heater within 5 days of their diagnosis. They were timely, courteous, and made sure the job was properly done and up to code. A couple days after the water heater was installed, one of the toilets coincidentally clogged. We called another plumber who couldn't unclog it and told us that it would require taking the entire toilet out at a charge of $400. We called Atlas right after that plumber came out, and they were kind enough to squeeze in a last minute look. They easily spotted the problem, got it unclogged within 5 minutes, and the most impressive thing of all was that they didn't charge a dime for the trip out nor the unclogging!! Louis said he just wanted to do the right thing, instead of trying to squeeze more money out of me. That alone just speaks volumes to their character. We definitely recommend their crew!

We are doing a re-model of a home in Canyon Lake and hired Clint DIxon as our plumber.  For the first few months, he was relatively reliable, and we paid him as per his fee schedule.  In early November, he informed us that we needed a sump pump for our septic to function properly.  He asked us to pay him in advance $600 for the cost of the pump and $160 for installation of the pump.  Within 15 minutes of leaving our home he cashed our check and has been ignoring our phone calls ever since.
When we called him from another phone number (so he did not know it was us) he informed us that he had spent the money and could not purchase the pump but that he would buy it with money that his father gave him at Christmas, and would install it on Dec. 27th.  Needless to say, he did not, and continued to ignore our phone calls until we threatened him with legal action.  He then purchased the pump (according to the store, the cost of the pump is $400, not $600) and left it in our yard.  He now owes us $200 for the pump, and $160 for advance payment on his labor.
We are now in the process of hiring another plumber to install the pump.  Clint has once again disappeared and is not accepting any of our phone calls.  I would NOT recommend him as a plumber to anyone, any time.

Mr. plumber replaced about 20 feet of drain pipe under my house. It was a really big job and they worked so hard on it. They were so nice and considerate and did a great job. I'm so happy with Benny and his crew.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We used Franco on a recommendation and the entire process has been a joke.  We had a leak in the shower faucet he said he fixed it for $500 only to be told that the entire shower and bath tub area needed to be ripped out because the leak was in the shower wall. No credit for the $500 already paid. The walls and bath tub were ripped out and we were left for 4 days with an exposed moldy wet mess, he had a church retreat to go to, that should have been our first clue that the project was going to go sour. Then, after asking and asking for a written estimate, 2 weeks later,  he wrote one because we refused to give him any money. Now, 2 months later we are still trying to get Mr. Franco to complete the project. We are not paying him the balance of $3362 until the project is complete. He blames every problem or delay on someone else. This is his business. Days go by with no work done only empty excuses. Now, he tells us that he is retired, retired? then why start the project??? As of tomorrow he is going on vacation and sending his Pastor to complete the project. That says a lot right there. If you read a positive review on this company it was probably written by him or one of his family members.

When I called, I got a 2-hr window for an ETA.  They arrived a few minutes into that window.  They repaired and/or replaced three things, one in the front yard and two in my house.  They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable.  I found out they also repair central heating and air conditioning.  I will call them if either goes out.

This guy had his assistant work a total of 1 hour 10 minutes and charged me for 2.5 hours at $87.50 per hour ONLY for the labor.  When I asked about the charges he said that he is master plumber not a handyman that is why he charged that much. He said that even though they didn't work the full 2.5 hours he was charging for driving from his office which is 10 minutes from my house.  So according to him it took them 2.5 hours just to change the washers and seats from the shower handles.  You want to hire this guy?  go ahead, his number is up there.

We had a bad experience. We specifically asked for one type of service and they sent out a different type of technician and attempted to charge us a $100 for the service. We decided to go with a different service.

I hired them due to a sewage smell in one of the bathrooms and $840.00 later a hole in my wall that I did authorize to find a vent pipe with no luck I stopped the bleeding and told there master plumber to stop working on finding the problem. And it turns out a $15 bad wax ring that they installed around 1 year ago was the problem that my renters discovered with no plumbing experience. What should have been a $100 max job cost me $865 and a hole in my wall to replace a wax ring.
