Anchor Plumbing was recommended to us by our realtor. My Flume noted a water leak and I discovered a wet area in the front yard. I called Anchor and they sent Pete out very quickly. Pete diagnosed the problem as a split pressure regulating valve. I also asked him to fix a leaky hose bib. We did end up electing to replace our two aging water tanks and bringing everything related to that up to code. Shortly after that work we noted a problem with our toliet and washing machine. Pete came back out again and discovered our water softener was leaking resin. He walked us through our options and was very patient as we mulled over what to do. We ultimately decided to replace the water softener. Pete was very dilligent at ensuring that all of our water fixtures in the home, including the malfunctioning washing machine and toliet we fixed. I really appreciate Pete's professionalism, patience, and excellent communication skills. Yes our repair work was ultimately expensive but I felt their pricing was fair. Anchor excelled at the customer experience - great communication, timely service, and excellent follow through. Very happy overall. Thanks Pete and Anchor Plumbing!

I can't speak highly enough about Andre's Pro Plumbing.  They responded to my quote request within 10 minutes and were out fixing my leak the same day.  Joaquin definitely takes pride in what he does and it shows in the quality of his work.  I will be using their services again in the future.

My experience with contractors has been a consistent story of disappointment until I contacted Henry at Plumbit. He was quick to come out and promptly identified the source of my leak and addressed the issue. His price was reasonable, if not better than expected, and he was transparent in everything he did. I recently did a shower remodel and the contractor wanted to have their plumber come out to install the new valve; I called Henry instead and he was there the next day. I thought I had taken a photo, but the work was very professional in both function and form.
I may not have a reliable contractor for anything else, but when it comes to all things plumbing, I'll be calling Henry.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Blue Lion.  They replaced our 50 gal electric water heater, and plumbed it right, with a good attitude, and without complaint (nor additional charges) for non-standard items that I didn't mention beforehand.  Without agreeing to specifics before starting, they also installed a new expansion tank and put in a draining (to the outside) leak pan, and removed the piping that was in the way from a water softener.  They worked quickly and well, and it all looks great.  I am very pleased with every aspect of this: cost, quality, communication and on-time arrival, and going the extra mile to do it all the right way!

Felt very comfortable with Brad and his assessment of my issues.  He was honest and was pointed out what the problem was and how he would recommend fixing it.  I didn't feel that I was being over charged or things were being added as I have felt with other plumbers in the past. I will recommend him to others and call him in the future.

A big thank you to PlumbSmart. We've had water problems since we moved into our home almost 5 years ago. They diagnosed the problem, our water softener not connected correctly, and help us make decisions to fix it. Long story short: they diagnosed, fixed, and got us water pressure, clean water in one day. We now have a new softener, old one had disintegrated due to wrongful installation, and a whole house filter. Our health and safety greatly improved! Thanks to Cody.

Found a leaking valve on my water closet. I broke the PEX at the nipple on the elbow in my bungled repair. Tsanko came the next day at the agreed time. Repaired in about an hour. You can see the quality in the photos. Good price... good work = good value. Good conversation was a bonus. When you need repairs give BG a call. Golf swing is similar to tennis stroke. David came out and assessed a leak at my home. Resolved the issue immediately. Saved me a lot of money. I sincerely appreciate him and the staff at this company.

AWS patiently explained the products to me over the phone.  Sarah was very nice and knowledgeable, the rep that came out to see me, checked the hard water levels and explained the equipment to me once again.  I liked that all their parts were not proprietary and that I didn't HAVE to go back to them if I didn't want to for future repairs.  They were able to schedule the install quickly.  The installers were early, friendly, courteous, helpful, and quick to complete the install of my water softener, freshwater spickets(sp?), and water filtration system.  I can tell the difference already!  I enjoyed working with them.  Tell them Rita sent you!

After some disappointing trial and error of using other plumbing companies, I can say I've finally found the best.  From poor customer service to pushy recommendations, A&A are my go-to plumbers.  Their customer service is outstanding and will do their best to accommodate your busy schedule.  They are willing to work with you...their customer.  Whatever their service standard is, their staff is definitely living up to it!  The last repair was a water heater pipe leak.  The hairline crack was so small it was hard to find the first time around.  A few days later I found the leak and they were able to fit me into their schedule to repair the pipe before it caused damage.  I've listed some of my pros/cons of why I would recommend them.

Pros:  1.  They arrive on time and in uniform!   2.  They send you a text and pic of the repair staff before arrival.  3.  They are professionals and know what they're doing.  4.  They put on boot covers to protect my carpet.  5.  They clean up after themselves.  6.  If it's in sight, they'll recommend a fix but will not pressure you.  7.  Before they start, they keep you involved of the repair and how they'll go about it.  8.  They will not recommend unnecessary repairs.  9.  Upfront costs/estimates before they get your permission to start.  10.  I've been looking for a company I could trust for my plumbing needs and am content with their services.  11.  Each time a different technician arrived, it was consistently the same great service.

Cons:  I can't think of one negative thing.

Jaime Santana did an excellent job with broken water pipes repair at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church in Manor, where I am the pastor. After the winter storm of February 2021, the water pipes of all of our buildings were damaged. Mr. Santana assessed the situation, explained what was required, and finished the repairs in a timely manner. He also ensured that all faucets/toilets/water outlets were properly working, and did the appropriate repairs when needed. I highly recommend Santana Plumbing Company LLC.

I first picked ez flow because they give free estimates and we had already paid for an estimate that was way more than we wanted to spend. John came out on time and talked to us. He gave a few options and we opted to change out the external faucet. Great job- could not be happier.

I can't recommend Blue Dragon plumbing enough.  I've spent a year without getting hot water in our tub, have had multiple plumbers assess the problem and was told that we would need to do this massive undertaking of boring a hole through our Sheetrock in the garage to HOPEFULLY find a manifold behind it- all of which would cost about $1500 for the plumbing alone and extra for the Sheetrock repair. Gilbert from Blue Dragon was able to diagnose and fix the problem in under an hour by simply removing some excess mixing lines for a little over $100. This is after he graciously agreed to move my appointment when I called him last minute. I finally get to use our bathtub!!! Could not be happier, thanks Blue Dragon!!!

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very transparent about what they were suggesting and why. Recommend services!

Home emergency repairs can be scary when they happen, especially when it comes to water. How bad is the issue? How much will it cost to fix? Who should I call?

I'm glad we stumbled across these guys. They really are the best. We've used them several times over the past year and a half, since the beginning of glorious 2020. Everything from a leaking water heater, leaking toilet, busted pipe in our wall, faucet installations, and water heater install. They do it all and each time they came through the quality of service has been outstanding. They have this friendly-neighbor feel to them. Whenever we have a water issue we do not hesitate to call them. Each of these guys perform consistent quality work.

My husband called them and they did arrive within hours.  But, they came and looked at our water heater issue, took $39 for show up fee and we never heard from them again.  They said they would give us a quote.  Nothing!  They even asked to use our bathroom during a pandemic.  

Stay away!

Been experiencing low-water pressure throughout my house for several months and their outstanding technician Adamson came by and immediately identified my problem...exterior pressure valve.  Also recommended a new water tank (15 years old) due to signs of rusting on the exterior, also replaced.  Financed the new valve and water tank replacements through them (Synchrony Bank had several options to choose) with a 2-year no interest loan...GREAT!  Thanks for your great response and service!

My housemate came up with another plan, but Pete got back to me right away and gave a very reasonable quote. I would highly recommend Elite Plumbing based on that alone. I have a feeling I'm going to be telling my housemate I told you so.

After taking PTO so I would be home for my 12-5pm appointment, I got a call at almost 8pm letting me know that the technician would not be able to come out because they were too busy with other customers. But I was welcome to pick another weekday for them to possibly come out again, maybe, if they found the time in their busy schedule for someone with a pre-paid 10-year service plan. My only suggestion would be, if you absolutely MUST use Jon Wayne, don't pre-pay for your service plan. They give preferential treatment to people who will pay them that day, rather than to those whose money they've already taken. I've had my a/c unit for two years now, and this is the second year in a row I've had an issue with my annual service appointment. Last year they gave a similar excuse, so it must be something they're trained to say. After waiting six weeks for this appointment, it's a tough pill to swallow that I've been sitting here waiting for 8 hours, only to have to wait a whole week longer. I cannot stress enough how poor their customer service is after they've already sold and installed their equipment. Need a new a/c, we'll be there in an hour, seven days a week! Need it serviced, we'll be there in 6-8 weeks, Monday-Friday, during YOUR work hours! That's the Jon Wayne Way!

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
