From start to finish everything ran smoothly.  Everyone was very professional and courteous.  Juan did an awesome job on my bathroom sink project.  He kept me informed of everything he was doing to ensure it was meeting my expectations.  Could not be happier with the outcome.

To start, Uryss M. got back to us on Yelp within 5 minutes...after standard working hours. They were professional, courteous, and mindful of my time. Mitch came to our home exactly when they said he would. He was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgable. Not only did he explain everything regarding our home's plumbing, he was very friendly with our three dogs! He gave us a prompt and accurate estimate, and went way beyond expectations. He did the work immediately following diagnostic, and he finished the work brilliantly! I would recommend this company without hesitation!

In the last ten days, our Family was in need of plumbing services.  Recently I became aware of Chris Tobar and his crew at First Aid Plumbing Services.  I contacted over the Thanksgiving Weekend & he took care of a leak I had at my Father In Law's Master Bathroom.  The work they did was very professional, minimized the cut they needed to make in the wall to solve the issue & fixed our problem.  Then I had him out to my personal residence because my master bathroom tub was not draining properly.  He sent out his crew out to me & solved my issue.  Fast, reliable & honest, you can't ask for anything more.  I highly recommend Chris Tobar and his crew!

I had a leaky main water line. I called Shamrock Plumbing and although very busy they were able to squeeze me in the next morning.  Patrick Feely showed up with two of his plumbers. We discussed the problem and Patrick gave his plumbers instructions and they went to work to bypass the leak and get the water to my house restored. Although it was cold and misting rain they never slowed down. It is very unusual for me to recommend a service or business but I won't hesitate to recommend Shamrock Plumbing.

They are GREAT!!! Jose and his crew did about 2 days worth of projects and jobs around my house-- and I was very pleased with the results. Jose was very clear and reasonable with explaining the work he could do for me and the prices were fair. I am very relieved to find someone that is reliable and efficient. I will definitely be calling on them again for future work and services!!

We had the best experience with H2O! The price was under the estimate and the guys that came out to the house were so nice. Thanks so much for helping us get our hot water back!!

Rueben has been my plumber for 16 years. Except for being way too busy during Covid and the big freeze, he is always quick, friendly, knowledgeable and economical. You will not be disappointed.

We were very satisfied with the service provided and their prompt response, he came out within 24 hours after we contacted him. George was professional, knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him to my family and friends!!

We hired them to find a pool leak.  They did not find it though we paid them $2000.  It got worse and worse.  The auto fill is turned off and the pool is now down 2 ft.  I just called to have them come back out and they said it will be ANOTHER $2000.  This is criminal!

Samuel was our plumber and came out twice, once for an emergency issue that thankfully was not an emergency..and again to fix the actual problem. He was friendly professional knowledgeable and did outstanding work. Thank you Samuel!

Contacted ABC for installation of a new vanity for my powder room. The plumber quoted me over $1000 for the install because he said that in addition to the installation, they would have to cut into the wall and move my existing plumbing. I called a different plumber and they were able to find a very simple workaround and completed the job for a small fraction of what ABC quoted. Do not recommend these guys. Expensive and not very efficient.

Our toilet stopped working last week, we called in to the service department who was very helpful. Then the plumber arrived (his name was Nick) was super helpful, worked efficiently, and got our toilet fixed in no time. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs

We were connected to Champion Plumbing through our home warranty company. They set up two appointments with us and no showed both of them, even after we called and confirmed that they were coming. This is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. We asked to be switched to another provider as we had to miss work and leave work early to be at our home for the two appointments and they never showed up or called to reschedule.

Edit: 9/27/16 at 9:17pm Just received a call from a technician that they are coming out now.

Bad, not honest, down right wrong!
Our home warranty company called Fred Wright plumbing to come out and fix a diverter that had broken just one month after a previous company replaced it.
We had already paid the previous company to install a new diverter in the tub handle and it was either not installed correctly or it was just a very cheap part. We had an agreement with the home warranty company that if Fred Wright plumbing found that the diverter was the problem again that we would not be charged a second time.

Joe refused to explain basic plumbing to the home warranty operator and instead told them that we broke the part ourself and on top of that told us that we would have to call and order the part and have it delivered before he could replace it.

The part was broken....but really....I am pretty sure I did not take the handle off and unto the part and break it and then put the handle and parts back on....pretty sure!

So we have paid $110.00 and now have no way to take a shower and must order the part ourself!

Joe is not welcome in my house again!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Some female said they'd be able to service our home the next day... the next day comes & she says they'd have to reschedule for the next day.... well that day comes & this dumb braud has the nerve to say they don't service our area (5 miles away).... my 3 kids went w/out water way longer than need be thanks to this company who asked for our address the day we set the apt up & never said they didn't service our area but proceeded to make an apt
