Because of Josh and Clay at Accurate Leak and Line, I was able to close on the sale of my house on time!!!!! Three days before closing, they diagnosed two leaks in my drain lines, allowed me the option of how I wanted it addressed (slab crack or dig under), repaired and replaced concrete in 2 days!!! High quality work, very professional and thorough. Not my typical experience with plumbing contractors. Best in the business if you ask me.

I called to get a sink drain unclogged. I specifically asked if they had a travel rate for coming to my house in Paige and they said no. So I set an appointment. Got a call a while later saying that they charge 125 dollars to come out along with the fee for the actual work. It's a 15 minute drive. I was specifically told that there wasn't a fee. Very disappointed in their customer service. Cancelled the appointment.

Highly recommend Legit Plumbing. I had an unusual problem with my toilet, and Sam had to do a lot of research to come up with a solution that worked. I think his pricing is fair, and they did an excellent job. Happy to call him if I need any more plumbing work done.

We had Eligio out in February to replace an outdoor spigot that was leaking. The builder had installed it so that there was no easy access -- the wall had to be opened up. Eligio replaced it in a shorter time than planned and very much under our expected budget. He is thorough and a great guy to work with. We wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

Mike is super knowledgeable and professional. We had a pretty complex set up with a free-standing bathtub, and a couple other guys turned down the job. I was really happy to find Greenwave to accept the job. Mike showed up with a positive can-do attitude, and even though it took a couple of return trips and a few different parts, I am happy to report everything is now working perfectly.
Taylor is also friendly and courteous and makes scheduling a breeze.
I look forward to recommending Greenwave to my friends and family and using Greenwave again should the occasion arise.

Glenn was awesome!!! We had a shower that wouldn't turn off on a property that we have in Spicewood and he worked me in at the last minute to help. I didn't even have to be there and since it is a one hour drive for me, I was so relieved. He ended up having to cap it off because the parts to fix it were not common. I was thinking I would be in for a long repair process and have to search for the parts. When Glenn called to keep me posted on the job, he had already called to find the parts! They were expensive so he checked with me about options and we decided that was our best for the price so he ordered them for me and told me to pay when we got it fixed. THEN, the same week, our air conditioner pan overflowed sending water down through a ceiling and walls onto a bedroom floor. It was so maddening!! Again, Glenn came right out and stopped the leaks until I could get the AC guys out there. I can't compare his prices because I didn't get any estimates...but it was definitely worth what I paid considering the water would have cost so much more damage if it hadn't been stopped AND Glenn makes sure he does a thorough job and you can trust him to do it right. I don't know how to put a price on trust...it's almost priceless but that is what you have with Glenn.

This company is great! No bad words for them. A plumber showed up extremely fast after I was in contact with the Decker Plumbing. The plumber was very specific about the issue I had explaining to me my whole mechanism had to be replaced. A few other things were diagnosed as well, and everything was repaired within a half an hour of him being there! I would highly recommend this company ANYONE who needs plumbing done.

We just had a water heater replaced with these guys. I called them around 9am. They came by 1230 to see what the issue was. They went to get a water heater and had it installed by 5. Everything is working great, and it was a fair price too. I had looked at another company and they were about 800 dollars more. Also, a veteran owned business that shows fellow veterans a little love too. All in all, I am pleased as I can be...considering no one likes buying a new water heater out of the blue! Great job guys! I will be recommending JustUs to all of my friends for there plumbing needs.

Chris came out on short notice when they had another cancellation to repair a bonding screw installation problem that was discovered during our home inspection. He was knowledgeable and efficient. John in the office was also very kind and helpful during the scheduling process. Very appreciative of their professional work!

Andy came promptly and I can't praise his work enough. He was thorough, polite, and worked quickly. I can't say enough good things about him. I am having Andy come back in a few weeks for some more work.
Jessica in the office is most accommodating too. Their price was very reasonable too.
I will highly recommend them to family and friends.

Just had great service from Darin at Max Electrical Service. Like other reviews have said, he responds quickly to quote inquiries. He was able to get me on his schedule quickly and got the job done for the price he originally quoted and did a fantastic job. Very professional and nice. We will definitely be using him in the future for other work we need done. I highly recommend!!

Called Russell Electric at 2:48pm and the circuit breaker that runs my A/C was replaced by 4:15pm. We even tried troubleshooting the problem over the phone before he came out.... Thomas was very knowledgeable and provided fast and friendly service. They will be my first phone call from here on out for any electrical problem.

These guys are pros and my go-to for any electrical needs. They've done several jobs for me over the years and I've been happy with their work and prices every time. 100% recommended.

Once again, AAA Auger came you to fix a problem with my air conditioningIt was fixed with care, and the plumber was more than willing to fix the a/c problem to the best of his ability. He was also able to offer several ways to lower the final price of the problem . I was VERY HAPPY to do business with a true stand-up organization. I have told my sister about the problems that she is having similarly to mine. She hired them, add she was just as happy with her results as mine. We will both praise this company and encourage others to do the same. The call from the office to determine your overall satisfaction goes far beyond what is expected. This company is honest, and trustworthy. They deserve your business. You will not walk away from the issue unsatisfied.

Answering service said they didn't service area they show they have an office. Had to call and follow up myself to try to schedule service.
After successfully ci firming they did service my area (and allegedly have an office less than a mile from my house), they also confirmed they could perform the work I was requesting and would have a free service call to evaluate. They required a 4 hour service call window, so I did a a 2pm-6pm window. After taking off a half-day to accommodate, I finally got a call at 6:30pm. The plumber simply told me they did not offer the service I needed (installation of a studor vent because my older house did not have a p-trap or vent for the washing machine drain). He told me at that time that they do not offer the service and he could quote the price to remove the faulting running trap and install a new one. I informed him I was not certain I even had a running trap, to which he said I probably did. I asked that he still come out to assess the situation just so verify. He fumbled around and said he would have to call his supervisor. He called back 5 minutes later and said it would be $12,850 to replace the running trap (that he didn't even know if I had). I asked that he still come out to look at it, and he said it would be $499 just to run a camera. No thanks, obviously a company that doesn't care about customer or the work.
Got a local small business to come out that next day, ran a camera for $75 to confirm I DID NOT even have a running trap, and they installed a new washing machine box, p-trap, and studor vent for less than $500.
Obviously a company that has grown too big to provide good service - have a 3rd party answering service that doesn't even know their service area, and plumbers that will do anything they can to avoid adhering to the service calls when their day is running long.
