The toilet that was replaced about a year ago when I had new tile put in was not installed properly and came loose. I hate to use the phone so I went to the George Plumbing Company website and there was an area to just describe what I needed and set up an appointment. It seems like they answered me about 5 minutes after I sent the message to them and the appointment was scheduled for a couple days later since that fit my schedule . (they could have come earlier). I got an email that Shawn and Nathan would arrive about 5-10 minutes earlier than expected about 40 minutes before they came and then a phone call about a half hour before they came. The email included a photo of the technicians. When they arrived about 10 minutes early, they got right to work and were done in about an hours time. The previous installers had used bolts that rusted out and broke so they put appropriate brass ones in and used toilet shims rather than the flat pencil that the previous installer had used. New to Boerne, I called Hill Country Plumbing to get some Plumbing service for a small job I needed done on my property.   I spoke to Zach, one of the owners, and I gave him the requirements.  We set the next available service date.  
Two technicians came out, ON TIME, and got right to work.  They did a fantastic job.  They were fast, professional and really took the time to understand the full scope of work.   They even hauled off the old remnants of the job.

I just moved San Antonio and I needed a water softener in my new house. I had been getting solicitors from GE and Kinetico and other companies come to my door about water softeners and a lot of them were just super pushy. I saw one of premier's cards and decided to check them out. They gave me a really good quote since my house was already pre plumbed for a water softener. They didn't try to oversell me or under sell me. They gave me just the right size that I need it for my water usage in my house. Austin the guy that came to install my water softener was very professional and did a great job installing. He's very particular and making sure that everything looks nice and crisp in my garage. I would highly recommend them to anybody that needs a water softener and wants to support small business.

Braulio did an awesome job replacing my water heaters at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him to everyone. He makes sure you are 100% satisfied and stands by his work. All the other reviews are true. He's the best!

This was our first time dealing with the Greenshire Handyman service and will definitely use them again. AJ was professional, knowledgeable, and patient with us on ensuring our projects would get completed as we expected. Additionally, he took the time to explain the entire scope of work and absolutely made sure we were happy with the final outcome. He even touched up some items that needed some attention. The customer service was pleasant and attentive to leaving our home as clean as possible. Great to have this business be local to us and will definitely use them again!

I called Abel on a Sunday afternoon. He returned my call within an hour and moved some things around to come down the next day during my lunch hour. He was easy to talk to and explained everything to me before making decisions. He worked quickly, everything looks great, and he takes online payments! He will definitely be my go-to plumber :)

Set up an appointment with Mr. Rooter plumbing after emailing Aaron back and forth a few times. Previous estimates for my bathroom problem were in the 2-3k range and Aaron was the only person to recommend other options. Tony was our technician and was nice and professional. He was able to fix our problem and it only cost us a fraction of the previous estimates. Would definitely be going through Mr. Rooter in the future.

Needed a backflow test done so I texted Lauren and she replied promptly with the price. After checking with a few other businesses, this was the best price so I texted back to move forward with the test. They emailed me an invoice, did the test the same day. They emailed once it was completed, I paid online and received a receipt and copy of the report. The entire process was excellent and convenient!

Quarter Moon Plumbing is who you need to choose for your next plumbing project or issue.  After sending an online request for service early evening, within the hour, I received a call from Adam.  He listened to my issue and provided honest feedback.  Communication was excellent as he text me when he was arriving and the repair was done quickly AND at a cost that was within our budget!!!  If possible, ask for Adam.  He's a great man who is a professional with integrity and honesty.  Don't bother price shopping....Quarter Moon Plumbing is a company that can be trusted .

I am changing my review to a 1*. This company managed to turn a issue with pricing into a showing of little concern for my experience or respect for me as a customer. The response from the manager went with no follow up. I responded via email and on Yelp with my contact info. Nothing. Then I get a second email.

I got that yesterday. 5pm today and nothing, so I responded again letting them know that I still have not heard from anyone. The next reply was this.

I wrote the review based off my conversation with the company on the 10th. I got the refund because I was not willing to pay $1000 in labor to switch out 2 kitchen faucets.  That other email was on the 11th. If this is the service level you get and organization you get from a promise for them to reach out so they can better understand the issue I would hate to see how they would handle a real issue had I hired them for a job. If you say you are going to reach out because you want to understand the issue then stand by your word, please don't just post a response for others to see showing your concern if it is not truly there.

the men (Art, Louis and Dan) installed a new system and new duct work.  They  did and excellent job   They were knowledgeable, professional and hard working.  We were having problems with our old unit (purchased from Aramendia),  They sent a team out who had reviewed the history and inspected the old system   Aramendia stood behind their product and helped us to remedy the problem in a fair and honestly better than we could of hoped for.  Cannot ask more from a company to stand by their product and to employee excellent peopld.
