Love these guys!  From the person who answers the phone all the way to the end, they are 1st class.  Have used them several times over the years  and they don't ever change...J.D. was wonderful, knows his stuff, very honest and just a good all around guy.  I recommend them to everyone asking me if I know a good honest plumber or plumbing company.  USE THEM!  You won't regret it if you have plumbing issues.

Jolly Plumbing has been out to our home a couple of times, always willing to do the right thing and make it right. And they take their time to ensure that the job is done correct. Chester and all the staff explain what needs to be done and made sure that I understood what was going on.

Fast, Fair, Fantastic!!  Hired Clete to replace my garbage disposal - he did a great job for a fair price.  Then I showed him a hose bib I thought I needed to replace and instead of quoting me to replace, he tightened a nut and fixed it!  What a relief!  Great guy , great service!

Had a plumbing issue over the 4th,  Tanner was great, before coming out he gave me a few steps to try to fix myself.  The self fix didn't work, Tanner arrived quick, fixed my issue and even gave me a discount.   Looking for a great plumber. Call Above and Beyond.

John installed a whole house water filtration system for us and we couldn't be more pleased with his dedication and hard work.    He took his time and when there were hiccups he never complained but did his job with a smile. In short, he is meticulous and expects nothing but perfection in his job. Lastly, he's very easy to talk to.  He's open and honest with the work to be performed.  We would highly recommend John!!

We had a couple of leaking spouts, one bathtub and a basin.  We called Garcia Plumbing on late Thursday afternoon and spoke with Georgia.  The repair was started and completed on Friday.
  Our plumber, Domingo was professional, polite and friendly.  Domingo used appropriate social distancing and wore a mask during the repairs, as well as wiping his feet each time he entered our home.  He explained the parts needed and the difference in prices.  He had the parts with him, and did a good and fast job at fixing our problems.  The price was affordable and reasonable.
  We will call Garcia Plumbing again the next time we need repairs or other plumbing work done.

Cliff runs. Top notch organization I had another plumber thru our home warranty come in and the wanted to charge $4,000-$5,000 due to a slab leak but we called Cliff and he says it wasn't a slab leak and fixed it for $350.  Honest and trust worthy.

We hired this company to find a leak at our home. They came out, said the leak was in the yard but didn't try to find out where. They said they'd charge $4500 to run a new water line but didn't attempt to find out where the leak was in the yard. We were paying them to find the leak and still had NO answer as to where it was. They charged $675 for this!!!!

Nick came and he is excellent to work with.  He fixed the problem in 10 minutes.  He would have liked to use a camera to see what the inside of the drain looked like, but he was sent out without the small camera that can go into a small pipe.

My only complaint is that when I booked the appointment they told me the minimum trip charge was $95 and that would be applied to the service.  But Nick informed me the minimum charge was $200.  They should have told me on the front end the minimum charge was $200.

Probably would have still hired them because of their reputation for quality work, but a 15-minute job charging for 2 hours seems a little over the top.  That's why I knocked them from 5-star to 4-star.

If you're looking for a good, honest plumbing company that also works on irrigation systems, look no further. Kathlyn Smith bills herself as The Plumbing Lady for good reason - she is a master plumber and knows her stuff, along with the rest of her crew. Are they cheap? Not necessarily, but no decent plumber is. In this area, you get what you pay for and you want someone who knows what they are doing. I even had an issue about a bill once, and Kathlyn personally and patiently worked it out with me. This is a professional plumbing company with integrity.

Robby and his guys did an amazing and quick job on our slab leak. Gave us a great price and communication couldn't have been better! Will definitely do business with them again!!

We had a need to have a hose faucet replaced outside.  My boy stood on the hose and broke the pvc pipe.  I needed it changed out as an emergency last night.   I called about 10 plumbers, they were the only ones who called back.  But they called back in the morning.   It was very pricy.  Plumbers need an emergency line.   Pleased with their service.  Will use them again!

I had a big plumbing problem over the Memorial weekend. My bath tub and shower were backing up and the toilets wouldn't flush. I called Woodie Woods Plumbing and they sent someone over the same day, shortly after I called. The plumber, Clint, was extremely knowledgeable and was able to trouble shoot the problem quickly. He got the blockage cleared and my plumbing starting working again. The price was extremely reasonable for the job. He was super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend him and this company.

I found a puddle of water in my front yard where the underground line had broken.  I called and they were able to come out that same day and replace the broken section of pipe.  I was amazed that he accomplished the work as quickly as he did considering the amount of digging and bailing of water he had to do.  The person who came out was polite and professional.  Plus, he put the dirt back where it was and cleaned up after himself.  I will definitely call this same company again if I need additional plumbing services.

Rick's Plumbing was highly recommended to me by a another Custom Home Builder and my concrete sub-contractor. I tried them out and lo and behold they passed my test with fly colors!

After my trouble shooting call to Rick's Plumbing I first was surprised to have a very knowledgeable and helpful lady who was as friendly as anyone could be.  

Just a few days ago Shawn, one of Rick's Plumbing's very experienced plumbers was sent to fix a disposal leaking problem per my request at my home in Burleson, Texas.  Rick blessed me and my wife by sending a very experienced and professional plumber named Shawn.  He had a super personality, was easy to talk to, and was in and out before I was through telling him what the problem was!  

Super plumber that had a knack for covering up his predecessor plumber that might have cause the problem during the disposal installation by not locking in the very top connection that attaches the disposal to the sink drain. It does my heard well to know that there are others around that take-up for others rather than just fix the problem and take at others expense.

Didn't happen in this case and please inform Rick, if Rick, doesn't read these reviews that Shawn in his honesty explained the truth of the problem and went... out of his way... to show my wife and me the problem.  Seriously, Shawn must be one of your best all around plumbers because his personality stands out and also his professionalism in handling your customers.  His experience in plumbing is evident by observation and talking to him concerning residential and commercial codes and engineering buildings. It is seldom when we find someone such as Shane  who appears to be able to do it all but you have a person on your staff that I believe is a leader and appears to be a good example for younger plumbers!

Rick's company had also fixed another problem for me awhile back and my wife and I were very impressed with their knowledge and abilities.

Please inform Rick to make sure that he takes time to recognize his wonderful staff and their professionalism because of his staff that answers the calls, performs Rick's office work and his highly skilled plumbers; I have adopted your company and have put you folks on the bid list.

I was deceived by Hobson for the last time a few months ago, when I discovered they had actually removed refrigerant from my system on purpose in order to make me believe I had a leak!!!  I had been using them for several years, paying them monthly for a platinum membership.  Over the course of my membership, they put sub-optimal parts made in China into my system which consistently failed.  Eventually they told me they weren't going to warranty their own work, claiming my system was at the brink of failure.  However, the system itself wasn't the failure, it was Hobson.  Second and third opinions revealed the truth about Hobson, and the fact that my unit has many years of life left.  I didn't bother to file a complaint with the BBB because they have plenty of those already.  I guess it was my mistake for not checking that out beforehand.  Stay clear of Hobson.

This company has No quality of plumbing work, they will over charge you for their so called work and it is Not professional one bit. Skip this plumbing service and don't bother calling them.

I have been dealing with slow draining kitchen sink for a couple of months now. They came to my house, listened to my issue and the remedies I attempted and went to work. Someone who lived there before me apparently had a habit of dumping grease down the drain.

They were not able to fix the issue but it was not for lack of trying. They used every snake they had, ruined 2 pairs of gloves trying multiple times. Eventually they explained how truly bad it was and arranged for a different plumbing service that had the pressure sprayer needed for the job.

Would I call them again? Absolutely!!
