These guys are so incredibly HONEST. I have had them come out to our home 3 times, and each time they have delivered the best service. One time they told me 'no, don't do that.' Standard Plumbing was very quick to return to my inquire. I am really impressed by his integrity, and here is why. Braulio showed up on time, and did a through diagnose. I saw water stain on the ceiling of downstairs, we suspect the bathroom above it might had a leak. But after running shower, flushing toilet multiple times, he couldn't find any leak. But he did point out that standing water on the bathroom floor might get through my upstair bathroom tile grout. He also helped me removed a bathroom shower door to prevent more water get on the floor. Guess what, since he didn't find the leak, he didn't charge me for the visit.  I would recommend Standard Plumbing, and would definitely use him again.

This was our first time dealing with the Greenshire Handyman service and will definitely use them again. AJ was professional, knowledgeable, and patient with us on ensuring our projects would get completed as we expected. Additionally, he took the time to explain the entire scope of work and absolutely made sure we were happy with the final outcome. He even touched up some items that needed some attention. The customer service was pleasant and attentive to leaving our home as clean as possible. Great to have this business be local to us and will definitely use them again!

I had these folks come out a few months ago to access repairs on a clogged water line. The first visit bombed as the technician just did seem to have the correct answers however he realized I was not happy and without me saying anything the Owner called and volunteered to come by and look at the issue personally. We had a great conversation and he was very thorough and quoted me a very fair price. At this point, I was super impressed. I was unsure about moving forward with the project and needed some time to think on it and told him I would call or text them back on rather or not we wanted to proceed. The next day I called and texted saying we did want to proceed and was told he was out of town. I continued through the next week to try to contact them and although their receptionist answered I could never get the manager/owner to call me  back. He completely Ghosted me.

What a great outfit. I got a very fast, fair estimate to replace my water heater and valves. Work was performed very fast and clean. Don't hesitate to use for your plumbing needs. Thanks for the fast service.

Needed a backflow test done so I texted Lauren and she replied promptly with the price. After checking with a few other businesses, this was the best price so I texted back to move forward with the test. They emailed me an invoice, did the test the same day. They emailed once it was completed, I paid online and received a receipt and copy of the report. The entire process was excellent and convenient!

Ruben did my plumbing a while ago and when we called  him yesterday with an emergency (our vents got clogged in the storm) he was at my house the same day and fixed it right away ! once again, amazing service, very responsive and great to work with! Can't thank him enough !

After reading the reviews of others on these folks, I decided to give them a try to resolve a backed up food disposal/dual bin kitchen sink. Long story short - they were well worth the price: courteous, knowledgeable and very expedient. I would definitely use them again!

I called them out to get an estimate to repair or replace my hvac unit and it was very sales pitchy, I repeatedly asked for a written quote on what this would cost and they just  gave verbal numbers while wanting a commitment from me to use them. I said, for such a high dollar repair it is wise to get a second opinion and they still would not give a written estimate for parts and labor. The tech (Billy) was very polite and was always trying to build a connection with me and my family and this too came across as very sales oriented. The tech called his boss and on speaker phone they had a conversation that seemed like a dog and pony show for me. The boss asked if my wife was present and as we all know that is the first thing a sales associate does to make sure they can get a commitment and it keeps you from saying, I will have to talk to my wife. After they left I looked over my hvac system and screws had been left out of the door panels and silver tape scraps were left on top of the unit. To date I have not gotten a call back or a quote. (Goettle, please do not call me back)

I called this company at about 7:45am this morning and they did not show up until almost 11:00am.  They said my the leak I called them about was coming form the kitchen faucet, said they were going to step outside and get me an estimate to change.  They came back inside and gave me an estimate gor almost $500.00 for a kitchen faucet because they only use Moen faucets.  I told them that was way to high and they said they would going outside and get me an estimate.  Thinking they were going to price something cheaper and change the faucet for me ( I am handicapped) I waited.  When they guy cam back in her handed me an estimate for the almost $500.00 quoted and told me if I change my mind to give them a call and left.  Faucet still leaks, and now I not only lost a half a days pay from having to take off work and wait for them, I have to try to change the faucet out myself.  Poor customer service to say the least.  Very disappointed.
