Our garbage disposal was leaking so I called and they got someone out within a couple of hours. Dan and his assistant were able to install a new disposal which isn't easy with the challenging set-up we have in our old home. They were also able to fix a previous issue from another plumbing company. I have used them several times for various things and each time they are extremely professional, experienced and do such a great job! Thank you!!

Stuart is a very customer oriented plumber. Very professional, very thorough and very good. We had two faucets installed as well as some stopcocks and a cartridge for the shower. The lead plumber- Juan- is a real gem. He explained everything and gave us maintenance guidelines to follow to insure our faucets would give us a lifetime of service. I'd recommend Hill Country Plumbing not only for their expert plumbing skills but for the added tips on keeping our water system as trouble free in the coming years. He didn't have to go the extra mile but he did. He also tested our water hardness to determine if that led to our problems. And it turns out it did. Thanks Juan and thanks Hill Country Plumbing.

I just moved San Antonio and I needed a water softener in my new house. I had been getting solicitors from GE and Kinetico and other companies come to my door about water softeners and a lot of them were just super pushy. I saw one of premier's cards and decided to check them out. They gave me a really good quote since my house was already pre plumbed for a water softener. They didn't try to oversell me or under sell me. They gave me just the right size that I need it for my water usage in my house. Austin the guy that came to install my water softener was very professional and did a great job installing. He's very particular and making sure that everything looks nice and crisp in my garage. I would highly recommend them to anybody that needs a water softener and wants to support small business.

Great communication.  Great information.  Great education.  He was simply a pleasure to work with.  He gave me options, told me his recommendation and did GREAT WORK.  I now have my go to plumber!

He responds via the Yelp system too.  You can send him pictures and you can have an exchange of information so there will be no surprises.  What he quoted me was what he charged.

He wont take every job...some jobs are just too small and should be left up to the homeowner to just replace the small stuff.  However, for the stuff that matters, needs permits, corrections or major installations, Braulio is your man.

Seriously...I now have Braulio and Standard Plumbing as a contact on my phone because there is no need to call anyone else!

AJ was amazing. He was on time and very efficient. He even fixed my fence which was not part of the plan. I also had a nest of baby birds in the vents he was fixing and he carefully took them out and offered to put them high in a tree. I would recommend him to everyone.

I did not expect, when I called at 10:00 AM to complain about my busted water heater, that they would have a water heater installed and running by 2:00 PM.  They were fast, professional, clean.  They took away the old water heater, fixed up the space for the new one, got the gas connections up to code, and fixed up the venting system so that everything is safety compliant.  And given how fast they were, I decided to complain about a dripping faucet, and they got right to it and made sure to get it fixed.  They were cheap, also, and mellow and friendly.  And they wear footies over their shoes to minimize dirt in the house.  I definitely would work with them again!

Great family-owned and operated business providing awesome service, quick responses, and fair pricing.  If you need a plumber these guys are worth calling!

Needed a backflow test done so I texted Lauren and she replied promptly with the price. After checking with a few other businesses, this was the best price so I texted back to move forward with the test. They emailed me an invoice, did the test the same day. They emailed once it was completed, I paid online and received a receipt and copy of the report. The entire process was excellent and convenient!

Highly recommend - quality service provided efficiently and at a fair price. Ruben also did a great job communicating updates on our very extensive project and answering all our questions.

Michael and Soe were great.  They arrived quickly and did several jobs around the house for me.  The main job was putting in a new toilet, and they were friendly and polite.  The other couple of jobs were small, and they took care of them quickly and efficiently.  Good job overall!

I bought a $15,000 a/c system. Very friendly salesman. Agreed to buy an upgraded 4 in air filter. This was not installed. Manager called me and was very nice.  Advised the air filter I purchased  was going to take to long to order so he said he would give their best electrostatic airfilter and install it the next day because I was getting my ducts cleaned also. It was never installed. I called customer service and was advised she saw that it was being ordered and call me to set up an apt. This never happened. I called when I noticed my ladder was missing. The salesman used it to get in my attic and left it there and the installers used it all day. I informed customer service of this and he said the manager would call me about the filter and my ladder. This never happened. They also got the concrete putty they used all over my wall and baseboard. It seems that once they make the sale they are no longer concerned.  I'm very disappointed as they were very good and friendly at first but now I am paying for an air filter I don't have and missing my ladder and nobody will follow up with what they said they will do. I recently have come to the conclusion I was ripped off. My typical system is 9k.  My ladder was taken which yall replaced my walls were damaged which look worse than before with the paint used. I paid for an upgrade I didn't get and was compensated with a product I do not want. My air vent fell off today because it was not properly attached. There is no bracket it's screwed into the drywall. This should have been taken care of on install. The compartment was full of insulation that was not vacuumed up. I am very disappointed. Advised Goettl of this and said would be contacted by branch manager. This has not happend. I also pay for a membership where they are suppose to clean my a/c yearly. This did not happen. The public needs to be made aware of this company's practices.

These guys were professional, EARLY, accommodating and the two techs that came were wonderfully helpful, gave me a written free estimate and gave me multiple options. They even offered a payment plan which was nice, but not needed. Much more professional and half the cost of the place I tried.
