George came by to fix my bathroom fan. He took the parts from multiple fan units and created my own custom fan for my bathroom in about 30 minutes. The suction on the fan is great and there is a huge difference in the quality of the air after a shower as the mirror is less foggy and it seems like the airflow is circulating exceptionally. George is a class act and his work is impeccable. I will definitely recommend him and his crew to anyone.

Talked me through a solution on the phone to my problem with a tankless water heater. He *wasn't* the plumber who installed the system. Could have easily just told me that I had to pay him for a visit to the house but instead was patient and walked me through a checklist that got us to the solution.

I woke up to soggy carpet, my husband and I started cutting into our almost new living room carpet to discover a wet foundation and a soggy carpet pad. I immediately started googling foundation leaks etc. For the next few hours I was repeatedly told NO, no and no. Then I stumbled on S & D plumbing. From the first encounter on the phone to later that same day, S & D has been so helpful, polite, and extremely professional. Melvin and Carson diagnosed the issue and worked OT to make sure we had hot water for the coming days. I put off calling a plumber for a while because I thought it was going to be a hassle. I called San Marcos Plumbing and they sent someone out the next day and my problem was solved in under 10 minutes. They are really kind people and trustworthy people who know what they are doing. They would be my first choice for any plumbing issues from now on, I would definitely give them a call!

I feel a little taken advantage of!  My husband requested they come out to give us an estimate to get a residential generator, and for that they would require $250(our fault for agreeing).  Had never heard of this before,  but my husband agreed to it.  On the day he came I had a lot of questions, I thought he would at least have the answers and detailed explanations of how it worked.  Most of which should have been answered over the phone and would have saved us $250.  Also multiple questions I had,  he did not seem to have the answers too.  Save your $250 and call someone else!!  He certainly was not an expert.  And also did not even know what the product warranty was.  For my $250 literally got a load test and that was about it.  They know there is a demand (6 month waiting list) and can make a quick buck, oh yeah and want most of the money up front.  Do your due diligence, ask if you will need another propane tank, ask how much that will cost, ask how much it will be to run existing line from a propane tank?  My husband I guess read good reviews about other services they perform, but I promise you, save your $250, I agree with a previous post, ridiculous!!!  All they do is sell you the generator and hook it up to house, they don't do anything else.  Wish I could make that kind of money for doing nothing.  Live and learn.  Like I said, a few quick questions over the phone would have saved us $250.  How would we know we would need a second propane tank( no way HOA would allow it), also a huge added expense on top of  $16,000 he wanted.  He could have asked this over the phone! Also make sure you have a place to put it and that they can get it there easily.  Seems to me just an electric Company jumping on the band wagon of people desperate to get a generator and making a quick buck.  Anyone that wants to charge you $250 to sell you something from $15,000-$17,000 should be your first clue.  Just trying to save others from our bad decision :-(.

If you want quality work done and awesome customer service these are your guys. They replaced my old water softener system and added a whole house water filter. Fred and his helper (sorry, did not get his name) came as promised, did the replacement of the washing machine faucets and sink faucet, in record time.  They cleaned up the work area when finished.  I have lived in this old house for 12 yrs, and they have been out to work on other plumbing issues before.  Always on time, courteous and outstanding service. Pricing:  reasonable.  (better than the other guys.

Instant help from Brittany (office) and she found a technician on my street (Wm. Thompson) and everything was done today. He even put up my ladder. Signed up for the Gold Contract. Am so very grateful for their help and response.

Waste of money for him to come see  how he could fix my plumbing and do nothing. Said he plugged a pipe but that was a lie.

Not a very reliable plumber and he does not return our phone calls to come and finish the job. Promised to come replace the cartridge on our faucet but never calls us back after several messages. I ended up having to call and pay another plumber.
