I contacted Accurate Leak & Line to assess a rental property with escalating water bills. Although the home is pier and beam, the access point is tiny and has some elements of a slab. I received confirmation of my appointment within a few hours and they were able to work with my schedule since the need was not urgent. On appointment day, they were on-time and provided a thorough review of the entire plumbing system. I was prepared for a huge repair in the thousands, but ultimately learned there were no active leaks and that while it might be nice to upgrade one old section of cast iron plumbing, the system is functioning as it should. An honest plumber? That's worth a mention! I would have probably given 5 stars if I had actually had any work done, but they still deserve high praise for prompt, professional service and the highest praise of all for honesty! Three cheers!

Highly recommend Legit Plumbing. I had an unusual problem with my toilet, and Sam had to do a lot of research to come up with a solution that worked. I think his pricing is fair, and they did an excellent job. Happy to call him if I need any more plumbing work done.

Called at 4:45 with problem after my boyfriend tried to fix shower faucet and it was still leaking. The owner of the company answered the phone and told us it sounded like a washer was in a bind. He said he was booked but would fit us in. However, he told us what to do to fix it and it worked! He could have said sure I'll come fix your minor problem and charge you but he didn't.

Just had some work done in my bathroom off the kitchen. Will was amazing and so accommodating. I had a work schedule change and was called into work. He came at 6:45am so I could get to work on time. I used to use Radiant but will only use Greenwave from now on. Excellent service and company, highly recommend. BTW, my dog is very particular about people and she LOVED him. That tells you something !!!

I really like Webster Plumbing. They helped us when our light went on for our grinder pump.
Not only did the test our pump to determine it was fine, but they found a bracket broke off and caused it to fall on its side. To add to our issues the sewer pipe going out was clogged. They corrected everything.
I would highly recommend them. Hard working and fair prices.

Had Chris from Decker over to change my water heater. He was great! It all went without a problem, he was able to squeeze a 50 gallon tank into a small closet which was a fabulous upgrade for me. I can't be more pleased. He looked at and fixed a leaky toilet for free! (He probably doesn't want me to tell anyone that, lol) I have had my home for almost 20 years and had my share of services for plumbing from the simple kitchen disposal to the leaky faucet. This company was a pleasure. They have all my future business.

From the initial call, to follow-up that was just necessary... this company is the real deal! I own a small business so I understand the daily struggles of not only customer service, but quality service as well. I had an issue that we did not know if it was a Just Us issue OR a pool company issue. The technician went above and beyond the call of duty... the issue is in the process of being resolved, but I had to write this because of the follow-up and the follow-thru... all the big chain companies need to understand that these guys are going to knock this industry around AND take it it over! Just some local guys that are veterans, getting it done!

They seem really nice but I can't get them to do any work for me. They've been out to my house and said they'd get back to me. They did call eventually to say they'd call me the next week to start working on our project. Nope and that was months ago. They are nice though.

They did a great job identifying and repairing the tripping issue with my breaker.

This is an amazing electric company. Last year we completely remodeled our kitchen and dining/living area. Grayzer electric did a fantastic job with all of our lighting. They meticulously measured for can lights, making sure that they lined up as evenly as possible in our house. Everything looks amazing. They gave tons of advice about the spacing of lights and how to avoid having dim areas. Our house is an older home and it was not easy to place new lighting in. Grayzer sent electricians to our home for two days to complete all of the work that needed to be done. We will definitely use them again in the future for any electric work needed!

Superb Service! Called at 8am, left a message. Call returned within 30 min and service completed before noon same day. Professionalism and service were 10/10! Won't use anyone else for electrical needs going forward.

We booked an appointment with Thomas on Saturday, but found out that we had to cancel to attend a funeral that day. We needed the repair done ASAP, because we felt it was a matter of safety. (Our old breaker boxes were causing our A/C, micro wave and oven to lose power.) Because of our situation, Thomas agreed to come on Sunday instead, and he spent a good part of the day doing the repair. He did a really thorough job and got us up and running again at a very reasonable price. (The cost was less than what he originally quoted.) He made sure our breaker box was properly grounded and protected from power surges, and even took time to explain how to avoid future electrical issues.
THANK YOU THOMAS for being so flexible and doing a really great job! We will be calling you again for any future electrical problems.

Answering service said they didn't service area they show they have an office. Had to call and follow up myself to try to schedule service.
After successfully ci firming they did service my area (and allegedly have an office less than a mile from my house), they also confirmed they could perform the work I was requesting and would have a free service call to evaluate. They required a 4 hour service call window, so I did a a 2pm-6pm window. After taking off a half-day to accommodate, I finally got a call at 6:30pm. The plumber simply told me they did not offer the service I needed (installation of a studor vent because my older house did not have a p-trap or vent for the washing machine drain). He told me at that time that they do not offer the service and he could quote the price to remove the faulting running trap and install a new one. I informed him I was not certain I even had a running trap, to which he said I probably did. I asked that he still come out to assess the situation just so verify. He fumbled around and said he would have to call his supervisor. He called back 5 minutes later and said it would be $12,850 to replace the running trap (that he didn't even know if I had). I asked that he still come out to look at it, and he said it would be $499 just to run a camera. No thanks, obviously a company that doesn't care about customer or the work.
Got a local small business to come out that next day, ran a camera for $75 to confirm I DID NOT even have a running trap, and they installed a new washing machine box, p-trap, and studor vent for less than $500.
Obviously a company that has grown too big to provide good service - have a 3rd party answering service that doesn't even know their service area, and plumbers that will do anything they can to avoid adhering to the service calls when their day is running long.
