We had a MONSTER clog in our kitchen sink, and I tried four different plumbers to clear it. Only the fourth plumber got it cleared out by using their hydro-jet. We have old cast iron pipes, and they were very cautious using the jetter. It took them several hours, but they were able to clear out tons of old grease that had accumulated over decades. Their price for this service was reasonable, and they were able to come out the same day I called them! Amazing! I wish I had started with them from the beginning.

The draining system to my washing machine was leaking water Skyler came in and handled the situation quickly and honestly. This company is also help my neighbors and was referred to me and I couldn't be happier with the integrity of this company

I've used this company for many years and always found them to be reliable. They give practical advice and are fairly priced. They've rescued me in many emergency situations and I highly recommend them.

Shamelessly overpriced.  I needed a new shut-off valve under my sink.  It's a one hour job I could do myself but I'm getting old and laying under a sink isn't comfortable any longer, so I thought I'd just pay for this quicky task.  They quoted me over $500.  They must really think everyone is an ignorant dummy.  The poor tech they sent seemed embarrassed to even tell me what his boss told him to quote.  Shame on giving plumbers a worse name than they already have.  See reviews by Jesse B.,Steven R., and J. M.  Better to take their reviews to heart.  They seem to understand.   Hope this review saves someone the aggravation, wasted time, and lots of money.

I would like to say 0  I've been calling (210) 236-9838 and it gets forward to 512-797-4627.  There is not company greeting and voicemail is full.  However, I was able to leave 2 messages last week and no return call.  I went on-line parkerandsonsplumbingllc… and found another number 512-382-7034 which also goes to voicemail and its full.   I have not done business with them, but I won't after trying to reach them for 2 weeks, only because my foundation guys referred them to me.  What kind of a company are you running if you don't have people to answer or return calls.

We are very impressed! Over the years we've had a lot of work done on our house, and hands down, this was the best interaction we've ever had.
The customer service was fantastic, the price was reasonable, and the work done was excellent. We had the plumbing for a toilet and sink moved as well as updated the plumbing for the shower drain and water lines. The work was done quickly and cleanly. The guys were very respectful and they communicated clearly and were able to do everything that we needed. Great job!

Most unprofessional plumbers in san antonio. They will lie and treat you with utter disrespect. They don't communicate either with the leasing agents nor the tenants. They barge into your home with little to no notice while people are undressing and they yell and hang up the phone on their clients. They speak vulgar to you if you ask questions or ask that the work be done in a timely manner. Worst experience ever and will always speak about the poor service that was provided.

This company came to repair a water leak in my wall. They had a full day of repairs scheduled, yet they were able to fit me in the same day. I was told the technicians would arrive around 12:00 noon. They arrived at 12:05pm. I was very impressed with both Norma and Roger at the office. They handled my request so efficiently. Juan is the plumber who repaired the leak and he did so in 30 minutes. He even went above and beyond to test our water pressure and advise us on it. I was able to get this scary issue taken care of over the course of my lunch break! I can tell that this company aims to please. I am very happy with the service I received from them.
