Amazing! These guys saved us nights in a hotel and tons of money! We had a cartridge stuck in our shower valve and the water was stuck in the in position and shooting everywhere! We called our home warranty company and they sent out a joke of a plumbing company who said we need a new valve and need to tear open the tile! They wanted $1300, and for their buddy to do the tile work.
I then called Tuttle plumbing. They arrived about an hour later, and had the issue fixed about 45 minutes after that! Water back on, and only $150 later, we were set. No torn up walls, and great service. Can't say enough good things about Tuttle Plumbing!!

Geronimo responded quickly when I reached out via Yelp regarding freeze damage. He diagnosed the problem, found replacements for the parts of the system I didn't understand well, and improved on the design of this part of the system. He also showed me how I might be able to detect further damage on my own. We will keep their number!

If any of my Greater San Antonio Area neighbors need an excellent plumber: Call Mr. Martin G. Plumbing. He is fast, efficient, fair and friendly.
Two years ago, we had a plumbing emergency; which he quickly repaired! Although, it was an after 6:00pm repair: He charged us the same as his regular business hours rate.
Today, Sunday, 26 August 2018, he repaired a leaking pipe. I contacted him at 9:36am and scheduled an appointment for today. He arrived at approximately 11:30am and was finished by 12:30pm. Again, he charged us his regular business hours rate; instead of charging us more for working on a Sunday. So, I gave him a $25.00 tip. I am also going to give him another great review on my Home Advisor App.
I am sharing this here because, every home owner will eventually need a great plumber. Also, yesterday, I decided to CANCEL our American Home Shield (AHS) Warranty because, they refused to authorize their contract plumber (ASAP Plumbing) to do this simple repair. Then, ASAP Plumbing OFFERED to do this simple repair for a fee of $425.00. I told them No. because, it cost less than $200.00 to have that bypass installed; when our water softener system was installed, by a LOWE'S contract plumber.
As a result of this experience: I am going to set up an account that is dedicated to home maintenance. Instead of paying AHS (American Home Shield) $37.40 per month ($448.80 per year) to authorize some repairs and decline simple repairs: I am going to deposit $50.00 per month in that account.... Now, I will never have to feel guilty about paying AHS $448.80 per year and not have anything repaired for that year.
After I finish this; I am going to copy and paste it on other websites; including an email to AHS (American Home Shield Warranty).

I have been wary and frustrated at trying to contact local plumbers here in SA. They usually do not call you back when you leave them a message. And this gets even worse since most never even pick up their phone.
Today was a miracle.
Robert not only picked up the phone but he valued my phonecall by carefully listening to my concern and promising to send a tech within a couple of hours. With my previous negative experience where people who have committed to come really do not come, I called up Robert again. Once again, he reassured me that a tech was on the way and now just 15 mins from arriving. True enough and even beyond my expectation, the doorbell rings just a couple of minutes after I put down the phone. It was ther plumbing tech Eric.
You could not ask for anything more. Eric went beyond just bare minimum by showing his professionalism not just with his expertise and diligence but also his patience and kindness. I was like experiencing wit and care for my plumbing from Eric just like watching The Good Doctor, plumbing version!
Eric had much difficulty as the snaking rooter kept refusing to creep into the pipe. He did not surrender until he was able to find the best tip tool that was able to flexibly push through the pipe.
The end result was a success not only for the job itself but it gave me such comfort and peace of mind knowing that it was done by a dedicated and passionate professional.
San Antonio local residents: This is a plumbing service to trust with full confidence! Great work, ultra reasonable cost.
God bless Eric. God bless Robert. God bless J & M!

Kevin and Precision Leak Detection are probably the best company you could call on if you are experiencing a water leak and aren't able to locate it or sure where to turn. We had a water leak at our house that was most likely located in our slab (as it was not showing itself anywhere else and we could hear the water running/see meter running). We were unsure who to call or what to do as we knew costs on something like this can easily skyrocket and we wanted to be smart about how we went about handling this. The first plumbers we called out couldn't find anything and recommended we wait to let the leak show itself (not a good idea) and other plumbers we spoke to could only start opening walls and tearing through things to search for it. Another leak detection company was extremely expensive and booked weeks out. Kevin was so knowledgeable and experienced that we were quickly confident we made the right decision. He was able to locate the main leak in our slab pretty quickly and help us talk through some ideas for repair with a plumber. He uses a lot of different tools that help him locate the leak/lines/manifolds with the least amount of invasiveness to your property. Once we made that necessary repair we later discovered we had a second slab leak and Kevin went above and beyond to work with us on coming back out to locate that. He was patient, thorough, never did we feel that he was in a rush to leave and just really cared that we were able to identify the problem and again talk through some ideas for repairs. He gave us some guidance and walked us through some steps over the phone to help us out. We were extremely anxious about the whole process and cost to get to the bottom of our problem, as we've had a lot of other unexpected costs recently, and Kevin and Precision Leak Detection were just the right team we were supposed to cross paths with. We know without a doubt we would not have gotten the same level of service and care from another company. Should we ever need their services again, fingers crossed, we would use them again in a heartbeat and refer our friends/family. Thank you Kevin and Precision Leak Detection. God bless!

Recently had a hot water issue, after calling Reeh they looked at it and even with the heater being 15 years old, they attempted to replace an element.
Then decided that wouldn't work so said it needed replacing at a $1500 price. We choose to replace ourselves for $400 and they still charged $200 for basically NOTHING. A service charge is one thing but $200 is
Ridiculous! Buyer beware!!!

I had a bad check valve on my somewhat secluded property in Emerald Valley that was causing no water for my cabin. Cowboy plumbing came out on time, got out of their van smiling, and were the most honest, friendly, sincere plumbers I have ever met. I will look for other jobs for them now! Thank you guys!!!!

Requested service around 10:00 pm last night. Tech called at 7:30 am today, arrived at 8:30. By 8:45 had diagnosed bad upper element. Said price was ~$380 to replace element - although element was under warranty (around 12 months old) and was being provided at no charge by Ferguson supply. When I questioned the price they then explained that they are a flat-rate repair service only, although they couldn't explain the method they used to calculate the price - perhaps it was to pay the labor of the 2nd tech who was apparently training. I called American Plumbing in Fredericksburg which quoted me $85/hour, so I paid Holloway $39 for the visit and let them leave without repairing. Perhaps there are enough customers who don't question their flat-charge pricing and who keep Holloway in business, but when it's so obviously a ripoff (a new water heater would be cheaper) it's amazing they continue to do business this way - which leads me to question their reviews on Google! So, I called American Plumbing Service and Jesse responded at my house in 1 hour, with the no-charge element from Ferguson, drained Heater (with a pump to speed draining) replaced element and charged me 1 hour labor or $85.00. Thanks Jesse!! It was a pleasure and you saved me ~$300!

Best plumbers ever! We had a toilet that wouldn't stop running. Seemed like an easy fix. My husband replaced the fill valve. Twice. Still running. Then we called a plumber. Still running.
Finally we found 210 plumber. And Steve was so understanding!! He explained everything he was doing. And he knew why it wasn't successful all the previous times. (The lines needed to be flushed) so now we have a working toilet and my faith in plumbing has been restored. Thank you Steve!

I figured because a price was guess-stimated everything was included. My situation is unique. Hospice was involved so not having gas for a week was to say the least hard. No hot water to shower, no gas to cook with, and no dryer to dry clothes. It was a raining and over cast week so even clothes line drying was out of the question. There was also an oxygen tank involved. They cut-off gas to the particular bedroom and the bathroom even though he passed away within two-weeks of the job being done. At first I was told the gas will stay off in those two rooms because of the oxygen but then I was told it was carbon monoxide. I have a monitored alarm system that specifically includes carbon monoxide monitoring. (A very big company by the way). They stated a courtesy connection had been done when they connected 2 of the 4 heaters. Payment and a waiver must now be signed. They were already paid for the work and it just doesn't seem right. Had to share.

I called Reliant to fix a simple drip from a spigot in tub/ shower. An appointment was made for Monday.A plumber showed up at 8 am on Sunday morning. After way to much information he went to hardware store and fixed the problem and I was charged 500.00.But...the job wasn't completely done right s....a supervisor came out and adjusted it.Now.... I have no hot water in shower/tub and am expected to wait for them a 6 hour window of time tomorrow. They got my money and now I am yesterdays news.Go anywhere but reliant because they are unreliable.

Can't speak for their plumbing service, but any business that requires people to drive to a destination is also liable for how they act on the road.
The driver of the vehicle accelerated at least 30 miles over the speed limit in an attempt to prevent us from getting over... not sure why, but he started charging as if he were a bull and our turn signal was a red flag at the local Texas State Bull Pin.
The driver then decided to cut across three lanes of traffic, and proceeded to bob/weave through traffic like a boxing match.
My mother already lost one child to a wreck less driver. How dare this person have the audacity to potentially take away another one. There comes a point in time where everyone needs to grow up and abide by the rules.
After all of that, they almost caused another collision by swerving completely into the next lane, then swerving back into the original lane and almost losing control of their vehicle. Very dangerous/wreck less driving.
