Best Plumbing Services in Texas

Diamond Plumbing has helped me out through a wide range of services including hydrostatic pressure tests to check pipes; repairing leaks and running toilets; and most recently, to repair a water heater to fix low hot-water pressure issues. Below are some points if you're considering them based on my experience.

PRO1: The office staff has always been kind, professional, and responsive to me. Yes, sometimes they are really busy and I'll get the voicemail, (esp. after the Extreme Winter Weather we recently experienced with many having pipe issues), but someone ALWAYS gets back to me... that's not the case with all businesses.

PRO2: They send a text when technicians are on their way with a picture of who's coming as well as a tracker. I also have an opportunity to rate my experience afterward conveniently through text.

PRO3: They offer Military Discounts. I admire this and can't thank businesses enough who decide to honor Veterans in this way. It speaks volumes about the values of a company. May they thrive 100 times more!

CON: They are not open after-hours including weekends. This can be an issue during an emergency, but I also respect that they have dedicated off days and rest for themselves and their employees. It's just something I have to consider when I have a need that requires after-hours.

In conclusion, they are my go-to during normal business hours; I've been serviced by Diamond Plumbing about 8 times now and I'm still a very happy customer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Diamond Plumbing.

I have used Mauldin Plumbing twice with excellent service both times.  Once was a broken main water line in the front yard and most recently a piece of cloth accidentally went down a toilet stopping up the drainage.  Our house is lower than the sewer main in the street so we must use a grinder pump that collects all the waste water from the house and pumps it up to the sewer main.  If anything like a toy or piece of cloth gets in the pump it stops working essentially forcing you to stop using any water.  Troy and Nick responded in a timely manner and quickly protected the pump inlet from letting any foreign objects from going into the pump while using a specialized tool to explore and remove the cloth from the in-house sewer drains.  We were back in service quickly and at a very reasonable price.  I'll continue to use Mauldin Plumbing and recommend them to friends.

Collie was my service rep and he is great. He helped troubleshoot our water heater problems and even guided us through warranty coverage. They were also there to help us through the lake floods last fall. Highly recommend them.

These guys are the very best hands down. Dave has been at it many,many years. Hardworking and dedicated to getting the job done right. Has saved me from unscrupulous plumbers who have downright lied just to get more money. Seriously call if you want the real deal.

Rooter-Man has serviced multiple clogged drains for me and they are always fast and fairly priced. Nick was just here today and was professional and super fast. Don't waste your time calling anyone else. These guys are the best.

Came home from dinner to find the carpet in my master bedroom soaking wet. After calling several plumbers trying to find one with 24-hour service, I reached Pablo. Even though he doesn't do 24-hr, he felt bad for the situation I was in and came over.
Arrived when he said he would, very professional, knows his stuff, and very easy to get along with.
All around a great experience for a bad situation.

Took care of the problem, was very helpful in explaining what was going on. My issue is with the davt they talk about the upfront honesty. They give you an estimate over the phone...cool. When he got there he reviewed my issues and gave me a new / reconfirmed estimate which I acknowledged  and signed. Then at the very end when giving me the bill he added in another $100 service that was never discussed that he said he ran into.  No heads up, no revised estimate etc. If the service is built and spends so much time on trust, why would you pull that?

Dustin and Logan were great, professional.  They helped me re-route a pipe and took the time and double checked everything.

Came promptly and resolved my issues. Very professional as well. Definitely recommended.

Blake is an exceptional Rescue Air technician, representing the company with reliability, professionalism, knowledge & skill, all with a friendly upbeat serving attitude. We have used Rescue Air the entire time we've lived in Dallas and our experience with them has been top notch. From HVAC installation, emergency repair, to their maintenance program, we see that Rescue Air is a customer service driven company. Any problems have been addressed immediately and personally at every level. The employees also express happiness with their employer and enjoy a supportive family-like working environment. Matt's amazing responsiveness helped make our very nerve-racking burst pipe situation as bearable as could be.  In ten years of living in Uptown Dallas, we have never found a plumber we liked-- until now.  Matt's company had great communication-- even during the 2021freeze of the century when most plumbers didn't even return calls. They were reliable, and priced right.  He sent out Dalton, who was a pleasure to have in our home and was super quick and efficient.  We have finally found the best plumbing company ever!

Daron was amazing! Actually the entire process was much easier than anticipated. We had an urgent need and I was SO pleasantly surprised that someone would be available within an hour. Then Daron arrived and quickly assessed the problem, gave us several options and explained everything in detail. He was thorough, professional, friendly and put us completely at ease with the whole process. He went above and beyond in several ways and has acquired us as Pure Plumbing customers for life!

They did a major repair under the house. Don Farley coordinated the process. Very communicative about scheduling and what was being done. The estimate was spot on. 4 days from start to finish and you can barely tell they were under the house. Don was awesome from start to finish. I got a full spread of pics to show the damage and repairs.

Accurate Leak & Line has such a great team!  We had a busted pipe in our front yard and they were so professional over the phone as well as in person. Their pricing is very reasonable. Each person we talked to over the phone was understanding of our issue and you can tell they want to help. If you need an honest, efficient, quality and fair plumber, call prof plumb.  I am in the home improvement industry, and rarely will recommend service guys.. Prof plumb is worth it.  Has handled many odd ball plumbing jobs at our home in north Allen.

Appreciate Jason for coming out and fixing my master bathroom shower issue. He was prompt, honest and professional. Everything you would want during a time where things could have been chaotic.

We had water running across out sidewalk.  We had a huge amount of water leaking from somewhere under my house / yard.  I called The Leak Whisperers in the morning and they dispatched a tech to our house that afternoon.  The tech did some research and located the leak in our front yard.  Within two hours, he had a hole dug up, pipes fixed and yard put back together.  I couldn't be more satisfied with the service they provided.  Big A+
