Our garbage disposal was leaking so I called and they got someone out within a couple of hours. Dan and his assistant were able to install a new disposal which isn't easy with the challenging set-up we have in our old home. They were also able to fix a previous issue from another plumbing company. I have used them several times for various things and each time they are extremely professional, experienced and do such a great job! Thank you!!

These guys are so incredibly HONEST. I have had them come out to our home 3 times, and each time they have delivered the best service. One time they told me 'no, don't do that.' They make sure you know exactly what you are getting and why. They are timely, sensitive to your emergency needs, and kind. I just moved San Antonio and I needed a water softener in my new house. I had been getting solicitors from GE and Kinetico and other companies come to my door about water softeners and a lot of them were just super pushy. I saw one of premier's cards and decided to check them out. They gave me a really good quote since my house was already pre plumbed for a water softener. They didn't try to oversell me or under sell me. They gave me just the right size that I need it for my water usage in my house. Austin the guy that came to install my water softener was very professional and did a great job installing. He's very particular and making sure that everything looks nice and crisp in my garage. I would highly recommend them to anybody that needs a water softener and wants to support small business.

I can't say enough good things about Standard Plumbing and its owner Braulio.  He quickly replied to my inquiry for a replacement water heater after the Feb 2021 blizzard.  He scheduled us quickly and kept us updated on his arrival by text.  After looking at our water heater, he found that only a small part had broken. He thought the water heater was in good condition otherwise and recommended only replacing the part, which was 1/10th the cost of what I planned to pay to replace the entire unit.  He said it was no problem to return the new unit he'd brought with him.  He showed me the part that was broken and gave me suggestions on how to manage the remaining years of our existing unit.

Having a plumbing emergency is not fun but Braulio is professional, knowledgeable and a man of integrity.  Plus he's a really nice person.   We are already scheduling him for another project at our home.  Highly recommended, thank you Braulio!

AJ was professional, knowledgeable, and patient with us on ensuring our projects would get completed as we expected. Additionally, he took the time to explain the entire scope of work and absolutely made sure we were happy with the final outcome. He even touched up some items that needed some attention. The customer service was pleasant and attentive to leaving our home as clean as possible. Great to have this business be local to us and will definitely use them again!

I can't recommend Abel to Plumb enough. I asked for a quote & got a response in 10 minutes & scheduled a visit for the next morning. Abel assessed the problem & fixed it within an hour. His rates are very reasonable & he's really cool & easy to work with. Call him!

Literally worth every penny. I am a satisfied customer. After living in my home for 1 month I noticed plumbing issues. Basically the sewer line was stopped up (so all I thought it was). I booked an appointment with Mr. Rooter. It took about a week for them to come out to my home. When they came he told me what I'd need and provided me a quote. I appreciate the quote upfront so that I can prepare myself. I had a clean out installed and a small portion of my plumbing line replaced. The job took 2 people to perform. While it was not the cheapest the work done was very well. I'd recommend them if you want peace of mind for a job done. If you're looking to be cheap don't call.

Needed a backflow test done so I texted Lauren and she replied promptly with the price. After checking with a few other businesses, this was the best price so I texted back to move forward with the test. They emailed me an invoice, did the test the same day. They emailed once it was completed, I paid online and received a receipt and copy of the report. The entire process was excellent and convenient!

I needed a reliable plumber to remove and set a new toilet. I settled on using Ruben's Plumbing Services. I am glad I did, he came out on a Saturday morning, and did an outstanding job, going beyond what most plumbers would do. In the future I will use this company.

Called this morning about blockage that could not be cleared with auger and they came out same day and problem was resolved. Obviously very experienced plumber and he did his best to minimize cost. Very impressed and will use again.

Had a leak and rattle.  My system is 2 years old.  Tech was very disrespectful  and also misdiagnosed  issue.  Told me I  needed new unit.  Then told me I should  contact company who installed it charged me $89 and left.  I called installer, they took care of the leak unclogging drain and the rattle...no new ac needed.  I've waited a couple  months to review to make sure things were good and everything  is in working order.  Will never call these guys again.

Great guys!  They fixed my low pressure problem quickly and efficiently.  Installed a new pressure valve and expansion tank and now I have plenty of water up to the second floor and lots of hot water.  Plus the hose works too.  Great job.
