I have used many, many plumbers over the years. I found George Plumbing three years ago and I won't use anyone else unless it's a Sunday. They never upsell me. They charge by the hour and they don't dawdle. I am very happy to recommend this company.

Stuart is a very customer oriented plumber. Fixed my parents' drain leakage in their bathroom, was very professional & thorough.  I've requested other services and Amanda who manages the appointments and scheduling is very accommodating and thoughtful -- she lends an air of calm during my panicked calls for help.  Thanks very much to the Rapid Rooter Plumbing Team! Our water heater was not working, so I called Sears Home Warranty to place a service call. Sears could not make it out that day, so they sent Premier Plumbing Services.  
On Wednesday, December 7, 2022, Ruben from Premier Plumbing Services came out on the service call and determined that we needed a new water heater. Ruben told my husband that we would be responsible of paying an access fee of 335.00. It would cover having them take the new water heater to the second floor, then bring the old water heater down to the first floor and the disposal fee. We understand the disposal fee, which Ruben said was 50.00. We cannot believe we were going to be charged 285.00 to bring the new water heater upstairs so they could install it and bring the old one down!  Ruben was not making any changes to it; he was only installing, it exactly where we had it before, with no modifications.  Ruben advised my husband that he would have to return on Friday because the water heater was not on stock and would have it by Friday. My husband was told if the water heater would have been in the garage we would not have been charged that access fee. We would only have paid the disposal fee.
I tried to switch companies, but Sears did not let me because Premier Plumbing had already started the service call. On Friday, December 9th, they came to install it. I was unsuccessful in getting someone to help me bring the old water heater down and the new one up stairs. Ruben asked me; so you really want to move them yourselves? I replied, yes. Then he replied, I can pick up my equipment and will come back later.  I agreed, then he proceed to say...I will  go do another service, but I can't guarantee that I will return today and we don't work on the weekends. I replied, then you pretty much have my back against the wall because I can not be without hot water for another two days... Just do what you have to do.
The new water heater was installed, but Ruben could not get it to ignite. He said he needed to change a part (ignitor) to see if that was the reason that it was not igniting. He changed the part and was able to ignite the water heater. I should not have allowed him replace the part, I should have asked him to replace the entire water heater considering it was supposedly new... but I didn't.
After he left; I was reviewing the receipt more closely, when I noticed that Ruben changed the disposal fee for 50 to 95.00 and lowered the access fee. The total still came out the same 335.00. Then, I  remembered Ruben commenting that he should be charging more for the disposal fee. I assume that he changed it so Sears Home Warranty could see his disposal charge.
To top it off, Ruben said to me, as he was walking out of the house, I would not be able to take cold showers. I would rather rent a motel room or go  to a friends house to take a hot shower. I replied, unfortunately, we had no choice but to take cold showers.
I believe that we were taken advantage of; due to the fact that our water heater broke during cold weather. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We have reached out to Cinch, who is the company that handles Sears Home Warranty, to put a complaint. If that doesn't work we will look filing a dispute.

I had a leak under my sink and called them and left a message. They called back within about 30 minutes and came out the same day. My garbage disposal needed to be replaced so they charged $100 plus parts which I thought was reasonable. My sink was fixed by the end of the day.

AJ was amazing. He was on time and very efficient. He even fixed my fence which was not part of the plan. I also had a nest of baby birds in the vents he was fixing and he carefully took them out and offered to put them high in a tree. I would recommend him to everyone.

I called Abel on a Sunday afternoon. He returned my call within an hour and moved some things around to come down the next day during my lunch hour. He was easy to talk to and explained everything to me before making decisions. He worked quickly, everything looks great, and he takes online payments! He will definitely be my go-to plumber :)

OUTSTANDING!  The service, the professionalism, the knowledge!   The team of Carlos and Tanner, Carlos being the lead, explained the way my plumbing system worked in a way that I could understand.  They answered my questions and calmed my fears.  They were honest and likable.  It was very evident to see that they weren't in it for the money!   This is the second time that I have used Mr. Rooter Plumbing and I plan to call them again for service or repair in the future!

Mike is an honest, straightforward plumber. He showed up on time fixed my problem and charged a fair price. I'll use him again.

Our pipe behind our refrigerator busted over the weekend and we were left with a mess to deal with while waiting on our home owners insurance to get back with us. After several online quotes and a plumber coming out to our house Monday morning with an outrageous estimate, we turned to Facebook for suggestions. One of our friends text me immediately and let me know if I wanted a fair and honest company, Ruben's plumbing was the way to go. I called the number online and was told they could come out the next afternoon. Ruben was on time and determined to find the leak after there were no longer signs of a leak (weird o know.) After about 15 minutes of he was able to find the leak and repair it quickly. I whole heartedly recommend Ruben's Plumbing Service!

We had purchased a new manufactured home to be installed on our property and needed a plumber to connect water and septic. M R Plumbing was pleasant to deal with, on time and on budget with his work, which was very professional.

Rude and obnoxious is my opinion of Shaun, one of their lead plumbers. He forgot about customer service and how there is a proper way to speak to people.  I would not recommend or use Quarter Moon and I hope you spare yourself the same experience.

Carlos Zapien and Peter Melendez were awesome

They showed up a little late to the appointment, but Chris and Caesar went way above and beyond to get the job done. They were here until after 11:00 finishing the job. I have used them to replace my entire AC and now to replace my water heater, and some other work as well. I would recommend them to anyone that needs work on AC or plumbing.
