After my warranty company sent out a terrible company (A Snap) to diagnose my water heater and refused the job, they contacted San Antonio Plumbing.  From my first call they were kind, helpful and the lady taking my call got me worked into the schedule two days early. Joseph worked with my warranty company and got the perfect replacement for it (it was a 65 gallon wh that isn't made anymore) and minimized my out of pocket costs and convinced them to purchase locally. Armando Olivares the technician was prompt, courteous and changed out everything, adjusted the new expansion tank and explained everything. He cleaned up everything and was done in record time. He did this in a garage on a record day of heat of 103 degrees!  Cannot recommend this company too highly!

I live in Phoenix and have a home I rent. Texas Plumbing Diagnostics charged me $750 to replace 3 flow masters and 1 flapper. It would have been cheaper to fly to San Antonio on a Friday, rent car for 2 days, book a hotel for 2 nights, buy the parts myself, and fly back to Phoenix on Sunday. The reason I was given for the high charge was they have a $30,000 truck and had to pay a guy $35 an hour to go out there. I feel that they took advantage of me living out of state. They may take advantage of you next.

Our water heater went out and we needed a replacement fast. Gabe was the first to reach out and offered to replace our unit the same day. His quote was very affordable compared with others that we received. His work is high quality and he made adjustments so if there is a need in the future repairs will be easier to perform. I highly recommend Gabe, and we now have a new plumber!

Both of our air conditioners went out within a week of each other. We called a couple of other companies, and either we did not receive a call back or they didn't show up. Chris M was our tech today, and we couldn't be happier. He had us back up and running quickly. He could've taken complete advantage of the situation, and he didn't. It's great to find honest people. You can TRUST this company!  Very competitive quote which includes everything--you won't be upcharged when they are installing your Hot Water Heater or the like.  Top notch parts.  Friendly, clean, careful, etc.

Honest and trustworthy.  He is extremely knowledgeable and very honest on cost.  Will not overcharge you and will explain the whole process prior to just doing the work.  Will be using him again.

Carl came to my home to check for a water leak. His son put a pressure gauge on a hose bib. They were at my house 15 minutes. I was told that i did not have a leak; later that day found a leak in my sprinkler system.  They charged me $124.00. Beware

Had a great experience with Raymond who was prompt & courteous a couple months back. He took time to answer all my questions, going beyond just the basics of his job and gave me great advice to help me care for my tankless water heater and pipes. I'd definitely use them again.

Tator has handled 3 or 4 jobs for me including leak detection/pinpoint tests, sewage line repair and water line repair. Always on time, always do great work, always professional. Fair prices, friendly people on the phone. Highly recommended!

I have had Kinsey out to my home on multiple occasions to install water heaters, a new disposal, and clear clogged sinks.  Each time they show up on time, complete the work, and are very professional.  Their pricing seems fair for the work.  I would definitely recommend them.

Had Harold's Plumbing out to unplug a washing machine drain.  It took Harold's son about 10 minutes, and he gave me a bill for $285.  When I called Harold to complain, he said that it is normally $225 for this service because they have to use a small machine, but that he understood there was more service involved than the washer drain.  There was not because my tenants had taken care of the other problem.  Harold did reduce the bill to $225, however, I checked with Bryco Plumbing and they said it should have cost about $156.  I also checked with my regular plumber who had recommended Harold's for services requiring drain cleaning, and he, too, said that it should have cost around $150.  I tried to post this complaint on Harold's website, but it appears you can only post reviews that give them very positive responses.

Lack of integrity! These people came out through my home warranty. The technician was very nice but came late and had to return the next day to complete the job. I had to call them back out to adjust the faucet. They completed that but After I took a shower, I was unable to turn the water off. I recalled them through my home warranty. They were suppose to call me that day and did not. I tried calling them that day and the next with no response. I contacted The home warranty and after they called them I was assured they would get back with me. On the third day I called, and again they did not answer and I let them know I would give them a bad review if I did not hear from them. I called my home warranty to complain and was told they contacted them and told the warranty people that I told Atex to get off my property so they will now refuse the job! I found that they called me back within minutes telling me they have been having phone problems
