These people had us waiting days then didn't show up. No call. I appreciate if people are busy. That said, they should have the decency to just say that. We called another plumber anyway. If they'd just communicated I wouldn't be so angry. Four nights in a hotel add up!

I have used Mauldin Plumbing twice with excellent service both times.  Once was a broken main water line in the front yard and most recently a piece of cloth accidentally went down a toilet stopping up the drainage.  Our house is lower than the sewer main in the street so we must use a grinder pump that collects all the waste water from the house and pumps it up to the sewer main.  If anything like a toy or piece of cloth gets in the pump it stops working essentially forcing you to stop using any water.  Troy and Nick responded in a timely manner and quickly protected the pump inlet from letting any foreign objects from going into the pump while using a specialized tool to explore and remove the cloth from the in-house sewer drains.  We were back in service quickly and at a very reasonable price.  I'll continue to use Mauldin Plumbing and recommend them to friends.

Had issue with a shower not being able to shut of completely, called Hill Country Plumbing, made an appointment, thecame out, changed a part that they already had on with them on the truck, were on their way in less than an hour. Paid my bill over the phone simple easy and efficient - all handled very professionally and reasonable priced. Will use them for my next plumbing needs. Thanks for running a great company.

These guys are the very best hands down. Dave has been at it many,many years. Hardworking and dedicated to getting the job done right. Has saved me from unscrupulous plumbers who have downright lied just to get more money. Seriously call if you want the real deal.

We knew we had a water leak but didn't know where it was. Curtis discovered the leak and fixed it quickly. First, he informed us of what repairs were needed, the cost, and the timeframe. We are very happy with the job he did and will be glad to work with Rooterman (and Curtis) next time we need a plumber.

I called Legacy Plumbing (and three other companies) on Thursday afternoon because I had a water leak. I had no idea where the leak was coming from. Legacy was the only company that could get someone out the next day. Canon and Brandon arrived at 9am Friday morning. They were appreciative that I was paying attention and asking questions as they looked for the origination of the leak. The leak was found in about 45 minutes. The job was completed by 1130!  Cutting walls and crawling around in the attic was required. They were very respectful of me and my home. Cleaned up beautifully when they were done. I loved the way the two of them worked together. I could genuinely tell that they both loved what they do and they enjoyed working with each other. I will 100% call them back again when the need arises.

What a professional business!  I went thru Yelp to see who might be available locally to help with a clogged drain.  Kaye, from Augerpros was the first to respond and they were able to come the next day.  I felt so comfortable after speaking with her that I knew I had called the right company.  Now, let me preface this by saying I had not been able to use my kitchen sink or the dishwasher for months as my husband always said he would take care of it (even rented a drain cleaner from Home Depot which didn't work either), so I just had to take matters in my own hands.  We are in an older home (luckily on pier & beam) with old cast iron pipes and my husband thought that tree roots may be the cause of the problem.  So, we really did not know what to expect.  They were going to come by, at NO charge, to take a look to see what needed to be done.  

I received a text that next morning from Kory from Augerpros notifying me he was on his way - it included a picture of him also which I thought was wonderful....and yes, we all wore masks for safety.  I showed him all the access points and approximately where we thought the clog was in the pipe.   His camera broke in the pipe, but he was able to see where it was and after giving me a quote and me accepting, his equipment took care of the issue.  Luckily didn't see tree roots, just gunk.  

I can't tell you how happy I was!  It was like Christmas morning for me!  First thing I did was a load of dishes :-).  It's been about 3 weeks now and things are still working great.  The cost was actually less than I thought it would be and even my husband was glad they came.  Oh why did I wait so long!

We may just replace the main cast iron pipe as this issue comes up at least annually, and they were able to provide a quote for that also.  Even if we don't do that, I now know who to call to fix it.  My husband is even thinking of some other areas that he would like them to check out, so we'll be calling them again real soon!

After a couple of bad experiences with plumbers, we are so grateful to have found Dan O'Bryan and O'Bryan Plumbing.  He listened to my description of the issues my 85-year-old father was having with the hot water pressure in his house, and he said he could have someone with experience dealing with hot water pressure problems at his house the following day--and he did!  Josh came out and fixed the hot water pressure, a problem we'd been dealing with for over 2 years, and he did NOT recommend that my father replace his water heater.  In fact, he told him his electric water heater was 10 years old, a high quality water heater, and that it would probably last several more years.  He also replaced the wax ring and repaired a broken flange on a leaking toilet.  He worked quickly, efficiently, and kept us informed about what he was doing, explaining the plumbing issues in terms that we could understand.  In addition, the cost of the repairs was quite reasonable.  I will definitely not only be using O'Bryan Plumbing myself in the future, but I will also be recommending them to my family and friends.

Great service from Rescue Air & Texas Green Plumbing! Brought them out to look over our 1950's cast iron pipes and discuss upgrades and they offered us a deal we couldn't refuse! Highly recommend having Tyler & Oscar come out on the front end. They worked with us with pricing, maintenance plans and worked with us on payment schedules so we didn't have to finance. They then completed EVERYTHING in 2 days!  They removed and replace 90% of pipes, installed 2 new toilets and installed a new water heater. They were on time and reliable! Glad we found them.

They are very responsive and have been able to help us either same or next day. We are grateful they wear masks when they come into our home. Love that they are very accessible via text and take checks and Venmo.

Daron was amazing! Actually the entire process was much easier than anticipated. We had an urgent need and I was SO pleasantly surprised that someone would be available within an hour. Then Daron arrived and quickly assessed the problem, gave us several options and explained everything in detail. He was thorough, professional, friendly and put us completely at ease with the whole process. He went above and beyond in several ways and has acquired us as Pure Plumbing customers for life!

I initially called in for a water leak and ended up getting more work done by them. Scheduling was a breeze and was able to get me in within a reasonable amount of time. Never pressured me for extra services and instead just advised me to eventually get it done. I got the extra things done right away by them because of their honesty. A job this massive had me very nervous. My home is 50 years old and the cameras showed clear deterioration in the old cast iron pipes. I called a number of companies. Most bids came in much higher. I found Accurate Leak & Line through a Google search.  Ratings were good. Called Chad and he was not the typical salesman making over the top promises and pitches. He comes out to assess the job and follows up with an email. Still no high pressure sales pitch. A few months go by, and still...no  hounding. Just one or two follow up emails. Finally, we have saved enough $$$ to get the job done. We schedule and they begin. In EACH STEP of this huge project,  the Accurate pros were on their game. I was seriously nervous. But they were on it. Even working under the house in the pouring rain.  They knocked it out in a matter of days and did a STELLAR  job. Highly recommended.

We were trying to sell our house and had to fix our foundation which caused a slab leak and our hot water heater to go out. Staggs Came in and got it fixed within a week and even gave us a discount for the labor on the hot water. They were super great and easy to work with the whole time. Local family operated business too.

This company is amazing.  Blue came out to my house on a Sunday, and not only did he not charge over-time rates like many companies do, he didn't even charge a service call fee!  He was very upfront and honest, and his prices are very reasonable.  He took the time to go over all of the options and possible scenarios with me, and he even suggested that I take the time to call other companies to get quotes before deciding to go with him.  He's a no pressure, straight-forward kind of guy.  This will be my go-to plumber from now on.

Our water heater was leaking pretty bad and it was already late in the evening and I was a bit frantic since my husband was at work. My husband sent me the information to call since he had seen that they responded at any time, 24/7. Jason answered right away and came straight to the house (even during a random and crazy thunderstorm). He was able to get everything solved that night and came back first thing in the morning to install a new water heater. He did all of the work and I didn't have to feel stressed about picking a water heater or worrying about other things. He took care of everything.

Very honest, professional, reliable, cares about customers and makes them the priority. I will definitely give this company a call if I need anything else!

We were really pleased with Dean's Plumbing! They were able to get us on the schedule for the next day and were easy to communicate with here on Yelp. I received a text when our plumber, Jet, was about 30 minutes out. He was polite and friendly, and he and his assistant both wore masks the whole time they were here, which I really appreciated. They were able to immediately replace our garbage disposal with supplies they had on hand. Also Jet has cool tattoos. :)

We hired The Leak Whisperers to install a gas line for a new pool heater and everything was great! Will definitely call them again for future needs.
