This Plumbco location continues to rank 5 stars for me! I had a water pipe connected to my water heater that broke and was causing damage. I called for service and 20 minutes later the crew came and cut off the water supply to it avoiding further damage. They said they'd be back the next day at 10am to repair the broken pipe and they arrived right on time. Derek and Angel were fast, professional and I had hot water with no leaks 2 hours later. I cannot say enough about Jolly Plumbing.  Chester, Hunter, Erin and the rest of the staff are top notch.  After having two consecutive plumbers no-show me during major plumbing back up attempting to destroy my downstairs, Chester Jolly came to the rescue.  I spoke with him at 6:15 on Monday evening (Feb. 19) and by 6:40 he was at my home and began working.  He brought in Hunter later to help him in the rain, as well.  They diagnosed the problem under my house and in our downstairs restroom.  While it has not been the easiest thing to have fixed, thanks to weather - it has rained everyday since this happened - Jolly Plumbing has been amazing.  I will never use another plumber while living in this area.  They have a 100% customer for life and referrer, and I appreciate what they've done to get our home back in order after this plumbing disaster.  Thank you!

Tanner went above and beyond for us. We ran out of hot water and so I called him at 8pm for help. He came over within 30 minutes and fixed the problem quickly. He was very polite and kind and have us a very reasonable price for his work. Highly recommend!!!!

Had a hot water heater installed, a water filter installed, and a couple of toilets repaired so that they would flush correctly. Service was prompt and John even cleaned up after he was finished. He also takes pictures along the way. Emailed an invoice and price quote. He also updated me prior to starting work. I've had other plumbing companies tell me it'd be $700 for the water filter alone. John threw the water filter instal for free. He is a master plumber originally from Connecticut, interesting life story.

We have had an outdoor leaky faucet for quite some time and it was getting worse so we called a local plumber,  Garcia Plumbing.  Georgia was very friendly on the phone and after I told her what was wrong she knew exactly what needed to be fixed and gave me a price quote.  Eddie came out the next day and did a great job fixing the problem and the cost was less that estimated.  We will definitely use Garcia Plumbing in the future and tell others about them also.

We had what I thought was a slab leak in January. Turns out it was a leak from our kitchen faucet that had sunk under our floor. Morgan leak came out the next morning and fixed it same day. Excellent customer service and great work done. Thanks!

We hired this company to find a leak at our home. They came out, said the leak was in the yard but didn't try to find out where. They said they'd charge $4500 to run a new water line but didn't attempt to find out where the leak was in the yard. We were paying them to find the leak and still had NO answer as to where it was. They charged $675 for this!!!!

Nick came and he is excellent to work with.  He fixed the problem in 10 minutes.  He would have liked to use a camera to see what the inside of the drain looked like, but he was sent out without the small camera that can go into a small pipe.

My only complaint is that when I booked the appointment they told me the minimum trip charge was $95 and that would be applied to the service.  But Nick informed me the minimum charge was $200.  They should have told me on the front end the minimum charge was $200.

Probably would have still hired them because of their reputation for quality work, but a 15-minute job charging for 2 hours seems a little over the top.  That's why I knocked them from 5-star to 4-star.

We were so grateful to Genzel Plumbing for finding a way to come out quickly to fix our outside faucet leak. We had put off getting this fixed but wIth the sudden cold, we were afraid of serious damage to our home's pipes. Although the problem was more serious than we realized, they worked with us on the price and the solution. We highly recommend them!

We had a need to have a hose faucet replaced outside.  My boy stood on the hose and broke the pvc pipe.  I needed it changed out as an emergency last night.   I called about 10 plumbers, they were the only ones who called back.  But they called back in the morning.   It was very pricy.  Plumbers need an emergency line.   Pleased with their service.  Will use them again!

Phillip was kind, professional and efficient. We had a leaking toilet and they were able to come out the next day. I will be using Horizon in the future and hopefully Phillip!

We've used Woody Woods Plumbing on more than one occasion at my home. The staff they have working for them have always been extremely kind, courteous, professional and knowledgeable.
They are truly the best plumbing company I've ever had to use.

I found a puddle of water in my front yard where the underground line had broken.  I called and they were able to come out that same day and replace the broken section of pipe.  I was amazed that he accomplished the work as quickly as he did considering the amount of digging and bailing of water he had to do.  The person who came out was polite and professional.  Plus, he put the dirt back where it was and cleaned up after himself.  I will definitely call this same company again if I need additional plumbing services.

I had a previous OK experience with Rick's Plumbing but last Saturday they sent over a Plumber that totally ripped us off. I was hooking up a bidet attachment with universal fittings. I had a small leak and am not good with teflon tape. Anyway this guy insisted that my connectors were wrong and he also replaced the flushing system inside the toilet. By the time he left he handed me a $300 invoice and also said that because I still had customer provided pieces that he couldn't guarantee that the toilet wouldn't leak. I complained to the main office but they ignored me

Easy to deal, on time, with good pricing would easily use them again on a future job!

I had a line leak under the foundation and had another company come out and run the line and said they were pulling back dirt and that the repair, since it was most likely underneath the concrete slab was going to cost me $1,650 for the first day and $1,200 for every day after that up to $15,000 possibly.  I was devastated and absolutely did not have that kind of money to fix the line and my homeowners insurance wouldn't cover it since it was below the surface.

After much stress I gave Mike Vitale at Fisher and Boone a call and he was very understanding and seems like a genuine, honest person.  He ran a camera into the line and found that the break was just outside of the house wall and was able to dig directly to it without busting up the concrete.  In total, it cost me around $1,000 since he took the extra time to localize the leak and charged me a VERY fair price.  I thought I was going to possibly have to declare bankruptcy because of this problem.

I had a terrible experience with Next Level Plumbing. There was water leaking under my sink and they came out and failed to diagnose it properly (said it was coming from the dishwasher line and left). After an appliance repair person said it was not the dishwasher line, Next Level Plumbing came back and diagnosed it was coming from the water filtration system. The plumber claimed he fixed it yesterday and left after less than ten minutes. This morning I realized that the plumber had simply turned off the water to the filtration system and left. When I turned the water back on, the leak started up again. I have literally NEVER had a worse experience with a plumber.
