Used Quest first time today and I am very impressed and pleased by their professionalism and knowledge. Clint detected leaking water heater problem immediately and proceeded to repair it efficiently and expertly explaining everything along the way.  Saved me some money by not having to by a new one, afterwhich he stayed to make sure water heater was heating properly and even checked water temps in all water faucets and shower. Reasonable price considering all work he did. Will definitely use Quest again.

Awesome Service. Called at about 6 in the evening with a leak in my kitchen ceiling. He came out in about an hour. Made the best of the situation then came back the next morning to fix. Great guy who took the time to do it right. And he wasn't trying to up charge with other stuff. Gave honest answers to my questions . I had been debating some bathroom remodeling and he answered honestly which meant no extra money out of my pocket. I would gladly use this company every time.

I never new how much water pressure one could actually have till now. I called 7 plumbers and he was the one. case resolved, I was in tears when my husband called me and told me the good news. I can't believe all these top company's couldn't figure it out like Roto rooter,  aaa auger plumbing, a affordable,  will fix it and 2 others that just scratched there head and said let me read up and get back with you. just get it done right the first time . I was in need of some outdoor plumbing projects.  They responded quickly to my request for a quote  They were on time, very professional and did an excellent job.  Pricing was also very reasonable.   I highly recommend them.

I had a leaky faucet right before the family was coming to stay with us on Thanksgiving. They responded to my yelp request quickly and came the next day. They explained the possible options over the phone and in person. Before completing the job, they told us how much the repair would cost, so no billing surprises! They were patient (I asked a lot of questions), nice, and honest! I'll definitely call them again for some other repairs we need around the house.

I called George based on several local recommendations and he did not disappoint. He was able to come out and quickly diagnose the issue, provide a solution as well as a reasonable quote to have everything repaired. George and his crew came by the next day and within a few hours I was controlling my new and improved sprinkler system through my smartphone.

They were prompt, professional and very informative. My technician, Kaleb, took the time to walk me through everything ensuring I understood what he was talking about as we went along. Highly recommend this company!!

On 12/16/2017  I called Tietze Plumbing for an estimate to install a water heater.  I mentioned that I was going to buy the water heater from Lowe's and needed them to pick up water heater and install.  She quoted $550 to $750.    When the guys came out to look where it will be installed I mentioned that they would have to pick up water heater.  They said I would also need an expansion.   So I purchased everything that was needed.   After calculating their estimate they said it would cost $800 just to install.   The next day they installed water heater and said it would cost $974 just to install.  I reminded them of their previous quote.  He just shrugged his shoulders.   After they left,  by nighttime my water still was not hot.   I called, and he suggested I check circuit breaker , so I did.  After flipping switch and waiting a couple hrs it seemed like I might be getting hot water.   The next day , still no hot water.   After speaking w/someone from mfg. company, I was asked if they asked me to turn water on to purge the system, I said no.  She then said , they might of damaged the heating element.  I called Tietze,  and after she spoke w/the installers, she said that they did everything they were suppose to.  Because , I didn't purchased the water heater from them I was told they couldn't warrant the installation.   It would cost $49 just to come out in addition to the cost of additional work.   I was not happy w/the extra costs.  I felt I already paid enough.   The lady a couple days later said the reason why it cost more to install is because they had to pickup water heater and install expansion pump.    The installers already knew that when they quoted $800  but then charged me $973 instead.    I ended up having to call a different plumber.   This other plumber was very nice and fixed the problem at no charge.   He said I already paid enough for a poor installation job.     I WILL NEVER CALL TIETZE PLUMBING AGAIN.   THEY LIED TO ME, OVERCHARGED ME,  DID NOT WANT TO WARRANT THEIR INSTALLATION.     And I will continue to spread my review because it's not right that they rip people off.

Recently we had a problem with those pesky squirrels chewing a whole in our roof and deciding to take up residence in our attic. We called ABC Pest Control, you might ask why? My question also. They set a trap in the attic, checked it 3 times of course did not catch anything. Sprayed some foam along roof line and placed approx. 8 inches of flashing along roof line. This all cost us $225.00 We could have done t his for exactly $ 10.00. A complete rip off !!!!  We will NEVER call ABC again.

If you purchase a home and the builder uses Gibson Plumbing for warranty, run away and do not purchase the home. Gibson doesn't answer their emergency calls or call back and they don't back their warranty. Any other plumbing company is better than them and worth paying for.

We were connected to Champion Plumbing through our home warranty company. They set up two appointments with us and no showed both of them, even after we called and confirmed that they were coming. This is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. We asked to be switched to another provider as we had to miss work and leave work early to be at our home for the two appointments and they never showed up or called to reschedule.

Edit: 9/27/16 at 9:17pm Just received a call from a technician that they are coming out now.

Had a stopped up toilet.  I removed to see if I could fix.  I augured , got running again.  Put toilet back on to use.  Backed up again so I removed toilet and snaked it again but when running hose water it would back up so left toilet off and called my home warranty company.   They had 3 plumbers in the area.  First never called me back.  Ten days later I get John.   He shows up in a personal truck, red f150, with no decals, no indication he is even a plumber.  And no tools or equipment I could see.  He ran water down toilet then tried up selling me on what he thought he could do to fix the problem.  I know a crook when I see one and talk to one.  I really feel sorry for ladies with no knowledge about construction, systems, or maintenance.   This guy probably takes advantage of every situation he can.  As you can imagine, I asked him to leave.  Good luck!  The rest of their techs may be ok, but if John is yours, may the force be with you.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Some female said they'd be able to service our home the next day... the next day comes & she says they'd have to reschedule for the next day.... well that day comes & this dumb braud has the nerve to say they don't service our area (5 miles away).... my 3 kids went w/out water way longer than need be thanks to this company who asked for our address the day we set the apt up & never said they didn't service our area but proceeded to make an apt
