Have been using this company for 13 years and with Chris T at Plumbco in particular.  He is the reason we keep Plumbco on speed dial.  We have never been disappointed in his work, professionalism, friendly, honest spirit and excellent work ethic.  He has always solved any of the numerous problems we have had through the years not only at our home but also our rental homes, high-rise condo and office.  Chris T can do it all and do it well!
Who in their right mind looks forward to seeing their plumber--we do!!

As I get older, I have started outsourcing things that I used to tackle myself 20 or 30 years ago.  Case in point, got a new Toto toilet with bidet seat and wanted to have it installed after the removal of an existing toilet.

I reached out to a handful of local plumbers via contact forms on websites.  Only one responded.  Attention contractors- if you have websites and contact forms someone ought to monitor those inquiries!

Jolly Plumbing responded in a few hours and scheduled my job the next day.  Shawn arrived, nice and competent young man and knocked out my job in a few hours.  Excellent work, everything looks good and works perfect!

Bottom line, responsive, competent, and reasonably priced (given all trades are expensive).

Yep- will use them again next time a need exists!

Clete is a professional. He was able to carve out time to arrive the same day I contacted him to fix our hot water heater. He diagnosed the problem, located a part when most stores were closed and came back and fixed it. He was polite, kind and communicated what our problem was and the cost to fix it very clearly. cRc Plumbing will be who I call from now on when my family needs a plumber. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Tanner went above and beyond for us. We ran out of hot water and so I called him at 8pm for help. He came over within 30 minutes and fixed the problem quickly. He was very polite and kind and have us a very reasonable price for his work. Highly recommend!!!!

I have used Advanced Plumbing Service for years. The reason is simple, John is a good plumber but a better man. He listens to you and is honest. He fixes the problem and charges a fair price. He has done simple repairs and replaced my water heaters. The first question that I have been asked when I call for service is   is this an emergency.  Once it was and I was served the same day at no additional charge. Every time it was done expeditiously and correctly. That is all I ask and is why this company should be your choice for your plumbing needs.

We have had an outdoor leaky faucet for quite some time and it was getting worse so we called a local plumber,  Garcia Plumbing.  Georgia was very friendly on the phone and after I told her what was wrong she knew exactly what needed to be fixed and gave me a price quote.  Eddie came out the next day and did a great job fixing the problem and the cost was less that estimated.  We will definitely use Garcia Plumbing in the future and tell others about them also.

We had what I thought was a slab leak in January. Turns out it was a leak from our kitchen faucet that had sunk under our floor. Morgan leak came out the next morning and fixed it same day. Excellent customer service and great work done. Thanks!

I was very impressed with Brian's work. After another company, Saving Grace Plumbing, failed me, I called Brian. He came the same day, found the exact leak spot, got access to it without making a lot of damage and did the replacements. His cost are very affordable, too. I highly recommend his company.

Nick came and he is excellent to work with.  He fixed the problem in 10 minutes.  He would have liked to use a camera to see what the inside of the drain looked like, but he was sent out without the small camera that can go into a small pipe.

My only complaint is that when I booked the appointment they told me the minimum trip charge was $95 and that would be applied to the service.  But Nick informed me the minimum charge was $200.  They should have told me on the front end the minimum charge was $200.

Probably would have still hired them because of their reputation for quality work, but a 15-minute job charging for 2 hours seems a little over the top.  That's why I knocked them from 5-star to 4-star.

Folks, let's us tell you about how great, family friendly, and helpful Genzel Plumbing was. The first time in May 2018 Genzel arrived as a third quote to fix a problem and solved it for us without a charge or the BS those other companies gave us. The second time we used them and only them was due to what we thought was just a backed up system. Genzel came out on time and professionally offering advice finding out that what we thought was small was actually a major problem for my family. Within a 24 hour turn around not only did he diagnose 3 collapsed pipes and root issues but had his crew out to fix it so we could use our plumbing. All along the way he updated us with pictures and explanations of the problem and even worked with us on the price. I have rarely ever received such great customer service from anyone and needless to say he was way beyond reasonable. If ever there is a problem at our house or other families we will recommend or use Genzel. Only 5 stars because I couldn't give more.

Could not have been more professional or more understanding my plight. All others in town put me off for 2-3 weeks and had the same story two weeks after the big freeze. When I called Billy Mc he came out the NEXT DAY! Problem solved. He has a customer for life.

I've used Horizon Plumbing twice, and find them to be consistently responsive (particularly, Cynthia Russell in the office). One service call was fairly routine in nature; however, the other was very involved in something of a specialty nature - replacement of sump pumps. Both times, the plumbers took the time to explain what was needed to do the job and were very courteous.

Had Lonnie out today. Our 4 year old Glacier Bay toilet wouldn't stop running and the push button flush valves needed replacing plus who knows what else. This is an honest plumbing service which we have been delighted with for a couple of years now. When you call ask for Lonnie or Keith to handle the work. On time, very friendly, knowledgeable, fair and no Up Selling.  Exceptional.

I found a puddle of water in my front yard where the underground line had broken.  I called and they were able to come out that same day and replace the broken section of pipe.  I was amazed that he accomplished the work as quickly as he did considering the amount of digging and bailing of water he had to do.  The person who came out was polite and professional.  Plus, he put the dirt back where it was and cleaned up after himself.  I will definitely call this same company again if I need additional plumbing services.

I had a previous OK experience with Rick's Plumbing but last Saturday they sent over a Plumber that totally ripped us off. I was hooking up a bidet attachment with universal fittings. I had a small leak and am not good with teflon tape. Anyway this guy insisted that my connectors were wrong and he also replaced the flushing system inside the toilet. By the time he left he handed me a $300 invoice and also said that because I still had customer provided pieces that he couldn't guarantee that the toilet wouldn't leak. I complained to the main office but they ignored me

Don't get caught in the $49 air-conditioning tuneup special, either. It is probable that you'll spend a lot more than $49 for the visit from the technician I had.

Will never use them again.  They charge top dollar then don't stand behind their work or honor their warranties.

Our bathroom sinks are back to back and backing up into each other. We paid for American Home Shield warranty.  i have several issues with both companies.  1.  I paid the $100 service call for plumbing on December 12, 2022. 2. On January 9, 2023, Next Level Plumbing marks our service request as completed. We had never even heard from them at that point. 3.  After hours on the phone, we got Next Level to send out a plumber on Saturday, January 14, 2023 between 8 and noon.  Note this is more than a month after we paid. 4.  The plumber did not make that time frame. 5. The plumber could not get the snake down the drain.  6. The drain pipe became disconnected on the back sink. So now we have no bathroom sinks availability.  7. The black gunk is all over the sink, the stool, the shower floor and the bathroom floor.  8. The plumber left before telling my husband that both sinks were not working.  9.  I went back to American Home Shield and the service request was marked as completed.  
It has been more that 24 hours without any bathroom sinks ... yes we have been using the showers and kitchen sink to wash our hand and faces.  We just had a texted that Next Level will be getting back with us.  I will update this tomorrow.
