We needed a faucet installed in the kitchen and a toilet valve installed in one of the bathrooms.  I called and was able to schedule them in the next day.  (none emergency request).  They came early and completed the job.  They cleaned up when done and were very respectful while working in out home.  I'd certainly use them again.

I had a few little things I had ignored...slow draining, missing bathroom sink drainers, faulty fill tank. When the pipes under the dink started leaking, and replacing the washer did not work, I knew I had to call help. Speakes was recommended by a coworker. The plumber quickly fixed thr problem. Since I had already paid the very reasonable trip fee, and the repair cost was less than expected. I decided to.have him fix all of the other little issues.

He fixed them all. It has been over a month now, and I have had no issues. He made recommendations for other things that need to be done, but he did not make me feel like...you know...your house is going to fall down if you do not do this immediately. He answered all of my questions. I got the feeling they were good plumbers, doing good work, at fair prices.

I will most definitely use Speakes again.

We used Strain to have a gas line run for a gas stove in the kitchen.  They were very professional and did a wonderful job.  They had great communication.  Their estimate was a few hundred less than the other 2 we had.  We will use them again should the need arise.

Curly's came out and located a water leak in my front yard. Completely professional not tearing up my yard when they dug up the line. They even filled it in and leveled my yard back to where it was. They have reasonable prices for what they did. I'm very impressed. I will use them again.

Oasis Plumbing was prompt and professional. If you are looking for a great local plumber who does the job right, this the go-to company. Had a leaking shower and it was affordable and quickly fixed.

I reached out for help with a bad main sewer line clog late at night and they replied very quickly and were available to help early the next day. John and Javier came out and were able to assess the issue, point of clogs and clear it quickly. They were very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They walked me through everything - explained what the problem was, what caused it (flushable wipes are not really flushable!) and how to avoid it in the future, as well as upfront pricing and a clear scope of work. Clogged main sewer line cleared in under an hour. Thanks!

Ellis and his crew Mike and Dustin came to put faucets in my bathrooms and kitchen. They were quick to schedule an appointment and able to accommodate our work schedules and come late. Came home midnight 12-23 to a garage and hall way full of water. The water heater decided to give out while we were out. Called HC Edwards plumbing around 10am Saturday (Christmas Eve) and left a voicemail with Jason.

At 9:22pm Christmas night, I received a text from Jason asking if I still needed a plumber...

You know, I get it if you can't provide services because of a backlog, but I don't understand not responding to an emergency request at all until 36 hours later, especially when your website says you have 24/7 service.

One of the van drivers for this company hit my car on 12/20/21 causing my car to hit another car and then the van driver backed up and drove away. I am not able to file a police report because I do not have description of the driver and only a partial license plate. I was in shock from the impact of the hit. The other driver was bleeding from hitting her face on the steering wheel and I have a pinched nerve on the upper section of my back. What kind of person would hit someone and drive away without even checking to see if the other drivers are okay? I am extremely upset by this and since there is nothing else I can do I am leaving this public review

I was in the process of selling my house. We had to have foundation work done which required a hydrostatic test afterwards to verify there was no damage to the plumbing. The foundation company had someone perform the test. He had to do the test 3 times because he couldn't get a good seal on the pipes or he didn't want to dig up the clean out drain.

When he finished he stated that we failed the test, and of course referred us to the sister company (Integrity Plumbing/IPR) that of course is a plumbing company. So...like a dummy I called them out to locate my leak. They showed up on time at 9:00 AM, and the guy was there until 4:00 PM. He said he would show me any leaks that he found on his camera, and also would make sure that I was made aware of what damages needed to be repaired. At 4:00 he came to me not having shown me any pictures or anything but quoting me $17K worth of repairs. I was shocked. He left and called me back about 30 minutes later stating that he had misquoted me...it should have only been $10K.

Of course I wanted a second opinion. In comes HEB plumbing and Ron Winn to the rescue. Ron explained the procedure to properly do a hydrostatic test, which was not done by the other guy. Ron quoted me off of the quote/diagram from the other quote, and was only $4700. Ron insisted on performing the hydrostatic test first and was only willing to do the work if the test failed.

Ron performed the test on our clean water combing into the house and our sewer lines leaving the house. There was no leak at all. Ron performed the test exactly how he stated that the test needed to be performed. He went above and beyond and allowed the test to go for an hour and a half when it only needed to go for 15 minutes.

Ron was very thorough in his explanations as to why he does stuff, and how things need to be done. He made sure to explain things in layman terms so that I wasn't confused or misled by anything.

I would recommend Ron Winn and HEB to anyone who wants someone honest and thorough. I will use Ron from now on for any work.

Special thank you to Shawn, Wyatt and Billy who recently had to reconstruct our Master bath plumbing. They actually took care not to destroy the floor and wall tiles that had to be removed. They even numbered the floor planks while removing the floor  to hopefully relay them and save us the expense of replacing the floor. They did it too, they successfully saved and replaced our floor!! That is not a plumbers job at all and was so unexpected and well above expectation. Y'all did a FANTASTIC job and thank you for looking out for us!!

Called on a Monday to schedule service same day and was told he would 'try' to make it out. Never heard back until I reached out later in the evening. Booked service for later in the week. Was promised service that day, told me he had personal business to take care of in Fort Worth and coming back which was fine and never showed up again. Had to reach out to find out he wasn't going to show up again, so then I just scheduled another company. Not reliable, poor communication.
