My AC unit stopped working during the night. My husband called Eveflow services and was able to get an appointment that same day. Technician Seth was able to diagnose an issue with one of the motherboards not receiving power. Technician Seth was able to find a replacement from the manufacture, he drove and picked up the part. After 30m he came back and replace the part in just 5 minutes. My AC is working like new! He was also very knowledgeable on how my AC unit worked and educated us on maintenance routines and how our overflow pipes transverse throughout the house. Highly recommend this service!

I honestly don't write many yelp reviews, but I can't say enough about the job that Patrick and the Accurate Leak and Line crew did for me and my family. Long story short, we had a 30 foot belly in our main line just under the house. This meant lots of digging. Not only was their estimate much cheaper than the other two I got, the work Patrick did on the back end to get things right with the new pipe and prevent having to do further digging toward the street was beyond clutch. Equal parts expertise and phenomenal customer service. If you have a similar job, make sure you get Patrick, and you'll be in the best possible hands. Jacklyn back at the office was also super helpful. Their services can't come any more highly recommended.

Mark is an excellent plumber.  He was professional in diagnosing my issue then methodical in approaching the installation of the new part.

Very pleased. Eric gave me a very good price in writing. Told me what he was going to do and that if anything came up after opening ceiling the additional cost wouldn't be more than $300. After opening and inspecting, he determined then would have to go another way. Gave me options including an inexpensive way to address it. HE STOOD BY HIS QUOTE. Called before he arrived. Polite and professional.  Project did not take as long as I had expected. Had me review his work, and ensured everything worked before departing. Very happy. I would definitely recommend PDI in the future, and ask for Eric.

Was given this company's name in the welcome wagon basket.  I called and explained the issue , quoted $79 for service call and diagnostic.   They  charged us $650 for approx. 40 minutes of running a camera 6 ft from clean out, and stating we had a blockage.  No invoice was given for explanation of services until 2 days later it was emailed.  I called the office and spoke to owner.  He just defended his workers, was very unprofessional, even started raising his voice.  Just beware before you have them come out.  Call another plumber.

Being a new homeowner I don't have a trusted plumber just yet. I called around a few places for quotes and a random local search popped this place up. I won't lie, my first phone call didn't set me on the right foot. They don't have the best customer based phone skills and they got out to me about an hour later than quoted. But once they were here they were the nicest guys! Never once made me feel like I was being upsold or didn't have my best interest in mind. They kept me in the loop every step of the way and did a fantastic job! I even got my toilet repaired as well and still paid $400 less than two other major plumbing company's had quoted me. If you're patient enough to go with this mom & pop company you won't be disappointed with their work.

We are in the process of selling our home. There was a minor issue with the water pressure. Our realtor suggested S&D and we were very happy with the results. The technician (Dustin) came on time and walked me through the issue. Thankfully it was one simple valve to be replaced. He took care of it that day and worked to put the yard back as neatly as possible.

The pricing was fair and the work was done well - the issue is resolved. As well, the next day the office staff called to check up with me and be sure I was satisfied. That is a nice touch.

Ott Plumbing let me down when I went to them for assistance on a Boy Scout project, so I gave these guys a chance.  They were very friendly and tried to help, but they couldn't find what we needed.  I thanked them for trying then left.  Later my toilet's shut off valve was leaking, and I knew it was time to call the professionals.  Enter Culpepper to the rescue!  The receptionist was very nice and remembered me from my visit.  She fit me in and said they could be out soon.  Two or three guys arrived and were in and out in less than 30 minutes.  The bill was reasonable and the work was good quality.

These jokers want $250 for an estimate to install a residential back up generator.....RIDICULOUS......NO SALE!

Be aware you will be charged more then your quoted. Told a minimum of 1 hour = $129. Once here- told between 8-8:30am, arrived 8:35am, they started on 2 sink faucet replacements. I'm not sure why but there were 2 plumbers who came and then went in and out of the house several times. Finished at 8:45am- told the bill was $275. Shocked about the difference and was told they replaced the under the counter connection hoses, etc. I paid and was emailed the invoice.

They charged $180 for labor, $9.99 for shop towels, and the rest was the hoses, etc. Mind you- there were no leaking problems, this was to replace 2 faucets!! When I called to ask about the fees I was told the $180 included travel time to get to my house (which is in the same small down!).

Needless to say- you'd save money by calling a friend to do this type of work. You'd probably still have to clean up after them anyway- boot marks on the floor, rug and bath rug were wet and dirty- all had to be washed.

They were fabulous and fast! They came to our aid in response to the 2021 winter storm that left our home without water. We got into the queues for a plumber late because we had breaks in lines associated with our water well so the breakage wasn't found until those were fixed.
Fast Flow called us back within minutes of leaving a message about our situation and was the first company to get to us. A team of 5 arrived to restore our water. They were patient (insurance questions), courteous and fast. They had water flowing into our house within 2 hours having replaced 76 feet of pipe!
We couldn't be more appreciative and will be using them for any plumbing needs in our future.

Fred and his helper (sorry, did not get his name) came as promised, did the replacement of the washing machine faucets and sink faucet, in record time.  They cleaned up the work area when finished.  I have lived in this old house for 12 yrs, and they have been out to work on other plumbing issues before.  Always on time, courteous and outstanding service. Pricing:  reasonable.  (better than the other guys.

Well,, They came very fast like their company name but they charge unreasonably. They replaced a water tap at back of the house and I paid almost $250 including labour, services fee and $15 material. Work had been done less than 30 minutes.
If the Fast Plumbing talking about turn off the condo's main water supply valve I can turn it off by myself and we the owners often do it without any problem. I have the tool to turn off the main valve in the street and you can get it at $10 at Home Depot.
Don't you think we pay $250 just to replace one water tap?
I have a condo to rent and when i need to replace kitchen sink facet i payed $130 to replace all that.

I got a new system a year ago and reluctantly went with Woods due in great part to the salesperson who seemed slippery at best. I wanted the Bryant  system  and for the most part have been happy  with the actual unit so my low rating has to do with my experience with the company itself  Since my purchase, I've experienced several other slippery issues including the warranty  and scheduling.  For example,  I made an 8:00am service  appointment and was told I would be the first person on the schedule for that day so I made arrangements for my wife to be home  then.  The service rep did not show up and when I called to see what happened, they pleasantly told me that they tried to reach me on my cell that morning, but because I did not answer they did not come. I was told that their policy was that they had to be able to reach the customer that morning or they would not show up.  I then pointed out how my wife WAS home and available and if they called my home number which they also had, they would have reached her.   Had they told me ahead of time that they needed to reach me specifically on my cell phone, I would have made arrangements to be available.  When I then tried to schedule another appointment, they were not able to give me a definite confirmation though after my experience, I am not sure what good that would do anyway,   They'll get the job done, but I'd recommend going with another company if you can.

Waste of money for him to come see  how he could fix my plumbing and do nothing. Said he plugged a pipe but that was a lie.

Not a very reliable plumber and he does not return our phone calls to come and finish the job. Promised to come replace the cartridge on our faucet but never calls us back after several messages. I ended up having to call and pay another plumber.
