I bought a 100 year old house that had plumbing issues and no working water. They came out to give me a quote and suggested flushing the pipes because they could be clogged. Two hours later we had running water! I got quotes from other places who wanted to redo all plumbing for thousands of dollars. I will definitely be using George for all my plumbing needs.

I gave this company Five stars, well deserved.  The background, I received a $450 plus water bill and I was in panic mode, I called the plumber that the builder gave as an emergency number. I was giving the cold shoulder and told that i was out of warranty. They referred me to another plumber, so I called that plumber and they couldn't  be reached.
 
I started looking at yelp and google for a plumber, this was the first plumber that was local and had more than 4 stars.  I took a chance on this company and it paid off.

First the young technicians threw me off, but after talking to them and discussing my problem.  They found the problem sooner than I would of thought.  It turns out the pressure regulator was leaking from the main water to the house and it was pushing high pressure of 90 psi when it's needs to be set between 40 to 75 psi. The pressure made my water softener work over time and it was dumping more water than it was suppose too. I would need a new regulator to bring down the pressure and stop the leaking, after the authorization, the technicians jumped into action mode and finished installing the part in hour.  

As of right now, I have scratched out the builder's plumber and added this company number in replacement.

The only people who answered my call and showed up at 1 am when my Water heated decided to bust and flood my upstairs. Was so thankful he came as soon as possible. He turned everything off so water wasn't pouring out anymore but set me up so we still had water usage for the night. They came first thing the next morning and fixed everything!! Always need honest and great people that are your go to and they have become my go to !

1/11/19  Two plumbers came to fix a toilet and three faucets.  They were professional and knowledgeable.  They wore booties so not to tract mud into the home.  They fixed the leaks quickly and did good work. I will use them again and recommend them highly,

I just moved San Antonio and I needed a water softener in my new house. I had been getting solicitors from GE and Kinetico and other companies come to my door about water softeners and a lot of them were just super pushy. I saw one of premier's cards and decided to check them out. They gave me a really good quote since my house was already pre plumbed for a water softener. They didn't try to oversell me or under sell me. They gave me just the right size that I need it for my water usage in my house. Austin the guy that came to install my water softener was very professional and did a great job installing. He's very particular and making sure that everything looks nice and crisp in my garage. I would highly recommend them to anybody that needs a water softener and wants to support small business.

I am so happy to find the reliable plumber to help! They go above and beyond about the service and did great jobs on reasonable quote.  Mr Braulio even did extra  work without charge. Really appreciate that!

AJ with Greenshire Handyman came by to paint some shutters on my home that I could not reach.  His team did a fantastic job.  The communication was excellent and timely and he was prompt.  He brought the supplies he needed and the shutters look great! Thanks AJ.

Reached out in March 2022 and Abel appeared to not be available for services - so heads up for others looking for a plumber around this time. He was responsive at first, asking for pictures of the the problem. Once I texted him the pics I never heard from him again.

Excellent service. Our sewer pipe broke and they were quick, did good work, and were the best price option.

Needed a backflow test done so I texted Lauren and she replied promptly with the price. After checking with a few other businesses, this was the best price so I texted back to move forward with the test. They emailed me an invoice, did the test the same day. They emailed once it was completed, I paid online and received a receipt and copy of the report. The entire process was excellent and convenient!

Ruben is punctual and honest and pragmatic.  We have hired him for several home projects and for repairs on our rental properties.  I highly recommend him.

3 hours of $125/hr labor before they ever turned a wrench!! Water heater went out so i called the folks i heard advertising on KTSA; Quarter Moon Plumbing.  They came out and wrote it up as a Tank Failure.  Not a huge deal right??  After all, it's under warranty.  You would think a plumbing company, who probably does this a lot more than me, would have a process for this... You would be wrong.  Quarter Moon made me do all the leg work of calling the Water Heater folks and getting a replacement shipped to a local Ferguson's.  After securing my own replacement, I gave this info to Quarter Moon so they could grab and install it.  They still couldn't find it.  After them failing to track down where the replacement heater was, I had to call Ferguson's to find out which location had my water heater and then let my tech know.  On top of all that... They didn't have the water heater tag so they couldn't pick it up.  So, they billed me for going to Ferguson's without the water heater tag, billed me for driving to my house and grabbing the tag, and then billed me for driving BACK to the Rim.  Quarter Moon charged me for the 3 hours of them figuring out how to pick up a water heater!!  I would think a plumbing company would have this process all figured out, but no.  3 hours of $125/hour labor before they ever turned a wrench.  Once they switched it out... they left water in my drain pan and the floor around the water heater soaked.    I will never use these folks again.

We had clogged pipes and they came out. When they got here my wife was told it would cost $80 and that she needed to get a membership for $15 per month. They ran a snake and said everything was good. The next morning one of our showers was still clogged, so we called and they came back. The same two guys showed up and said we had to pay another $80. We asked about our membership and they didn't know anything about it.  They ran the snake in the shower and said that they should have checked that the day before. The next day I walked outside and the cap was off of our outside main pipe which was full of water and clogged still. My wife called and was informed that she would be charged again even though the job was never finished. We are going to another company and would never recommend this joke of an outfit.

I had a small clog in my kitchen that was causing my laundry to back up. They wouldn't give me an estimate over the phone. Instead they waited until I was desperate and then told me when they got there how much it would be. It turned out that I had them clean the drain. They charged me more than double the price of the other companies. I would advise to get other quotes for services.
