We lost our tankless water heater due to the severe cold event. Our neighbors across the street had the same issue and gave us your name. Your response to the issue was outstanding! You even helped to look after another neighbor who is disabled and lost their tankless as well that was not on your schedule just to see if help was needed. The service and professionalism was amazing as well as the follow up to ensure that once the power was restored a day later the system was working. We really appreciate your help during the emergency. I know the plumbing community was getting hammered by an influx of problems all over Central Texas area. You guys went above and beyond! Had a call from a tenant last Friday at 11:30 am...all toilets/tubs were backed up in the house and could not be used.  I called fast plumbing...they committed to be there by 2pm, showed up, identified the issue as a main log clog, pulled a toilet and ran an auger through the main line and cleared the clog by 3:30pm.  Although I did not shop around int his case, the cost ($315) was about what I expected for an emergency call of this nature.  They also gave me $25 off for making my request online.  I will call them again should I have an emergency plumbing need in the future.

Highly recommend Legit Plumbing. I had an unusual problem with my toilet, and Sam had to do a lot of research to come up with a solution that worked. I think his pricing is fair, and they did an excellent job. Happy to call him if I need any more plumbing work done.

We needed an outdoor faucet fixed quickly and I called Stellar Plumbing on a Tuesday. Eligio said he may not be able to make it out until Friday, but asked I send a picture to him so he could see the problem. He called me back, told me what was wrong and then said he'd stop by on his way in to his first job the next morning. They did a great job! Highly recommend Stellar Plumbing! As a side note, I did call a plumber before him and waited for a call back, I still haven't received a call.  I won't name the company.

We needed a plumber when we were building our house a few years ago and met Mike by coincidence.  That meeting turned out to be the best thing. We have used his services for several years now and he is always there when you need him. He is the most honest and reliable plumber we know and provides high quality service which can be hard to find in a small town.   We recommend him any time we can.

Glenn was awesome!!!  We had a shower that wouldn't turn off on a property that we have in Spicewood and he worked me in at the last minute to help.  I didn't even have to be there and since it is a one hour drive for me, I was so relieved.  He ended up having to cap it off because the parts to fix it were not common.  I was thinking I would be in for a long repair process and have to search for the parts.  When Glenn called to keep me posted on the job, he had already called to find the parts!  They were expensive so he checked with me about options and we decided that was our best for the price so he ordered them for me and told me to pay when we got it fixed.  THEN, the same week, our air conditioner pan overflowed sending water down through a ceiling and walls onto a bedroom floor.  It was so maddening!!  Again, Glenn came right out and stopped the leaks until I could get the AC guys out there.  I can't compare his prices because I didn't get any estimates...but it was definitely worth what I paid considering the water would have cost so much more damage if it hadn't been stopped AND Glenn makes sure he does a thorough job and you can trust him to do it right.  I don't know how to put a price on trust...it's almost priceless but that is what you have with Glenn.

After buying our house, there was a number of small plumbing questions and fixes I had all around.  Mac patiently walked around with me and addressed all of my questions and concerns either with knowledgeable advice or with a repair.  Would absolutely call them for any future plumbing needs.

These guys are responsive and efficient. They hung an antique brass chandelier from a 14ft ceiling, which required them to make adjustments to the length of each chain on site (see photo). They did an impeccable job! They worked fast on an all day job without stopping for lunch. And they're price point was VERY reasonable.

They managed to come in on a Monday after a weekend of major storms. The solutions were fairly simple but they changed out various aging plugs quickly and efficiently. They knew their stuff and they didn't charge an arm and a leg. They will be my first call from now on in.

Every part of the process with Grayzer was the perfect example of professionalism. They were on time for every appointment (estimate and work), took time to explain everything thoroughly and patient with questions, prompt with providing documentation, and generally very easy to work with.

The work quality was excellent - they were meticulous in every detail.  I was especially impressed with the effort they made to ensure the work looked great on top of functioning well and the effort in cleaning up after the work, even after I told them I wasn't concerned about a little mess or rough edges around the work they were doing.

At a time when contractors are in high demand and short supply in Austin, many contractors are using that as an opportunity to cut corners or neglect customer service. Grayzer was a model of great customer service and their price was competitive or better than most of the estimates I received. I would definitely use them again.

Awesome experience. Fuse needed to be replaced so I emailed Darin. Immediate response and set up an appointment the next morning. Came exactly on time and resolved the issue in a very professional manner. Was not selling, but suggested a surge protector for the house which could prevent the same issue from happening and installed that as well on the spot, all at a very reasonable price.  

We actually called a different electrician prior to Max, with 5 star reviews on yelp. They said they would come the next day, never called or showed. Called two days later, said they would get back to me. Ghosted me again. It's always hard to find good contractors. Max is a gem. Highly rec

These guys are pros and my go-to for any electrical needs.  They've done several jobs for me over the years and I've been happy with their work and prices every time.  100% recommended.

Right from the start I felt I was dealing with professionals. They sent someone the day I called, even though it wasn't an emergency. When it looked like it would take longer to get a plumber to me then they had originally estimated, they called me so I'd know what was going on. My plumber knew exactly what he was doing, a big change from the company I had called previously who spent 3 hours and fixed nothing and tried to get me to authorize spending more than they had quoted. AAA gave me a reasonable quote, got the job done, and charged me exactly what they had quoted. My service guy knew exactly what he was going and didn't cut corners -- in fact he went the extra mile to double check that he'd caught all the problems, and made me feel confident that I had called the right people and was spending my money wisely. I'd call these guys again in a heartbeat. I wish all my home repair resources were this good.

Answering service said they didn't service area they show they have an office. Had to call and follow up myself to try to schedule service.

After successfully ci firming they did service my area (and allegedly have an office less than a mile from my house), they also confirmed they could perform the work I was requesting and would have a free service call to evaluate.  They required a 4 hour service call window, so I did a a 2pm-6pm window. After taking off a half-day to accommodate, I finally got a call at 6:30pm. The plumber simply told me they did not offer the service I needed (installation of a studor vent because my older house did not have a p-trap or vent for the washing machine drain). He told me at that time that they do not offer the service and he could quote the price to remove the faulting running trap and install a new one. I informed him I was not certain I even had a running trap, to which he said I probably did. I asked that he still come out to assess the situation just so verify. He fumbled around and said he would have to call his supervisor. He called back 5 minutes later and said it would be $12,850 to replace the running trap (that he didn't even know if I had). I asked that he still come out to look at it, and he said it would be $499 just to run a camera. No thanks, obviously a company that doesn't care about customer or the work.

Got a local small business to come out that next day, ran a camera for $75 to confirm I DID NOT even have a running trap, and they installed a new washing machine box, p-trap, and studor vent for less than $500.

Obviously a company that has grown too big to provide good service - have a 3rd party answering service that doesn't even know their service area, and plumbers that will do anything they can to avoid adhering to the service calls when their day is running long.
