I've used Juan once and recommended to a friend. He's very knowledgeable and professional. He is very fast to respond, even on Christmas Eve. Thank you!

Poor quality of pipe used in installing my water heater in October 2019 (just 3.5 years ago) causing corrosion on my water heater and causing leak. When I called this company back for assistance, they are not very friendly and no willing to fix the pipe, though I am ready to pay the cost. Now I need to keep looking for another company to replace the whole unit. I would not recommend this company. I have another water heater unit which is running fine for the 11 years, without any corrosion on pipe connections. The pipe material used in the connection is having poor quality. Do not trust this company.

Chris and his journeyman were professional. They answered all of my questions; they explained my tankless water heater installation. Lastly, their work was professional. I would recommend CMC Plumbing Solutions to my friends and neighbors. I am a satisfied customer.

A disappointing visit to Home Depot and came here to Hillcountry plumbers. Great customer service very friendly quick service and got the parts they were actually cheaper than I would've needed at any other place

Total frauds. Plumber gets out of the truck and immediately starts trying to sell me on upgrades and services that I didn't ask for. He showed very little interest in the project I actually called him for. When he finally presented the written estimate, I almost fainted! The bid was close to $2000.00 for a very simple one hour repair. I kicked him out and hired Andre's Pro Plumbing. They did the repair for $225.00. Buyer beware of these slimy up-charge pirates who masquerade as plumbers! FTP.

Braulio did a wonderful job removing an old vanity and installing a new one in my guest bathroom. I sent him a message via yelp and he was very quick to respond and gave me a quote on the spot without requiring pictures or having to come see the job. He came on time for the appointment and worked very efficiently and even swept after himself before leaving. The new vanity looks great, and I will definitely be using him again this fall when we put in a new tub later this year!

This was our first time dealing with the Greenshire Handyman service and will definitely use them again. AJ was professional, knowledgeable, and patient with us on ensuring our projects would get completed as we expected. Additionally, he took the time to explain the entire scope of work and absolutely made sure we were happy with the final outcome. He even touched up some items that needed some attention. The customer service was pleasant and attentive to leaving our home as clean as possible. Great to have this business be local to us and will definitely use them again!

Replied to my phone call right away, and was able to come get the job done soon after. Great service and even gave us a discount for paying in cash :)

Drain line from bathroom sink was clogged. Mr Rooter was prompt in coming out. I was charged up front $285 to unsuccessfully clean the line from under the sink. That being unsuccessful, I was charged up front $175 to try to clear the line from the roof. That was unsuccessful. Then I was given a quote of $3800 for underground tunneling and repair of the sewer line and about $1350 for a repair of a pipe in the wall. I contacted another plumber for a second opinion. He said he would give me a quote only after he tried to clear the line first. He said he would evaluate the situation and if in doing so he cleared the line, I would owe him $225. If it did not clear the line, he would not charge me and would give me a quote for the job to fix the line. He was able to clear the line, so I paid him $225. Mr Rooter may be correct and there may be a break in the line and I may have to deal with that in the future, but if I called the second guy first, for right now I would have a flowing sink drain and have saved $460.

We had what we thought was a leaky pipe under the kitchen sink, and I've been having a hard time finding anyone who would give me a personal recommendation for a plumber. So I resorted to yelp. Based on the Yelp reviews, Mike's Plumbing was my number one choice.
Mike's Plumbing Service has the Responsible Plumber Endorsement from the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners. I looked him up by his license number, and it shows License Status: Current. Expiry Date: 04/30/2016. It also shows Certification of Insurance: Yes. Insurance Expiry Date: 10/01/2015.
I happened to call on Friday morning before a long holiday weekend. Unfortunately for me, Mike was out of town visiting relatives and didn't respond until Tuesday. That was my bad luck, because in the meantime, since I didn't hear back from Mike, I called my second choice (based on yelp), Mr. Plumber. Mr. Plumber said they could send someone out right away on Friday, but I ended up (due to my schedule) arranging the appointment with Mr. Plumber on Tuesday morning.
When Mr. Plumber came out Tuesday morning, the guy said we did not have a leaky pipe. Instead we had a leaky faucet that needed to be replaced. Mr. Plumber said he would charge me $575.00 to replace the faucet. YOWSERS!!!! More than $500? I couldn't believe it. I felt Mr. Plumber was over-charging me, so I decided not to do business with them. For this bit of knowledge, I had to pay the $65.00 site visit fee to Mr. Plumber. (If I had gone with their recommended repair, the $65.00 would have been absorbed into the $575.00 cost.)
I checked around and found out I could buy a nice faucet for about $200 from Lowe's or a cheap faucet for $99 + tax (about $108). If you go into the store and sign a contract, the Lowe's on Callaghan Rd will arrange for a plumber to install the faucet for $100. That would have been the cheapest thing, but when you go that route, you don't know the quality of the plumber you will get.
As luck would have it, after Mr. Plumber's visit and right after I got off the phone with Lowe's on Callaghan, Mike's Plumbing called me back. Boy, was I glad to hear from him. He said he could come over and replace the faucet for $165, as long as I could get the faucet and have it ready at the house. Yes, this was more expensive than the $100 installation quote from Lowe's, but I had a good feeling about going with Mike, and what's more, he said he could come out and install the faucet the very next morning. I'm guessing there would have been a lot more wait time if I had gone through some contractor through Lowe's. So I paid an extra $65 to go with Mike.
Mike was very professional and came out the next morning to install the faucet as promised. He did a great job. As I'm out of town, he even sent me photos of the old and new faucet, as well as a photo of his invoice.
Price quoted from Mr. Plumber: $575.00
Price I paid:
$65 for Mr. Plumber visit (charged because I refused their services)
+ $165 for Mike's Plumbing Faucet Installation
+ $108 for new (cheapo) faucet
---------
$338.00
Cost savings by going with Mike's Plumbing: $237.00.
To be fair, if we compare apples to apples and replace with exact same quality of faucet, the price would have been an additional $80 + tax. So if I had gotten the nicer faucet, my cost savings would have been only $150.00, but that's still a good chunk of change.
(I went with the cheaper faucet at Lowe's because I was reeling from the $338.00 total figure. With $80 + tax more, it would have been $425.00! Goodness gracious. The cheaper faucet is fine for now, as it kept the total cost closer to $300.)
Although this was an expensive setback, the silver lining is that now I've found a good plumber. If I ever need a plumber in San Antonio, I know who to call. Mike's Plumbing.
I'm so glad I found Mike.

Needed a backflow test done so I texted Lauren and she replied promptly with the price. After checking with a few other businesses, this was the best price so I texted back to move forward with the test. They emailed me an invoice, did the test the same day. They emailed once it was completed, I paid online and received a receipt and copy of the report. The entire process was excellent and convenient!

I cannot recommend a more outstanding guy.
My girlfriend decided to pour about 20oz of solid bacon fat down my garbage disposal and it didn't work out very well. After a long heartfelt talk about why we shouldn't do that, I tried to fix it myself. We tried baking soda and vinegar, Drano, using an auger. Nothing worked.
Ruben responded at the last second. Came over within an hour of us hitting him up, and fixed it like a charm. He was informative and explained everything to me so I could fix it myself in the future.
I'm a customer for life. I can't thank him enough.

We had purchased a new manufactured home to be installed on our property and needed a plumber to connect water and septic. M R Plumbing was pleasant to deal with, on time and on budget with his work, which was very professional.
Thankful to have found this business. Highly recommend it.

This is our second time using Quarter Moon Plumbing. The first time was for a leak, the second time was to install a dishwasher. It was cheaper to have them do it, than to have Lowe's. My husband called in the morning and was told someone would be out in the afternoon. A little while later they called back and said there was a technician available in our area that could come out sooner, and we said sure! James arrived about 30 minutes later. He was professional, informative and friendly. He had it hooked up in less than an error. We will keep them on speed dial.

My name is Jessica contino: I have a membership with this company.... They came out to do a yearly clean on my ac unit and did an improper clean (they neglected to flush the drain line) which resulted in a clog and our indoor drain pan filled up and water overflowed and seeped into our laminate flooring in our master bedroom and caused water damage. I called this company on a Saturday night to have someone come out and no one answered. This is a 24/7 call center...I called John Wayne service company and they came out next day and cleaned up the overflowing water and cleared the clogged line. I payed about $148 to another AC company for a job Goettl was supposed to do for free. After this took place goettl sent a technician out to do a furnace tune up and take pictures of the damage. The technician was amazing! He stated manager Steve Bloomfield would call me next day to discuss the damage and what can be done... no one called... three days roll by still no call.... Usaa is now needing a written estimate for the damage so my claim can be processed and this manager has completely neglected to contact me even though everyone with this company has told him to do so. Yani with the customer service has been amazing and attentive in helping me. I was told Steve Bloomfield was going to call me immediately but he still never has. I will not be renewing my membership with this company and I would like to be contacted about an estimate for damage as well as being reimbursed for the $148 that I had to pay due to their improper clean.

I recommend reading this fully before calling Aramedia! I called Aramendia because my air conditioning was freezing up, they sent a technician same day, great; keep in mind, I am a single woman in a nice home. Kenneth recommended unclogging my condensation pipe (which I regularly do, but ok Kenneth) Kenneth came down told me it was unneeded and charged me $155.00; he added if it's the coils the estimated cost will be $1500 after an entire 20 minutes in my home. Long story short, I complained and they promptly sent a tech (Ruben) with a clean cut guy in a polo (Jean) who clearly doesn't climb into attics much; they told me they will make it right. HERE IS WHERE THE SCAM BEGINS AND ITS ALL ON VIDEO, after a full inspection Jean comes in and tells me my A/C system is a mess; a coil leak, foam insulation in the coils, outside compressor is going out because its too small for inside unit, etc. Jean shows me cell phone video (fake video) showing proof of the coils leaking with a device that beeps, pictures of the insulation, etc; Jean says repairs will be over $6500 and if I get it repaired he foresees a problem within two years. If I did not mention, I have this all on my inside camera! It quickly moved into a sales moment with estimates for a new unit, I will share pictures of the estimates in addition to the videos; 25k on the high end and 17k on the low end, with some package costing $311 a month plus tax for 10 years. I did not fall for this scam, because after the first tech left I figured out it was just a DIRTY FILTER!!! Air conditioning is working fine
