Steve has been our plumber for years and has helped us out with various issues throughout that time. We just finished a complete master bathroom remodel and had some major plumbing work done by Steve and cannot speak highly enough about his impeccable work, trustworthiness, and character. We hired North Hills Plumbing, North Richmond Hills, TX, to replace a broken pipe that was located under the house, within the concrete. A big job. The technician was extremely helpful and pleasant. The job came with its frustrations, but it was completed satisfactorily.

Very knowledgeable, prompt and polite- Anthony was able to come out the same day we called him. He diagnosed the problem with our plumbing quickly and replaced our garbage disposal and even cleaned up the mess the leak had caused on our cabinets for us as a courtesy. Highly recommend!

I went in today for a few plumbing parts needs and I was amazed!  One part Melissa suggested was covered by a Grohe lifetime warranty I didn't know about, so free and to be shipped directly to me this week.  On another Kohler  part we discussed the availability and carefully selected the proper part.  She ordered for me and it was about $10.  They were very friendly, prompt and efficient.  A real surprise and very professional.  Give them a try when you need plumbing help.

Our kitchen sink became stopped up last night. I tried two doses of Drano and hot water, with no effect. Pulled off the u-joint, but it was clear. This morning I went on Yelp and noted that Ehrich's Plumbing was not far from me, and, while there were only three reviews, all were excellent.

As previously noted, this is a father and son business. Pete, the son, was at our home right on time, and he got right to work. After diagnosing the problem, he had to use a long electric snake to get the clog about 15 feet down the pipes. Done in under an hour. Paid a very reasonable rate.

To have done this myself, I would have been back and forth to Home Depot, renting first a manual snake, then back for a motorized snake, and I would've spent at least half a day. I am very glad to have utilized Ehrich's Plumbing, and I will again, when needed.

On Sunday (7/09) we discovered our water heater had a serious leak and needed to be replaced. This was smack dab in the middle of a serious family emergency that was going to need me to bring my elderly father to our house for some recuperating time. As you can imagine, we didn't have time for there to be a hot water problem. Within minutes of requesting a quote, Nick got back to us and scheduled a time the following day to come out and replace the unit. We knew it would be a majore pain because less than desirable work had been done all over our house before we purchased it. Any time we have to get something fixed it's a Pandora's box of trouble. Working late into the night, Nick was researching and communicating best options for us. He totally understood the tight spot I was in and made sure we would have the problem resolved. Day of, he arrived promptly and got right to work. As expected, it wasn't an simple install but he did a GREAT job! Our water heater closet went from a jumbled mess of frayed wires and questionable piping to a thing of organized beauty with a brand new, top notch water heater. He did it all with a smile on his face. Had I had to deal with that mess, I would not have been smiling.

Bottom line, if you are looking for someone you can trust who stands behind their work, conscientiously does the job, and provides top notch service, you can't do better than Nick and Platinum Plumbing. We're going to have him back out to fix the rest of this mess in our house at some point!

I had them out this morning. I have to say you won't a nicer, more ethical plumber. I will never use another plumber again. I've had some me bad experiences in the past so it was such a relief to finally find someone that doesn't try to overcharge. I VERY HIGHLY recommend!

These guys are great. I called and they immediately had someone on the way. Very polite and professional, easy to get ahold of, honest, and charged a fair rate for the job. I'll definitely call them again next time we need help.

I hired Hiho Handyman for painting, flooring and lighting in my kitchen and bathroom and was very satisfied.  They exceeded my expectations in every way and cleaned up after they were finished.    This is an honest, five star company.  I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

Terrible People. Owner tried to run me over with his van and also threatened my life.

They shot poop out my toilet on me and I was wearing my good trousers! It ran from my chin to my toenails! Worst of all there was an (African American) that was a smoker and HAD to do it in my back yard that backs RIGHT UP to the children's playground for children with autism! He threw the bud over the fence to the park! Those kids didn't know better, so they picked it up, before burning themselves and tossing it to the WOOD PLAYGROUND! The play set burned with all the kids inside! Right to ash! Needless to say, they didn't make it home for new year's. Oh yeah and I GUESS I'd invite the plumbers back for my sink work.
