Wow!  Great service at a greatt  cost!!  I'm so glad I decided to get a third estimate for a leak in our front yard!!  First company estimated was $685-$985.  Second company estimate was $3000. Yikes!  Plumbco charged us a little over $300 and did the repairs on the same day in about 3 hours!!

We HIGHLY recommend them!!!

I called another company and they wanted $$$$ 3600 to cut out my foundation, they also said my new wood floors would need repair from their demo to get to the p trap and cut is out and replace. Then they charged me $$ 150  just to look at it. This company left everything the way the tore it apart to look the issue and left when I refused to finance through their company to have this work done that day.  I called  Jolly Plumbing and he offered me options to correct the issue without tearing up my floors and foundation. Chester Jolly came out for the bid and the work. I was impressed with the clean up and the job they did. He and Hunter worked it quickly and had my air back up running and draining properly.  Even better!!! Chester saved me 3000 plus what the other company bid. I will use him for every thing I need. I can say I know a good plumber now. Very happy with this company and their service team.

Clete is a professional. He was able to carve out time to arrive the same day I contacted him to fix our hot water heater. He diagnosed the problem, located a part when most stores were closed and came back and fixed it. He was polite, kind and communicated what our problem was and the cost to fix it very clearly. cRc Plumbing will be who I call from now on when my family needs a plumber. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Tanner went above and beyond for us. We ran out of hot water and so I called him at 8pm for help. He came over within 30 minutes and fixed the problem quickly. He was very polite and kind and have us a very reasonable price for his work. Highly recommend!!!!

I was having issues with my water heater. I called them and they came out the same day to take a look. They were out the next morning, and had the heater replaced in just a few hours. Everyone was very courteous and professional. Highly recommended!

Cliff runs. Top notch organization I had another plumber thru our home warranty come in and the wanted to charge $4,000-$5,000 due to a slab leak but we called Cliff and he says it wasn't a slab leak and fixed it for $350.  Honest and trust worthy.

Casto is great! We've had them work on several projects for us and will always call them for any future issues/needs.

Nick came and he is excellent to work with.  He fixed the problem in 10 minutes.  He would have liked to use a camera to see what the inside of the drain looked like, but he was sent out without the small camera that can go into a small pipe.

My only complaint is that when I booked the appointment they told me the minimum trip charge was $95 and that would be applied to the service.  But Nick informed me the minimum charge was $200.  They should have told me on the front end the minimum charge was $200.

Probably would have still hired them because of their reputation for quality work, but a 15-minute job charging for 2 hours seems a little over the top.  That's why I knocked them from 5-star to 4-star.

I have called Kathlyn for help with plumbing emergencies on two occasions in the last 3 years.  On both occasions she picked up her phone right away and spent several minutes of her time coaching me on how to fix the issues myself!  She encouraged me to try fixing things I didn't think I was cable if fixing, patiently walked me through the process, and didn't charge a penny.  I've never had such an overwhelming positive experience with a trade professional.  She knows her stuff inside and out, is honest, kind, and efficient.  I will always turn to her for any plumbing services my family and I ever need.  Our community is lucky to have her!

We recently used  Genzel Plumbing to fix a leaky outdoor faucet. They did the job efficiently and thoroughly. I was pleased with the price as well. We love supporting local family businesses that have a high standard of excellence and customer service.

We called McMahon on Dec 30th they were supposed to snake the sewer lines, we told them (when we called) they were going to need the big auger to bring it out. The appt. Was at 8, the guys didn't get out of the truck until after 8:10 (they charge hourly) they did not bring the correct size auger with them, spend 20-30 mins trying to get it unclogged with no luck. The auger they bring was only 100ft (with the small diameter cable) they snaked the line once with the whole line and nothing, go in for a second try and only go 75ft and quit.  Tried to tell me it's old pipes and that there is roots in it. When I told the worker it was PVC pipe less then 6 years old, he had the audacity to ask me how I knew. (Did I ask you how you know how to plumb?)  They said they would need to go get the bigger auger, which I was under the impression was going to be $135, it was only $10 and they failed to inform. They think the clog is more than 100ft, they said the bigger auger it's 120ft and stops working at 100ft, (the power of the auger was not as good) at this point they are claiming the bigger auger is not going to do any justice.  I'm already over 45 mins into my hour and I said okay we will just leave it alone until my husband gets home (they give me a quote on new sewer line ($5,000.00).... That I don't need) and proceeded to charge me $125.00 keep in mind the job was not completed and problem not solved. Later that day we saw another plumber working on the neighbors pipes, we stopped and talked to him. Bradley Earp unclogged the line with the big auger they should have brought to begin with (he said the one they used was never going to be big enough, they should have known to not even bring it) his auger was 85ft, and told me that If he couldn't get it unclogged he wouldn't charge me. He got the clog unclogged in less than 30 mins. Much better service there. A one man team and true professional.
McMahon will record what's going on without telling you, which is whatever because I was not lying about what I said but it's against the law to not at least tell you that your being recorded. When my husband called to speak with them, they said they would give us a refund because they were under the impression that the job was completed. Few hours later one of their managers stops by and says that they offered to go get the bigger auger (no clarification on price or that they wouldn't charge me another hour.) He said I'll go listen to the recording and see what was said and call you back (basically calling me a liar). They never called back to discuss the refund.... They ended up never giving me a refund, so I called a week later to see what was going on and he said he wasn't going to give me a refund because I sent them away. When I tried to explain the chain events to the (manager) he hung up on me and proceeded to ignore my calls. I 100% do not recommend this company. They sent 3 people for a 1 man job, and tried to drive up the price by bringing the wrong equipment and charging us for a new sewer line, that's completely unprofessional and dishonest. If you use this company good luck!

You get what you paid for. Horizon's estimate was about $400 cheaper than competitors, but their service is less than professional. I had two water heaters replaced. They didn't know how to turn off the water to my house because the connection was different. I spent two hours asking neighbors how they turned off their water and had to come up with a solution for the plumbers. Then when they left, they left a huge mess of left over shipping parts in my garage. Immediately after the new water heater was installed, I turned on the hot water a sticky substance came out at first. When I asked what it was, they claimed it couldn't be the water heaters because they don't use glue. I was concerned a gasket or something was introduced to the line, and the response was well it's gone now. They did send a plumber out who claimed that it wasn't them since this has never happened. They could have told me that over the phone.

The good news is that the water heaters passed city inspection. We'll see how long they last.

Claimed one of their plumbers repaired my outside plumbing. I didn't give authorization for them to repair the faucet, if they really did do the repair. Got a bill for an outrageous amount in the mail. When I called about it, a lady in the background stated, You don't have to give us authorization. The guy who answered the phone stated, It's your business if you pay or if you don't . So rude and unprofessional.

I found a puddle of water in my front yard where the underground line had broken.  I called and they were able to come out that same day and replace the broken section of pipe.  I was amazed that he accomplished the work as quickly as he did considering the amount of digging and bailing of water he had to do.  The person who came out was polite and professional.  Plus, he put the dirt back where it was and cleaned up after himself.  I will definitely call this same company again if I need additional plumbing services.

I called to ask for a quote and even asked for them to come out and take a look. I have yet to hear back from them and it's a week later. If that's the kind of response then I certainly don't want them doing the work.

The office personnel and technician (Trice) are polite, efficient, and--most importantly--competent and responsive. One of our AC units stopped working on Sunday evening, and the folks at Comfort Experts worked us into their busy schedule. Trice got the unit up and running again--thankfully--in record time and explained some options for us to consider for the future.

Will never use them again.  They charge top dollar then don't stand behind their work or honor their warranties.

Brandon was amazing friendly and efficient. I asked a bunch of questions and he explained them patiently.
