I talked to Clete today about a garbage disposal that wasn't running. He wasn't available today but asked what the issue was and as I explained it he walked me through how to diagnose and fix it, and I'm no handyman. I think it speaks volumes about the way he runs his business and I will absolutely give his company my paying business the next time needed.

Tanner went above and beyond for us. We ran out of hot water and so I called him at 8pm for help. He came over within 30 minutes and fixed the problem quickly. He was very polite and kind and have us a very reasonable price for his work. Highly recommend!!!!

Had a hot water heater installed, a water filter installed, and a couple of toilets repaired so that they would flush correctly. Service was prompt and John even cleaned up after he was finished. He also takes pictures along the way. Emailed an invoice and price quote. He also updated me prior to starting work. I've had other plumbing companies tell me it'd be $700 for the water filter alone. John threw the water filter instal for free. He is a master plumber originally from Connecticut, interesting life story.

We had a couple of leaking spouts, one bathtub and a basin. We called Garcia Plumbing on late Thursday afternoon and spoke with Georgia. The repair was started and completed on Friday.
Our plumber, Domingo was professional, polite and friendly. Domingo used appropriate social distancing and wore a mask during the repairs, as well as wiping his feet each time he entered our home. He explained the parts needed and the difference in prices. He had the parts with him, and did a good and fast job at fixing our problems. The price was affordable and reasonable.
We will call Garcia Plumbing again the next time we need repairs or other plumbing work done.

Cliff runs. Top notch organization I had another plumber thru our home warranty come in and the wanted to charge $4,000-$5,000 due to a slab leak but we called Cliff and he says it wasn't a slab leak and fixed it for $350. Honest and trust worthy.

We hired this company to find a leak at our home. They came out, said the leak was in the yard but didn't try to find out where. They said they'd charge $4500 to run a new water line but didn't attempt to find out where the leak was in the yard. We were paying them to find the leak and still had NO answer as to where it was. They charged $675 for this!!!!

Nick came and he is excellent to work with. He fixed the problem in 10 minutes. He would have liked to use a camera to see what the inside of the drain looked like, but he was sent out without the small camera that can go into a small pipe.
My only complaint is that when I booked the appointment they told me the minimum trip charge was $95 and that would be applied to the service. But Nick informed me the minimum charge was $200. They should have told me on the front end the minimum charge was $200.

On both occasions she picked up her phone right away and spent several minutes of her time coaching me on how to fix the issues myself! She encouraged me to try fixing things I didn't think I was cable if fixing, patiently walked me through the process, and didn't charge a penny. I've never had such an overwhelming positive experience with a trade professional. She knows her stuff inside and out, is honest, kind, and efficient. I will always turn to her for any plumbing services my family and I ever need. Our community is lucky to have her!

Beware of this outfit. They charged $500 to unclog a pipe. They left a mess, didn't unclog the pipe and banked the $. I asked them to come back and finish the work I paid them for. They said I would have to pay them again. They have seriously flawed ethical business practices.

My wife called this company out, Knew before ever talking to the guy that a new unit was going to be pushed. Didn't argue because I figured if I buy a new one wouldn't have to worry for a while.
Guy sold me A 13k dollar unit. said it might take a couple days might not. Wife asked if they would give us emergency ac, guy said yes if we cant install tomorrow we will bring you an ac.
We bought the gold service package. Get up one morning heat pump is clicking and not working, call them and am told will be the next day. I figure out it is the flood switch, dry it off and get my ac working again, they come out cant find a leak, and leave (The Tech I feel was really trying to find the problem) week later does it again. this time I see water leaking down the pipe, again gonna be another day. I dry out sensor and get ac working again, happens again see water is leaking from seam at coil unit, again another call another day. I get angry because I cant get my unit to start back, explain to the lady on the phone, want to know if she can have a tech call me so we are not sleeping in the heat, She tells me NO we don't do that. Now I am very angry, express that. They do get a tech out that night and he says we have never seen one do that, coils are probably bad, we are going to order new coils and if that doesn't fix it we will have a supervisor come talk to you Now my ac is freezing up my wife has to thaw it out every couple hours, she calls back only to be told You know its summer, it might take a week or so to get parts I am very aware it is summer because my house is not cool like it should be. Thing that gets me, is on my invoice for my gold service it says 24/7 when wife ask about that, she is told that just means we will answer the phone 24/7 and put you in line. These people have no clue what customer service is, when I asked to talk to a supervisor the lady on the phone tried to talk over me, I am your customer paying you a lot of money, and I want you to listen to my complaint. Unreal. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this place. You know worst part is I knew the guys was BS'ing me about my old unit just didn't feel like messing with it anymore, and I wish I had researched this company better and read the reviews. I will not make that mistake again. I feel like with a brand new unit I should not have to be fighting, and while I know they are not manf of the unit, if they are not going to stand behind what they sell, then why are they selling it. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I had a terrible experience with Next Level Plumbing. There was water leaking under my sink and they came out and failed to diagnose it properly (said it was coming from the dishwasher line and left). After an appliance repair person said it was not the dishwasher line, Next Level Plumbing came back and diagnosed it was coming from the water filtration system. The plumber claimed he fixed it yesterday and left after less than ten minutes. This morning I realized that the plumber had simply turned off the water to the filtration system and left. When I turned the water back on, the leak started up again. I have literally NEVER had a worse experience with a plumber.
