From the moment I called them to having someone come out, was an amazing experience. Rocky S. came out to give us a quote on a prv. He was quick, personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

I have used Mauldin Plumbing twice with excellent service both times.  Once was a broken main water line in the front yard and most recently a piece of cloth accidentally went down a toilet stopping up the drainage.  Our house is lower than the sewer main in the street so we must use a grinder pump that collects all the waste water from the house and pumps it up to the sewer main.  If anything like a toy or piece of cloth gets in the pump it stops working essentially forcing you to stop using any water.  Troy and Nick responded in a timely manner and quickly protected the pump inlet from letting any foreign objects from going into the pump while using a specialized tool to explore and remove the cloth from the in-house sewer drains.  We were back in service quickly and at a very reasonable price.  I'll continue to use Mauldin Plumbing and recommend them to friends.

Collie was my service rep and he is great. He helped troubleshoot our water heater problems and even guided us through warranty coverage. They were also there to help us through the lake floods last fall. Highly recommend them.

These guys are the very best hands down. Dave has been at it many,many years. Hardworking and dedicated to getting the job done right. Has saved me from unscrupulous plumbers who have downright lied just to get more money. Seriously call if you want the real deal.

Although slightly over priced for the work, I have to give them 5 stars. Jason, our tech, came out and took care of our sink install job with ease. Also caught a leak and electrical issue with our current disposal. Probably saved us from a fire! Very satisfied with the work. This after our terrible experience with ARS/Home Depot's contractors. Our water heater was 11 years old, so I did some research and reached out to a few plumbers.

One quote was $200 more than Bee Prestigious for the exact same work (same heater, drain pan, City of Richardson inspection).

Another plumber quoted the same price but said he didn't like to involve the city for their required inspection.

Pablo did a great job, set it up to code, and even helped with a quick shower issue free of charge. I can see why he has so many great reviews and is in demand. Will definitely use him for future plumbing needs.

Luis and Evan came to my home and kindly put on shoe covers as they entered. I showed them the work I needed done today and the supplies I purchased. Before starting the job, they showed me the correct price quote that I was quoted over the phone when I made the appointment. They began work quickly. Throughout the job, they communicated effectively with me and showed me potential roadblocks that may increase the price of the job. They provided me with several options on how to move forward and discussed in laymen's terms the issues that may arise. I truly appreciate their communication with me throughout the job. I felt comfortable and I trusted their expertise. Luis is a true problem solver. He discovered my showerhead was faulty and replacing it, instead of going another route could ultimately fix my problem. At the end of the visit, he went over all of the work that was completed. I signed and received an email copy of my receipt. Luis saved me money today. He also provided me with the expected expenditure, if I wanted to do more work in the future for this bathroom. I truly appreciate his honesty and professionalism, a rare qualities in the service industry. I also like that this company sends two men for a job. This saves on time and money. Luis and Evan were both very friendly and have awesome customer service! I have worked with other residential plumbing companies in the past and I can say that BY FAR, this company EXCEEDS the rest! Luis provided me with his personal business card (which on the back gives me $25 off my next repair for a minimum purchase of $100). He also said I could email or text him with questions or upcoming home plumbing repairs. I have found a plumbing company for LIFE! This was the BEST experience I've had! I requested an estimate via yelp, and Jerry messaged me back almost immediately. We set up a time for the next morning, and I received text confirmations of the appt and when Mauricio was headed over.

They were early to our appt, professional, clearly knowledgeable, and fixed our toilet in under an hour. The work seemed a little pricey at first, but worth the money to know that our toilet will stay in place correctly for years vs an easy patch job done previously by another company. AugerPros also warranties the work for a year. Very satisfied with the service.

This is a long delayed review, but we've used O'Bryan twice now for very different issues and both times we were really pleased with the service.  For one, they are genuine and honest.  I put a lot of credence in that because for home repair work, you are often at the mercy of the expert.  Second, they do good work, which is important for the obvious reasons.

First time we had them come, we had a sudden and major issue with tree roots in the plumbing pipes.  The break was under the house's foundation, so they needed to tunnel under to get to it.  To make matters worse, turned out our house sits on large amounts of solid rock, which meant they had to literally jackhammer the tunnel pretty far under.  I found the whole process pretty terrifying, but also impressive.  They fixed the pipe, installed new toilets and repairs some drains in the tubs.  All done quickly and with care.  Without getting into the details of it, the ordeal leading up to needing the repair was incredibly stressful, and O'Bryan's team seemed to genuinely want to help.

Second time was about a year later - suddenly weren't getting any hot water.  Turned out the heater was leaking into itself and needed to be replaced (which at 15 years seemed about right).  They were able to come the next day and install the new one.  Very easy and fairly priced.

Had an AC company come out last year and charge my wife a ridiculous fee to put a temporary fix on it. Didn't even check the outside unit.

Was very happy with Chase who pinpointed the real problem and made the fix for 1/8 the the cost of this other place.

I wish I could write a better review, but I can't.  He was very prompt in getting me scheduled and sent his son out the next day.

I had broken the stopper to my master bath and in my lack of knowledge for replacing it, I created a leak between the pipe and the basin of the sink.

I had explained all of this and more to Matt before the appointment, but it seems there was no communication between Matt and his son.  The son hooked everything back up and left.  Water was all under my sink when I got home from work and my wife just said he told her he had left to get a part.  

I saw I had a voicemail for Matt and called him back.  He stated he didn't know what had happened and would give us a call in the morning to schedule an appointment that day or the next.  I explained to him again what the issue was and told him I looked forward to hearing from him.  I got off the phone and took pictures and sent them to him while explaining the issue for a third time and told him our availability.  I haven't heard from him since and ended up calling someone else to fix my handiwork.

Amazing professionalism, responsiveness, and customer service from Uriel and the folks at Pure Plumbing. Saturday morning free flow leak from an old hose bib that rusted through so bad you could see daylight through the holes once it was dug out. Uriel made it out within an hour or so of our call, immediately dug out the area around the leak to find it and see if patch or repair was possible. He crawled under our 100 year old pier and beam home to assess the situation (I followed) and he found that getting to the pipe would require hand digging trenches under multiple beams to make room to belly crawl to the target. He did all this work to make sure the quote for the work would be accurate, and I am glad he did. We agreed on the scope of work and price, he showed up on time the next morning, knocked out the work (and even replaced the dug out hole from the old hose bib). Unprompted, he told me that his shop was short on pipe insulation so he would have to return the next day to finish insulating the pipe. I never would have known. He returned as promised, then sent me pictures of the fully insulated pipe. He was courteous and incredibly friendly despite having to spend Saturday night crawling through mud and spider webs in 100 degree heat. Highly recommend this company and Uriel, in particular.

Not happy with the service.  I, Steve V.,  had a kitchen/ laundry sewer drain clog, and called Schrader Plumbing to come out a fix it.  The guys showed up and went to work and in about a half hour +/-,  they stated they couldn't fix it because a previous repair was not done correctly. They took the payment and left. about 30-45 min. $300. (came down $100 since they couldn't repair the clog)       Some months later I called another local plumbing company (N.H.P.) to review the issue with my drain.  they were aggressive and comprehensive in their trouble shooting. And was able to get in, work and clean  out the blockage.   and they cost less ($250) than the Schrader team and done far more work.

Great team that did great work from the initial estimate to completed job.  Broken pipes in an older home.  Accurate came out, did video inspection, gave bid for tunneling or abatement and explained the benefits of both.  We went with new pipes outside the house.  Next closest bid was $6,000 more. From turning the first shovel of dirt, to install, inspection, punch list, and driveway and yard restoration they were prompt and professional.  Should we ever need another plumber Accurate gets our business.

This is my new go to plumbing company.  Had water line break on a Friday and new system installed and up and running Monday.  They showed up quick on Friday when I called and assessed the issue and had a plan of action.  Great people, reasonable prices and did everything promised.  I highly recommend this fine company!

Great job not only did he arrive when he promised he completed the  job on schedule and at the quoted price - another plumber gave us a quote that was double the price that Professor Plumb gave us - he was very professional will use him again and and added bonus -he is a Veteran

Jason is great and I highly recommend him.  Professional, communicates well, fair pricing, and knowledgeable.

He helped us in a plumbing emergency after hours on a Friday evening and then charged fair price and did not gouge us.

This is the second time using Dean's service and have been very pleased both times. They sent the same plumbing technician which was a plus because not only does he do great work, he makes sure you know what coverages are included, and he is very kind and has a great personality.  They installed a new kitchen faucet, reinstalled a half bathroom sink and toilet that were removed during restoration resulting from the February winter ice storm. I would definitely recommend this company to others.  And, like all plumbing companies,  the work can be costly but it is reasonable.

I tried to DIY a broken spigot during the freeze and snapped off the pipe inside my exterior wall - on Christmas Eve. So needless to say, I was in a really tough spot. I tried calling about ten plumbers, obviously everyone was slammed or taking time off. A few companies said they'd get back to me but ultimately left me hanging for a few days. I called up the leak whisperers and they had a guy over in 90 minutes. Jerome was super professional and was able to get the pipe capped and water turned back on fairly quickly.  Will definitely use them moving forward - they saved Christmas
