So I called at 6:20 at 6:45 he was there and gave estimates for broken main water line. Job was completed professionally at 8:20. That included digging hole cutting and replacing pipe allowing 40 minutes for glue to set and then checking water pressure throughout home. If you need a plumber call Sosa the plumber. Great job

I'm in the process of foundation maintenance which required a Hydro Static Test. I was not sure originally about the company since I didn't know anything about them however the company Oshlan foundation repair recommended them. I was nervous for any big expense so as always I had many questions up front. I was very impressed by their professionalism and attention to my needs. In addition to their knowledge! There was a hiccup at one point resulting with me giving feedback, without hesitation the company made it right. I'm a single woman and worry about unfair treatment anytime I look for trade professionals but Good Life Plumbing is really one of a kind. We had a leaky hot water heater - after doing some research for a plumber, I didn't like what I saw regarding other companies, specifically with price switching. I read only one review on JA Zepeda and what caught my eye was he charges by the job and not by the hours worked.
My father called Zepeda and he was here within 15-20 minutes, gave my father a reasonable estimate, called his son with what he needed - they were done including cleaning up within a few hours.
Will not hesitate to call him back or refer to others!

Called several places, and my normal plumber. None avail or interested. Asked my neighbor for a recommend and he said Apache. Called first thing this morning and they had guys (Zack & Gunner) out early afternoon to fix my issue. Professional, knowledgeable and appropriate costs. Would recommend and use them again. Been using for years.Good Service, i thought. Until i went to replace an aqua pure filter in side a unit they replaced last year. Discovered that when they installed the new unit and filter the broke the filter tip that screws into the housing. The filter was sitting in the housing not attached. The installer new it last year. So sad. They used to be very good. They wanted $179.00 to look at the problem they created. Bad.

I called on a Tuesday with a leaking water heater and they worked me in on Thursday. The plumber that came out worked fast and effeciently and 3 weeks later, everything is still working great. Over the phone they were up front about the costs and their pricing; which is more than I can say for the other 3 plumbing companies I called. One of the companies I called suggested I go ahead and replace the water heater (without even knowing the problem) and told me it would be just $799. Bracken fixed the water heater and my sink for under $200.  I recommend this company and will use them again if needed.

These guys are the most dependable tradesmen in hill country. If you need anything that has to do with plumbing and want only the best service, fix the first time, this is who you need to call/

Beware!  These people Inflated price on a replacement part.  A Moen Cartridge for a single handle faucet tub/shower.  A $19.95 part at local DIY store, they wanted $103.00!!!!!! AND to charge me two hours for labor!!! Estimate parts/labor was over $300.00 for a 30 min job!!!!!  I've replaced the cartridge myself in the past so I know what it takes.  Give me a break.  I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Christian and Beatrice arrived just a few hours after we called them about a leaky garbage disposal. Their good humor was evident even through the masks they wore, and Christian got the job done efficiently while Beatrice fetched parts and performed quality control. I enjoyed having them in my house and recommend Adept Plumbing far above all others. Absolutely first class.

Awesome folks, very friendly, do great work for a good price. Have had them out twice already and will have them out again for more plumbing work. If you live in New Braunfels, beware of tradesman coming out from San Antonio. Their prices are always higher to help make for the drive. It's better to stick with local pros like MyPlumb Sure. Samantha and Chris were especially helpful, friendly and nice and made sure the work was done right for a great price and that we were happy.

Pulliam Plumbing responded promptly to our plumbing emergency.  They expertly removed the over sized malfunctioning water heater from the garage closet, then carefully and precisely installed a new 50 gallon Rheem water heater.  We our very satisfied with the performance of the new water heater and the care they took in cleaning up afterwards.  Also, this is a Veteran owned business!  Highly Recommended!

They came out to work on our hot water heater.  Good response time (same day).  Pretty expensive visit ($150) for a few minutes' work.  Main complaint:  Their technicians were NOT vaccinated for COVID.  If you're a business sending workers to work inside peoples' homes during this Covid crisis, you need to require your workers to be vaccinated.  Period.  No excuses.  Otherwise, no major complaints.
