We discovered a leak in the ceiling of our garage after a major freeze. Called Monday morning and were given an appointment Tuesday morning. Smith and Son's were on time.. efficient in their diagnosis and repair - very impressed. Smith & Son's were highly communicative throughout the process sending email confirmation and text updates on appointment schedule, arrival time, job up-date, completion and receipt. I hired Miguel to take down two chandelier hanging light fixtures and install two different ones in their place.  He was great!  Communicated clearly with me via text, showed up on time and charged me exactly what he had quoted.  Very professional and friendly.  All around great experience!

We had a gas leak and the propane had to be turned off and we had to get a plumber. This was 3 days before Christmas. I used the contact page and received a reply the same day. I had plumbers out the next day, all day, replacing gas lines under the house. They were nice, they worked hard, in single digit temps. The fee was lower than expected. I will use the again.

Tim Long Plumbing installed my appliances in my new home.  Instead of using a supplied water supply line from the manufacturer, they decided to create a makeshift line with many adapters (which the factory unit did not have).  One of the adapters failed, causing a slow leak which destroyed my cabinets and appliances.

The manufacturer has verified this was caused by the shoddy installation of a non-recommended supply line.  Tim Long has been contacted, and ask to make this right,and no cure was offered.

I've dealt with Hard Times Plumbing multiple times and they were always honest, courteous, professional, and dependable. Eric stands behind his work and doesn't stand for shoddy repairs. Just had two gentlemen come out to clear a drain line. On the weekend, in the late afternoon. They did what was needed in a very timely manner. Most of my friends use them as well.

After the thaw after the hard freeze, Feb., 2023, we noticed saturated ground outside our house. The first plumber sent a man who spoke almost no English, refused to answer questions, and charged me $80. I called Bill Blankenship. He came out almost immediately with a helper. They decided that there was 2 - 3 leaks under the slab. We decided that the saturated ground froze, expanded, and pinched the pipe under the slab. I could have them tunnel to the leak(s), or have the house re-plumbed with plastic but at a higher cost. I decided to have it re-plumbed. The USAA adjuster agreed with the price, the workers were courteous and competent, and repairs were made to all of the holes made in the sheetrock. Also, he replaced 2 toilets and checked on his help every few hours and inspected their work. He was courteous and gave me advice about the work being done. It was a large project, and I was only out the deductible on my policy.

I had a leaking pipe and this plumbing company was able to repair it in no time. Their team was prompt, courteous, and provided great customer service. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!
