We called on George Plumbing to solve a mysterious water leak in our primary bathroom.  They sent 30 year expert Shawn V. Jackson.  Shawn diagnosed the problem and his fix not only solved it, but did so in a way that avoided the possibility of expensive demolition.  A lot of time and money was saved due to his experience and expertise.  It was great to watch a real Pro in action, and in addition he's a really good guy.  If you're reading this looking for a reputable plumbing company, you've found it.

Stuart is a very customer oriented plumber. Fixed my parents' drain leakage in their bathroom, was very professional & thorough.  I've requested other services and Amanda who manages the appointments and scheduling is very accommodating and thoughtful -- she lends an air of calm during my panicked calls for help.  Thanks very much to the Rapid Rooter Plumbing Team! Very professional, very thorough and very good. We had two faucets installed as well as some stopcocks and a cartridge for the shower. The lead plumber- Juan- is a real gem. He explained everything and gave us maintenance guidelines to follow to insure our faucets would give us a lifetime of service. I'd recommend Hill Country Plumbing not only for their expert plumbing skills but for the added tips on keeping our water system as trouble free in the coming years. He didn't have to go the extra mile but he did. He also tested our water hardness to determine if that led to our problems. And it turns out it did. Thanks Juan and thanks Hill Country Plumbing.

I have been dealing with this company almost from their inception. They have always done excellent work for me and they continue to do so up until today when Mr. Austin Cantu came by and helped me with my garbage disposal.  Through the years they've done many things for me including installing a new sewer line.  I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

Update to my last review: Braulio has blown my wife and me off twice since he installed our toilet at the start of the pandemic. That toilet, by the way, has been sliding across the floors by a couple inches, and he ignored my recent message asking if he could take a look at it.

In that message, I also requested a quote for help with a toilet/plumbing issue (in a different bathroom) and a fridge water dispenser problem.

He ignored everything except to say he can't fix the fridge thing. I guess he's busy, but the half response-brush-off was rude.

Great communication, on-time service, beyond satisfactory work, fair pricing, left zero mess behind, very efficient and will reach out for any other handyman needs.

I contacted Abel through Yelp for help with a leaky kitchen sink. He responded right away and came out the next day. He's a super nice guy and very knowledgeable. I'd definitely recommend him and will use him again!

No way.  High estimate, then offered 15% discount by email.  Used trivial excuse (did not have correct hose to install water softener, after telling me I did not need to buy they installation kit because they had all of the parts) during job to jack up price again, removing discount.  Work was of substandard quality and the lead plumber did not bother to check his apprentice's work, with the result that another plumber had to come back to correct some of the work.  Worst plumbing company I have ever dealt with in my life.

What a great outfit. I got a very fast, fair estimate to replace my water heater and valves. Work was performed very fast and clean. Don't hesitate to use for your plumbing needs. Thanks for the fast service.

Needed a backflow test done so I texted Lauren and she replied promptly with the price. After checking with a few other businesses, this was the best price so I texted back to move forward with the test. They emailed me an invoice, did the test the same day. They emailed once it was completed, I paid online and received a receipt and copy of the report. The entire process was excellent and convenient!

Recently I noticed that there was a strange vibrating sound coming from the walls when we turned on the water. Of course, I was alarmed that our house was going to explode so I called Quarter Moon, my trusty plumber to come take a look.

They dispatched a team that morning and took a look around at the problem. Although they realized it was a city water system problem, they still charged me for coming out. That is expected but I planned to make SAWS pay for it nonetheless.

SAWS then came out immediately and took a look. They said it was a problem the plumber needed to do. I needed a new pressure valve, something Quarter Moon overlooked...

So why 5 stars? Well.. when I called Quarter moon back - not only did they immediately come back, they fixed the problem, replaced my faucet that had been leaking, refunded all of my money and the manager gave a very sincere apology.

Huh? Does that happen anymore? Service for free? Wow.

Called to schedule an appt for someone to look at my backed up drain. Was given a same day appt from 5-7 pm. Received a confirmation text that my appt was for 7-9. When I called I was told that the scheduler did not realize they were booked and the earliest appt would be next Thursday.  If this is how they run their business I don't have a lot of confidence in their work ethic. I'll look elsewhere.

The taps in my shower were leaking, so I called Aramendia after reading the positive reviews here. Their techs showed up 15 minutes late even though I was supposed to be the 'first call of the day.'  Not a good start.  They explained that they could replace the stems with a one-year warranty or replace the damaged parts for a much less expensive cost, but no warranty.  I should have stopped and called someone else at that point, because why wouldn't they stand behind their work? Instead, I thought 'these guys know what they're doing so the repair should last.'

Less than a month later, the leak is back, and I'm out a few hundred dollars on top of the cost of having someone competent fix what they couldn't.  My advice is to call someone else or be prepared to pony up a lot of money for the more expensive warranty service.  

The sad joke is that their first goal is to offer the best warranties in the industry.  I guess the joke's on me.
