We will never use this company again. My 84 year old dad had them install at new faucet a few weeks ago. Then over the weekend one of the faucet handles came off and started spewing water everywhere. They don't have weekend service, so we had to turn off the water, since there was no off valve under the sink. When they came back out today to fix it they said it wasn't under warranty cause we bought the faucet. They charged him for travel time to and from his house without telling him. 45 minutes of work and they gave him a bill for $350. Outrageous! They were rude when I called them for an explanation. I asked them if it happened again was it under warranty and they said yes, cause they fixed it. So they don't warrant their initial work, but they do warrant it if they fix it? That's rich!

These guys are so incredibly HONEST. I have had them come out to our home 3 times, and each time they have delivered the best service. One time they told me 'no, don't do that.' They make sure you know exactly what you are getting and why. They are timely, sensitive to your emergency needs, and kind. Love the young lady who answers the phone...she takes detailed notes and she squeezed me in for our perceived emergency. Stu and Josh are efficient, timely, thorough, & make dealing with a plumbing issue a breeze. Bomb.com. Recommend them! Trust them. Don't think twice! New to Boerne, I called Hill Country Plumbing to get some Plumbing service for a small job I needed done on my property.   I spoke to Zach, one of the owners, and I gave him the requirements.  We set the next available service date.  
Two technicians came out, ON TIME, and got right to work.  They did a fantastic job.  They were fast, professional and really took the time to understand the full scope of work.   They even hauled off the old remnants of the job.  
Very satisfied!  Hill Country Plumbing is my go-to plumber from here on out.  Thanks again for the great work!

They replaced the ancient plumbing in my 100 year old house and did an excellent job. Everyone I worked with was very nice and professional. There was a minor issue with the power being cut to the area of the house they were working on. However they went out of their way to make sure it was fixed and left everything just as when they had arrived.

Seriously, these guys were awesome. They went above and beyond and I'll definitely be using them for any future plumbing fixes.

Braulio did a wonderful job removing an old vanity and installing a new one in my guest bathroom. I sent him a message via yelp and he was very quick to respond and gave me a quote on the spot without requiring pictures or having to come see the job. He came on time for the appointment and worked very efficiently and even swept after himself before leaving. The new vanity looks great, and I will definitely be using him again this fall when we put in a new tub later this year!

AJ with Greenshire Handyman came by to paint some shutters on my home that I could not reach.  His team did a fantastic job.  The communication was excellent and timely and he was prompt.  He brought the supplies he needed and the shutters look great! Thanks AJ.

Wonderful!  Prompt service. Douglas my plumber was honest and trustworthy. I had a smell coming from one of my bathrooms. Another company tried to take advantage of my lack of knowledge and truly played me for a fool. Had me convinced that I needed a camera inspection of my sewer line and would likely have to have it dropped (to the tune of $20k). Scared me into it by removing the P-trap on a sink and freaked out about the smell of methane gas coming in.  I was calling my home warranty, home owners insurance ... in tears.  Douglas came. Suspected the wax ring on my toilet was bad. I was skeptical ... no way could it be so simple. He was very patient with my frustrated self. Yup, that was it.  (He explained that if I took the P-trap off of any faucet that smell would be there).  My house smells all fresh and flowery now :D. Would totally recommend!  (ask for Douglas :) )

Needed a backflow test done so I texted Lauren and she replied promptly with the price. After checking with a few other businesses, this was the best price so I texted back to move forward with the test. They emailed me an invoice, did the test the same day. They emailed once it was completed, I paid online and received a receipt and copy of the report. The entire process was excellent and convenient!

We love Ruben and his business. Fantastic service from diagnosis to fix. Great communication and explanation of problems. We had our cast iron removed. I had them come in to repair my kitchen sink, as the garbage disposal bubbled up into the other sink.  They dug out some item that the previous owner's kids had jammed into the disposal and declared it fixed.  It wasn't.  Then said the warranty had expired when the same problem continued in the future.  I would avoid them.

Scheduled an AC rejuvanation. They sent out a newbie Tech, only one month on the job, who locked my compressor and messed up my entire system. The company doesn't care or try to assist in correcting the fault

Yes was dumb and purchase HWA on last new home.  Time one, I told their plumber the problem, he said no another problem, so they sent someone else, they said it was different.  I finally said call Aremendia who I have used many times.  They came, found, and conquered!  The money I spent on home warranty co-pays would have paid my last bill, which was out of pocket anyway!  Second time, HWA messy leak in floor, intermittent.  Plumber said septic, septic said plumbing, back and forth.  Time for Aremendia.  I asked them to video the pipes.  They did no clogs.  So yes it was the septic.  Finally I could get someone out who could fix it.
