I tried to leave a review for Sosa at the other site but it became difficult so I am leaving a review here.  Sosa is a great plumber.  He has serviced our plumbing issues for a couple of years now.  Always very informative, explains everything hes going to do and is very friendly and willing to answer all questions you have.  He is also very affordable as he has been one of the most cost efficient plumbers we have come across.   I highly recommend Sosa!

We recently had a plumbing problem that was beyond my skill set. Called John in the morning and he was on site, as promised, at 1PM. He and his assistant quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Easy as that. No mess. No fuss. No muss. Just fixed it.

His number is in my contact list for future use. After all, we have a 40 year old house. I expect future visits will be just as professional and satisfying as this one.

I've already recommended him to neighbor.

We had a leaky hot water heater - after doing some research for a plumber, I didn't like what I saw regarding other companies, specifically with price switching. I read only one review on JA Zepeda and what caught my eye was he charges by the job and not by the hours worked.
My father called Zepeda and he was here within 15-20 minutes, gave my father a reasonable estimate, called his son with what he needed - they were done including cleaning up within a few hours.
Will not hesitate to call him back or refer to others!

5 stars for sure!  Honest and friendly, they charged me a fraction of what could have been a 4 digit repair.  A mainline break in the front yard.  I can afford them and they worked quickly and efficiently to keep the total for the time rate down.

Now all I have to worry about is what the city is going to charge me for the water lost to a main line break. :-( I turned in a leak report, but only time will tell...

But I highly recommend Apache.  I got lucky getting them recommended by a local AC company that was charging me $400.00 to replace my central air fan unit.

Nope.  Never again.

I had a small emergency leak at my refrigerator ice-maker spigot.

The answering service was quick to respond, so they got my business.  The technician was a bit slower.  We spent a lot of time talking about their reputation, and how they were here to serve their customers.

In the end, I had a single trip, 3 valves replaced.  Lots of happy conversation in between, and $500 in cost.

Would not recommend.

I called on a Tuesday with a leaking water heater and they worked me in on Thursday. The plumber that came out worked fast and effeciently and 3 weeks later, everything is still working great. Over the phone they were up front about the costs and their pricing; which is more than I can say for the other 3 plumbing companies I called. One of the companies I called suggested I go ahead and replace the water heater (without even knowing the problem) and told me it would be just $799. Bracken fixed the water heater and my sink for under $200.  I recommend this company and will use them again if needed.

Bill and his crew hit it out of the park!! Had several pipes break at my cafe during the latest cold snap. Baker plumbing got it fixed extremely fast and consequently we did not lose any down time.

Christian is amazing! I had a gas line in need of repair in my fireplace and I'm so thankful I found him. He was prompt, courteous, fair and he didn't mind my dogs wanted to give him kisses while he was working. Such a nice man and excellent plumber. His wife was with him helping as she was equally as wonderful and so incredibly sweet. Don't hesitate to call him for any plumbing needs!

Bought our home about a year ago.  No plumbing issues until I noticed a leak coming from our water heater.  Was referred too Proficient by a few different neighbors.  To my surprise they had someone come out same day to assess the leak.  The tech showed up within 10 minutes of the agreed time and was polite and courteous.  He also gave me a few options from a few different repairs all the way to a replacing the water heater.  I opted for a new tankless system like we had in our previous home.  Rather than try to patch it up, the new system seemed like the best choice.  Again, to my surprise they were able to schedule the install for the very next day.  The same tech showed up exactly on time, got started and worked all day to get the system installed.  At the end of the day when the system was about done being installed, I was taken back when the owner of the company came by our house to check up on the install.  I've never had that happen.  He was satisfied with his tech's work, but the extension cord used to power the system was a little to long and didn't look clean enough to the owner.  They asked if they could come back the next day with a better sized cord (the one they had brought was too long).  I agreed.  The following day, again, the tech showed up at agreed time, quickly replaced the cord and then proceeded to walk me through the new system (including registering the new tank with manufacturer for warranty).  They even scheduled the maintenance for it a year out.  I'm very impressed with the quality of work and customer service.  This is a newer company (only around about a year), but they have my business when it comes to any of our plumbing needs.

Great service!  Explained everything in great detail. Very knowledgeable. Tristian went out of his way to make sure I was pleased with everything. His support crew was great as well. They replaced my garbage disposal and piping under my sink.

During the Feb. 2021 storm Pulliam Actually responded to my call when 5 other plumbers I called did not. Super communicative and friendly.  They came out as soon as they could on the day they had promised. It was late but Glen still came and repaired my water leak easily. Glen Pulliam deserves 6 stars.

Wasted my time and their time, couldn't diagnose a simple problem. Yes he was a master plumber. I found the solution on the internet, it even had a name for it. Sewer burp. Plumber sat on my tub for 40 minutes huffing and puffing and coming to the conclusion they were probably going to have to knock a hole in the side of my house to fix it. By now all I see is dollars flying out of my wallet. Rip off! Paid them almost $300.00 for nothing. Fixed it myself. A qualified plumber can fix problems leading to inadequate drain venting. This is a job for  a professional. Inspecting vents involves climbing to the peak of your  roof and visually checking for obstructions that interfere with proper  venting. The usual suspects include bird's nests and accumulation of  leaves or other wind-blown debris.
What Can Be Done
Frequently, the remedy for clogged plumbing vents is a jet of  high-pressure water. This can flush material inside the vents down into  the sewer line and out of your home. Most plumbing contractors have  equipment designed for this purpose and can complete the job quickly and  safely. Or if you are handy, you can do it yourself.

Never answered my request.  On the customer service side, a no contact but a one star because information seemed have been sent through yelp. I didn't get any reply to my request it may be because his information has changed but unknown since I didn't get a reply.

Very dissatisfied.  Tried twice.  Shame on me for the second try.  First time bad advise on a video camera charge.  Second time charged 6 hours on a 2 hour job (four hours waiting for someone to bring the plumber a part).  I have 17 rental properties.  These guys are off the list.
