The toilet that was replaced about a year ago when I had new tile put in was not installed properly and came loose. I hate to use the phone so I went to the George Plumbing Company website and there was an area to just describe what I needed and set up an appointment. It seems like they answered me about 5 minutes after I sent the message to them and the appointment was scheduled for a couple days later since that fit my schedule . (they could have come earlier). I got an email that Shawn and Nathan would arrive about 5-10 minutes earlier than expected about 40 minutes before they came and then a phone call about a half hour before they came. The email included a photo of the technicians. When they arrived about 10 minutes early, they got right to work and were done in about an hours time. The previous installers had used bolts that rusted out and broke so they put appropriate brass ones in and used toilet shims rather than the flat pencil that the previous installer had used. I was contacted by the city that someone had ran over my water line and it was damaged on my side.  I called Rapid Rooter at 7:40am and by 8:20am I had 2 technicians onsite fixing the damaged pipe.  The were courteous, knowledgeable & quick.  I will use them from now on.

I'm so happy with Mr. Rooter Plumbing! They came out to give a free estimate (wearings masks), and gave me several recommendations to fix a headache of a problem. After choosing the best option for my budget (and to prevent problems later), they came out and replaced a big chunk of my sewer pipe. The work was great! Nick was very understanding and helpful and did a great job. I'll definitely be using them again (if need be) in the future! Mr. Rooter Plumbing is very responsive, whether by phone call, email or text. Great customer service!

This guy got here when he said he would. And, he was WAYYY cheaper than the big, lots of overhead companies. This guy is a 1-man shop. A master plumber for 39 years. I recommend this guy!

If anyone is ever in need of a good plumbing service, I highly recommend Ruben's Plumbing service!  After 22 years of constant drain problems and alot of money spent on plumbing services to resolve it... Ruben is the only person that took the time to walk through the problem, scope the drains as well as snaked out to clean the drains... verses just doing minimal needed to get water flowing again and charge $300.  He found the culprit (short story - it was a 22 year old sponge) and managed to knock it lose pushing it out to the city drain.  I am so grateful to have this issue resolved.
oh - and in the process we discovered the last plumber working on my drain glued the cleanout lid shut. Not cool -  but Ruben finally got it off.

I sprang a leak in the air chamber under my bathroom sink. I got up to a flooded hallway this morning. Bobbie came out right away, over a two hour job. Bobbie fixed me up and I was sooo happy with the bill! I was in such a panic this morning when I could hear spraying in the wall under the sink and my hall was full of water. Dear potential Goettl customers. I retract most of my former hateful review and bump this from a 1 star to a 3 star. I would have given them 5 stars except for 2 issuesThat goettl as a company should address. upon those being addressed i will add the last 2 stars to my review and give them the 5 stars they deserve
. Even though they couldnt fix it same day (which i expect when i spend 14k on an a/c.) It was an easy to fix issue, my gripe is they could have EASILY  helped me troubleshoot it over the phone and our house would have been habitable yesterday and there would have been no need for hateful reviews. So goettl take notes... triage and troubleshoot when someone calls and save everyone the heartache tell them if its just a simple floatswitch issue 1 star off for no basic troubleshooting by phone.  Also 1 star off  for your stupid recorded hold message it is enough to make me puke. It says youre going to make it right do things the right way not the easy way and all that crappy msg effectively did was piss me off way worse.  You need to discontinue that for sure. Its not funny its not reassuring , its condescending and trivilaizes your customers and their needs. It was probably the owners idea. Do not listen to him, its a bad idea and im not the only person it pisses off. Dont trivialize the customer. You would do much better with soothing hold music. Kens voice is awful for that kind of thing and i cant stress enough how much i hated listening to it. Switch to hold music and do triage and basic  troubleshooting  by phone amd i will add those last 2 stars. Alex was top notch, super understanding and walked me through everything he really diffused the tension and was super polite. He gets 5 stars

The plumbers that came out were very nice and respectful.  Unfortunately, they quoted me $900 to fix the issues they found.  I called two other plumbing companies to quote the same job.  The first was $300 cheaper than Aramendia and the second found the issue and resolved it for $78.  I was completely shocked that a company with such a high rating would completely overcharge for work.  I'd recommend a second opinion when calling Aramendia.
