They are amazing. They came out and checked our house for a leak and as it turns out, there was no major leak at all. Just a small issue with the guest bathroom toilet that caused our water bill to rise over the last few months. Another company (Reliant) had come out a few days earlier and told us that there was surely a leak in the slab of our house and they would have to come out and tear through our walls to fix it. Luckily, we decided to get a second opinion and Accurate gave us the information we needed to fix the issue (no tearing down the walls required). AND they were honest, very knowledgeable, and extremely nice and helpful. Thanks Accurate. If you're looking for honesty and reliability, they are your people!

I usually hold my breath when trades enter the house. I never know how my adult son (autism) will react to them or how they will react to him.
Eric came to install a replacement kitchen faucet.
Eric is such a calm soul.
My son insisted on supervising the job, right there in the thick of it and Eric wasn't bother at all.
Got the replacement faucet installed and my son was calm the whole time.
Would definitely use again!

Highly recommend Legit Plumbing. I had an unusual problem with my toilet, and Sam had to do a lot of research to come up with a solution that worked. I think his pricing is fair, and they did an excellent job. Happy to call him if I need any more plumbing work done.

My water heater went out and I called several plumbers. Eligio was the most thorough when talking to me. He asked me to email him a couple of pictures so he can pick up the right parts prior to coming out. He showed up on time, finished on time, got the heater working and the actual price was $30 cheaper than what he had quoted. I will definitely use Eligio again.

We moved to Austin a couple of years ago and the service we have received from Greenwave has been consistently first class each and every time. Today their service technician, Will, flushed our tankless water heater. He took his time, was incredibly respectful of our property, explained exactly what he was doing and answered every one of my questions. In short, a real pro. What a pleasure.

I really like Webster Plumbing. They helped us when our light went on for our grinder pump.
Not only did the test our pump to determine it was fine, but they found a bracket broke off and caused it to fall on its side. To add to our issues the sewer pipe going out was clogged. They corrected everything.
I would highly recommend them. Hard working and fair prices.

Wow! These guys are incredibly fast at what they do! Usually the process of fixing one's home is exhausting and overwhelming, however with the kind staff and GREAT customer service I was able to get an appointment same day to fix my water heater. Chris came out and helped fix the control valve on the water heater after he presented me with multiple options of how to continue. He helped me weigh out the pros and cons of just buying a new one versus just fixing the part. I did not feel taken advantage of at all (as I usually do when it comes to home/auto repairs). Between the customer service, the promptness, and the price-- you can say that I am satisfied. Definitely would go back to these guys for all of my future household problems!

Called for service on a Monday to repair shower faucet. Dispatch promptly(in 2 hrs) sent someone over. I was relieved, no water in house. Tried to repair leak, wasn't able to.. left me the option of capping pipe so water could be turned on or replacing shower fixture. Bill estimated at $400, this is for 1 hour. Shower replacement quoted at $1600. Stupid of me I decide to have the shower replaced. Tech disappears for hours. Returns with supplies
No new faucet/diverter.
Replaces valve, puts old diverter back on because of time restraints. Would assume he'd return to replace with new part. Only thing concerned about is getting their money, charge you a fee for credit card use.
Shower not properly working and I've no confidence at their effect rate of $ 400 an hour I can afford to have them finish the job. They obviously lack the integrity to do so in the first place.
This isn't a company concerned about a business relationship, they're smash and grab plumbing at its worse. Don't believe 5 star reviews, they're bogus.
Don't trust anyone who won't give you an itemized detail of their work, it's always hiding something.
New name, JustUs out to screw you on your plumbing.
We never put your crises over our profit.

We recently purchased a home in spicewood and was having trouble with breakers being thrown. Jimmy from Malco responded quickly to my call and they were at our house within a few hours of calling. They even called out Pedernales Electric to help them determine why my breakers were being thrown. Jimmy explained everything he did very patiently to me and told me to call if anything else happened and they would come right away. I am very impressed with this company and the way they treat customers! I will definitely put Jimmy and Malco on my speed dial!

So, my son decided to install a Ring on his own, we thought it was his fault that ELECTRICAL ISSUES came up and bathroom lights were no longer on - turns out to be a breaker box fuse issue totally innocent sitch - These guys (James was awesome) were able to come out and figure it out and fix it in less than 30 minutes (Super fast response too). Honest and charging accordingly (thank you) for a quick-fix that it ended up being. They did not take advantage of the situation that could have been overcharged. We will look to these guys for any future electrical needs and so should you!

Great experience with them. They gave me the lowest quote, arrived on time and completed the job timely. They did a great job and the final price was lower than the original phone estimate which shows me their honesty at work.
Will definitely use them for any future jobs.

Late night last week, only my refrigerator goes out so I check the breaker and sure enough, it's been tripped. I flipped it and after 10-15 mins it kept triggering. I asked the residents in our building if anyone else had this issue and two other tenants replied yes and to call Max. So I did! I needed a pro and I wanted to be confident in who I chose for stuff like this. They came highly recommended and fast. When they arrived, they were so incredibly NICE!!!! Cost wise (because I do my research) excellent!! Now as I leave my review, I can see why everyone loves Max Electric.

Called to get a rough quote on installing new 220v outlet in my garage and he was able to give me a fairly accurate quote after just telling him about what I needed. I'm sure if it was a bigger job it might have been unreasonable to get quote over the phone but for such a small job it was nice that he didn't have to come out (and charge a fee) to get an idea of what I was looking at paying. I called ABC Electric first for the same thing and they insisted on coming out to assess the job and give a quote. They charged $79 for that. Not only did Thomas give me the estimate over the phone, it ended up being less than 1/2 of what the other guys wanted.
Regarding the actual work, he was on time and got right to work. I would definitely hire him again for any of my electrical needs.

Very frustrated with AAA Auger. They came out to fix my clogged drain in my 2 showers. After waiting till 3 for my 8AM appointment, the service guy came out. After an an hour and a half no results, drain problem is worse. Service tech recommended tunneling. Seriously. Called for a 2nd opinion. 200 dollars for nothing except a worse problem. The plumber I called for a 2nd opinion was booked until next week. He suggested a Microzyme treatment. I bought some at a plumbing store, followed directions, this morning everything is draining better than ever. I will NEVER use AAA Auger again. It boggles my mind that the technician tried a simple solution (snaking the drain) then went immediately to the most expensive solution tunneling under my house. Are you kidding me? I want my money back.

Answering service said they didn't service area they show they have an office. Had to call and follow up myself to try to schedule service.
After successfully ci firming they did service my area (and allegedly have an office less than a mile from my house), they also confirmed they could perform the work I was requesting and would have a free service call to evaluate. They required a 4 hour service call window, so I did a a 2pm-6pm window. After taking off a half-day to accommodate, I finally got a call at 6:30pm. The plumber simply told me they did not offer the service I needed (installation of a studor vent because my older house did not have a p-trap or vent for the washing machine drain). He told me at that time that they do not offer the service and he could quote the price to remove the faulting running trap and install a new one. I informed him I was not certain I even had a running trap, to which he said I probably did. I asked that he still come out to assess the situation just so verify. He fumbled around and said he would have to call his supervisor. He called back 5 minutes later and said it would be $12,850 to replace the running trap (that he didn't even know if I had). I asked that he still come out to look at it, and he said it would be $499 just to run a camera. No thanks, obviously a company that doesn't care about customer or the work.
Got a local small business to come out that next day, ran a camera for $75 to confirm I DID NOT even have a running trap, and they installed a new washing machine box, p-trap, and studor vent for less than $500.
Obviously a company that has grown too big to provide good service - have a 3rd party answering service that doesn't even know their service area, and plumbers that will do anything they can to avoid adhering to the service calls when their day is running long.
