Being a new homeowner I don't have a trusted plumber just yet. I called around a few places for quotes and a random local search popped this place up. I won't lie, my first phone call didn't set me on the right foot. They don't have the best customer based phone skills and they got out to me about an hour later than quoted. But once they were here they were the nicest guys! Never once made me feel like I was being upsold or didn't have my best interest in mind. They kept me in the loop every step of the way and did a fantastic job! I even got my toilet repaired as well and still paid $400 less than two other major plumbing company's had quoted me. If you're patient enough to go with this mom & pop company you won't be disappointed with their work.

Our guest bathroom toilet was not working so we knew it was time to replace the internal parts.  We contacted S&D on a Saturday and we were happy they were able to come out the same day.  Our technician Esteban Corral explained in detail what needed to be done and provided an estimate and made the necessary repairs in a timely manner.  We would recommend S&D for any future plumbing issues.

San Marcos Plumbing was very friendly and gave an honest fair quote. They did a good toilet installation.  I highly recommend them.

I absolutely LOVE Culpepper.  I was trying to connect a freestanding tub after a major remodel, and was so tired of hemorrhaging cash.  I was quoted $1000 by another plumbing company just to connect the tub...not install the mixer valve on the floor faucet because that had already been done by another contractor before the tile was set...but to simply set the tub and connect it to the drain line.  And it was on a pier-and-beam house, so it's not like they had to cut into concrete or anything.  

I don't recall the plumber's name, but he was young, professional, and super nice, and when he set the tub, he even used a TAPE MEASURE to make sure it was centered in the space.  I was blown away by that one.  

Our experience with another local plumber was not the same.  The other plumber was a heavy smoker with significant COPD (which I only mention because we had to help him lift a fairly light fiberglass aproned tub into place...we didn't mind, but we had hired a plumber so we didn't have to touch it after two years of hard work on my parents' house).  I had a reaction to the strong odor of smoke in his clothing.  Culpepper's plumber was refreshingly smoke-free.  

They charged a reasonable price, were responsive, and the work was performed perfectly.  I would recommend them to anyone seeking help with everyday plumbing issues or a major remodel.  They also would have cost less than the hourly rate I paid our original contractor to move plumbing in this bathroom.  I wish I'd found them sooner.

These folks are the best. Always courteous and always willing to follow up if needed. I ran my own service company for thirty years so I recognize excellent skills and customer service for what they are...rare

We had needed the inflow/outflow parts replaced in our garage toilet. My husband called about 8:30 and we had a plumber here at noon. Frank quickly installed the parts and had the toilet operational in about 14 minutes. He was efficient and friendly. I'll use them in the future.

These guys were informative, courteous and willing to explain things as in-depth as we wanted. Our service date was executed quickly with details on the equipment and a promise to return if we ever needed them to (free of charge). You simply can't beat that type of warranty. We have been using Bolin Plumbing for years, and have always received outstanding and courteous service. We will continue to call Bolin for our plumbing needs and will also continue to refer friends to Bolin.

I had a complaint from someone feeding my cat that the inside of my house smelled like gas.  I was out of town at the time, so I looked at Yelp to find a plumber that could handle finding a gas leak.  It turns out that the only problem was an appliance where the gas was left on, but there was no flame.  There were no other leaks anywhere.  In the process of checking for leaks, the plumber with Fast Plumbing turned off the gas.  They said they turned it back on, and left.

After they left, my stove would not fully heat the oven.  The flame for the high setting looked very low.  I called them and they came out, but could not find any issues.

The next day, I had no hot water.  I called them again.  They came out and tried to light the pilot on the water heater.  It would not light.  The plumber then looked at the gas at the source and realized that the first plumber had not turned the gas all the way back on.  That seems like a very fundamental mistake.  Their mistake left me without hot water and the ability to use the stove for 2 days.

Then I received the bill.  They wanted $500 for the privilege of having them come to my house and checking the gas lines.  I thought that was outrageous!  I called and complained and they finally agreed to drop the bill to $450.  Still, I don't think the service I received was worth $450 or $500!

They presented my payment of $500 to my bank, but the bank rejected the request for payment because they thought the transaction was fraudulent.  The next day I received a nasty message from them saying that if I didn't pay up, their legal department would file a lien against my house!  I called them and explained that my bank rejected the transaction, not me.  I asked them to send an invoice or a link where I could submit payment.  That was around 7/17/2020.  I didn't receive what I needed to pay them so I called them the next day.  I still didn't receive what I needed to pay them, so I called again.  This went on day after day after day.  Finally, after all the hassle, I received the link that allowed me to pay them from their accounting department on 7/31/2020.

In my opinion, Fast Plumbing provided very poor service for a very high price.  I will never use them again, and I encourage everyone else to do the same!

After working with two ac/heating companies I finally found Woods.
They are exceptionally responsive, have very reasonable prices for an ongoing maintenance system and my technician, John Haug is so great to work with- always cheerful, positive and always finding ways to make things better.

Highly recommended.

Waste of money for him to come see  how he could fix my plumbing and do nothing. Said he plugged a pipe but that was a lie.

This company has a contract with Sears Warranty. They were scheduled to come and service my water heater under the warranty. The gentlmen answered the phone when I called and he said I need to take a look at the heater first - understandable.... Then I called again during the time he was scheduled to come and service the water heater and he said I will call you back. No call and of course no show.... My 3 years old has been without hot water in the winter for 3 days now.... No follow up, nothing. I don't like Anonimous reviews so if anyone is questioning that feel free to text me at 210-749-4656 and I can give you the feedback in person. Needles to say - bad customer service.
