Accurate Leak and Line - MoPac, Austin Plumbing Service
Clayton was able to find source of my water leak (I live in an older neighborhood and my pipes were buried 4-5 feet (normally its around 2 feet), yet he still was able to find the leak within 45 minutes) for only $150 fee.
Another plumbing company wanted charge me an absurd $895 just to use their  Sonar equipment plus another $400 to blindly dig around my yard to find source of the leak.
So Highly Recommend Accurate Leak and Line for finding where your water leak is.

Repairs are also reasonably price, only feedback is I think they are really busy so suggest they hire more technicians so repairs can be done within couple days instead of having to wait a week plus.

Legit Plumbing and Drain Cleaning Plumbing Service
Highly recommend Legit Plumbing. I had an unusual problem with my toilet, and Sam had to do a lot of research to come up with a solution that worked. I think his pricing is fair, and they did an excellent job. Happy to call him if I need any more plumbing work done.

Be aware of this company, I contacted them to fix my water heater, from the beginning they only wanted to replace instead of trying to fix it, but I told them I wanted to fix the water heater not replace it. Their diagnosis was that I needed to replace the thermocouple. The person trying to fix it was watching youtube videos about how to replace it, they obviously did not know how to do it and this is suppose to be an easy replacement. The water heater was working, but after their failed attempt to fix it, it did not work at all. They made the problem worse and left us several days without hot water. Later they gave me a quote of over $2,000 just to replace the water heater, after asking them if that included the permits and inspection that everybody is required to get from the county, they told me that if I wanted the replacement done with permit and inspection it would be an additional $250.

Glenn was awesome!!!  We had a shower that wouldn't turn off on a property that we have in Spicewood and he worked me in at the last minute to help.  I didn't even have to be there and since it is a one hour drive for me, I was so relieved.  He ended up having to cap it off because the parts to fix it were not common.  I was thinking I would be in for a long repair process and have to search for the parts.  When Glenn called to keep me posted on the job, he had already called to find the parts!  They were expensive so he checked with me about options and we decided that was our best for the price so he ordered them for me and told me to pay when we got it fixed.  THEN, the same week, our air conditioner pan overflowed sending water down through a ceiling and walls onto a bedroom floor.  It was so maddening!!  Again, Glenn came right out and stopped the leaks until I could get the AC guys out there.  I can't compare his prices because I didn't get any estimates...but it was definitely worth what I paid considering the water would have cost so much more damage if it hadn't been stopped AND Glenn makes sure he does a thorough job and you can trust him to do it right.  I don't know how to put a price on trust...it's almost priceless but that is what you have with Glenn.

Mac was AWESOME! He fit me into his busy schedule and was super nice. I was in panic mode when my hot water heater suddenly stopped working. Mac was quick to make the repair, very professional, cleaned up like he'd never been there, and didn't even mind my dogs trying to play with him while he worked! There is no other plumber I would ever use - worth the call for big jobs or small.

JustUs Plumbing Plumbing Service
Came home to water puddled up in my front yard. Turned out being a pressure valve which required turning off my house water until fixed. I called around and got ahold of Nichole and JustUs Plumbing about 3pm on a week day. She was really friendly and responsive. Within an hour Eric showed up smiling, friendly, and professional. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, made some recommendations, and stayed late making sure he fixed the issue. I could not have asked for a better plumbing experience. (Not something I thought I ever be saying.)

Malco Electric Electrician
I needed two outdoor flood lights and two landscape lights installed and went on yelp to find the honest electrician I received many bids including 900 bid from a electrician who in my opinion outrages in price. I want all of you out there seeking a real honest nice guy it is MALCO ELECTRIC gave us a real good deal. He came early and prompt called first then came within mins. Actually he was more effective and reasonable price wise than any other electrician we hired in the past. I was quite happy with his service and will depend on him coming back.

Grayzer Electric Electrician
We had two light bulbs break and get stuck in our ceiling fan light fixture and we tried every strategy we could find on youtube to no avail. Victor came out and successfully removed both bulbs without making a giant glassy mess, and was able to re-thread the light fixture so the next bulb will come out easier. He gave me lots of details about what he was doing so I knew what was wrong and how to do it myself next time. Victor was professional but friendly and I would definitely call Grayzer Electric again.

Hey y'all! I called Thomas about a quick disconnect box for my water heater. He called me back after business hours to let me know that he felt it wasn't necessary (I explained I have a switch in the wall just not a box) but if the plumber insisted I needed one, he'd do it. I appreciate someone working hard to communicate with customers and not leave them hanging! I'll keep his info for another job for sure! Thank you, Thomas!

Magnify Electric Electrician
James did some work for us in a condo we purchased that that was built in 1973.  He updated some wiring, put in electrical switches, installed several  GFI etc.

He also installed two chandeliers, one being high up in a two story hallway.  He showed up on time, kept a clean work environment, and left the job site in perfect condition.

His price was also very reasonable. I have refereed him and will continue to do so.

AAA AUGER Plumbing Services Plumbing Service
I am handy and can usually repair most plumbing problems myself. However, on this occasion my pedestrian skills could not solve the problem and so with a great deal of angst and trepidation we sought out a licensed plumber. After reading a number of plumber reviews,  our expectations were somewhat low but thought we'd give these guys a ring. The problem was not an emergency and we asked if they could make it out to the house sometime that week. Instead, they dispatched a journeyman plumber to our home within two hours. The first thing I liked about this company is that they DO NOT CHARGE BY THE HOUR. Space and time do not permit me to recount the many occasions on which we have had the privilege of paying for an inexperienced plumber's OJT as he wiled away the hours,  making a huge mess and running back and forth to the truck to try yet another nasty piece of ill-fitting pipe.
The AAA plumber quickly diagnosed our problem. Since it involved the replacement of a custom fixture part that could not be obtained locally, he ordered the part and replaced it when it arrived, two days later. Total charge was under $300.00 (inclusive of the price of an expensive valve and two trips to our home) and the service was quick, friendly, and efficient.

The only reason I can't give them a fifth star is due to the fact that the plumber had dirty boots and tracked some oleaginous substance onto our floors that I didn't even notice. However, my loving wife (who was not present when he performed the job) was eager to point out his messy tracks to me and issue a considerable chewing to my posterior, long after the plumber departed. Still, I would call these guys again if we need a plumber.

S & D Plumbing - Buda Plumbing Service
Answering service said they didn't service area they show they have an office. Had to call and follow up myself to try to schedule service.

After successfully ci firming they did service my area (and allegedly have an office less than a mile from my house), they also confirmed they could perform the work I was requesting and would have a free service call to evaluate.  They required a 4 hour service call window, so I did a a 2pm-6pm window. After taking off a half-day to accommodate, I finally got a call at 6:30pm. The plumber simply told me they did not offer the service I needed (installation of a studor vent because my older house did not have a p-trap or vent for the washing machine drain). He told me at that time that they do not offer the service and he could quote the price to remove the faulting running trap and install a new one. I informed him I was not certain I even had a running trap, to which he said I probably did. I asked that he still come out to assess the situation just so verify. He fumbled around and said he would have to call his supervisor. He called back 5 minutes later and said it would be $12,850 to replace the running trap (that he didn't even know if I had). I asked that he still come out to look at it, and he said it would be $499 just to run a camera. No thanks, obviously a company that doesn't care about customer or the work.

Got a local small business to come out that next day, ran a camera for $75 to confirm I DID NOT even have a running trap, and they installed a new washing machine box, p-trap, and studor vent for less than $500.

Obviously a company that has grown too big to provide good service - have a 3rd party answering service that doesn't even know their service area, and plumbers that will do anything they can to avoid adhering to the service calls when their day is running long.
