From the moment I called them to having someone come out, was an amazing experience. Rocky S. came out to give us a quote on a prv. He was quick, personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

I have used Mauldin Plumbing twice with excellent service both times.  Once was a broken main water line in the front yard and most recently a piece of cloth accidentally went down a toilet stopping up the drainage.  Our house is lower than the sewer main in the street so we must use a grinder pump that collects all the waste water from the house and pumps it up to the sewer main.  If anything like a toy or piece of cloth gets in the pump it stops working essentially forcing you to stop using any water.  Troy and Nick responded in a timely manner and quickly protected the pump inlet from letting any foreign objects from going into the pump while using a specialized tool to explore and remove the cloth from the in-house sewer drains.  We were back in service quickly and at a very reasonable price.  I'll continue to use Mauldin Plumbing and recommend them to friends.

Why haven't I reviewed these folks yet? Seriously had the best service last year with Colie putting in a Loop. He was hard working, fast, efficient and not painful on the checkbook! I will use these guys every time!

These guys are the very best hands down. Dave has been at it many,many years. Hardworking and dedicated to getting the job done right. Has saved me from unscrupulous plumbers who have downright lied just to get more money. Seriously call if you want the real deal.

I had a water leak issue at my house that resulted in a major water loss damage. We initially had called in a plumber who incorrectly concluded that it was a leak coming from the bathroom cabinet. We left the dry walls opened to test and confirm the theory. However, after 3 months of waiting and checking, we sealed the walls back. Unfortunately the leak showed up again and that's when we contacted David. David and Eddie showed up and worked for a few hours to isolate and identify the leak. The successfully traced it to a supply line and found a hole punctured by nail in the drywall. Apparently this leak has existed since the house was built. I was very impressed by David, Eddie and Tad's professionalism in tackling the issue. The replaced the leaking line and checked the pressure again to verify. I am thankful to them and highly recommend them. I will surely hire them again when needed.
In the meanwhile I will keep the walls open to ensure that there are no more leaks.

Had Juan Pablo back at house. Two problematic drains. Cleared shower drain that had hair and calcium from sandstone buildup that I would have never known. Resolved another drain and put in steps to make easier to fix in the future. ALWAYS RECOMMEND Juan Pablo and his service.

Legacy Plumbing saved my marriage

Well, maybe not saved - as it wasn't really in jeopardy - but I sure got your attention! if anything, they definitely put me in my wife's good graces!

We have a new-ish home (1+ years old), and a variety of plumbing problems sprung up in rapid succession.

I tried researching how to fix the garbage disposal, but had nightmares of getting it apart and then not being able to put it back together. I tried fixing the toilet myself, even purchased one of those water saving devices (well, its leaking now); etc etc

Found these guys on Yelp, and the woman who answered was so helpful - quoting us over the phone for typical prices for their work. They are local and have an awesome focus on helping others (they helped build / donate to the park in Frisco), and every year they choose a volunteer opportunity to donate to.

We got a discount on it being our first call to them, the gentleman who came out called and asked very politely if it would be OK to come by early (who ever gets a service person our early!?) He was efficient, knowledgeable, clean, and overall very easy to work with. Didnt charge me to tighten the nut on the garbage disposal! and I felt the fees for the other work were fair.

I paid my bill on their iPad, had the invoice emailed to me, and I wish that every company I ever have to hire was as easy as this group was to work with!

Will definitely recommend to my neighbors, and will call them again (but hoping I don't have to!)

Guys did good by me.  They adjusted their arrival time to help my schedule and then completed the work quickly and apparently well.  Seemed to be in line with other plumbers on fee also.

Water was leaking from under our toilet. We called them and they were very pleasant on the phone and when the technician showed up. Grateful they made the extra effort to show up that same evening and he fixed the seal under the toilet and even helped us some on the price. Over all and very honest and pleasant experience- Thanks!

Nerio from Rescue Air Heating and Cooling came out twice in two days. The second time from about 10:30-11:30pm. He was very thorough and explained things well. He took his time to do a thorough job, even though it was so late.

He will answer at any time and is willing to give very good advice over the phone if he is already on a job. It's very hard to find a plumbing company that will do both of those things. And even harder to find someone who's honest about their prices and service time. I would definitely recommend him if you have a need for a plumber.

We had them come to a property we had listed to perform a trenchless drain repair.  From start to finish Josh was professional, informative and patient.  We plan on using and referring Josh and his company for years to come, as trusted service providers are hard to come by.

Perfect.  New Delta Artic Stainless kitchen faucet & Cadillac of garbage disposals, Insinkerator 3/4 HP.  Randy took my call, and had his guys out Junior on a Friday afternoon.  They called and said we are on the way.  They did the faucet and disposal (and new soap dispenser) in about an hour.  They checked the lines, tubing and copper.  Decent price, nice guys, and quick and clean.  Randy must run a good business.  Easy pay right on a tablet.  This is how home services are supposed to work.

I had a leak at my water meter. The city of Dallas dragged their feet to come look at it. Once they finally did it was determined that it was on my side. Of course they came on a Saturday and made the leak worse than it was. I had to scramble to find a plumber to fix the leak because I was heading out of town on Sunday. Professor Plumb saved the day. He was great. Showed up on time on A Sunday! Gave me my quote right when he arrived and was done within a couple of hours. I was able to leave for my trip on time. So grateful!

Jason was amazing! Hasn't even left my driveway and I'm leaving a review. Came on short notice to diagnose and discover the issue with why I wasn't getting cold water through the washer valve making doing laundry a hassle. Fixed it quickly and also fixed my running toilet that cost me so much in water bills since I moved in! Reasonable prices for parts and labor and has CC convenience.  Will be my go to from now on as a new home owner. He is very busy for a reason!  Thank you Jason!

Awesome experience. It was an emergency so they made it a priority to come after hours on a Friday. Guys were super friendly and found the leak in the first 10 mins .... In and out in 30. Highly recommended!!!!
