Awesome Service. Called at about 6 in the evening with a leak in my kitchen ceiling. He came out in about an hour. Made the best of the situation then came back the next morning to fix. Great guy who took the time to do it right. And he wasn't trying to up charge with other stuff. Gave honest answers to my questions . I had been debating some bathroom remodeling and he answered honestly which meant no extra money out of my pocket. I would gladly use this company every time.

I never write reviews,  but with service like this, I had to!  After attempting to repair a leak myself, I had to call in the professionals.   I call several places and a couple came out to look.   Their estimates on the phone were no where near accurate and the price the quoted in person was ridiculous.   I was almost ready to give up when I called this team.   Not only were they able to get here faster than the others, they stuck to their price.  I am definitely going to keep this number and go to them first when I have a problem.  Amazing and respectable service.

They did an amazing job! The crew came to our house as promised. If they had a question they always asked to see if it was acceptable. Very professional we couldn't have asked for more.

Hired father and son duo to install my bathtub and plumb faucet with PEX. Provided the install instructions. They were super friendly- however...

They installed the faucet upside down, but came back to correct it. They did not shim under the tub nor put cement or felt as Recomended by the manufacturer. Found out later that the overflow plastic mechanism was broken off during install but not mentioned. Tub was scratched on the apron as well as the bathroom door. Tub was not shimmed to the studs, and had to be reattached. Shower head spout was not positioned correctly (recessed too deep) for Sheetrock to go over. Tub spout was 2in higher than per the manufacturer. The work got done with no leaks so far, but the quality for the price is simply not in alignment. I corrected about half of the issues, but they should have knocked off 30-40% of their price as I'm certain they did know they were being rough. I would hire them again despite this review, but they need to be managed with certain types of work to ensure that they are careful and thorough.

I would highly recommend. This is the second time they have been able to help us . First time they installed a water heater, and this time they helped us with some pipes. Always courteous and professional , honest, and affordable. Quick to respond. We will definitely call them again if we are in need of any work done at our home .

Rueben has been my plumber for 16 years. Except for being way too busy during Covid and the big freeze, he is always quick, friendly, knowledgeable and economical. You will not be disappointed.

George was great. He came out quickly and repaired a short with my irrigation and repaired a pipe that I didn't realize was busted since I bought the house. He also took the time to recommend new durations for each area of my yard. I will only be using Diamond Irrigation in the future.

I will make this short. ALD agreed there is a leak in my backyard. I paid $575 as they were positive, they could find it. The person that came out was all talk and kept telling me over, and over, how I need to call him since only one visit is included and he would come back out. My neighbor's yard is affected, and she even said it is obvious where the leak must be.
What did I get for this much money? An inaccurate report (in so many ways) and a 'Well, I don't know' result.
I had another detection company come out and they found the leak within 1 hour.
Lesson learned and waste of money.

On 12/16/2017  I called Tietze Plumbing for an estimate to install a water heater.  I mentioned that I was going to buy the water heater from Lowe's and needed them to pick up water heater and install.  She quoted $550 to $750.    When the guys came out to look where it will be installed I mentioned that they would have to pick up water heater.  They said I would also need an expansion.   So I purchased everything that was needed.   After calculating their estimate they said it would cost $800 just to install.   The next day they installed water heater and said it would cost $974 just to install.  I reminded them of their previous quote.  He just shrugged his shoulders.   After they left,  by nighttime my water still was not hot.   I called, and he suggested I check circuit breaker , so I did.  After flipping switch and waiting a couple hrs it seemed like I might be getting hot water.   The next day , still no hot water.   After speaking w/someone from mfg. company, I was asked if they asked me to turn water on to purge the system, I said no.  She then said , they might of damaged the heating element.  I called Tietze,  and after she spoke w/the installers, she said that they did everything they were suppose to.  Because , I didn't purchased the water heater from them I was told they couldn't warrant the installation.   It would cost $49 just to come out in addition to the cost of additional work.   I was not happy w/the extra costs.  I felt I already paid enough.   The lady a couple days later said the reason why it cost more to install is because they had to pickup water heater and install expansion pump.    The installers already knew that when they quoted $800  but then charged me $973 instead.    I ended up having to call a different plumber.   This other plumber was very nice and fixed the problem at no charge.   He said I already paid enough for a poor installation job.     I WILL NEVER CALL TIETZE PLUMBING AGAIN.   THEY LIED TO ME, OVERCHARGED ME,  DID NOT WANT TO WARRANT THEIR INSTALLATION.     And I will continue to spread my review because it's not right that they rip people off.

I had used ABC for a shower remodel in the past and they did great for that project so I thought I would try their 'handyman' service.  Basically you pay a flat fee for either a half day or full day.  I needed a hole in the wall patched up which would be a half day, and I was told that if he finished early he could do other things around the house if needed.  This was my first experience with this type of service, so maybe this is the way most handymen work.  First I want to say he did an excellent job of fixing the hole in the wall, looks great.  However, on some of his breaks he would smoke by his truck and then come back in smelling of smoke.  Really?  You can't wait a couple of hours for a smoke? Obviously I'm not a smoker (I imagine most smokers reading this would sympathize that yes you have to smoke that often).

Anyway, the main reason I'm giving them 'Meh' rating instead of better is when he finished I brought him to the downstairs bathroom to fix a towel rack that had come off.  I went off to do something and he brought me back to ask me about something and he mentioned that the toilet seemed to be running too.  Huh... I've used that bathroom plenty for the last couple of days and it never ran before.  So anyway he finished with the rack and asked if I had anything else since he had 1/2 hr left, I said no.  He brought out the bill and gave me a $25 coupon 'to use for next time' but he applied it to today's session since I didn't use the full 4 hours.  Ok, I just 'upped' their star rating to 3 starts, after writing so far.  But after he left I went into the bathroom to check the toilet and I just opened/closed the water line and that fixed it.  I just can't shake the feeling that he purposely made the toilet run to 'have something else to fix' before the time ran out instead of another chore.  Has anyone else ever encountered this?  

I won't be using this service again, mainly because I don't like the flat rate 4 hour idea for a handyperson and how it's implemented.  Maybe this is the standard, but I'm going to try a different company next time.

Update: I actually did catch my toilet running yesterday (about a month after this review).  So I feel bad blaming the guy above.  I upped it to 4 stars since he really did do a good job with the wall and the towel rack.

Follow up to my previous review.  Gibson contacted me after writing my first review. They offered me 1/2 of the bill I paid for a competent contractor to come out and fix their faulty installation! I guess, in their minds, I'm 1/2 responsible for their crews crappy service install.  I am writing to let y'all know whenever dealing with this contract, get names, dates, times and record your conversation with them.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Through Fidelity, my home warranty company, this company has been dispatched to my house on three separate occasions. Twice was for AC issues and once for a water heater, every single occasion was a DISASTER. The men that came out were accommodating but were always late, left huge messes and did not have adequate/correct equipment. This last experience was the absolute worse. My AC went out in triple digit heat, they were scheduled to come out on July 1st, 2020 to look at the unit and make their recommendation. Of course they were late not showing till nine that evening. We need a whole new unit, they gave their word the recommendation would be in to Fidelity the next MORNING to assure the process (Fidelity approving the recommendation, ordering the parts and replacing the unit) would happen in a timely manner. The next day (Thursday the 2nd) I waited till two in the afternoon to check with Fidelity, the recommendation had not been submitted as promised. They called Champion and Trophy AC three way with me on the phone, they told assured both Fidelity rep and myself that the recommendation would be done by the end of the day. Already frustrated because they did not do what they said they would and cost me an entire day int he process of fixing my AC in TRIPLE DIGIT HEAT. I took them at their word for the second time and did not bother following up the next day, Friday, because they had assured both Fidelity and I that it would happen... guess what DID NOT HAPPEN!! Monday I followed up to see where in the process we were, Fidelity STILL had not received the recommendation!!! The short version..recommendation was received Tuesday the 7th, almost an entire WEEK after promised. Wrong part was sent by Fidelity (between these two companies, ugh! DUMB and DUMBER!) by the time the correct part was ordered, Tuesday the 14th, Champion told me they could be there SATURDAY the 18th, that was the best they could do. ZERO sense of urgency even though their negligence  had cost my family to suffer with NO AC in TRIPLE DIGIT heat. For weeks UNNECESSARILY!! I told their scheduling person secretary that was unacceptable and I needed to speak with someone else, someone who cared about the reputation of this company and could make thing happen. She retorted that was the best they could do and her boss was already gone she would have them call me the following day (Never happened) I will admit that I went Karen on her at the same time assuring her it was not a personal attack but the amount of frustration at this point was EPIC and the fact that this company showed NO urgency or accountability was mind blowing!!! Instead of a call from anyone with any culpability in the Champion and Trophy AC and Plumbing or its reputation, they called Fidelity and cancelled the contract stating we were unhinged. Again....MIND BLOWN!! I have no idea, looking at other reviews, how this company is still in business. If we ran our business like this we would not be. WORST costumer service EVER!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Bad, not honest, down right wrong!
Our home warranty company called Fred Wright plumbing to come out and fix a diverter that had broken just one month after a previous company replaced it.
We had already paid the previous company to install a new diverter in the tub handle and it was either not installed correctly or it was just a very cheap part. We had an agreement with the home warranty company that if Fred Wright plumbing found that the diverter was the problem again that we would not be charged a second time.

Joe refused to explain basic plumbing to the home warranty operator and instead told them that we broke the part ourself and on top of that told us that we would have to call and order the part and have it delivered before he could replace it.

The part was broken....but really....I am pretty sure I did not take the handle off and unto the part and break it and then put the handle and parts back on....pretty sure!

So we have paid $110.00 and now have no way to take a shower and must order the part ourself!

Joe is not welcome in my house again!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Some female said they'd be able to service our home the next day... the next day comes & she says they'd have to reschedule for the next day.... well that day comes & this dumb braud has the nerve to say they don't service our area (5 miles away).... my 3 kids went w/out water way longer than need be thanks to this company who asked for our address the day we set the apt up & never said they didn't service our area but proceeded to make an apt
