I called my regular plumber to check out a funny smell in one of my bedrooms/bathroom suites. He was very sick with Covid and unable to work. He recommended that I call Steve at GPS Plumbing. They showed up on time and did a thorough assessment of the problem and determined that it was not related to our plumbing. They did not charge for the trip and were extremely nice and gracious about it. My son asked them to have his faucet fixed. They told him how to do it himself to save himself 150.00 (extremely unusual for Plumbers I have had in the past). I loved their honesty and appreciate them so much, as I find that a rarity nowadays in their kind of business. You better believe that if I and anyone I know needs a plumber, I would be calling/recommending them! In fact when my AC guy (John at Rocsolid Air; he is another honest businessman himself) came over yesterday, I told him that if anyone asked for a plumber to recommend GPS to them. I keep a list of all the good, decent, competent business owners in our area, because I think they deserve to be promoted, so we can eventually drive all the crooked ones out of business!

I am a single mom and first time homeowner. Not even a week after I moved in I began having plumbing issues throughout the entire house! Dishwasher would leak water while running, toilets stopped up backing up into showers, showers draining painfully slow with kids waiting to shower. My sister recommended All Complete because she'd used them before and found their prices to be super affordable, which was exactly what I needed.  So I called and spoke to a very knowledgeable and friendly young lady who scheduled them to come out later that afternoon. They called me when they were on the way which was so helpful because that way I didn't have to miss any work and could meet them there to let them in and go back to work. Otis arrived exactly as scheduled and proceeded to restore my faith in humanity! This guy is not just a plumber, he is a goodhearted, hard working service professional who knows about EVERYTHING, not just plumbing! Otis and his partner Will discovered that my problem was a little more involved than what we had hoped for. Bummer right? WRONG! They did 2 days of work that could have bankrupt me with some other less ethical company for a price that I could afford and that I know for a fact was at least a few hundred less than I could have gotten it done for elsewhere (believe me I called around) . But wait, there's more. Otis, knowing that I am a single mom and new homeowner, took the time out of his busy day to survey my entire home for me (finding several things that the inspector should have caught by the way) and gave me tips on how to secure my home and maintain it that I was not aware of. One particular issue with my front door could have resulted in a break in had he not brought it to my attention. None of this profited him in any way and was purely out of the goodness of this stellar mans heart. I will never use another plumbing company (that is unless Otis starts his own business : ) and I encourage each and every person who reads this to book an appointment right away!

We recently had an enormous plumbing job at our 1974 home. It included a full service line replacement as well as a partial cast iron pipe replacement done by North Hills Plumbing. I cannot say enough positive about this company. Marcus headed up the project team and truly did an excellent job - he was communicative every step of the way, he gave us options to consider, he thought outside the box, he was kind, courteous and respectful. He allowed us time to take photos of the project improvements and took time to explain problems and potential solutions.  The entire team was top notch - Nick, Brian, Ruben, and others. They cleaned up the project site every evening and returned the next day when they said they would. A big thank you to North Hills Plumbing. I highly recommend!

Anthony is the most professional plumber and knowledgeable man. He is determined to fix your problems right the first time so you won't have issues again. Walked into my bedroom and my house was flooded. Typed emergency plumbing and 5 numbers came up. Bobby was the only one to answer and head straight here. He said the fire department could beat him here to shut off the main line. He even explained how to get to the meter to try and shut it off myself. Excellent, he saved the rest of my house. He saved my home. Being a new home owner is a scary thing, but this guy will take care of you. I would absolutely recommend him above anyone else. He is changing the water heater within 40 minutes of my call, giving me a new water heater, and changing the valves to switches for me. He also is adding a drain plan that wasn't installed.

I try to use this business exclusively, they have always shown up when they said they would and he stood by his quote on a job that actually ran over what he initially thought. The lady answering the phone is always as nice and helpful as she can be. Chucks plumbing fits my definition of reputable, and reasonable!

I went in today for a few plumbing parts needs and I was amazed!  One part Melissa suggested was covered by a Grohe lifetime warranty I didn't know about, so free and to be shipped directly to me this week.  On another Kohler  part we discussed the availability and carefully selected the proper part.  She ordered for me and it was about $10.  They were very friendly, prompt and efficient.  A real surprise and very professional.  Give them a try when you need plumbing help.

I know Peter will be running it all at some point but to have Gunter at 87 repair our hot water heater today is a true gift.  Not only is he an expert and neighborhood institution, again he taught me a fundamental home care maintenance task I will carry forever.  And I called him at 7:30 AM before work and he was there at 9.  This is our third time we have called upon Eihrich Plumbing for different needs and they are just as honest and capable as they come.  I couldn't be happier.

Never again! Nick was at my rental property to fix a toilet and shower head. My residents notified me that he would not stop talking about politics and how he was at the capital riots. He even showed videos from his phone.

My residents were extremely uncomfortable but felt like they had to shrug it off and go along with it because there is a stranger inside their home and they didn't feel was safe.

I called the lady that answers the phone which I'm sure was Nick's wife and she offered a half hearted apology and blamed it on my residents saying that Nick continued to talk about it because the residents were going along with it.

My residents confirmed that they didn't bring up anything politically related and the conversation was initiated and driven by Nick. Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL and didn't take accountability for their actions. I'm disgusted.

I said this over the phone and I will say it again. Your company will never be allowed to step foot in any of my properties again.

Masters of their craft. I called them out for the main drain to the house completely stopped up after another plumber could not resolve. Neither I nor them knew there was a pumping lift station underground for my septic system. They had the knowledge and the electronic equipment required to figure it out, locate it, dig it up and replace the pump. Courteous hard working guys and the price was less than expected. They are my new plumbers for life.

Called this company yesterday as we are needing a plumber ASAP.  We spoke to someone and they said they would call back in a hour to let us know what was available. After waiting a little over an hour my husband had to call back only to be told they would get back to us with a time. Here it is next day at 9:04 and still have not heard back. Poor customer service.  Will not be doing business with this company.

UDATE INCLUDED Below! DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! DO NOT PAY HIM IN ADVANCE!! I have to take him to court to get my money back for services he failed to provide.
!!UPDATE! HIS RESPONSE IS AGAIN MORE LIES. I have all the texts and phone call records To prove it.  He has 1 5 star review. I did not say anything to him as he left. He makes up anything he wants and pretends it's truth. RUN from this unscrupulous person. Yeah I dropped a couple f bombs in some of my responses because he frustrates you beyond reason with lies. He owes me $160 before court costs. I offered a $100 settlement and he refused. He wants to give me just $25!  I would give negative stars, if I could.

Once he has your money, he will figure out a way to get close to $100/hour.  He will fabricate fees that he never mentions when you enter a contract with him and chargEd you for parts he recycles from other jobs and claim he bought them for you.

He has yet to provide me any reciept for a light switch that was not In a package. He also asked if he could have my brand new ceiling fans, he took down.

He was so great when I called him because I had someone else not show up and I had painters coming the next day. He said his work is phenomenal and he normally charged $85/hour BUT if I pay him $500 for 8 hours IN ADVANCE, I get deal. IT IS NO DEAL!
He came 1st day and was absolutely great for 1.5hours and I gave him his check, for services in advance.
I was flustered and rushed to get him out and get more things done before I needed to get more done before painters came the next morning. HE LOVES to kill time with chattiThat's not good when you're paying by the hour!

He also wants you to give him buildings codes and access to your place without you there. This is so he can then pad his bill.. He complained about not being able to be there by himself on two counts.

He is the poster boy for bait and switch!

I wrote an incorrect hour time on my check. I called and texted him the next morning and he confirmed I have 8 hours for $500. I also have that in writing.

He also confirmed he would come at scheduled time we agreed upon for Friday, OCt. 7th at 4:30pm and I didn't contact him Again until he contacted me that Friday. He called before our scheduled time and asked if I'm back in town? I said, umm I told you I had an appointment here in Dallas that would take me to about 4pm so 4:30pm is still the time. He launched into a whole thing about the fact he is at another job and he will be late and wanted to push out the time scheduled a week in advance. I said no, not acceptable To move to another day. I have other contractors coming that need your things done and I need them done personally as well. He finally shows up 2.5 hours late. He was clearly irritated about this.

He also left for 20 minutes, to get something from his truck as I was on the phone with my fiancé the whole time and was opening the door to find him and he comes up the stairs with yet another fabricated story about being locked out. He had his phone and could text or call for the code to glass doors he so easily forgot

Had he showed up at our agreed scheduled time, he could have completed everything and our contract could have been satisfied that night. He brings out this unpackaged almond dimmer light switch and I say, what is this? He says, it matches your other outlets... umm NO it does not?! All bathroom covers outlets are white???

We exchanged words, I left him to just get the job done and had to have his mismatched switch installed to make sure the light works.

He was done at 11:03 pm and started 7:05pm,confirmed in text,)& completed 4 hours of work. I texted next day and thanked him for installing my light. He completed 5.5 hours of total work At this point.

He texts me I only have 1.5 out of 2.5 hours left!?!? I say, 7-11 is 4 hours. He responds correct but, I went shopping and you owe me $65 for supplies and 1 hour to shop.
I said no way. You already stated you do not charge for ANY trips to Home Depot.As a handyman he is there frequently and can pick up things for multiple clients on his trips. It's not my problem you procrastinated, nor do I owe a penny for a almond fixture. He is welcome to get it! He proceeded to argue with me, make up false excuses, and then tell me to just take a $25 refund for 2.5 hours of work. Of course I said NO!

He continues to change his story-change times-alter things said and I have two witnesses that directly contradict what he says. His texts, I also have photographed, and printed his texts that contradict each other. He is a liar and a scammer. DO NOT TRUST HIM OR GIVE HIM A PENNY IN ADVANCE.

If you want him for a quick job you pay AFTER he is done, 1st time great.pay in advance, he is HORRIBLE and ARGUMENTATIVE And will 100% lie

Terrible People. Owner tried to run me over with his van and also threatened my life.

Both the cost and the timeframe for work was grossly misrepresented. A one-afternoon job turned in to three days and the estimate was $1000 short of the bill, with no notification of the reason for the increased cost. I was billed quite a bit for services that were non-existent. The owner was repeatedly rude, demeaning, and threatening, even hanging up when asked questions she didn't want to answer or if she didn't agree during discussions about incorrect charges. Unless you are willing to blindly pay far more than estimated for the job and also for services not rendered, save yourself the unpleasant interaction and hire a different company for your plumbing needs.
