I researched and received bids from 5 different companies in the area before choosing Accurate Leak and Line for a HUGE repair on my home. They far exceeded my expectations in repairing/replacing our pipes! Here's why: 1) Professionalism: Clayton, Josh and the entire crew went out of their way to provide an analysis & quote that was reflective of the quality we wanted. They were consistent throughout the entire process from start to finish. They are also tech savvy- this is big in my book! Who has time for inefficient practices and too much paper. 2) Cost: The quote was provided quickly and reflected the quality of service. It was well within a comparable range to other bids but with a more detailed, 'accurate' approach.                     3) Communication: This is a huge strength for Accurate Plumbing! When you are under pressure to fix a messy problem in order to sell your house quickly there is no time for poor communication. The team at Accurate was masterful at providing information I needed to pass along to my buyer and answered my questions in a way that made me feel respected and valued as a customer. 4) Quality: The city inspector reported that this was clearly one of the BEST systems he had approved in Austin!
Overall, Accurate Leak and Line helped me find a solid solution to what was at first a big nightmare of a problem. By the way- I write about 2 reviews a year (I'm a busy parent), so yeah...that's how good they are and they deserve it.

We had an instant hot water heater burn out during a busy day at the salon; and after calling around Lee came out within just a couple of hours to help us! Highly recommend Legit Plumbing. I had an unusual problem with my toilet, and Sam had to do a lot of research to come up with a solution that worked. I think his pricing is fair, and they did an excellent job. Happy to call him if I need any more plumbing work done.

These guys are great! I called them out to repair some dubious gas pipe additions the previous owners had installed. Abel was very responsive and even came out late from the other side of Austin to remove the pipe. He explained the whole process and checked to make sure everything else was also up to code. Plus, I had just had a new dishwasher and stove delivered and he installed that too. What's more, these guys came out a second time to uninstall the damaged stove Lowe's had delivered free of charge. I can't recommend Stellar plumbing enough; they are timely, professional, and very personable.

I had problems with my water heater. I called a few competitors and was very disappointed. When I looked at the reviews that Greenwave had on yelp, I was cautiously optimistic. Well, in scheduled a time for these guys to come out, they made it right on time, they were honest and courteous.
I put of the repair for three months, when I finally did it the laid out all the options, the reasoning why they recommended the different options and then left it up to me to make a decision without the sales pressure. I went with the most affordable option and hoped that this would fix the problem, it did.
Mike and his team are true professionals. Next plumbing job that is needed in either one of my houses, Greenwave is the only call I will make.

I really like Webster Plumbing. They helped us when our light went on for our grinder pump.
Not only did the test our pump to determine it was fine, but they found a bracket broke off and caused it to fall on its side. To add to our issues the sewer pipe going out was clogged. They corrected everything.
I would highly recommend them. Hard working and fair prices.

Excellent service. Had to get my water heater repaired on short notice and they fit me in their schedule even though they were pretty busy. Really nice technician. I got my pilot light replaced. Would definitely recommend!

This is my first and likely only review as I'm not the type to write reviews, but the service from JustUs Plumbing was so much better than anyone else, I felt like others should know about this company.  We had a small leak in our Navien tankless hot water heater...  Had another plumbing company take a look at it (for $260) where they determined a leaky heat exchanger.  Two days later, the leak started gushing out of our attic.  The original plumbing company offered to come out to replace the heat exchanger (which had now filled up the entire unit with water and shorted out the electronics) for another $260/hour at an estimated 3 hours of labor.  Of course I said no because at that cost I might as well put a down payment on a new unit and the process was not likely to work now that the whole unit was fried.  After going through several (at least 3) different plumbers and having been without hot water for over a week, I called JustUs plumbing.  Duane and his assistant came out to look at it and from the start I could tell they were willing to work with me and do whatever it takes to get the hot water flowing again.  They replaced the Heat Exchanger (at Navien's request) at a very reasonable rate compared to the other quotes I was getting.  When that didn't work, Navien sent out other parts one at a time, all to no avail.  It would have potentially cost thousands of dollars to have these parts installed, but Jarrod and Duane were amazing at working with me and not nickel-and-diming me to death with every attempt.  They put the customer (me, my wife and five kids without hot water for almost 2 weeks) first.  They went out of their way on the Saturday morning before Easter to work with their local Navien representative (who was also amazing) to bring an entire older unit out and start replacing parts until it worked.  They did this all at a very reasonable cost.  We had hot water that morning and I couldn't have been happier with the overall service.  JustUs Plumbing went way beyond what I expected.  I will be referring anyone I know to them and will continue using them.  If you are looking for a quality plumbing company who puts the customer first, I highly recommend JustUs Plumbing.

I called Malco Electric Friday June 28th and I'm still waiting for my call back.  I spoke to I believe Randy Mallory's wife who said he was out of town and would call me on Monday.  Never received a call back so I tried to call again.  I spoke to a man who said they were very busy but he would pass my information along and still I have not had a call back.  I called Malco for a quote because of the yelp reviews and they promise a call back in 12 hours.  At least you could have returned my second call and said you were too busy to help me.  I won't be calling back again.

I had a whole home surge protector (HEPD) installed along with a simple incandescent/CFL/LED dimmer switch as well since they were out at the house.I purchased the hardware myself and notified them beforehand of the brand/models.

Both jobs took about 20 mins combined and they had no problem working with hardware the customer had purchased that was not through them. Would definitely recommend.

Darin helped me out in a real pinch. I was selling my condo and needed some electrical done right before close and he managed to work me in. Fantastic job, understood exactly what needed to happen and made it so! Very friendly and fast service, it looked great, and he had a great customer service. When i moved in to my new place i called him back to get some new outlets installed around the house. He figured our the best way to make it all happen, and his crew got it done and it looks great. Awesome service!

Echoing what everyone else has said: Thomas was on time, professional, and reasonably priced. The outlets in both my bathrooms were out, and Thomas diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly but thoroughly. I will definitely call him the next time I have an electrical issue.

These guys are punctual, responsive, knowledgeable, personable, and went the extra mile when, through no fault of their own, I needed them to come out twice after the initial service to fix an issue that came up after they did a perfect job. Highly recommend.

I would say these bozos are somewhere between unprofessional idiots and complete scam artists. I couldn't even recoup the cost of the damages I incurred because they are uninsured. Please, take your money and business elsewhere.

Answering service said they didn't service area they show they have an office. Had to call and follow up myself to try to schedule service.

After successfully ci firming they did service my area (and allegedly have an office less than a mile from my house), they also confirmed they could perform the work I was requesting and would have a free service call to evaluate.  They required a 4 hour service call window, so I did a a 2pm-6pm window. After taking off a half-day to accommodate, I finally got a call at 6:30pm. The plumber simply told me they did not offer the service I needed (installation of a studor vent because my older house did not have a p-trap or vent for the washing machine drain). He told me at that time that they do not offer the service and he could quote the price to remove the faulting running trap and install a new one. I informed him I was not certain I even had a running trap, to which he said I probably did. I asked that he still come out to assess the situation just so verify. He fumbled around and said he would have to call his supervisor. He called back 5 minutes later and said it would be $12,850 to replace the running trap (that he didn't even know if I had). I asked that he still come out to look at it, and he said it would be $499 just to run a camera. No thanks, obviously a company that doesn't care about customer or the work.

Got a local small business to come out that next day, ran a camera for $75 to confirm I DID NOT even have a running trap, and they installed a new washing machine box, p-trap, and studor vent for less than $500.

Obviously a company that has grown too big to provide good service - have a 3rd party answering service that doesn't even know their service area, and plumbers that will do anything they can to avoid adhering to the service calls when their day is running long.
