I bought a 100 year old house that had plumbing issues and no working water. They came out to give me a quote and suggested flushing the pipes because they could be clogged. Two hours later we had running water! I got quotes from other places who wanted to redo all plumbing for thousands of dollars. I will definitely be using George for all my plumbing needs.

My main drained backed up so I called Rapid Rooter.  I had Stu, one of their pluming tech come over and he took care of my problem. He was very professional. He also showed up in a timely manner.   If I ever encounter any plumbing issues, I will call them again for sure.

A very respectful and courteous plumber arrived within only a few hours to fix one of our outside hose bibs. Even as new customers they were able to work us in on the same day! I would highly recommend them. My hot water heater started leaking and they came right out and told me what was wrong. Because I am retired military they offered a discount on the final price. My insurance paid for the new water heater and I paid for parts and labor. Because I had an unexpected expense they installed the water heater and allowed me to pay for it the following week. They were patient, understanding,friendly, and professional. Shout out to John and his co=worker for giving my family and myself hot water. Lol. I will give them a call the next time I have a plumbing issue.

AJ was professional, knowledgeable, and patient with us on ensuring our projects would get completed as we expected. Additionally, he took the time to explain the entire scope of work and absolutely made sure we were happy with the final outcome. He even touched up some items that needed some attention. The customer service was pleasant and attentive to leaving our home as clean as possible. Great to have this business be local to us and will definitely use them again!

I had an uneven and offset toilet drain that was below the tile floor grade, done by the home builder (Meritage) their plumber hid this with caulking that finally gave way and leaked. Adam was the technician, he was professional and super knowable and had the skill to fix this in 10 minutes while explaining to me in detail about what he was doing to correct the problem. I will contact this company in the future!

We had a plumbing leak near our water main in the front yard. We called Mike and he came out right away and fixed it for less than hall of what other companies had quoted. We will be using him again!

We were recently billed for an inspection that happened 8 months ago. The inspector conducted his business with the previous tenants of the home we were looking to purchase instead of us (the buyers), and did not even leave a report or bill. We explicitly told Quarter Moon to contact us so we could be present, and when we contacted them with our concerns, we were told not to worry about the costs.

I called Quarter Moon to explain what I had initially been told, and the manager essentially told me that I had no case because nothing about the issue had been documented. Frustrated, I asked her to connect me with the billing department, and instead she hung up on me.

We received a call from Janet today, who told us that she further inspected our claims and discovered that there was some misunderstanding regarding the inspection that day, and that they would void the bill. Kudos to Janet for going the extra mile to validate my claims and better the situation.

My fiancé and I are super happy that Quarter Moon fixed the issue. However, I do think that this situation could have been avoided from the get-go had the employees communicated more effectively with the inspectors out in the field.

was just told that there is only 1 plumber for the San Antonio area and that is why the appointment made 13 days ago yes that's right 13 days ago was not going to be completed today. Have spent Lil over $11k with them in last 6 months and was a preferred customer. My water heater is still under warranty but my wife and kids have been taking cold showers all these past days. Spent $125 to have electrician look at my power to the water heater and all checked out fine. So now I am at the mercy of waiting for them unless I want to get another provider pay out of pocket and then my warranty will be voided. This is what they told me. Worse worse customer experience ever. Totally sad , pathetic, and truly a poor poor reflection on Goettl

My old ac system was 15 yrs old and gave up completely..Aramendia came out and insatlled an American Standard system for a resonable price.. so far so goooood!  signed up for the service agreement which includes plumbing/HVAC. you pay more but u get more! Thx Guys
