H&S Backflow is incredibly responsive and efficient. Mike came out diagnosed the problem and was able to repair my pool backflow issue the very next day. Will definitely be using them again for any of my future needs!

Cris is so knowledgeable and incredibly responsive! We needed 2 toilets in our home replaced. He was courteous and timely. I can't say enough good things about this company. We got a toilet install via Lowe's, and they were the contractors that came to do the job. They said our old toilet was installed incorrectly and that some minor work was needed before they could install it (that was outside the standard toilet install). They were so nice and told us exactly what to do and what type of cement to buy to fix it. Their company came back within a day after we fixed the minor repair. With a lot of contractors, they never answer the phone, and appointments take forever. They were right away with answering and scheduling. They were professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

I had a leaking sprinkler issue late in the evening tonight  and didn't know who to call. I'm so Thankful I found Premier Works and Mr. Chavez! We used Austex Sprinkler to fix our broken sprinkler heads that resulted in $600++ water bill. Alex came early and was able to fix all the broken heads within an hour. Overall, we're very satisfied with Austex Sprinkler and will definitely recommend them to everyone.

Very honest, respectful, diligent and kept us in the loop of status on where they were to reaching my parents house. Despite the weather ordeal and weather they made it out in a timely fashion and fixed it on the spot!!!

Good plumbers are hard to find!  I knew exactly what the issue was, and of the 12 plumbers I called, only 3 were willing to give me prices over the phone.  Atlas offered the best price and was able to come out the very next morning.  A different company came out to offer a free estimate, but wanted to charge me $688 for a bandaid fix with other package options increasing in price up to $2500.  Atlas plumbing did the job for $265.  They were prompt, professional, courteous, and honest.  They did a GREAT job, and they did it fairly and well.  I recommend them to everyone!

I recently had my water heater break and it was on a Sunday. Mr Plumber was the only company who had a plumber available and ready.  Jason was the plumber who came out to my house and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable! I highly recommend Mr. Plumber Plumbing!

The toilet in our apartment wasn't working right. The complex wouldn't fix it so we had Franco's plumbing come in and do it. He figured out right away what was wrong and fixed it. He was very professional, came on time and did it all for a good price. It's a family owned company and you can tell he knows what he's doing. I would recommend them!

This company was assigned to me through my home warranty company, Old Republic Home Protection (ORHP), like the other one-star reviewer.

Hector came on time, and was very friendly. He checked out my lack of hot water, and went to my water heater. He turned up the thermostat to 125*F, then bounced! He was like,things should be good now! I seriously thought he would stick around awhile to make sure that made a difference, because it didn't.

A week later, Hector still hasn't entered a report on the work he did, so that my warranty company can know what to do next. I've called ORHP twice about this matter, and had them switch me to another plumbing company on the third try. It shouldn't be that difficult to write I turned up the water temp. Didn't take me a week to write that just now. Come on! I only want hot water. Do your job.

This guy had his assistant work a total of 1 hour 10 minutes and charged me for 2.5 hours at $87.50 per hour ONLY for the labor.  When I asked about the charges he said that he is master plumber not a handyman that is why he charged that much. He said that even though they didn't work the full 2.5 hours he was charging for driving from his office which is 10 minutes from my house.  So according to him it took them 2.5 hours just to change the washers and seats from the shower handles.  You want to hire this guy?  go ahead, his number is up there.

We had a bad experience. We specifically asked for one type of service and they sent out a different type of technician and attempted to charge us a $100 for the service. We decided to go with a different service.

These guys charge so much money, I could almost buy another house instead of having them repair my simple leak. It cost me $1250 to tell me it would cost $4000. Another contractor did it for less then their estimate. I sure hope Pleasanton gets a better plumbing company.
