We will never use this company again. My 84 year old dad had them install at new faucet a few weeks ago. Then over the weekend one of the faucet handles came off and started spewing water everywhere. They don't have weekend service, so we had to turn off the water, since there was no off valve under the sink. When they came back out today to fix it they said it wasn't under warranty cause we bought the faucet. They charged him for travel time to and from his house without telling him. 45 minutes of work and they gave him a bill for $350. Outrageous! They were rude when I called them for an explanation. I asked them if it happened again was it under warranty and they said yes, cause they fixed it. So they don't warrant their initial work, but they do warrant it if they fix it? That's rich!

Stuart is a very customer oriented plumber. Fixed my parents' drain leakage in their bathroom, was very professional & thorough.  I've requested other services and Amanda who manages the appointments and scheduling is very accommodating and thoughtful -- she lends an air of calm during my panicked calls for help.  Thanks very much to the Rapid Rooter Plumbing Team! (I've recently moved to Arizona from S.A. and visit my parents in Schertz regularly -- I'd also add that Rapid Rooter should be a trusted company for the elderly)

My 6 year old grandson took a hammer to an exposed waterline in our backyard...  After calling our home warranty and several other plumbing companies, I called CMC Plumbing and they were able to squeeze me in that same day!!  Chris arrived as scheduled and took his time to explain my options.  He completed the repair for less than any of the other quotes I received!  He even checked our water softener!!  I definitely recommend CMC Plumbing Solutions and they will be my only call next time!

These guys are some of the best in the business around the Boerne and greater San Antonio area. They were friendly and quick to respond to a water heater issue I had. One company estimated a whole new install and water heater and another company I called was too slow to respond or schedule a visit. But HCP came out to look at my water heater and replaced the heating element and cleared out sediment buildup at the bottom. They gave me a great rate and simple breakdown on an estimate right away and fixed all of the issues I had. Thank you to Sam and Vinny for everything. I've known a few others in Boerne who have used them and vouch for them as well. I will definitely stick with ya'll with any other issues I have!

I would highly recommend them. My hot water heater started leaking and they came right out and told me what was wrong. Because I am retired military they offered a discount on the final price. My insurance paid for the new water heater and I paid for parts and labor. Because I had an unexpected expense they installed the water heater and allowed me to pay for it the following week. They were patient, understanding,friendly, and professional. Shout out to John and his co=worker for giving my family and myself hot water. Lol. I will give them a call the next time I have a plumbing issue.

Braulio responded quickly, showed up when he said he would, quoted a good price, did good work, and was easy to work with. Fixed a broken water supply line in the yard with fast-dry cement so my tenants could have water again ASAP.

This was our first time dealing with the Greenshire Handyman service and will definitely use them again. AJ was professional, knowledgeable, and patient with us on ensuring our projects would get completed as we expected. Additionally, he took the time to explain the entire scope of work and absolutely made sure we were happy with the final outcome. He even touched up some items that needed some attention. The customer service was pleasant and attentive to leaving our home as clean as possible. Great to have this business be local to us and will definitely use them again!

Another plumbing company said that our sewer pipe should be replaced/repaired.  They gave us quote using a trenching method, it was pretty much going to wreck our landscaping and driveway and cost close to $12,000.  I was looking for a company that could do it  without being so intrusive.  I called Mr Rooter and Aaron Mulder came out and rescoped the sewer line.  He said that in his opinion, the sewer line did not need repair.  He thought some problems we had with the toilets flushing, just required the toilets be replaced.  Aaron took the time to answer all our questions.  Ultimately, he replaced two of our toilets and saving us at least $11,000 dollars and major inconvenience.  Our new toilets are working perfectly.  Aaron is one of the owners of this family run business.  His integrity and customer service are outstanding.  Oh and now we have sewer and water pipe insurance just in case.

This guy got here when he said he would. And, he was WAYYY cheaper than the big, lots of overhead companies. This guy is a 1-man shop. A master plumber for 39 years. I recommend this guy!

One The only plumbers in the entire 5 county residence.He's fair and honest. A  plumber who made us feel as if we were life long friends... Dependable good  plumber with  experience I have come to rely on!!!

Needed a backflow test done so I texted Lauren and she replied promptly with the price. After checking with a few other businesses, this was the best price so I texted back to move forward with the test. They emailed me an invoice, did the test the same day. They emailed once it was completed, I paid online and received a receipt and copy of the report. The entire process was excellent and convenient!

They were over an hour late and when I called the plumber admitted he forgot to come by to my house. My landlord chose this company. If I had control over it I would not hire or recommend this company.

We had purchased a new manufactured home to be installed on our property and needed a plumber to connect water and septic. M R Plumbing was pleasant to deal with, on time and on budget with his work, which was very professional.

Most polite and helpful people from my initial phone call. Kevin and Zach were my plumbers.  They showed up early. Diagnosed my problem within 5 minutes and completed the job with in the hour.  They walked me through everything  they were doing.  I would definitely use them again.  In fact, I took several cards and passed them out to neighbors, family, and friends.

Because we had a previous experience with Will's All Pro (who merged? with Goettl), we called 2/17/2021 for emergency repair of a frozen pipe in our ceiling.  We were told they'd have someone call to schedule.  Never happened.  We ended up making a temporary repair ourselves while we waited for insurance to settle.  Called  3/5/2021 to schedule one of several estimates to determine who we would use for our LARGE repair ($$$).  Scheduled for 3/9 1-3pm.  No show by 3:30 so we called to check & were told tech was running behind.  Rescheduled for 3/10 11am-1pm.  Again, no tech by 1pm.  When we called to check, we were told the tech was running several hours behind.  While we realize that there was widespread damage in our area, NO OTHER company (big or small) is having this kind of difficulty with scheduling estimates.  My husband lost MANY hours at work waiting for their technicians.  They've lost any opportunity for our business, EVER.

Aramendia will rip you off!
Our AC quit working. Aramendia installed the unit 8 years ago and treated us very well back then. It is evident that ownership of this company has changed.
We have a small leak in the evaporator coil on our heat pump. They quoted $4500 to replace. We found out that is is covered u see warranty and the technician quoted us $3800 to replace the coils and Freon. They were going to order the coil and let us know when it comes in.
David G emailed us options if we wanted to replace our whole heat pump instead of just replacing the coils. He quoted us $22089 for a new 3 ton system comparable to what we currently have.
A week later we called to ask for an update and found out they had not ordered the coil and had to come back out to get information off the system again before they could order the coil. 10 days later we call again and they just got the coil in and could install it the next day.
I called a different company and was quoted $875 to replace the coil under warranty and $3000 without warranty. If I wanted to replace the whole system it would be $9000 with tax and installed.
We called and spoke with a manager and someone who supposedly is over that manager and neither of them seem to care about earning business or explaining the price difference. Their only excuse is that companies charge different prices and if u wanted to cancel just let them know. So I am taking my business elsewhere and recommend you do the same!
