We had a MONSTER clog in our kitchen sink, and I tried four different plumbers to clear it. Only the fourth plumber got it cleared out by using their hydro-jet. We have old cast iron pipes, and they were very cautious using the jetter. It took them several hours, but they were able to clear out tons of old grease that had accumulated over decades. Their price for this service was reasonable, and they were able to come out the same day I called them! Amazing! I wish I had started with them from the beginning.

We had a plumbing emergency that involved a leak from our second story to our family room downstairs. Bluebonnet Plumbing came out the day we called! They are always professional, courteous, and friendly from the time you call to make an appointment to when they have diagnosed and solved the problem. got an estimate to replace walk in shower filter today. $510.00. Outrageous. The filter cost around $ 40.00. Complete job should take about 20 minutes. They wanted around $470.00 for labor. I will never call them again for anything. I had to pay them $55.00 for coming out to tell me the outrageous price for doing a simple job. Changing a water filter should not cost a arm and a leg. Wont ever call them again. What would they charge for a complicated job?

Parker and Sons did a great job for me in repairing a rusted outdoor gas line, replacing an outdoor faucet, checking out both my AC systems and installing safety switches on both of them in case the condensate drain line ever backed up.  Very responsive and quick.  Plumbing can be expensive, but this is a case where I got what I paid for.

I can not say enough good things about this company. I was told it's hard to find an honest plumber; well, I found a whole company of honest plumbers. With our recent weather, we had a busted pipe. When I called, I really expected the worst, but what I found was caring, professional human beings that were willing to do whatever they could to help us out. From the front office (I wish I could remember the lady's name because she deserves praise) to the guys who showed up with wrenches in hand, they were fantastic. The front office kept me informed, was polite, understanding and made me feel like they cared about us instead of it being a simple business transaction. The guys, Angel and Elisha, were just as awesome. They knew what they were doing, worked fast, explained everything step by step and answered all my questions. They were also willing to laugh and joke around with me late on a Friday night, in freezing temperatures while crawling underneath a 100 year old home to fix 100 year old pipes. In the end, I could not have been happier. I should add that I was shocked by the price....it was crazy fair and way less than I expected on such a night. They didn't take advantage of the situation at all. Good neighbors and good people

I found this company on Yelp. They've done plumbing repairs on our rental property. The work was done very quickly after contacting them online and the price was reasonable. My tenant was happy, which is very important.

Did not receive what I paid for. Paid $1250 a week ago for a sewer map to file a claim with my insurance. They said I'd have the map within 2 hours. A week later, still no map, and I can't file on the foundation work that's cracked under my kitchen floor. I've called, texted and emailed, but no response. I am regretting I trusted them to do as promised.

Just had a water heater installed and this company jumped through ever hoop to accommodate us...from rescheduling the install to the morning because we were leaving town to taking off a line item that really wasn't necessary (their suggestion)...we have friends in the business who said they gave us top of the line heater and fixed things for a lot less than expected.
