Best Plumbing Services in Texas

Diamond Plumbing has helped me out through a wide range of services including hydrostatic pressure tests to check pipes; repairing leaks and running toilets; and most recently, to repair a water heater to fix low hot-water pressure issues. Below are some points if you're considering them based on my experience.

PRO1: The office staff has always been kind, professional, and responsive to me. Yes, sometimes they are really busy and I'll get the voicemail, (esp. after the Extreme Winter Weather we recently experienced with many having pipe issues), but someone ALWAYS gets back to me... that's not the case with all businesses.

PRO2: They send a text when technicians are on their way with a picture of who's coming as well as a tracker. I also have an opportunity to rate my experience afterward conveniently through text.

PRO3: They offer Military Discounts. I admire this and can't thank businesses enough who decide to honor Veterans in this way. It speaks volumes about the values of a company. May they thrive 100 times more!

CON: They are not open after-hours including weekends. This can be an issue during an emergency, but I also respect that they have dedicated off days and rest for themselves and their employees. It's just something I have to consider when I have a need that requires after-hours.

In conclusion, they are my go-to during normal business hours; I've been serviced by Diamond Plumbing about 8 times now and I'm still a very happy customer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Diamond Plumbing.

I have used Mauldin Plumbing twice with excellent service both times.  Once was a broken main water line in the front yard and most recently a piece of cloth accidentally went down a toilet stopping up the drainage.  Our house is lower than the sewer main in the street so we must use a grinder pump that collects all the waste water from the house and pumps it up to the sewer main.  If anything like a toy or piece of cloth gets in the pump it stops working essentially forcing you to stop using any water.  Troy and Nick responded in a timely manner and quickly protected the pump inlet from letting any foreign objects from going into the pump while using a specialized tool to explore and remove the cloth from the in-house sewer drains.  We were back in service quickly and at a very reasonable price.  I'll continue to use Mauldin Plumbing and recommend them to friends.

Had issue with a shower not being able to shut of completely, called Hill Country Plumbing, made an appointment, thecame out, changed a part that they already had on with them on the truck, were on their way in less than an hour. Paid my bill over the phone simple easy and efficient - all handled very professionally and reasonable priced. Will use them for my next plumbing needs. Thanks for running a great company.

These guys are the very best hands down. Dave has been at it many,many years. Hardworking and dedicated to getting the job done right. Has saved me from unscrupulous plumbers who have downright lied just to get more money. Seriously call if you want the real deal.

David was great and very friendly. He got the job done quickly and kept us informed with what he was doing the entire time. Will likely use them in the future!

Pablo might actually be a genius. He fixed a problem that stumped the other plumbers that came out. The odor in our shower was coming from inside the shower frame. (We needed to seal where we had missing screws.) He was professional, so kind and very thorough. You are will not go wrong with hiring Bee.

We had a slow leak that became a pretty bad leak in the bath/shower handle in our downstairs guest bath. Legacy Plumbing was there that afternoon and not only did Adam and Kelly fix the problem we had, they went above and beyond for service, handling the issue and parts needed, and explaining every step. It was a bigger problem after my husband tried to fix it himself (we learned) and their expertise & professionalism was appreciated with the irritating process of the forever list that is home issues, especially the trust of someone servicing inside your home. We hope to not have more plumbing problems soon but we will call them before trying anything in the future due to Kelly letting us know he will be happy to walk my husband through fixing anything next time on the phone or by FaceTime! They asked for my vacuum and left the site they worked on clean as well, so again I can't say enough above and beyond what plumbing service calls for. The trust is there for cost and getting the job done well, I appreciate their work and I highly recommend!

Called for a quote for a 2 way clean out to be installed for main drain line to city sewer for the It's 29 dollars  any respectable plumber could quote this or at least provide a range.  Will not use. Do not recommend.

Before I called O'Bryan Plumbing I called Plano city water.They were able to tell me if I had a water leak or not and if it was inside or outside
by looking at my water usage hx .They said I did not have a water leak inside for sure but my usage of outside water usage was very high which was probably due to my settings on the irrigation .when I checked, it showed it was set to go off  3 x a week at 4 am.we thought it was turned off .When O'Bryan Plumbing came and checked for leaks inside and outside, not knowing there was not a leak inside and only a small possibility  of one outside, returned with a verdict that there was not one
inside but on the outside a valve needed to bed replaced. Just 2 days before I had a different Plumbing co. tell me there was a99.9 % chance
there was a leak in the house under the slab and wanted to do an expensive test which of coarse I declined(this company has the word
Green in their name). Just to say there are dishonest companies out there too. O'Bryan company are very Honest but not cheap.The crew
are very professional.

I found a leak in my slab foundation. I went on Yelp on Saturday morning. That evening Tyler came to my house and verified the leak with sensors  and turning on and off the water heater. Once leak was found we discussed solutions. Tyler gave me 3 options. My wife and I discussed the possible solutions and decided to reroute the line through the attic. Oscar and his apprentice came on Wednesday. They were prompt and explained everything they were going to do. They worked tirelessly to fix the problem. When finished they cleaned up nicely. These guys are real professionals. I highly recommend this company.  Of course there is a cost for this type of work. I believe I got the best value for my money. There is a 2 year warranty with the finished work.

Great job installing our new shower pan - we are very happy with the result.

Our hot water heater died last night and we called Pure Plumbing since they are one of the few places open after hours. Jacob picked up right away and was at our house within a couple hours. He was friendly, helpful, not sales-y, not rushed, and explained everything to us well. He was even available to replace our water heater the same night (late!) but we had him come this morning. He was reliable and did a great job. We will definitely be recommending this company to our friends!

Best plumbing experience I've ever had.
Water heater was making unusual noises and it was getting worse so I figured I better take care of it and called Schrader Plumbing as I like to support local business.
They're less than 3 miles from me so I called and an outstanding plumber Austin came out on a Saturday no less and replaced my old one with a great suggestion for my other problem of long time to get hot water in the kitchen so he added a small pump and now it's perfect!
He explained everything about what he did and I really appreciate that.
I have some more projects coming up and I will specifically ask for Austin at Schrader Plumbing.

Thought this company was ethical, but after two leak detection test performed by Accurate Leak and forwarding me an estimate of several thousands of dollars to repair these non-detectible leaks by Leaks, LLC (recommended leak detection firm by #Riddellplumbing, and Leaks LLC only does leak detection, not repair), I'm finding out that there are no leaks in my fresh water plumbing!!  Thinking about reporting to Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners.  

Also, when I asked for a report of where the leaks were form Accurate, the owner responded that they locate the leaks when they do the repair.  Hence, no other plumber can quote the job and a home warranty company won't be able to cover the expense since the diagnostic is not specific.  

Again, when i initially spoke to the owners, I thought they were on the up and up.  But a several thousand dollar estimate to fix a problem that apparently does not exist - go elsewhere.

Highly recommend Leaks LLC.

Cost us thousands after they used a camera and misdiagnosed the area of the leak to be under our dining room  and jack hammered the entire floor and dug it all up before discovering there were NO pipes. Forced us to pay them to repair the floor or they would leave it like it was. They were fined by the State of Texas but we never saw any of that money. Didn't get a permit from the city before the work either.

Another company found the leak just along the edge of the house (Outside) where they said is the first place a plumber should look.

This happened years ago, but I was horrified to see they were still out there when I googled for a plumber. They have NEVER attempted to make restitution.

We called them because our bathtub leaked. They were very professional and actually gave us tips in our free estimate for how to do the work on our own for much less than their estimate! They have integrity and honesty - qualities that are rare to find these days.

Replaced drain stack inside wall. They cut out sheetrock to gain access to the cast iron pipe. We are responsible for the sheetrock repairs.
They provided pictures of the process which was great.
My only complaint is they left the sheet rock they cut out behind and did not clean up very well. I had to clean up after them.

I want to thank Jason and his team for his services this past 4th of July.  Him and his team made an emergency appointment at a very reasonable rate on a Holiday.

They were very professional and had my issue fixed within an hour.  We would highly recommend them for their services.  Thanks again!
