I have used many, many plumbers over the years. I found George Plumbing three years ago and I won't use anyone else unless it's a Sunday. They never upsell me. They charge by the hour and they don't dawdle. I am very happy to recommend this company.

I gave this company Five stars, well deserved.  The background, I received a $450 plus water bill and I was in panic mode, I called the plumber that the builder gave as an emergency number. I was giving the cold shoulder and told that i was out of warranty. They referred me to another plumber, so I called that plumber and they couldn't  be reached.
 
I started looking at yelp and google for a plumber, this was the first plumber that was local and had more than 4 stars.  I took a chance on this company and it paid off.

First the young technicians threw me off, but after talking to them and discussing my problem.  They found the problem sooner than I would of thought.  It turns out the pressure regulator was leaking from the main water to the house and it was pushing high pressure of 90 psi when it's needs to be set between 40 to 75 psi. The pressure made my water softener work over time and it was dumping more water than it was suppose too. I would need a new regulator to bring down the pressure and stop the leaking, after the authorization, the technicians jumped into action mode and finished installing the part in hour.  

As of right now, I have scratched out the builder's plumber and added this company number in replacement.

Absolutely impeccable service. Had them come out to the house on two separate occasions to fix some major water leaks and they have demonstrated outstanding work ethic, have been consistently on time and have gone above and beyond the call of duty to get the job done and get it done right and at a reasonable price. Every CMC employee that I have had the opportunity to deall with has been helpful, knowledgeable and -above all- honest. Keep up the good work!

1/11/19  Two plumbers came to fix a toilet and three faucets.  They were professional and knowledgeable.  They wore booties so not to tract mud into the home.  They fixed the leaks quickly and did good work. I will use them again and recommend them highly,

The website for this company says, 100% satisfaction guarantee and We treat you like family. I guess they haven't cascaded that information down to Austin, the plumber. He was rude from the very beginning, he was meant to assess my water heater at a rental property. Turns out the water was just turned off to the unit. I needed some kind of documentation to present there was no issues found for the water heater. He said, All I can do is write up an invoice and charge you $89 for that documentation. I told him I didn't understand what the fee was for since an invoice is usally for service done, which he didn't do anything. He got short tempered and said, Look, I don't have to do any of this. We can go our separate ways and call it a day. I said, no I need that invoice so do what you have to do so I can have that documentation. He asked for my card number over the phone. I asked if there was a more secure way of getting him that information (website or something else) as I just didn't feel comfortable handing out my card info to a stranger over the phone whom I already wasn't having a great relationship with. He didn't like that comment, and decided to hang up on me. Very unprofessional!!! Basically, if you go with Premier Plumbing and the plumber is Austin, cancel the services before he arrives. Sorry Premier Plumbing for the bad review, but your plumbers are an extension of your type of customer service.

Super fast response and Braulio was one of the friendliest and most knowledgeable plumbers I have had the pleasure of watching. I had a broken water main in my front yard. Standard Plumbing was cheaper than the three the other plumbers I got quotes from. Call them without hesitation for any thing plumbing related!  Can't recommend them more.

This was our first time dealing with the Greenshire Handyman service and will definitely use them again. AJ was professional, knowledgeable, and patient with us on ensuring our projects would get completed as we expected. Additionally, he took the time to explain the entire scope of work and absolutely made sure we were happy with the final outcome. He even touched up some items that needed some attention. The customer service was pleasant and attentive to leaving our home as clean as possible. Great to have this business be local to us and will definitely use them again!

Excellent customer service and prompt response. I had a back up and needed a plumber fast for my rental property. I called and spoke with Abel's wife, who dispatched him and called back to let me know that he would be there in 30 minutes. He quickly fixed the problem and advised what the issue was and the proper maintenance required to prevent this from happening again. If you have plumbing issues and don't want to deal with big name companies jerking you around, call Abel to Plumb.

Mr. Joe Hernandez, a plumber from Mr. Rooter came to our house today, 04/29/20 to do an estimate. To make long story short, my husband and I were shocked and disgusted when Mr. Hernandez quoted us for the water softener install. He wanted to charge us over $ 600.00 dollars just for the installation. We already bought d water softener and the materials to go with it all he had to do was to remove d old softener and install d new one. We declined his ove priced estimate. What a ripoff!  I knew he wasn't right the minute I saw him.He looked crooked as hell. I called the company and told them I will never do business with them again. Please STAY AWAY from this company.

This guy got here when he said he would. And, he was WAYYY cheaper than the big, lots of overhead companies. This guy is a 1-man shop. A master plumber for 39 years. I recommend this guy!

Needed a backflow test done so I texted Lauren and she replied promptly with the price. After checking with a few other businesses, this was the best price so I texted back to move forward with the test. They emailed me an invoice, did the test the same day. They emailed once it was completed, I paid online and received a receipt and copy of the report. The entire process was excellent and convenient!

My insurance sent Quarter Moon out to leak detect my house.  It appears taht this is the company all the insurance companies use.  We had water damage to wood flooring and walls.  We had no idea where the water was coming from.  They checked for leaks in the plumbing located in the slab.  The at first told us there was a slow leak somewhere.  As they got all their tools ready to rip apart the house they rechecked the pressure and could not detect the leak they did previously.  Whew.  Dodged a bullet.  They then checked out the dishwasher and determined that was what had leaked and caused all this damage.

While here, they also found a couple other issues that need to be repaired and they have been scheduled to come out for that in the near future.

We are happy with their performance so far.

Rip Off! It's a money game not a how can we help fix the problem game. We had some plumbing issues and we also wanted to flush out water heater. We called them out and they did absolutely nothing and charged us for absolutely nothing. They literally came in flushed my downstairs toilet and said it flushes fine so everything is good here. They went out to get their paperwork for payment and weren't even going to check my other two bathrooms. I had ask them twice to check and again they just flushed the toilet and said well they seem fine so we need to collect the payment now. I basically paid $50 for a small stuffed animal dog and a flashlight that they hand you when they get their. They wanted to run $1000 tests which I'm not sure why since according to them everything was fine after flushing. They also will not show up and just not tell you unless you call to see where they are (that happened twice)! Very unprofessional and I'd be very hesitant to use their service and definitely wouldn't recommend.

The ac is working great but if they would finish cleaning up the mess they left, I would be able give more stars.
