Our garbage disposal was leaking so I called and they got someone out within a couple of hours. Dan and his assistant were able to install a new disposal which isn't easy with the challenging set-up we have in our old home. They were also able to fix a previous issue from another plumbing company. These guys are so incredibly HONEST. I have had them come out to our home 3 times, and each time they have delivered the best service. One time they told me 'no, don't do that.' I just moved San Antonio and I needed a water softener in my new house. I had been getting solicitors from GE and Kinetico and other companies come to my door about water softeners and a lot of them were just super pushy. I saw one of premier's cards and decided to check them out. They gave me a really good quote since my house was already pre plumbed for a water softener. They didn't try to oversell me or under sell me. They gave me just the right size that I need it for my water usage in my house. Austin the guy that came to install my water softener was very professional and did a great job installing. He's very particular and making sure that everything looks nice and crisp in my garage. I would highly recommend them to anybody that needs a water softener and wants to support small business.

AJ was professional, knowledgeable, and patient with us on ensuring our projects would get completed as we expected. Additionally, he took the time to explain the entire scope of work and absolutely made sure we were happy with the final outcome. He even touched up some items that needed some attention. I hired Abel to address a number of issues with a new home we recently purchased and he did really excellent work.  I couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently he fixed some issues - it felt like I turned around and it was all better.  He was  extremely professional and patient as well.  He described in detail what he was fixing, how to use certain things properly, and why it was important.  So many plumbing issues can be catastrophic if it goes wrong that it gives me so much peace of mind to know that someone looked over my home so throughly.  While plumbing is expensive, I think his pricing was very fair and he was available very quickly.  I would hire him again in a heartbeat and I recommend that you do the same.

I spoke to Amanda when I called to schedule leak detection at my home, she was very professional and courteous. My appointment was set up quickly for the following day, Carlos and Nick arrived on time with a text being sent when they were on the way, I really liked that. Carlos and Nick were very thorough in explaining all they did to check my home and sprinkler system for leaks. I really appreciate the way I was treated as a customer and I will absolutely use Mr. Rooter for all of my plumbing needs.

I can't give an accurate rating based on their services provided. I can only address their lack of response. I contacted them twice within several weeks, left voicemails with callback numbers each time and a small description of what the problem was and not once got a callback.

We had purchased a new manufactured home to be installed on our property and needed a plumber to connect water and septic. M R Plumbing was pleasant to deal with, on time and on budget with his work, which was very professional.

Recently I noticed that there was a strange vibrating sound coming from the walls when we turned on the water. Of course, I was alarmed that our house was going to explode so I called Quarter Moon, my trusty plumber to come take a look.

They dispatched a team that morning and took a look around at the problem. Although they realized it was a city water system problem, they still charged me for coming out. That is expected but I planned to make SAWS pay for it nonetheless.

SAWS then came out immediately and took a look. They said it was a problem the plumber needed to do. I needed a new pressure valve, something Quarter Moon overlooked...

So why 5 stars? Well.. when I called Quarter moon back - not only did they immediately come back, they fixed the problem, replaced my faucet that had been leaking, refunded all of my money and the manager gave a very sincere apology.

Huh? Does that happen anymore? Service for free? Wow.

Had a leak and rattle.  My system is 2 years old.  Tech was very disrespectful  and also misdiagnosed  issue.  Told me I  needed new unit.  Then told me I should  contact company who installed it charged me $89 and left.  I called installer, they took care of the leak unclogging drain and the rattle...no new ac needed.  I've waited a couple  months to review to make sure things were good and everything  is in working order.  Will never call these guys again.

I have used Aramendia for two emergencies. Once, when our AC went out on a Sunday and they had it fixed within an hour. Now again today they replaced our water heater within the same day as the service call.  Very professional and friendly service. I highly recommend them. They have raised the bar on service!
