I tried to leave a review for Sosa at the other site but it became difficult so I am leaving a review here.  Sosa is a great plumber.  He has serviced our plumbing issues for a couple of years now.  Always very informative, explains everything hes going to do and is very friendly and willing to answer all questions you have.  He is also very affordable as he has been one of the most cost efficient plumbers we have come across.   I highly recommend Sosa!

Gill Plumbing has handled for our family large jobs  (replace sewer line to street, whole-house water softener) to medium (replace toilets) to small (stopped drains, faucets).

In every case, the repairs are done well with no back-and-forth, scope creep, confusion, or corrections. John Gill and his crew are experienced, skilled, honest, and careful. He comes when he says he will, keeps me apprised of progress, recommends options.

Pricing is midrange, and service is very responsive.

These guys are absolutely the best! They came out and gave me an estimate and the job was done by the middle of the day the next day. They have their own equipment  and are honest and hard-working. The job turned out to be much more involved than we originally thought, but the price was still very reasonable for the amount of work that they had to do. Highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services!

We had a leaky hot water heater - after doing some research for a plumber, I didn't like what I saw regarding other companies, specifically with price switching. I read only one review on JA Zepeda and what caught my eye was he charges by the job and not by the hours worked.
My father called Zepeda and he was here within 15-20 minutes, gave my father a reasonable estimate, called his son with what he needed - they were done including cleaning up within a few hours.
Will not hesitate to call him back or refer to others!

My parents water heater went out so I called around trying to find a plumber in the area . We needed help ASAP they were without hot water for days. When I called the phone was answered. She said they couldn't get to it that day. She called right back within ten minutes and informed me they could get it done. Great service ! They answered the phone and did it for the estimated price. This is the worst company I have seen in the San Antonio area. I had my appt. set for Friday LAST WEEK, it is now Thursday of the following week and they have not showed up. We used this company faithfully in the past, I am not sure what happened to this company now but I would avoid them like the plague. If I could give them 0 stars I would. This has been the worst customer service/experience I have ever had with a company. If they continue to treat customers like this they will not be in business much longer.

Contacted for a busted garbage disposal that was leaking everywhere! They arrived within a day, had it replaced quickly for a fair price. Professional service! Highly recommend!

Christian is great. I used him for the first time recently, based on his stellar reviews. We were moving into an older home and had several things to take care of. The team was great came out to my house at 11pm to repair a burst pipe due to the holiday freeze. Tristan and his team were quick and gave me about 3 options to repair including extended warranties for the repair. There's nothing like a plumbing emergency before bed, thank you to Simple Service for keeping me updated on their ETA and fixing my problem quick and the same night. I recommend them for any plumbing repair day or NIGHT!

Pulliam Plumbing responded promptly to our plumbing emergency.  They expertly removed the over sized malfunctioning water heater from the garage closet, then carefully and precisely installed a new 50 gallon Rheem water heater.  We our very satisfied with the performance of the new water heater and the care they took in cleaning up afterwards.  Also, this is a Veteran owned business!  Highly Recommended!

We are Valeria restaurant, a small restaurant  venue that has always recommended Rittimann to others. They have shown up on time and schedule ti be helpful. Sometimes it takes a while but that's like as they get super booked up sometimes . All in all, a good reliable plumbing company .

I'd heard great things from neighbors, posting in Nextdoor. What I failed to recognize was that each of those recommendations was around an emergency. We all love a hero.  

I needed a simple toilet installation in an existing bathroom. My appointment was for 1:30 and I received a text stating it would be closer to 2:15, I said ok. At 2;30 the plumber arrived.  At 4:15, I was nervous because I had a brief appointment. So, that was rescheduled.  At 4:45 I was super nervous because I had a 5o'clock appointment that was unbreakable.  

Just before 5, the owner showed up and I mentioned I was feeling frustrated. I told him I had someplace to be and he said they could have rescheduled, had they known I was in a hurry.  The upshot, $315 for one toilet replacement and a shrug. Some jobs just take longer.

I needed a water heater replaced and after a bad experience with Will Fix It I called Paul at Dons Plumbing. He was able to make it the next day. He was well prepared and had all the parts required. The swap out went quickly and everything was cleaned up and hauled off.

A follow up to my prior review. The owner called me and he refunded my money. He was very nice, I got the feeling he tries to run a good company and means well but, perhaps isn't hands on enough. Let's face it he didn't have to refund my money some may not have so I have to give him credit for doing the right thing. I hope he gets a handle on things and will be as good as I think he wants to be. I wish him success!
