Best Plumbing Services in Texas
The service was fine but the blatant harassment for a review is why I deducted a star.

I have used Mauldin Plumbing twice with excellent service both times. Once was a broken main water line in the front yard and most recently a piece of cloth accidentally went down a toilet stopping up the drainage. Our house is lower than the sewer main in the street so we must use a grinder pump that collects all the waste water from the house and pumps it up to the sewer main. If anything like a toy or piece of cloth gets in the pump it stops working essentially forcing you to stop using any water. Troy and Nick responded in a timely manner and quickly protected the pump inlet from letting any foreign objects from going into the pump while using a specialized tool to explore and remove the cloth from the in-house sewer drains. We were back in service quickly and at a very reasonable price. I'll continue to use Mauldin Plumbing and recommend them to friends.

Great service from these guys. While they are busy and I had to schedule a few weeks out, it was easy to do and it was worth the wait. I got a reminder call a day before the appointment and another from the technicians before they headed my way - on time. Collin and Cade were helpful and professional; they fixed one problem and advised me on another that I thought I had but didn't. They saved me time and money and took care of business efficiently. We will definitely use this company again.

These guys are the very best hands down. Dave has been at it many, many years. Hardworking and dedicated to getting the job done right. Has saved me from unscrupulous plumbers who have downright lied just to get more money. Seriously call if you want the real deal.

Eddie and Warren did really good work at my house to fix a problem with the kitchen sink. It took some time-consuming line flushing, but they didn't give up and kept going so that we could back to our kitchen work. They taught me something I could do to help maintain the line and prevent future blockages. They also took the time to give me an estimate for work that might be covered under my home warranty (i.e., that they might not get the business for). Thanks Rooter-Man!

Saved my home from some serious damage! I had a major leak that was making a disaster out of my bathroom. It has been going over night and I had no idea so I woke up to a complete nightmare.
I called Bee and had someone out at my place within an hour. I couldn't have been happier because that saved us some serious money in what could have been water damaged. Thank you!

We just had Tony come out to clear our lines and he was early, the girl that called ahead of time was so kind, and pricing was fair! This was our first time using a plumber in the area and my husband and I will definitely be using Legacy Plumbing again.

Super friendly and helpful. They did not do work for me, but referred me to another plumber and I thought that was cool

I had O'Bryan put in two hot water heaters at mi casa. Their bid was the lowest and they did a great job. The plumbers were courteous and professional and on time for the installation. When I called Mr. O'Bryan after hours over a problem (turned out it wasn't) he called back at 9:00pm and promised to have someone out at 8 the next morning and they showed up on time.

Don't be fooled by the reviews here like I was, working with Rescue Air has been awful. Three times we've called on them for repairs to our HVAC system, and all three times they've not only failed to fix the issues they were contracted to do, they've caused several others. Simply put, their workmanship is rushed and is shoddy and their pricing is significantly higher than other companies who do the same thing. I'm willing to pay a premium for good service and products, but paying outrageous prices for bad workmanship and a worse experience is one mistake I will not be making again. If you have the choice to work with any other company, do it.

Earlier this year we had issues with our furnace going out. A repair technician came out to fix it, but it continued going out after he had left. A second company came out to asses it and realized that they had simply not put the door back on properly which was causing the issue. Simple solution, but overlooked by Rescue Air.
More recently, we called them to perform annual maintenance on our AC units which are admittedly old. They assured us that their repairs would make our system work better but couldn't guarantee for how long. It turned out to be less than 8 hours. That night, our motor died causing our house to get up to 80 degrees inside. Seems odd that a technician comes out to make repairs and then everything falls apart, right? Highly suspicious timing.
They then sent out a second technician to reassess the damage. For $4,000 they could fix it again but wouldn't guarantee a timeline. At a minimum they recommended blowing out the pans so they wouldn't overflow and cause even more issues. I came home to find that they had blown the pans out with such force that it destroyed the pipes in the secondary drain which happens to be in my kid's bathroom. Now we're hiring a plumber to fix the damage they caused.
The problem with Rescue Air is that it's all a facade. They have a great website, great marketing, they're high tech, and the people seem nice. But at the end of the day their workmanship is poor and the experience of working with them has been abysmal. Don't be like me and fall for the good reviews that they demand of their customers, save yourself the money and the headaches and find another vendor who will give you the care you deserve and pricing that won't hurt your pocketbook.
TLDR: Their reviews are great, but don't be fooled by the good marketing. They're expensive, their workmanship is shoddy, and the overall experience is not good.

Our experience with Pure Plumbing has been exceptional. Their frontline customer care representative, Destiny, is professional, polite, and helpful. Our service reps, Chase B. and Uriel A. were impressive with their knowledge, honesty, and courteous respect for our time. We highly recommend this company to solve your plumbing needs!

Had a clogged toilet and shower in the master bath as well as a slow draining tub in the spare bathroom. I called Schrader and they had a technician at my home within 1 hour. (I called first thing when they opened)
The tech was friendly, helpful, tidy, and fixed everything in less than an hour. I was very happy with the service. Two thumbs up!

This company is AWESOME! I called on a Sunday (of a holiday weekend), and my call was returned within 5 minutes of my message being left. They were out the next morning (MLK day) to check my backed up lines. It turned out to be a city problem, so Accurate didn't even charge me for the visit! ROCK! Best customer service EVER! I'm very pleased!

Needed a new hot water heater and I'm very happy that I chose Staggs. They gave me a fair price, came out when they said they would and on time, and completed the job quickly. I also had a clogged bathroom sink which they also fixed for me. I would recommend them to anyone and will be going to them again for any of my future plumbing needs.
Thanks Jeff!

As a life-long DIY guy I seriously considered replacing and moving my own water heater; my now very bad back and the Dallas Code requirement for a permit (meaning a licensed plumber) said NO!
My lowboy water heater, located under the stairs to the garage, wasn't supplying enough hot water for two morning showers. To increase capacity required a move 6 feet to the other side of the plumbing wall and into the garage.
I purchased a Rheem Platinum 50 gallon from HomeDepot and thought I'd use their plumbing service, advertised at $298 for installation. A total non-starter! Only the most basic replacement job of a same-size heater in the same location using the existing plumbing is possible for that price. Everything else is extra cost at same-day emergency rates.
Not being in an emergency I took my time. Professor Plumb I found through their excellent Yelp reviews. Other plumbers I sourced through Home Advisor and similar sites. This part was disappointing experience in that pricing varied wildly, and as a group, they were either ignorant of the Dallas Plumbing Code (I've read it) or were being deliberately misleading to run up my bill.
Professor Plumb was great right from the start. Clearly they've read the plumbing code and I was comfortable that they were straightforward, honest people. Blue spoke with me on the phone and organized my job. His partner Brian actually did the work. Both were knowledgeable, polite and transparent about their pricing.
Professor Plumb charged a standard, all-inclusive fee of $648 for my water heater installation. Quotes from others were as high as $1,200.
The work was done efficiently, properly and was completed at a fair price by Professor Plumb. I will certainly be using them again. And I recommend them to you.
BTW, after engaging them to do the job I found that I could have purchased the same Rheem heater through them instead of HomeDepot and at exactly the same price. Now that I know them that's exactly what I would do.

Showed up on time and fixed the problem. Fixed other issues I didn't know I had. Good and honest worker.

I was getting a rental ready for tenants and had a tiny gas leak in the water heater. Dean's Plumbing came out, evaluated the situation, and identified that the existing water heater was rusting inside and causing the sinks to also clog due to the pieces of metal. We ended up buying a new water heater. We felt it was a fair price, and the workmanship was incredible. I feel more comfortable now knowing there is a solid water heater installed. I now have a sewer issue and will be calling Dean's to repair that given the work they did with the water heater.

To clarify, Tracy Morgan called in the request for us. She paid the $225, had one unsuccessful visit and could not receive any communication afterward despite multiple calls. We have gotten the work done with another contractor.
