Super impressed! Pete K. did an awesome job. They responded quickly, arrived on time, received a text with who they dispatched along with a photo and little bio which I thought was a nice touch and they were fairly priced. After the install, I was talking to a friend who had her water heater replaced the day before, and I paid $500 less with Anchor than she paid for a smaller tank!! Thanks Anchor and Pete! :)

Very courteous technician and did a great job of getting my toilet unclogged. Those baby wipes should not be flushed even if they say flushable. He did a great job of resetting the toilet and left everything the way he found it. Reasonable and competitive pricing.

Henry is amazing! He responded within an hour to my request for a garbage disposal installation, quoted a fair price and set an appointment with me the next day. He communicated updates on timing via text and arrived on the earlier side of the service time window (much appreciated). Payment and checkout was easy as well. SO glad our realtor recommended this company! We are selling my late father's home and needed a new water heater to bring it up to code. From start to finish, these guys are a dream to work with! Punctual, responsive, knowledgeable, honest...they did everything we asked at a fair price and were VERY good about letting us know every step of the way what needed to be done, approximately how much it would cost, and were glad to explain why they needed to charge what they did to get the job done correctly. I have dealt with shady plumbers before, and Blue Lion is absolutely transparent and above board! Martin and his helper were friendly, fast, and did a fantastic job. They also completely re-set a toilet the flooring people had put in badly. Absolutely recommend this family owned company!!

Every single person at this company makes you feel like you are their only customer. The tech that came to my house was super knowledgeable and explained the issues he found...then fixed them the same day! They charge fair prices and are all so nice and kind. These people have gone above and beyond for us. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are the only plumbers we will call from now on!

Back in the day I was looking for a company for my water softener needs and Alamo Softeners came to the rescue! Not only did they give me a free reverse osmosis system, they did an awesome job! Finally, I'm impressed with them because I didn't have good credit and wasn't able to pay for it up front, so they basically installed it on good faith that I would pay them in full. The are trusting and honest working company. They are truly a blessing !

Very happy with their work. Had a simple issue with a non-flushing toilet and I wasn't happy with our previous plumber, who had wasted my Friday waiting for them to call (they never did.) A&A already had very good reviews on Yelp, so I decided to give them a shot.

A&A came out when they said they would, fixed the issue promptly, tested proper function of the problematic toilet, and charged a very reasonable fee. They are now the people to call when we need a plumber in the future. :-)

We had them out recently to try and figure out why we had a puddle in our yard. He was quick to get back to us, and we loved that he was located in Manor. We also appreciated his knowledge and honesty when he correctly stated that it was a problem with the city's water line. We will for sure hire him again if we ever have another need for a plumber.

Called them and a plumber was at my business within 2 hours! Problem fixed for a reasonable price! Definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Gilbert was so nice.  He ended up charging us less than what he quoted us and it didn't take very long for him to fix our issue. He made a very stressful situation not so stressful.  We will definitely call him in the future for any plumbing issues we may have.

Excellent, Excellent service. I had a major leak in my house and caused severe water damage so bad that my ceiling caved in to my downstairs and flooded my kitchen. I called AAA Auger and Tony answered my call and was very kind, professional, and very cheery for a late night call 10pm. He came out assessed the situation and was able to help us with our problem in a matter of minutes all for no charge which was awesome. He also was able to recommend a company to help me get started cleaning up the water damage. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing issues.

I would rate them lower but there is no other option.  

They are incredibly unresponsive when needing help.  My husband has handicap issues and not having our AC functioning, after only 2 years, is unacceptable, especially late August/early September.

Customer service is not their strength, they seem not to care about the customer.  The best way to make money is all they seem to care about.  You seem to have to force their hand to get them to do what they should.

The man that answered the phone was unwilling to locate the status of the warranty on my unit and stated a service call could not be scheduled until Tuesday-today is Sunday.  Then after I had another company come perform the simple repair they called to say my unit was under warranty and they could come make the repair.  Until they realized I was taking my business elsewhere, they were unavailable.

If I had not been in the position I was in when upgrading my system I would not have used them.   And when the time comes to give a recommendation regarding them when asked by anyone I guarantee I would never give a positive one.

They quoted my plumbing to be $3000 for 40ft of pipe work to be done and they only did 5 feet of pipe and my wife didn't check because we have a baby and I was at work so they made her sign without telling her they changed the plan, and still charged us $3000. Watch out for these scammers
They charged me for 35 ft and only did 5ft of pipe, I did not get my money back.
