Wow! I don't think I have EVER been this happy with a company in my life. This is what INTEGRITY looks like! Here's why...
We had our foundation lifted a few years ago and afterwards the foundation company sent a plumber to do tests on the water and drain lines. He said we had a *very* slow leak in the drainage system but it was nothing to worry about. We took his advice and didn't worry.
However, about a month ago our termite inspector drew my attention to a wet spot on the outside of our concrete slab directly below our shower. He said he thought we had a leak there and suggested we have it fixed (because termites love damp soil). So we began calling some plumbing companies, telling them the story about the previous plumber's tests and asking for someone to come out and give us a quote.
Only a couple companies would come out to give a quote without charging us a trip fee, so we made some appointments. I won't go into why I was unhappy with the first two plumbing companies, but let's just say I was becoming very leery of plumbing companies in general by that point.
Enter Accurate Leak and Line. WOW! From the moment I called their office, there was a marked difference. Jacqueline was pleasant and very professional. Even though we had to keep rescheduling the testing because spring storms kept flooding our yard, Jacqueline remained cheerful and reassuring, never indicating the least amount of exasperation when we had to reschedule AGAIN. I could hear her smile right through the phone lines.
Well, the soil finally dried out enough and the day of our static test arrived. Clayton arrived exactly on time and greeted me with a professional but warm handshake. He followed me to the back yard and as he looked at the damp spot on the slab, he listened carefully as I described what had gone on with the house up to this point. In the master bath he carefully looked at the shower fixtures and then quietly but confidently said, There's your leak. You have gaps around the fixtures and I believe the water is splashing into those gaps and running back there to the outside of your slab. He then gave me a very thorough explanation of why he believed the problem was above slab, not below. The best part is that he did not talk down to me, treating me as if I could not comprehend the physics and materials. Thank you, Clayton! That alone restored my faith in plumbers.
He did not charge me for the trip, and he did not even slightly push me into running (very expensive) tests for leaks because he was quite sure of his diagnosis. Clayton saved us THOUSANDS of dollars that other companies would have happily steered us into spending. He put my mind at ease and relieved an enormous worry I had been carrying.
Not only that, but he also handed me a short piece of pipe so we can raise up our sewer cleanout to ground level - and gave very clear instructions on what type of connectors to buy and how to do the work. Amazing!! He didn't have to do that. What a kind thing to do!
If we ever do require any leak repairs, Accurate Leak and Line will be the ONLY company we call. The respect they show their customers is amazing. Integrity and honesty - those words really and truly do describe Accurate Leak and Line.

Be careful with these guys... Fast plumbing showed up to inspect a blockage in our main line. After 2+ hours running a snake and camera they left us with a $550 bill and still clogged line. The team was young and probably inexperienced and although they did work relatively hard, they couldn't get it done. I talked to the manager on the phone for a second but got a lot of short answers. We had a very sour taste in our mouth so we called a different plumber for a second opinion the next day. The other guys got it snaked and unclogged and provided significantly better service at almost half the price. I wouldn't recommend Fast Plumbing unless you know you're getting their top brass. Also, don't feel left like a sucker like we were and don't pay unless they can get it done. I texted the manager to let him know what happened but haven't heard back.

Highly recommend Legit Plumbing. I had an unusual problem with my toilet, and Sam had to do a lot of research to come up with a solution that worked. I think his pricing is fair, and they did an excellent job. Happy to call him if I need any more plumbing work done.

My water heater sprung a leak. I called several companies yesterday. Stellar's price was in line with what I expected to pay, and below several of the other quotes. They said they would come out at 1:00 today to fix my water heater, but... They were a little early! Not by much. But certainly not late. The guys got the old unit out and the new unit installed in record time. I took a hot shower at 3:30. They were polite, didn't mind talking to me while they worked. Overall, very courteous. I am quite impressed by them, and a very happy customer.

We've been using Greenwave Plumbing and could not be happier. They are professional, communicate well and charge a fair price for their services. I'm pretty decent with chores around the house, but I know my limitations and when to call in the professionals and Greenwave fits the bill. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services in their home. A+ 5 Stars!

I really like Webster Plumbing. They helped us when our light went on for our grinder pump.
Not only did the test our pump to determine it was fine, but they found a bracket broke off and caused it to fall on its side. To add to our issues the sewer pipe going out was clogged. They corrected everything.
I would highly recommend them. Hard working and fair prices.

I had a pretty amazing experience with Decker Plumbing. They are the most knowledgeable guys in the water heater game, in my humble opinion. Any type of question I had their plumber Jeff could answer right away with no hesitation. I have asked other plumbers and they had to get back to me or talk to a manager.
He actually told me I should downgrade to a smaller water heater since mine previously was way too large for how many people are in our house. I really appreciated that because it shows they are honest and will sell you only what you need. I mean, who doesn't want to spend less money on heating up water you don't need! Which is pretty amazing, hard to find those people!
Jeff was awesome and was even good with my son when he came over. He did the new installation very fast. If you're looking for some guys who are honest about the things you need you can trust them. They have a great knowledge and background of water heaters too.
They were also timely. I have talked to a lot of plumbers and it seems like they are not hurting for work because they blow me off or give me ridiculous quotes. These guys were nothing like that! Breath of fresh air, literally.

Great experience with Greg & Jeff (I think that's their names). I got a same day appointment and they showed up right on time. My problem took about 30 seconds to resolve. They didn't try to up sell me to make their trip more profitable. I highly recommend them these nice, professional, and punctual plumbers.

We called Malco a week ago to have a few outlets put in in our (1940s) home. Our wiring is older and difficult to deal with so we weren't sure what we were going to get but I'm so glad we called these guys. Chris showed up with a second electrician in tow (sorry friend, I forgot your name) and they were super efficient. They also did a great job explaining how our home's wiring is laid out and how we can best work with it in the future.
Our bathroom in particular did not have the proper wiring to install an outlet safely but they were able to go the extra mile and run things from elsewhere in the house. I honestly can't believe how quickly they worked, how clean the house is now that they're gone, and how inexpensive it all was. I'd have done this months ago if I'd known about them. I'm putting Chris on speed dial for any of my future projects.
In case anyone is concerned, they kept masks on the entire time, making sure that they had their noses covered entirely the entire time. They left every area that they touched cleaner than it was when they arrived.

Texas Electrical was great! Responded quickly to our request for repair, gave us a quote, were very timely and accommodated the specific schedule that we needed. Chuck and Juan Carlos were professional and did a great and quick job of fixing the electrical issue in our master bath and at a reasonable price. Thank you Texas Electrical Services, we'll call you again!

I contacted Grayzer Electric along with a few others last summer when I got my Tesla Model Y to get an estimate for upgrading our older mod-90's service panel and install a Tesla charger. At the time, it was a very good price, but I ended up going with a much cheaper option of getting a 14-50 outlet installed off our sub panel in the garage. Turns out, that was a mistake, as that solution gave us problems until I de-rated the charging by 50% to not kick off and overheat our sub panel breaker. I learned the hard way that old adage about having to do something twice.
So this summer I decided enough was enough, and got new estimates from various electricians around Austin (the big names you all know). The prices were honestly shocking, but I also reached out to Grayzer again as well. They refreshed the estimate, which barely changed at all. Their reviews are great, so I said let's do it. Because I'm not in City of Austin, they were able to schedule me the same week.
Max and his crew showed up exactly on time, maybe a few minutes early even, and was very clear about everything that needed to happen. Once PEC arrived and pulled the meter, they all got to work, with him removing and replacing our old panel with a new Eaton CH, and the other two helping and running the conduit and lines for the charger. The garage of our 2-story is opposite the panel, so this was an up the side, over through the attic, and down the other. I did an outside install, since the Tesla Wall Connector is weatherproof.
The final results are fantastic, and charging at 48A is so much better than 16A. The guys were easy to talk to, answered every question I had, were fine with me being nosy and watching them work. The inspection was smooth and took just a few minutes, and the whole job was done - including the wait on PEC to come back and push the meter back in - earlier than they originally said when they arrived that morning. The bill was exactly the original estimate, too. No overage.
Fun fact: the total cost was $2k less than just the panel replacement estimate from the other guys, and about half the other full estimates I got. Grayzer charged about what I found when I googled cost to replace service panel. Fair price, honest people, great results.
I would recommend them to friends, family, and complete strangers, like y'all. :)

These guys are pros and my go-to for any electrical needs. They've done several jobs for me over the years and I've been happy with their work and prices every time. 100% recommended.

To be clear, they only gave me an estimate. The tl;dr is that the person who came to give me an estimate didn't listen to my suggestion and quoted me absurd work for an absurd price. I passed. Don't trust their estimate without verifying.
UPDATE: They reached out to me and were very kind. A more detailed version of this is that the estimator basically told me that he would have to cut my foundation to get to the the vent pipe to replace me toilet drain. You could see the pvc elbow not far down in the hole and it looked like there was a bit of additional pvc glued into the sleeve. I asked if he could just remove that ~2 inch long bit of pvc, put in a longer one, and then I would have a proper toilet drain that I could put a flange on. He said nah they would have to pull permits and cut the foundation to the tune of ~$2800. I bid him farewell and did it myself for $50.

Answering service said they didn't service area they show they have an office. Had to call and follow up myself to try to schedule service.
After successfully ci firming they did service my area (and allegedly have an office less than a mile from my house), they also confirmed they could perform the work I was requesting and would have a free service call to evaluate. They required a 4 hour service call window, so I did a a 2pm-6pm window. After taking off a half-day to accommodate, I finally got a call at 6:30pm. The plumber simply told me they did not offer the service I needed (installation of a studor vent because my older house did not have a p-trap or vent for the washing machine drain). He told me at that time that they do not offer the service and he could quote the price to remove the faulting running trap and install a new one. I informed him I was not certain I even had a running trap, to which he said I probably did. I asked that he still come out to assess the situation just so verify. He fumbled around and said he would have to call his supervisor. He called back 5 minutes later and said it would be $12,850 to replace the running trap (that he didn't even know if I had). I asked that he still come out to look at it, and he said it would be $499 just to run a camera. No thanks, obviously a company that doesn't care about customer or the work.
Got a local small business to come out that next day, ran a camera for $75 to confirm I DID NOT even have a running trap, and they installed a new washing machine box, p-trap, and studor vent for less than $500.
Obviously a company that has grown too big to provide good service - have a 3rd party answering service that doesn't even know their service area, and plumbers that will do anything they can to avoid adhering to the service calls when their day is running long.
