Had a leak in my front yard. Lee showed up right at expected time and immediately got to work. Work was quick and Lee was very professional. They have always done excellent work for me and they continue to do so up until today when Mr. Austin Cantu came by and helped me with my garbage disposal.  Through the years they've done many things for me including installing a new sewer line.  I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

Braulio is absolutely amazing! He looked into a water heater issue we had on 9/20/2019, and not only fixed everything incredibly quickly, he spent the time showing me how our water system worked and why we were having the problems that we did. We heard about Braulio from a neighbor who was raving about him, and we are absolutely fans as well. We will be using Braulio with all of our future plumbing needs, and we highly highly recommend him.

This was our first time dealing with the Greenshire Handyman service and will definitely use them again. AJ was professional, knowledgeable, and patient with us on ensuring our projects would get completed as we expected. Additionally, he took the time to explain the entire scope of work and absolutely made sure we were happy with the final outcome. He even touched up some items that needed some attention. The customer service was pleasant and attentive to leaving our home as clean as possible. Great to have this business be local to us and will definitely use them again!

We've found Abel to be reliable, experienced and very easy to work with. My wife and I initially used him to install a tankless hot water heater and have since hired him for other plumbing projects with great success. He is easy to communicate with and he worked with us to accommodate our schedule. He was even able to squeeze us in after the recent ice storm, when plumbers were hard to come by. He's our go-to guy for plumbing/water projects.

I'm so happy with Mr. Rooter Plumbing! They came out to give a free estimate (wearings masks), and gave me several recommendations to fix a headache of a problem. After choosing the best option for my budget (and to prevent problems later), they came out and replaced a big chunk of my sewer pipe. The work was great! Nick was very understanding and helpful and did a great job. I'll definitely be using them again (if need be) in the future! Mr. Rooter Plumbing is very responsive, whether by phone call, email or text. Great customer service!

We had what we thought was a leaky pipe under the kitchen sink, and I've been having a hard time finding anyone who would give me a personal recommendation for a plumber.  So I resorted to yelp. Based on the Yelp reviews, Mike's Plumbing was my number one choice.  

Mike's Plumbing Service has the Responsible Plumber Endorsement from the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners.  I looked him up by his license number, and it shows License Status: Current.  Expiry Date: 04/30/2016.  It also shows Certification of Insurance: Yes. Insurance Expiry Date: 10/01/2015.

I happened to call on Friday morning before a long holiday weekend. Unfortunately for me, Mike was out of town visiting relatives and didn't respond until Tuesday.  That was my bad luck, because in the meantime, since I didn't hear back from Mike, I called my second choice (based on yelp), Mr. Plumber.  Mr. Plumber said they could send someone out right away on Friday, but I ended up (due to my schedule) arranging the appointment with Mr. Plumber on Tuesday morning.

When Mr. Plumber came out Tuesday morning, the guy said we did not have a leaky pipe.  Instead we had a leaky faucet that needed to be replaced.  Mr. Plumber said he would charge me $575.00 to replace the faucet.  YOWSERS!!!!  More than $500?  I couldn't believe it.  I felt Mr. Plumber was over-charging me, so I decided not to do business with them. For this bit of knowledge, I had to pay the $65.00 site visit fee to Mr. Plumber.  (If I had gone with their recommended repair, the $65.00 would have been absorbed into the $575.00 cost.)

I checked around and found out I could buy a nice faucet for about $200 from Lowe's or a cheap faucet for $99 + tax (about $108).  If you go into the store and sign a contract, the Lowe's on Callaghan Rd will arrange for a plumber to install the faucet for $100.  That would have been the cheapest thing, but when you go that route, you don't know the quality of the plumber you will get.

As luck would have it, after Mr. Plumber's visit and right after I got off the phone with Lowe's on Callaghan, Mike's Plumbing called me back.  Boy, was I glad to hear from him.  He said he could come over and replace the faucet for $165, as long as I could get the faucet and have it ready at the house.  Yes, this was more expensive than the $100 installation quote from Lowe's, but I had a good feeling about going with Mike, and what's more, he said he could come out and install the faucet the very next morning.  I'm guessing there would have been a lot more wait time if I had gone through some contractor through Lowe's.  So I paid an extra $65 to go with Mike.

Mike was very professional and came out the next morning to install the faucet as promised.  He did a great job.  As I'm out of town, he even sent me photos of the old and new faucet, as well as a photo of his invoice.

Cost savings by going with Mike's Plumbing: $237.00.

To be fair, if we compare apples to apples and replace with exact same quality of faucet, the price would have been an additional $80 + tax.  So if I had gotten the nicer faucet, my cost savings would have been only $150.00, but that's still a good chunk of change.

(I went with the cheaper faucet at Lowe's because I was reeling from the $338.00 total figure.  With $80 + tax more, it would have been $425.00! Goodness gracious. The cheaper faucet is fine for now, as it kept the total cost closer to $300.)

Although this was an expensive setback, the silver lining is that now I've found a good plumber.  If I ever need a plumber in San Antonio, I know who to call.  Mike's Plumbing.

We called quarter moon for a backed up toilet and shower for the home we purchased. The plumber said they pushed the blockage out to the main sewer but two weeks later: same issue. Used the toilet maybe half a dozen times. I called and the customer service manager said it wasn't covered in by their 90 day warranty because we elected not to pay another $300 up sell at the time of service for a camera run down the pipes. Also they came in at twice their estimated cost for the service in the first place. They won't be getting my business or my recommendation.

I had an appointment 9-11. Called to see when they were coming at 11:15. Dispatcher said they were busy with other calls, will not be showing up AT ALL TODAY and can reschedule me end of year or January. NO ONE contacted us and I asked why, he said they did then found it was overlook. We were booked, how do you take another job and disregard your scheduled appointment, you didn't not have this morning open! Sad that we paid for annual service so they have our money and can now hold us hostage and pull in other clients. We had our summer a/c done, the a/c backed up, ran through my ceilings downstairs. They did not properly clean the drain. . ..added comment. I got a response from Michael, noticed that now is a canned response on every poor review. I did respond. Waiting to see what happens next. By comments on other reviews, nothing

Set up an appointment twice. First a no call no show. When called they said I cancelled. Second time they said they left a message trying to reschedule.  Never received a call.
