I was contacted by the city that someone had ran over my water line and it was damaged on my side.  I called Rapid Rooter at 7:40am and by 8:20am I had 2 technicians onsite fixing the damaged pipe.  The were courteous, knowledgeable & quick.  I will use them from now on.

My hot water shower knob wasn't sealed properly and was causing water to leak from the shower faucet, but I had to have the pressure reduced before it could be worked on. I spoke with an older gentleman (I apologize for forgetting your name!) and he installed a pressure reducing valve on the residential side of the water meter and an expansion tank on top of the water heater. My water heater is a bit cramped in its closet, so the tank was as well. I do wish he had packed the dirt back down after he dug up the space for the PRV. Other than that, solid work.

I believe Austin was the one who came by to quote for the original issue once the PRV and tank were installed. We went over all the different things that were needed and gave options for each. You could tell he's into remodeling and his work. He quoted a bit high so I had to go with someone else to do this job, but after seeing other plumbers, I think I would like to contract Austin for any future work if we can come to a discounted price for continued work together  

In conclusion, the work that was done is doing its job, but small improvements to execution could be made. Pride in your work and all that. Thank you and I look forward to working with you (hopefully I don't see you too often, though, because that means something is probably broken haha)

OUTSTANDING!  The service, the professionalism, the knowledge!   The team of Carlos and Tanner, Carlos being the lead, explained the way my plumbing system worked in a way that I could understand.  They answered my questions and calmed my fears.  They were honest and likable.  It was very evident to see that they weren't in it for the money!   This is the second time that I have used Mr. Rooter Plumbing and I plan to call them again for service or repair in the future!

We had a plumbing leak near our water main in the front yard. We called Mike and he came out right away and fixed it for less than hall of what other companies had quoted. We will be using him again!

Needed a backflow test done so I texted Lauren and she replied promptly with the price. After checking with a few other businesses, this was the best price so I texted back to move forward with the test. They emailed me an invoice, did the test the same day. They emailed once it was completed, I paid online and received a receipt and copy of the report. The entire process was excellent and convenient!

I used Quarter Moon in the past for plumbing services with good results.  I called for service on my AC.  After about 45 minutes, the technician said that there were several issues with my unit, and it needed to be replaced.  He worked up a quote and charged me for 1.5 hours of service.

I reached out to another AC company for a second opinion.  After several minutes, the technician explained that a wire in my unit came loose and blew a hole in the refrigerant line.  He repaired the line, replaced the wire, and added refrigerant.  The unit works fine.  What a waste of $133 and my time.

This turned out to be an interesting process. Although they were called to fix a water heater they spent much more time checking the whole house, most likely to up-sell the call. I now know the status of my water soft, for instance, although I don't think it is rela ted to the water heater.  I was told that the gas control valve and the pilot/burner assembly were bad but I was required to call the company and order the replacement parts!  When I called the company I was told that the two parts NEVER went out at the same time! The company was NOT going to provide both parts and I had to beg them plus agree to pay the shipping even though the parts were UNDER WARRANTY!  The quoted price for replacing the 2 parts was $675! I sought out another plumber and they replaced the parts for $181! I will use that other company in the future! PM me if you want their name!

Worst warranty service ever. Our AC has been broken for 2 weeks with no solution. We've had multiple techs out here multiple times and even a manager. We paid for Freon, we've waited for new parts, and still nothing. At this point they should just be replacing the unit, but nope. Even worse the manager had a bad attitude, showed up without a tech which would have been fine except he didn't have any equipment (not even a ladder), and to top it all off he was a perv. My elderly father with Alzheimer's lives with us and it's been over 100 degrees for multiple days. We thought about using the company for some mini splits and gas lines on a home renovation project, but will never use them again. If you can't fix an AC unit after 2 weeks no way I trust you to install safe gas lines.
