Excellent customer service from the start. We had a whole house plumbing issue. They came out within an hour of calling them. Zen and Jacob found the problem Immediately. These guys were hard working and did great job.
They communicated with us and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Zoom plumbing!

We had a plumbing emergency that involved a leak from our second story to our family room downstairs. Bluebonnet Plumbing came out the day we called! They are always professional, courteous, and friendly from the time you call to make an appointment to when they have diagnosed and solved the problem. We had the plumbing for a toilet and sink moved as well as updated the plumbing for the shower drain and water lines. The work was done quickly and cleanly. We have used Leago Plumbing for many years for various plumbing needs. I called Robert of Leago Plumbing on July 21 in the morning. He responded in the afternoon. I told him our water heater was not giving out hot water. He came to our house at 4:00 pm the same day. Robert figured our hot water intake was mostly completed turned off and that there was a block in the hose at the connection. He turned up the water intake and removed the blockage. And stayed to make sure it was working. We do not know anything about plumbing. He could have told us that we needed a new water heater. Leago plumbing and Robert have integrity and provide professional service. I highly recommend Leago Plumbing.

Had a plumbing annoyance on a Saturday and was hoping for a quick fix. Anthony and Mike showed up 15 minutes early , (called to make sure it was ok) and were in and out in less than 20 minutes. They took the time to show me what the problem was and explain it to me. The price was more than fair and I appreciate the customer service. I would highly recommend these guys.

I found this company on Yelp. They've done plumbing repairs on our rental property. The work was done very quickly after contacting them online and the price was reasonable. My tenant was happy, which is very important.

Most unprofessional plumbers in san antonio. They will lie and treat you with utter disrespect. They don't communicate either with the leasing agents nor the tenants. They barge into your home with little to no notice while people are undressing and they yell and hang up the phone on their clients. They speak vulgar to you if you ask questions or ask that the work be done in a timely manner. Worst experience ever and will always speak about the poor service that was provided.

A Snap came to my home after a claim was submitted through my home warranty company.  they initially came on 6 July 2017 because two of my toilets were not flushing properly.  After their visit, we realized the toilets still took 3-4 flushes to get everything down and even after that, after a #2, it still took several flushes.  The home warranty company sent them back on 13 July 2017 and the second plumber discovered that the first plumber had put something on backwards on the downstairs toilet.  He made some adjustments and told my husband that the problem was solved and that you just have to hold the handle down to get a good flush.  I have 4 toilets in my home and I have been around toilets my whole life.  YOU DO NO T HAVE TO HOLD A HANDLE ON A TOILET DOWN TO GET A GOOD FLUSH.  So, should I put a sign up for company that says to hold the handle down....or just let someone go in the bathroom and have to stay and flush 4 or more times and feel embarrassed when they come out?   I'm not a plumber but I can clearly see that there is something happening with the water pressure.  Not sure why their plumbers are not competent enough to fix the issue but I had to call the home warranty company back and now they are sending another plumbing company because A Snap said that there isn't an issue....If your home warranty company assigns them to you, tell them you want someone else.
