I had a toilet leaking onto the floor from the tank.  The owner himself came out.  He tightened 3 bolts (How they got loose is a mystery to me).  He would not charge me anything for the call.  Three days later the other toilet stopped up.  He sent someone out within 2 hours.  Everything great now.  The owner is very, very nice as is the technician who came today.

We have a well as our water source and a septic system for waste. Some of the plumbing installed over three decades ago is unorthodox but it works well, usually. We had a drain that began to slow coming from our kitchen sink and we called a number of plumbers. Frank Haston was the one who was able to come out quickly and so we used him. He answered his phone immediately and updated us as he fit us into his schedule. He arrived exactly when he estimated he would.

He quickly diagnosed the problem and said he could get the water flowing but he could not fix it correctly. After he got the water flowing again, he said we require hydrojetting which requires special equipment and special training. He recommended a few companies that do this and told us the key is the training more than the equipment. With older homes this process can damage your plumbing.

He then gave us a lesson on preventative maintenance for our system that will keep the plumber away. He charged us so little, that we wrote a check for more than his bill. Funny, since our first question when we started looking for a plumber was twofold. What is it going to cost to fix this and how much will he charge? You'd think this would be one number, but sadly we have all had the experience to know that these numbers can be quite different. We have 100% confidence in  Frank, his integrity and his skills that come from training and years of experience. If you need a plumber in his area (Kyle, Texas) call Frank at Trio and relax. Hi. These guys are my water companies, warranty company..first, they are very professional,  they called, emailed and followed up with texts. They also did a great job, professionally dressed,  clean and organized truck. Because of their attitudes and quality work, I added the warranty to another property I have. I deal with contractors a lot and no BS, I would recommend these guys.... now I don't know what the repairs cost-- it was covered by warranty.

Quick detection and repair of a flex line in our hot water heater. Justin and Taylor were great. I highly recommend them.

Contacted Ray to replace my kitchen faucet since the original one was still in there.  The house was built in the 60s.  It took a lot of work since original valves were pretty rusted.  Ray did an awesome job replacing the faucet and the garbage disposal. I definitely recommend him.   He's professional and was wonderful work with.  He's my new plumber!!

Short: Highly recommend Ott plumbing.  Plumbers Juan and Neddie were courteous, fair and did an excellent job despite the old plumbing (1930s house).  Also great support from dispatching/admin staff.  

Longer version:  
An elderly friend of the family was having issues with her toilet.  After spending a Saturday trying to fix it, I realized the leak was getting worse and had to shut the water off and looked for an emergency/24 hr plumber to come in.  We got a hold of A-1 first thing Sunday morning, who said they couldn't do Sunday (despite advertising 24/7 service) but that they'd be with us first thing Monday at 0830.  Monday morning 0830 comes around, no plumbers.  I eventually call and the dispatcher didn't have us on schedule but said they'd be with us that morning but couldn't give a time.  After calling back after a few hours, the dispatcher informs me they can't come until late afternoon.  At this point we're frustrated with the lack of communication and can't risk them not coming, so we begin to call around for other plumbers.  

My parents were able to reach Ott, who said they could come to Seguin that afternoon.  The dispatcher maintained contact and updated both my mother by cell and myself who was at the home.  They provided an ETA for the plumbers, as well as called us when they were leaving NB.  

Juan and Neddie arrived that afternoon and were able to fix the leak despite the non-standard water supply line.  House was built in the 1930s and has a non-standard shut off valve which is partially held with cement.  They managed to rig up a supply line between the old shut off valve and the toilet pump and the pricing was incredibly fair for the amount of time they spent.  This was greatly appreciated since having to break the concrete and replace the shut off valve and piping would have been far pricier than our friend could afford, and would have forced her to leave her home during the process.

Overall, we were incredibly happy with the service and highly recommend Juan and Neddie with Ott plumbing.

I had Jim out to my home recently to help with a gas line problem.  He was very responsive and when he did come out to my house he knew his stuff. He quickly diagnosed the issue and charged my very fairly.  Great doing business with a local, I am sure it won't be our last!

I normally don't write reviews BUT today is the EXCEPTION. Gallos plumbing should not be a 5 star company. They should be considered a 10 star and beyond company, because that's what they do, Show up and go up and beyond on their professionalism,their thoroughness and their skills in giving an awesome customer experience! My mom is an elderly ALZHEIMERS person. If it's a bad day She does not  remember her restroom isn't working properly. Most importantly it's very dangerous if there is a leak on the floor .she does not like to leave her safe place home .  When she heard on the speaker phone Mr Sanchez's words on what needed to be done for her restroom to be fixed , SHE UNDERSTOOD, became calm and agreed to stay at her sons house for the night. WOW !!! ITS NOT WHAT U SAY ITS HOW YOU SAY IT THANK YOU MR SÁNCHEZ AND YOUR GALLOS CREW for making it a GOOD DAY

I normally don't leave reviews on Yelp, but seeing that Resurrection Plumbing had even one less than stellar review was surprising to me, so I had to chime in to put things into perspective.

Brian and the rest of the team at Resurrection Plumbing are great.  They have gone above and beyond to help with our plumbing issues on multiple occasions, and at a very reasonable price, and have responded quickly when we needed help.

We've recommended them to neighbors, friends, and others, and EVERYONE that has used them has been very pleased with their service, pricing, and the quality of their employees. No one has had anything negative to say about them, and they've all commented about how great they were and have used them again, if needed.  

If you need a plumber in the Kerrville or Fredericksburg area, you can't go wrong with Resurrection Plumbing.

My hot water heater wasn't working, called a competitor that never showed up on a Wednesday. Called Stellar at 7am Thursday and by 7:30am Eligio was able to let me know that my water heater parts were covered under warranty and we were able to schedule same day.  He provided a good explanation of what happened and what to expect in the future. He was ON TIME and had good customer service which is huge in my book. I will continue to use and refer plumbing services to Stellar Plumbing.

Pablo and his crew were great they came out within minutes of me calling them and texting the address to them. They went straight to work looking for the leak. They even had to cut through theb concrete slab to find the exact location. They went above and beyond the call of duty. They had to come out the next day and clear out the lines tot he house so the water and water heater would work. Thank you both for your hard work.

Not impressed! They Lack skill and knowledge to properly diagnose the problem with my shower.

This company was sent out by my Insurance company to assess the issue I was having, my shower leaking water through the ceiling of my garage. They submitted a report stating it was due to my shower door.
It was NOT my shower door, and I had to have  another plumber come out, at my expense, to state the actual problem.
Absolutely a waste of my time and caused a delay in my insurance claim and water remediation.

Loved everything about this plumbing service. They responded quickly, practiced COVID precaution measures, worked efficiently and politely, and fixed about 11 small (and large) plumbing issues that I had in a newly purchased house. They will be my go-to plumbing service from now on!

Justin is great!  We called during the night leaving a message and there was a text the next morning.  By that afternoon they were working to fix the leak.  They ran late but stayed until the job was done.  It was a reasonable price actually cheaper than my husband thought it would be.  The guys were great and very friendly.  I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.

Needed a  plumber to run 90 feet of gas line for a fire pit. Justin returned my call promptly scheduled am appointment to see the job and told me he would send an estimate that evening
Checked my email and there it was
The price was fair and we set an appointment to do the work
The day arrives and Justin and his guy were there ON TIME!! And performed the work flawlessly.

He met the inspector the next day, passed and we are ready to enjoy our fire pit.

Plumber Near Me did a great job repairing a leak in a toilet. Called around 3 pm and they had someone here around 4:15 the same day. Aidan was polite, did a great job and has great customer service. I would definitely use them again.

Employees don't know what their doing ripped a toilet out and said I don't know what to do had to hire someone else to fix the problem

My 96 year old father Nat had plumbing problems on the Southside of San Antonio, he was quoted $3,000 for the work , then after starting the work JC said it would be $5,000 and at the end after 2 days he charged him $8,000, my elderly WWII VETERAN father was taken advantage and I will be reporting this company to BBB and to any other place I can!!!

Ps... some work was not completed and he will need to hire an honest plumber to complete the work!
