Poor quality of pipe used in installing my water heater in October 2019 (just 3.5 years ago) causing corrosion on my water heater and causing leak. When I called this company back for assistance, they are not very friendly and no willing to fix the pipe, though I am ready to pay the cost. Now I need to keep looking for another company to replace the whole unit. I would not recommend this company. I have another water heater unit which is running fine for the 11 years, without any corrosion on pipe connections. The pipe material used in the connection is having poor quality. Do not trust this company.

Our 21-year-old hot water died. Braulio had us send pictures, gave us a quote right away, and was able to come out the very next day to replace it. He let us know he was coming, showed up within the estimated time window, and had everything replaced and operational within a couple of hours.

AJ was amazing. He was on time and very efficient. He even fixed my fence which was not part of the plan. I also had a nest of baby birds in the vents he was fixing and he carefully took them out and offered to put them high in a tree. I would recommend him to everyone.

After choosing the best option for my budget (and to prevent problems later), they came out and replaced a big chunk of my sewer pipe. The work was great! Nick was very understanding and helpful and did a great job. I'll definitely be using them again (if need be) in the future! This guy got here when he said he would. And, he was WAYYY cheaper than the big, lots of overhead companies. This guy is a 1-man shop. A master plumber for 39 years. I recommend this guy!

In the summer of 2022, my ductwork and insulation was torn up by raccoons and needed to be replaced.  Goettl had one of the highest reviews on Google so I scheduled an appointment and they came out within the week.  I was given a price of $10,800 for complete insulation and ductwork replacement.  I was then told I would save 10% off all services (including this one) if I bought their maintenance plan for $199.  I was told the total cost would then be $9,720.  After signing up and paying the $199 fee, I was told the price of $10,800 DID not include the insulation cost (even though I specifically asked if the price included the insulation and was told by the tech present and his supervisor on the phone that it did), and that the discount did not apply.  So the cost went from $9,720 to $13,300 AFTER I paid the $199 fee.  Goettl refused to honor their original quote, but after several hours of phone calls with management, did tell me I would get the $199 refunded.  I never received the refund.  This week (SIX MONTHS LATER), they told me again that they would refund the $199 but the receipt emailed to me shows a refund of only $110 (which I have yet to receive).  Save yourself a headache and go with a different company.  I find it VERY important to note that I attempted to leave a bad review on Google and it was not posted.  Then I look here, and they have HORRIBLE reviews.  I no longer trust Google reviews.

I just wanted to let the company know that Marco Barrera from the eighth CW Sammy Houston outstanding job matter fact I requested him again for my October fall check and then I had a plumbing guys Andrea Andrew you got a UGARTE at Jose Ramirez came out there to check my instant heat pump those guys were dynamic and selves I'm glad you have quality team members that can take care of the customers and feel like they are part of the arm in your family thank you very much joke and savage I need feedback call me 210-913-4370
