On April 23, 2015 I had a service call at my rental home regarding a water leak in the bathroom.  The plumber concluded that the source of the water leak was a crack in the bathroom sink basin.  This seems improbable due to the extent of the water damage.  (The basin is not filled with water on a regular basis.)  Nevertheless, this was the conclusion made by George Plumbing for the sum of $246.92.

Days later I had another plumber arrive to diagnose the problem.  Within 5 minutes he concluded that loose tiles in the shower were allowing water to infiltrate the wall causing the damage.  I had this plumber do additional work in the bathroom and the price was LESS than the bill George Plumbing presented to me!  

This was the second bad experience I've had with George Plumbing.  This will be the last.

Adrian and the office manager was very professional,polite and quick to get a truck to my house before we made a unnecessary hole in my ceiling highly recommended and very reasonable

I just moved San Antonio and I needed a water softener in my new house. I had been getting solicitors from GE and Kinetico and other companies come to my door about water softeners and a lot of them were just super pushy. I saw one of premier's cards and decided to check them out. They gave me a really good quote since my house was already pre plumbed for a water softener. They didn't try to oversell me or under sell me. They gave me just the right size that I need it for my water usage in my house. Austin the guy that came to install my water softener was very professional and did a great job installing. He's very particular and making sure that everything looks nice and crisp in my garage. I would highly recommend them to anybody that needs a water softener and wants to support small business.

Update to my last review: Braulio has blown my wife and me off twice since he installed our toilet at the start of the pandemic. That toilet, by the way, has been sliding across the floors by a couple inches, and he ignored my recent message asking if he could take a look at it.

In that message, I also requested a quote for help with a toilet/plumbing issue (in a different bathroom) and a fridge water dispenser problem.

He ignored everything except to say he can't fix the fridge thing. I guess he's busy, but the half response-brush-off was rude.

I moved to the area recently and was happy to find Greenshire Handyman. AJ was very responsive, arrived on time and installed my front storm door quickly.  I'm very happy with the results and will definitely reach out to for assistance with other home projects I need completed!

Haven't been able to get ahold of Abel after he came out to fix our main valve after the storm. Once he left, we immediately had pressure/flow issues.
Have called, texted, voicemail is full.

Needed a backflow test done so I texted Lauren and she replied promptly with the price. After checking with a few other businesses, this was the best price so I texted back to move forward with the test. They emailed me an invoice, did the test the same day. They emailed once it was completed, I paid online and received a receipt and copy of the report. The entire process was excellent and convenient!

I used this company to connect my workshop to my new septic system. I won't go into what all they did but it was a lot. Ruben came out quickly and gave me a price. I thought the price was a little high but everything today is getting very high. After I gave them the go ahead they literally came with a small army. 7 guys! They got everything done in one day. I was impressed with the knowledge and the care they took to complete my job. I will use them again and I was happy with the job.

We had purchased a new manufactured home to be installed on our property and needed a plumber to connect water and septic. M R Plumbing was pleasant to deal with, on time and on budget with his work, which was very professional.

Been using Quarter Moon for the past few years with no disappointment. They will try and accommodate emergencies and normal calls.

I call on a Sunday. Someone answered. That was awesome. My AC had a leak. Inside. They said between 5-7 pm. Nobody called, text, or emailed. At 8pm a person arrived.
Nice. Curtains. Gave children gifts.
As soon as he saw the system and age he said we likely needed a replacement. He spent an hour and said to us he didn't know. Could not fix. Recommended a new system.
We declined.
I asked him how long with Guettl. He said 4 months. They trained him on home HVAC. He only recently has been out alone.
Nowwr know why he couldn't diagnose.
The next day I called Champion Air. I still had a leak. They diagnosed the issue at our sink. Our AC drains into a bedroom sink and the sink drain had partially clogged making AC leak.
He then tested system, added freon, did a visual, and charged fairly.

I would never ever ever ever call Guettl again. Friendly service. Nice gifts. Clean and respectful. No knowledge, trained to upsell. Waste of time and money.

This review cost $89.00 for my money spent on your service fee.

Oh my goodness, honestly to write out this debacle of events of trying to have the AC fixed would be far too long for this venue.  After 10 days the problem still is not fully resolved, 2 trips by technician, 2 trips by a carpenter, and countless phone calls by me and my landlord to the office and the only consistent answer we get is I don't know and we'll call you back (which they don't and we have to call again the next day).  I could go on but honestly it will just make me madder.
