They are amazing. They came out and checked our house for a leak and as it turns out, there was no major leak at all. Just a small issue with the guest bathroom toilet that caused our water bill to rise over the last few months. Another company (Reliant) had come out a few days earlier and told us that there was surely a leak in the slab of our house and they would have to come out and tear through our walls to fix it. Luckily, we decided to get a second opinion and Accurate gave us the information we needed to fix the issue (no tearing down the walls required). AND they were honest, very knowledgeable, and extremely nice and helpful. Thanks Accurate. If you're looking for honesty and reliability, they are your people!

Caused us further problems instead of resolving the issue. Then, terrible customer service. They did not deliver on the work they clearly stated on the invoice. Run away, try another plumber.

Highly recommend Legit Plumbing. I had an unusual problem with my toilet, and Sam had to do a lot of research to come up with a solution that worked. I think his pricing is fair, and they did an excellent job. Happy to call him if I need any more plumbing work done.

I have used Stellar Plumbing numerous times for home and office and they always respond promptly and do a great job.

We recently had a water leak from a pipe inside a wall behind our bathroom. Based on a recommendation from a neighborhood site, we called Mike Thigpen with Greenwave Plumbing. Mike returned our call very quickly. After explaining the situation and that we were having issues turning off the water from the meter, Mike quickly responded while he was on his way to another job nearby. He turned off the water to the house and made arrangements to return following his next job but he wasn't sure how long that job would take. However, he promised to call and let us know as soon as he could determine how long the other job would take. Within 30 minutes Mike called us back and scheduled for a couple of hours later. Mike returned as promised and quickly diagnosed the location and cause of the leak, fixed it with minimal impact to the existing sheet rock, and got us in touch with a water remediation company that could actually respond that night despite the significant demand on those businesses in the wake of the Texas floods. All of this for a very reasonable price.
I can't say enough about Mike and Greenwave Plumbing. In what was an emergency to us, Mike came through. Additionally, he was very respectful of our house and being very clean and efficient. He also happened to know a co-worker of mine that he used to live next door to and asked me to say hello to them.
While the job itself wasn't rocket surgery for a good plumber, Mike's courtesy and promptness will have us coming back with any plumbing needs long into the future.

I really like Webster Plumbing. They helped us when our light went on for our grinder pump.
Not only did the test our pump to determine it was fine, but they found a bracket broke off and caused it to fall on its side. To add to our issues the sewer pipe going out was clogged. They corrected everything.
I would highly recommend them. Hard working and fair prices.

This company is great! No bad words for them. A plumber showed up extremely fast after I was in contact with the Decker Plumbing. The plumber was very specific about the issue I had explaining to me my whole mechanism had to be replaced. A few other things were diagnosed as well, and everything was repaired within a half an hour of him being there! I would highly recommend this company ANYONE who needs plumbing done.

We have used JustUs on two occasions; one on a holiday when our water softener flooded our home.
Dwayne was quick to respond and got everything fixed up.
When our hot water heater went out a few months after that, we shopped around and got a few quotes. JustUs was a bit higher, but they were by far the easiest to work with and quickest to have availability to fix the issue. A bonus: they are veteran owned!
I would recommend this plumbing service to friends/family.

We had Malco Electric out to the house to replace a faulty breaker, install two dimmers, and troubleshoot an outdoor plug. The company is busy, but was able to get us on the schedule and it was well worth the wait. I forgot to write down the name of the electricians that came out (sorry). However, they both were professional, did a neat job and cleaned up afterward. We have a new grand baby and didn't want her to get exposed to the flu or any bugs...so both of the gentlemen wore mask while inside the house. This was very considerate and made us two very happy grandparents. The price was fair and we could not be happier. We would recommend this company and will have them out again when we have need of additional electrical services.

Needed a couple of fans put in - they showed up on time and were very professional and quick, and affordable... will definitely have them back for other work.

Jeff was a referral and I gave him a shot to fix another electricians mistake on a commercial project. He was easy to work with and knew what he was doing. After a good experience with him on the first job, I gave him his own new project on another commercial job. He was much better than expected. I'm not saying I did not think he would be as good as he was but I am a Prove It type of guy and let me tell you he did; actually blew me out of the water.
His bid was very cost effective and the work was impeccable. He was clean and the appearance on the install was almost a work of art. Any and all bends, conduit, etc. looks like it was pre-fabed and not performed on site.
So, now I had residential job at my own house and he got it. My wife (is a serial re-modeler) liked our previous electrician but Jeff is cleaner, nicer, and less expensive. This is not a get what you pay for, believe me. I have worked with so many different trades. I would still use our other electrician, IF Jeff was not available but Grayzer is head and shoulders above all others.
I do not recommend or vouch unless it is earned. Going against my wife's choice was not a risk because I received better work for a lower cost. He is ten times better than the Corporate trades and fraction of the cost plus I do not have to hope if he will show up on time or even cares about just getting hours in. He is punctual, does a great job, and he cares. Reasonable price is just a bonus.
I've had so many people ask me for trade recommendations and they always come back to me whether they use my recommendation or not. They come back and say one of two things 1.) they used the guy I recommended and could not be happier or 2.) they used someone else and wished they used the guy I recommended.
Like I said, I'm a prove it type of guy and Grayzer is now my electrician of choice.
Follow Up 10/21/2011- Once again, Grayzer has come through. We had some changes and the some small stuff needed to be moved around and installed. Jeff was able to come out quickly and do what we needed. The great thing was he did not make you feel like you were putting him out. It like he actually enjoys his job which you can really tell.

Stellar craftmanship, timing, professionalism. My second time working with this team -- their quotes are transparent and fair. The work is high quality. I will absolutely hire them again.

It was very easy to make an appointment with him. He came out to replace a fan and did a great a job! Will be hiring him again when we need to replace our chandelier.

Couldn't be happier with the professionalism of Tom and his partner. Very fair pricing & honest estimate. They installed four sconces on walls that weren't already wired fir sconces. They were careful not to damage newly painted walls. I will not hesitate to call them again for all our electrical needs. Well done!

My kitchen sink would not drain on either side and was backing up in my dishwarsher. They sent a service man out on a rainy Sunday which I appreciate. However, he did not solve my issue but I still paid $88.50 for the call. They were supposed to come back this morning but when I called to confirm, I was not on their schedule. So I called another company that came out and had the problem fixed in less than an hour. They were very surprised that this company wasn't table to solve such a minor clog.

Answering service said they didn't service area they show they have an office. Had to call and follow up myself to try to schedule service.
After successfully ci firming they did service my area (and allegedly have an office less than a mile from my house), they also confirmed they could perform the work I was requesting and would have a free service call to evaluate. They required a 4 hour service call window, so I did a a 2pm-6pm window. After taking off a half-day to accommodate, I finally got a call at 6:30pm. The plumber simply told me they did not offer the service I needed (installation of a studor vent because my older house did not have a p-trap or vent for the washing machine drain). He told me at that time that they do not offer the service and he could quote the price to remove the faulting running trap and install a new one. I informed him I was not certain I even had a running trap, to which he said I probably did. I asked that he still come out to assess the situation just so verify. He fumbled around and said he would have to call his supervisor. He called back 5 minutes later and said it would be $12,850 to replace the running trap (that he didn't even know if I had). I asked that he still come out to look at it, and he said it would be $499 just to run a camera. No thanks, obviously a company that doesn't care about customer or the work.
Got a local small business to come out that next day, ran a camera for $75 to confirm I DID NOT even have a running trap, and they installed a new washing machine box, p-trap, and studor vent for less than $500.
Obviously a company that has grown too big to provide good service - have a 3rd party answering service that doesn't even know their service area, and plumbers that will do anything they can to avoid adhering to the service calls when their day is running long.
