Today I had Plumbco out to repair a broken sewer line at my 65 year old house. They cut through the driveway slab, dug it out, replaced the broken iron sewer line with PVC, filled it in and poured new concrete - all in one day. Actually, all in about 6 hours. They ran the camera all the way to the far reach of the sewer line to insure there were no other problems. They always do good work, at the quoted price, clean up after themselves, and they show up on time. Their office staff is very good about communicating. I've been using Plumbco now for at least 4 years and I highly recommend them. My next project is to get a new water heater, they are giving me quotes on a 50 gallon tank model and a tankless model.

VERY HAPPY!!  Had a leak of course at night. Couldn't find anyone to come at night but Clete was able to get out the next day and fixed us all up. Very nice and friendly. Only did what he had to do and nothing more...and I mean that in a good way. Thank you soooo much!!!  Oh and wooo pig!!

Had a plumbing issue over the 4th,  Tanner was great, before coming out he gave me a few steps to try to fix myself.  The self fix didn't work, Tanner arrived quick, fixed my issue and even gave me a discount.   Looking for a great plumber. Call Above and Beyond.

John responded immediately when we had a leak and took care of the problem quickly and professionally.  He has been our plumber for a number of years and would recommend him to anyone.  He is our first and only choice whenever we have plumbing issues.

I was having issues with my water heater. I called them and they came out the same day to take a look. They were out the next morning, and had the heater replaced in just a few hours. Everyone was very courteous and professional. Highly recommended!

We had what I thought was a slab leak in January. Turns out it was a leak from our kitchen faucet that had sunk under our floor. Morgan leak came out the next morning and fixed it same day. Excellent customer service and great work done. Thanks!

We hired this company to find a leak at our home. They came out, said the leak was in the yard but didn't try to find out where. They said they'd charge $4500 to run a new water line but didn't attempt to find out where the leak was in the yard. We were paying them to find the leak and still had NO answer as to where it was. They charged $675 for this!!!!

Nick came and he is excellent to work with.  He fixed the problem in 10 minutes.  He would have liked to use a camera to see what the inside of the drain looked like, but he was sent out without the small camera that can go into a small pipe.

My only complaint is that when I booked the appointment they told me the minimum trip charge was $95 and that would be applied to the service.  But Nick informed me the minimum charge was $200.  They should have told me on the front end the minimum charge was $200.

Probably would have still hired them because of their reputation for quality work, but a 15-minute job charging for 2 hours seems a little over the top.  That's why I knocked them from 5-star to 4-star.

So glad I found this company on Yelp. Kathlyn came with two of her workers. While she didnt do any of the work she explained everything to us and then checked out the work.
You pay by the hour and her workers really hustled. We had plenty of time left for them to do a couple other small things for us that we hadnt originally planned on but really glad we did.
She is very trustworthy, and I really like the fact that she is a woman with her masters plumber license and more. She truly seems to love what she does and is always learning to make her business better.
Not sure how her price compares to others. However we will have no qualms about calling heb  back to take care of any plumbing needs.

Robby and his guys did an amazing and quick job on our slab leak. Gave us a great price and communication couldn't have been better! Will definitely do business with them again!!

We had a need to have a hose faucet replaced outside.  My boy stood on the hose and broke the pvc pipe.  I needed it changed out as an emergency last night.   I called about 10 plumbers, they were the only ones who called back.  But they called back in the morning.   It was very pricy.  Plumbers need an emergency line.   Pleased with their service.  Will use them again!

Phillip was kind, professional and efficient. We had a leaking toilet and they were able to come out the next day. I will be using Horizon in the future and hopefully Phillip!

We've used Woody Woods Plumbing on more than one occasion at my home. The staff they have working for them have always been extremely kind, courteous, professional and knowledgeable.
They are truly the best plumbing company I've ever had to use.

Beware of this outfit.  They charged $500 to unclog a pipe.  They left a mess, didn't unclog the pipe and banked the $.  I asked them to come back and finish the work I paid them for.  They said I would have to pay them again.  They have seriously flawed ethical business practices.

Rick's Plumbing was highly recommended to me by a another Custom Home Builder and my concrete sub-contractor. I tried them out and lo and behold they passed my test with fly colors!

After my trouble shooting call to Rick's Plumbing I first was surprised to have a very knowledgeable and helpful lady who was as friendly as anyone could be.  

Just a few days ago Shawn, one of Rick's Plumbing's very experienced plumbers was sent to fix a disposal leaking problem per my request at my home in Burleson, Texas.  Rick blessed me and my wife by sending a very experienced and professional plumber named Shawn.  He had a super personality, was easy to talk to, and was in and out before I was through telling him what the problem was!  

Super plumber that had a knack for covering up his predecessor plumber that might have cause the problem during the disposal installation by not locking in the very top connection that attaches the disposal to the sink drain. It does my heard well to know that there are others around that take-up for others rather than just fix the problem and take at others expense.

Didn't happen in this case and please inform Rick, if Rick, doesn't read these reviews that Shawn in his honesty explained the truth of the problem and went... out of his way... to show my wife and me the problem.  Seriously, Shawn must be one of your best all around plumbers because his personality stands out and also his professionalism in handling your customers.  His experience in plumbing is evident by observation and talking to him concerning residential and commercial codes and engineering buildings. It is seldom when we find someone such as Shane  who appears to be able to do it all but you have a person on your staff that I believe is a leader and appears to be a good example for younger plumbers!

Rick's company had also fixed another problem for me awhile back and my wife and I were very impressed with their knowledge and abilities.

Please inform Rick to make sure that he takes time to recognize his wonderful staff and their professionalism because of his staff that answers the calls, performs Rick's office work and his highly skilled plumbers; I have adopted your company and have put you folks on the bid list.

I paid a monthly service fee to be prioritized for service and for discounted service. When I needed them, they couldn't get to me for days and want to charge me $80 just for coming out. I called Douglass Air and they came out same day, did the repair, and charged me $80. What the hell am I paying a month fee for? Last time their repairman came out, he was rude and didn't really appear like he knew what he was doing. When I tried to cancel my agreement, they came me grief about it. Would NEVER recommend them to anyone!

Will never use them again.  They charge top dollar then don't stand behind their work or honor their warranties.

We had a hot water tank. Go bad on us. Next level plumbing came out. Assess the problem. We're out within a couple of days. Finish the job quickly efficiently. I appreciate their help.
