I had them run a jetter to unclog my sewer line at my home and they did a great job. They sent me a text when they were on their way and arrived on time.

Our water heater went out and we needed a replacement fast. Gabe was the first to reach out and offered to replace our unit the same day. His quote was very affordable compared with others that we received. His work is high quality and he made adjustments so if there is a need in the future repairs will be easier to perform. I highly recommend Gabe, and we now have a new plumber!

This review is long overdue. I had my first experience with Carl about two years ago. He gave us an excellent price on replacing a leaking pressure valve out by the meter and he and his son did great work. It was great timing for that problem to happen because he identified a separate problem I was having and didn't know about. I had a faulty water softener that was ruining my plumbing and his expertise saved me from a future major and expensive problem. I can't thank him enough for that. At a later time we also had him replace a kitchen sink and bathroom fixtures and he was more than fair and again great work. He is communicative and punctual. I'll never use another plumber and he has my recommendation for your plumbing needs.

Last month, we experienced the unfortunate incident of a water/sewage backup via the toilets and bathtubs in our home. We contacted our home warranty (Old Republic) and they sent out Devin from Kinsey Plumbing Services for the repair on the same day. Initially, Devin could not locate the sewer cleanout line outside and informed us that it would cost $295 (which Old Republic didn't cover) to remove our guest bathroom toilet and perform the cleanout there instead. Since we didn't have much of a choice, we told him to go ahead and proceed with Plan B. Regrettably, this option resulted in a huge and costly mistake...
First of all, Devin's sewer snake machine was faulty and kept shutting off repeatedly, resulting in a very pissed off plumber with lots of cursing. When the unforeseen clog didn't budge, he had an idea to use our garden hose and attach a blow bag to it to try and forcefully hydro-jet it out. Well, herein lies the problem: all those gallons of water made its way back through and flooded the guest bathroom and adjacent rooms inside our home, making a bad situation much worse. Frantically, my husband tried to use a steam cleaner in vain to suck up as much water as possible since we didn't have a Shop Vac on hand. To rectify, Devin immediately called a water damage restoration company, but they wouldn't be able to arrive until the next morning.
A few more plumbers showed up from Kinsey, and after much digging around, Devin and my husband finally located the cleanout valve outside of our home. Again, he tried to clear out the clog with the sewer snake machine, but it was unsuccessful. Devin then waived the charge to send a camera through the main sewer line and upon inspection, stated that he found two separations that were located underneath our driveway.
The following morning, Devin showed up along with A-Best Water Damage Restoration & Carpet Cleaning. He reset our toilet and waived the $295 charge since the cleanout line was located outside. A few days later, a rep from Kinsey Plumbing called and was trying to charge us $200+ for the manual labor of digging around trying to find the cleanout valve when my husband did roughly half of the work, which was then settled for $100.
For a second opinion, we got an estimate from S&D Plumbing to perform a trenchless sewer diagnostic via video camera and found that we only have one separation located right next to the city sewer tap near the street, not two separations underneath the driveway as previously stated from Devin at Kinsey Plumbing. Choosing to have the repair with the latter would've resulted in unnecessary demolishing of our driveway just to get to the main sewer line, and who knows what exorbitant price tag that would even entail.
TL;DR:
Get a second opinion.

Buyer beware... Toby from Ajax's charged my wife 750 dollars to snake out the sewage drain and change out cheap toilet parts, used the wrong equipment for both. Taking complete advantage of our emergency situation while other plumber companies were not taking calls. The following day it was clogged again and had to be called back, this time William (different Ajax's plumber) came out, cleared the clog and ran a camera to insure it was clear. He didn't charge because he said we got over charged and spoke to the owner. ... now same issue and they have blown us off four times now ... even says on the receipt 30 day warranty... you've been warned.

Had Harold's Plumbing out to unplug a washing machine drain. It took Harold's son about 10 minutes, and he gave me a bill for $285. When I called Harold to complain, he said that it is normally $225 for this service because they have to use a small machine, but that he understood there was more service involved than the washer drain. There was not because my tenants had taken care of the other problem. Harold did reduce the bill to $225, however, I checked with Bryco Plumbing and they said it should have cost about $156. I also checked with my regular plumber who had recommended Harold's for services requiring drain cleaning, and he, too, said that it should have cost around $150. I tried to post this complaint on Harold's website, but it appears you can only post reviews that give them very positive responses.

We called this company because it had really good reviews. The Yancey Water System needed to move our water meter but wouldn't attach it to our current water line. We were told from Kunz that it would be 90 bucks an hour and we could save money by digging a trench. He stated that he could be here on Thursday which was 2 weeks ago. No one ever showed. We tried to dig to find the existing line but couldn't find it. I called Kunz because Yancey is ready but was told from the receptionist that Kenny whoever that is stated there was some confusion with the water company and he wanted us to call someone else to do the job. Don't hire these people. They don't want to work. Look for someone else. I gave them 1 star because it wouldn't let me not give them a star. In reality they deserve no stars. Bad business and the worse customer service. The receptionist sounded like she was asleep every time I called.

Very disappointed in this company, this company was assigned to us through our warranty; A plumber from A-Tex Plumbing came in and glanced for a second under the sink where the leak was, then said he will come back with a flash light but never did. did not come back to the house at all, instead stayed in front yard on the phone and then left. 30 mins later warranty denied our claim for repair due to pre-existent condition, but how did the plumber who did not even see anything in the house make a diagnosis? VERY unprofessional. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
