I'm a real estate agent and I reccomend them to all my customers, and I have used them on 4 occasions at my own home. They are fair, responsive and trustworthy. In my business those are important qualities.

Excellent customer service from the start. We had a whole house plumbing issue. They came out within an hour of calling them. Zen and Jacob found the problem Immediately. These guys were hard working and did great job.
They communicated with us and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Zoom plumbing!
Thank you for the excellent customer service!

We have used Leago Plumbing for many years for various plumbing needs. I called Robert of Leago Plumbing on July 21 in the morning. He responded in the afternoon. I told him our water heater was not giving out hot water. He came to our house at 4:00 pm the same day. Robert figured our hot water intake was mostly completed turned off and that there was a block in the hose at the connection. He turned up the water intake and removed the blockage. And stayed to make sure it was working. We do not know anything about plumbing. He could have told us that we needed a new water heater. Leago plumbing and Robert have integrity and provide professional service. I highly recommend Leago Plumbing.

Great friendly staff but way over priced. It was just a facet replacement and under the sink small pipe installation. Unfortunately I couldn't afford them for an even bigger job which I actually had. Regardless their staff is professional and friendly.TIP: buy the parts before calling them. This will save you money because they will charge you to get them.

I called Parker & Sons when I had a drainage issue with my toilet and tub. Before they began the work I was told it was 'more than likely' a clogged drain and that they would use the snake to fix. I asked the cost and they said $160. I said okay, as I really needed my 1 and only shower draining properly for my family and newborn baby. After about 20 minutes, one of the men approached me and told me the snake wasn't resolving the issue and that they'd gone well over 6 feet in with the snake and it would take a camera for them to see what they were up against. I asked how much that would be and I got a quote of $300+ for just the camera view, and from there costs would increase based on findings and repairs needed. I declined as I didn't have that kind of money to spend, especially not knowing what they could find and the unknown costs behind it. However, Parker & Sons charged me $60 for nothing. They didn't fix or remedy the issue in any way. A week later, I had a family member (and plumber) come out and fix the issue within 30 minutes. He said it was a clogged drain and used a different tool other than the snake. I could've been swindled out of hundreds of dollars by this company and just thought you should beware...

I can not say enough good things about this company. I was told it's hard to find an honest plumber; well, I found a whole company of honest plumbers. With our recent weather, we had a busted pipe. When I called, I really expected the worst, but what I found was caring, professional human beings that were willing to do whatever they could to help us out. From the front office (I wish I could remember the lady's name because she deserves praise) to the guys who showed up with wrenches in hand, they were fantastic. The front office kept me informed, was polite, understanding and made me feel like they cared about us instead of it being a simple business transaction. The guys, Angel and Elisha, were just as awesome. They knew what they were doing, worked fast, explained everything step by step and answered all my questions. They were also willing to laugh and joke around with me late on a Friday night, in freezing temperatures while crawling underneath a 100 year old home to fix 100 year old pipes. In the end, I could not have been happier. I should add that I was shocked by the price....it was crazy fair and way less than I expected on such a night. They didn't take advantage of the situation at all. Good neighbors and good people

I found this company on Yelp. They've done plumbing repairs on our rental property. The work was done very quickly after contacting them online and the price was reasonable. My tenant was happy, which is very important.

Did not receive what I paid for. Paid $1250 a week ago for a sewer map to file a claim with my insurance. They said I'd have the map within 2 hours. A week later, still no map, and I can't file on the foundation work that's cracked under my kitchen floor. I've called, texted and emailed, but no response. I am regretting I trusted them to do as promised.

Having been a retailer, and knowing full well how detrimental a bad review on Yelp can be, I really make a concerted effort not to write bad reviews... ESPECIALLY before a company has a chance to rectify a mistake, but after the experience that I've had with this company, I am blown away by their lack of regard for their reputation & others should know about it.
Two months ago I made a claim to my warranty company about a leak on my porch. A Snap was sent out by choice home warranty to come assess the problem and fix it. Roger was perfectly lovely, very friendly & he determined that the source of the leak was the toilet from the powder room. He believed that when the floor was installed, it wasn't done. We bought the house in April, but as far as I know, the tile floor is original to the house, but he seemed competent- & I figured he knew best- & maybe it just wore down over time- even if his flooring hypothesis was off.
So he came back a couple days later to install a new wax seal ring. We then had a dry spell for a while & the leak seemed to have been fixed until It started again- prob 2 weeks after the 30 day complaint/work guarantee ended; yet this time, it was worse w/the salt built up to the point where it looked like I could make several snowballs.
it just so happened, a friend was over a few days after the leak restarted & asked me about a door on the back of the house. When I opened it, it was immediately obvious to us that the leak was coming from the water heater since it was housed behind that door which butts up to the bathroom that Roger had worked on.
Due to the nature of the water under the heater & the nature of the water on the porch (laced w/salt from the softener) it's obvious that the leak was clearly coming from the heater & not the toilet.
That means when Roger took the toilet off he must've seen that it was just fine yet charged me anyway to replace the wax ring (though he said he put one on top of the other which now I know is so wrong). I went back-and-forth w/ choice home warranty because I don't believe I should have to pay for a second house call when the problem was misdiagnosed from the beginning and they said ASnap determines whether they'll waive the service call. .
After a couple of weeks of back and forths, I finally found a warrantee associate w/some common sense, so we opened a new ticket & waited for a snap to take the job hoping that they would rectify and stand by their work.
They eventually picked up the job & scheduled to come out on Friday12/4 & gave me a window of all day long from 10 to 5. I got a call at 4:30 saying that the plumber was an hour out and can he still come?. I had plans that night so I said let's reschedule for Monday & Norma from the office, said no problem & asked for the same window. I said that's fine, but can you please text me when you have a general idea after you've assigned your morning route so I can have an idea about my day, and she said absolutely. Great.
I asked her if she knew why they were coming out again & she said no- you called previously for the toilet. I said no- I never called for a toilet- I called for water on my porch and y'all were supposed to figure out where its coming from- it was Roger who determined it was the toilet- so I don't expect to be charged for a service call since you're coming for the same problem; the leak is back & I know why. She then started shuffling papers, denying this was the same problem & telling me that they didn't come out for the water heater & I said, I know; you were supposed to come out to figure out what the leak was & the problem was misdiagnosed & now there was work done on the toilet for nothing (after reading the previous reviews; who knows if he even did anything since its a tiny bathroom, he had a helper,so I couldn't witness any of it). I continued & said So this is a call for you to fix what was never fixed.
That's when she started getting ornery & her friendly tone changed quite dramatically. We spent a good 20 minutes going back-&-forth as to why they should be standing by their work & that I was giving them a chance to do exactly that. I specifically said to her, this is not customer service, & in the days of Yelp, I would imagine you would want to stand by your work & fix what you were supposed to in the first place. I'm giving you an opportunity to do just that NO SUCH LUCK. It is now 4:40 on the discussed Monday & I still haven't heard from Norma.
I will be filing a formal complaint w/Choice as well as the BBB. Clearly, they should no longer be part of their network & I would encourage anyone to use someone else. All Roger needed to do is walk around the corner of the house to investigate the water heater room and he would've seen rust on the bottom of it and salty water puddles below. Pretty basic. If it blows before it can get fixed, or mold ensued w/in the walls, I'll be contacting my attorney. Horrible!
