I hardly leave bad reviews on here, but I feel it's necessary given my experience with this company. I feel that this company was trying to take advantage of me due to the fact that I'm ignorant when it comes to plumbing as most of us are. I originally had them come out to do a static test to see if I had any leaks due to a recent crack I found in my tile flooring. The Static test was performed and was determined that I had a small leak. Costing 275$ and it would be another $275 to determine where exactly the leak was coming from. I decided to not go down that rabbit hole. I did however have a another issue with my master bath and wanted to get an estimate on how much it would cost to fix my leaky shower head. I was told by their technician Clayton that the entire fixture would have to be replaced, and they would have to cut into the sheet rock behind the shower to replace it which would cost me 1,200$ this would not include to fixing the wall. I'm no expert here but it seemed kinda overkill for a leaking shower head. Anyways..I got a second opinion the following day from Pure plumbing who fixed my leaky shower head by replacing a part on my fixture for 300$ This company was clearly out to make a buck!

I can't give a review of service because my call was never returned. Based on other reviews, I tried a second time thinking maybe I my call was overlooked, still no much as a courtesy call. I used another plumber and received excellent service. My 5 star review will go to him.

Highly recommend Legit Plumbing. I had an unusual problem with my toilet, and Sam had to do a lot of research to come up with a solution that worked. I think his pricing is fair, and they did an excellent job. Happy to call him if I need any more plumbing work done.

Our kitchen and garage sinks clogged yesterday afternoon. I texted Stellar Plumbing immediately and was told they could definitely take care of the problem and to call in the morning. I did and less than an hour after my call I had someone here to take care of the problem. They were professional, kind, and fast. I felt comfortable having them in my home. Pricing was VERY reasonable and work was completed perfectly. I would highly recommend!

Sadly we had two leaks this year and Greenwave helped with both of them (totally unrelated to each other). I wrote a review back in May highly recommending them and thought I wouldn't need another plumber for a while. Well I was wrong. At the end of October one of our two hot water heaters in the attic failed and caused nearly 100K in damage to our home. After almost two months, we are back in the house and Mike and Will came out today to remediate the problem with the water heaters since all of the structural work is finally completed.
I asked Mike to make a suggestion to me based on the problems we have had with the damned water heaters in the attic (not sure who ever thought that was a good idea). Mike suggested having a custom drain pan constructed so that he could put both hot water heaters, the recirculation pump and an alarm and shut off valve all together in this pan. The installation went great.
What sets these guys apart (besides being very competent plumbers) is that when he got the two water heaters up in the attic ready to hook up he realized that the supply house gave him one that is the most current version (more efficient) and the other was brand new but was last year's edition. He pointed that out to me (unlike one of the contractors that we sadly do our downstairs bathroom, who screwed everything up) and asked me what I wanted to do as he wanted my wife and I to be happy. I felt bad but I asked him to take the 2016 model back and get the new model as that was what I thought I was paying for. He sent Will to do the swap (the error was NOT his but the supply house) and when I was apologizing to him for being a pain in the ass he replied don't apologize.. we do this since we are the good guys. That pretty much sums up Greenwave Plumbing. You might pay a little more but trust me, you get what you pay for. If you live in Westlake like me, you have invested a ton of money in your home. If you need a plumber call Eddie and get one of the guys from Greenwave to come to your home, you will never call a different plumber again as these guys are truly the best I have ever encountered after nearly 30 years of home ownership.
Simply the best. Period.

I really like Webster Plumbing. They helped us when our light went on for our grinder pump.
Not only did the test our pump to determine it was fine, but they found a bracket broke off and caused it to fall on its side. To add to our issues the sewer pipe going out was clogged. They corrected everything.
I would highly recommend them. Hard working and fair prices.

A few days ago, I woke up to leaking hot water all over my floor in the morning. This company answered my call (I love that they are available 24 hours a day!), gave me a great quote, explained warranty options to me and didn't charge me extra for coming out late at night. They were very knowledgeable and polite, Not only that, the installer allowed me to watch the entire process so I could learn how to do it myself in the future. Lastly, he cleaned up the entire area after he was done with the installation procedure. If you are looking for qualified plumbers for replacing hot water heaters with professional courtesy and in a timely manner, these are your guys!

Great experience with Greg & Jeff (I think that's their names). I got a same day appointment and they showed up right on time. My problem took about 30 seconds to resolve. They didn't try to up sell me to make their trip more profitable. I highly recommend them these nice, professional, and punctual plumbers.

Jimmy was incredibly responsive, and after listening to what we wanted done, he told me he had the perfect guy. He was right. Chris came and worked incredibly hard. He was efficient with his time, patient with his assistant and myself, creative with his problem solving, and great vibe to be around. I felt he went above and beyond, and really listened to what we wanted to do. I will absolutely contact and hire him again for our next project!

Grayzer installed a Tesla wall charger/connector in my garage. To accomplish the task the electrical service needed upgrading and wire pulled through a large house from an outside panel. Flawless job. Could not be happier. Grayzer team arrived on time, whistled while they worked, completed on time, left the premises clean, and the final cost did not exceed their original estimate. First class operation from initial contact to completion. Thanks guys!

I called Darin about a small electrical issue and he was here within 45 minutes. Extremely knowledgable and professional. He assessed the situation, quickly confirmed the issue and ensured that everything was working within 10 minutes. He didn't even charge me! I will only be using Darin for electrical needs. Highly recommend!!

I needed an outlet installed under my sink quickly. Recently my garbage disposal died and I had to replace it. I found out my garbage disposal had a direct wiring. Russell responded quickly and was very friendly and professional. He completed the job in less then an hour. Highly recommend his service!

These guys are punctual, responsive, knowledgeable, personable, and went the extra mile when, through no fault of their own, I needed them to come out twice after the initial service to fix an issue that came up after they did a perfect job. Highly recommend.

Answering service said they didn't service area they show they have an office. Had to call and follow up myself to try to schedule service.
After successfully ci firming they did service my area (and allegedly have an office less than a mile from my house), they also confirmed they could perform the work I was requesting and would have a free service call to evaluate. They required a 4 hour service call window, so I did a a 2pm-6pm window. After taking off a half-day to accommodate, I finally got a call at 6:30pm. The plumber simply told me they did not offer the service I needed (installation of a studor vent because my older house did not have a p-trap or vent for the washing machine drain). He told me at that time that they do not offer the service and he could quote the price to remove the faulting running trap and install a new one. I informed him I was not certain I even had a running trap, to which he said I probably did. I asked that he still come out to assess the situation just so verify. He fumbled around and said he would have to call his supervisor. He called back 5 minutes later and said it would be $12,850 to replace the running trap (that he didn't even know if I had). I asked that he still come out to look at it, and he said it would be $499 just to run a camera. No thanks, obviously a company that doesn't care about customer or the work.
Got a local small business to come out that next day, ran a camera for $75 to confirm I DID NOT even have a running trap, and they installed a new washing machine box, p-trap, and studor vent for less than $500.
Obviously a company that has grown too big to provide good service - have a 3rd party answering service that doesn't even know their service area, and plumbers that will do anything they can to avoid adhering to the service calls when their day is running long.
