We will never use this company again. My 84 year old dad had them install at new faucet a few weeks ago. Then over the weekend one of the faucet handles came off and started spewing water everywhere. They don't have weekend service, so we had to turn off the water, since there was no off valve under the sink. When they came back out today to fix it they said it wasn't under warranty cause we bought the faucet. They charged him for travel time to and from his house without telling him. 45 minutes of work and they gave him a bill for $350. Outrageous! They were rude when I called them for an explanation. I asked them if it happened again was it under warranty and they said yes, cause they fixed it. So they don't warrant their initial work, but they do warrant it if they fix it? That's rich!

I gave this company Five stars, well deserved.  The background, I received a $450 plus water bill and I was in panic mode, I called the plumber that the builder gave as an emergency number. I was giving the cold shoulder and told that i was out of warranty. They referred me to another plumber, so I called that plumber and they couldn't  be reached.
 
I started looking at yelp and google for a plumber, this was the first plumber that was local and had more than 4 stars.  I took a chance on this company and it paid off.

First the young technicians threw me off, but after talking to them and discussing my problem.  They found the problem sooner than I would of thought.  It turns out the pressure regulator was leaking from the main water to the house and it was pushing high pressure of 90 psi when it's needs to be set between 40 to 75 psi. The pressure made my water softener work over time and it was dumping more water than it was suppose too. I would need a new regulator to bring down the pressure and stop the leaking, after the authorization, the technicians jumped into action mode and finished installing the part in hour.  

As of right now, I have scratched out the builder's plumber and added this company number in replacement.

I've had to use CMC 3 times in two years. They respond very quickly each time. Very informative, professional, and fast. I highly recommend them.

A disappointing visit to Home Depot and came here to Hillcountry plumbers. Great customer service very friendly quick service and got the parts they were actually cheaper than I would've needed at any other place

Total frauds. Plumber gets out of the truck and immediately starts trying to sell me on upgrades and services that I didn't ask for. He showed very little interest in the project I actually called him for. When he finally presented the written estimate, I almost fainted! The bid was close to $2000.00 for a very simple one hour repair. I kicked him out and hired Andre's Pro Plumbing. They did the repair for $225.00. Buyer beware of these slimy up-charge pirates who masquerade as plumbers! FTP.

5 stars from me. Responsive/communicative, quick, issue resolved (leaky garbage disposal), reasonably priced.

I sent a message via yelp first and was given the flat fee upfront for the service which I appreciated. Braulio then got in touch and came over within the hour. He took at look at my old disposal, told me the expected cost of the same unit and went out and grabbed it. He came back, finished the job and left me with my disposal good as new, now I no longer need a bucket under my sink. I will definitely call back if I have issues with anything else in the future.

Great communication, on-time service, beyond satisfactory work, fair pricing, left zero mess behind, very efficient and will reach out for any other handyman needs.

Abel took the time to explain the cost saving options and to break down the technical issues with our water heater. He went through a whole list of small changes to try before exploring costly repairs or replacements. He offered to come fix the heater on a Saturday because his next week was booked and didn't want us to go without hot water. I felt like I was in good hands and most importantly he fixed the issue that I had our contractors come out to fix twice!

Mr Rooter replaced a water heater for me.  I should have called some one else.  I was given a bill for over $2000.  Water heater, 2 hours labor.  I asked the technician why so high, he blamed it on Obama.  Do yourself a favor, don't use these people, they know you need service and they take advantage of the situation.  I got ripped off!!!!

Never mind, wont return calls.  Helped once and thats it.  Dont bother.

One The only plumbers in the entire 5 county residence.He's fair and honest. A  plumber who made us feel as if we were life long friends... Dependable good  plumber with  experience I have come to rely on!!!

Needed a backflow test done so I texted Lauren and she replied promptly with the price. After checking with a few other businesses, this was the best price so I texted back to move forward with the test. They emailed me an invoice, did the test the same day. They emailed once it was completed, I paid online and received a receipt and copy of the report. The entire process was excellent and convenient!

We now call Quarter Moon for all of our plumbing and AC needs. They are prompt, professional, and courteous. Just tonight I had several leaks in my kitchen ceiling, and they were here within 30 minutes of me calling. The plumber, George, was extremely courteous and got right to work. He explained the reason for the leak, repaired them, and offered a suggestion on how to prevent them from occurring again. He was kind to try not to wake my sleeping children, and he also was very considerate not to track mud into the house. Thanks, Quarter Moon!

Wanted to charge me 109.99 to come out to do a 'free estimate'.  Subversive sales tactics. Please go anywhere else.

Absolutely horrible, I am so dissatisfied at their work and ethic. Go somewhere else if you don't want years of struggles and headache after them putting in a full unit. Got an electrician out to my mothers home and was told their fuse box was way to small for the size unit they put in and it could have easily caused a fire. Their wonderful unit has left my elderly mother in the heat for the 4th time since they put the unit in in 2012. Thanks! I'll be contacting the BBB
