Tsanko will show up anytime you need him and he's been nothing but amazing at solving our recent plumbing problems, including an issue with our hot water heater and knocking pipes as well as some other issues with pressure and temperature mixing.

He's incredibly efficient and a nice guy to boot, so we're happy to have him around for our plumbing needs!

Blue Lion Plumbing did an outstanding job installing my custom fit water heater. Martin brought to code an outdated heater with brand new pipes, drain and of course the heater itself.

The job required quite a bit of additional work and extended time to complete. Fantastic service from Blue Lion and no add on costs and no grumbling just absolute positivity !

Called and set an appointment.  Receptionist failed to tell me there was a $180 diagnostic fee.  Plumber said maybe he could help me out.  Didn't want to pay $180 and then have him tell me he couldn't do anything.

So glad I called Alamo Water crew. Trevor came out n was very knowledgeable n helpful and explained how bad the water was. He helped me purchase a new system as well as great financing terms. Then Jerry n his crew came out did a great job installing the unit as well as the under cab drinking system. Great bunch if guys also did an excellent cleanup job and Jerry made some great suggestions. Ms Trudy the office wizard (she's Trevor's very helpful mother), helped setup my install and credit information and got me a great financial plan. I was in need of a plumber because my water line that goes into my hot water tank broke and the pipe is welded into the house. Josh came within 2 hours on Saturday late afternoon, during this Corona Virus shutdown!! Excellent service and fast service!

By far the best service I have ever received! AC went out on a long holiday weekend. A tech was dispatched and was able to get the unit running even though it was in need of replacement. Replacement quote was very competitive and complete and upgraded system was ordered and installed without haste. Techs were very courteous, professional and clean. Good, plumbers at a fair price. I can't give them 5 stars because they were late and didn't call before they came as promised. Their plumbers were good people and informative.

In the last 5 years we have used Brad B Plumbing 3 times. His service has always been excellent. He always found time to respond to our calls in a very short time and completed the jobs with best results: Fixing a leaking toilet, replacing another toilet, replacing a trash disposal unit, replacing a broken faucet, fixing the cartridge of a low pressure shower. We fully recommending him and have only good things to say about the quality of his work.

I had a broken sink and tub shower handle in my guest bathroom. They charged $19.99 for an estimate. They provided three different option/ estimates after looking at everything in the house but the water heater. They were disappointed that the water heater was barried in the garage behind storage, and said it probably wasn't to code. The first estimate was for $4,286.01, the second was for $1,410.06, and the third was for $694.63. We decided to go to home depot and follow Stanley's Plumbing Homeowner's Guide, and fix it ourselves. The really sad part was that we told them we were on a very fixed budget because of the Covid-19 Pandemic. They talked about other repairs that could wait, yet did not tell us what needed to be replaced for our shower/bathroom. We spent $11.23 on the part at home depot. I had the opportunity to follow up with the owner, who was very receptive to making adjustments and appreciated the feedback. He takes pride in his performance and works hard to meet his customers needs. It's a difficult time with many adjustments during the Covid Pandemic, and I feel confident that he will evaluate customers feedback to improve his performance and customer service.

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner,  and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

Bill continues to demonstrate an excellent and a affordable service! My previous review of EZ Flow was on August 2016, and I was very impressed. Same thing today. Texted him Sunday morning, scheduled for Monday morning between 9 to 10. 9am sharp, a knock on the door! He inspected the mess under the kitchen sink, went out to get some parts, and by 11am everything was fixed and ready to go. Your search is over, this is THE plumber! Thank you Bill!

I used them a year ago and  was completely please.
Today, I had them out, and frankly I won't use them again. Maybe because he had gotten good reviews, he decided to make more money!

Let's see- a 30 minute travel charge (no matter how long it takes them to get here, mid day without traffic!) + hourly charge and if they are 5 minutes over (which was them writing up the bill) they charge you another part of an hour, and the topper- a $25 Truck charge for wear and tear on their trucks.

It occurs like a racket to drive up charges. I paid $173 for them to refasten a T joint in that had come loose- which they won't warranty- but offered to have it replaced for 600-800 so they could warranty it.

I am sorry- they may be good, but their new concern seems to be how much money can I squeeze out of a person.
I will go elsewhere next time!

Addendum: Just to comment to Gilbert's comment. I understand his need to defend himself. However, in this case, he is inaccurate. The original installation was 17 years ago- no problem in 17 years, so I don't think it is shoddy work by another company. Seems like normal wear and tear due to drought!
And I am very clear about the overages on time due to paperwork, etc. Perhaps my mistake was NOT checking the website before I called- I thought I could just call some service person who had done service before and I would be told BEFORE I had them here that they raised their prices significantly. I have lived and learned. Thank you.

Absolutely great service! I got a quote from Andy's initially and it was WAY too expensive. I reached out to Jacob and he immediately responded to my email. He came out the next day for a quote and his price was way better. More importantly, I recognized their tremendous service. The team came out a few days later to do the job, and it was done great! Extremely happy with their service and I recommend them to anyone who needs help with their sprinklers!

Big City Plumbing will always be our plumbing company.  They saved us during the big freeze.  Our back yard spicket and pool fill valve blew and was shooting out water. We called 14-15 plumbing companies (one of which we used all the time) and none could come within three weeks. We called Big City Plumbing.  They had a crew working in our neighborhood and said they would be right over as soon as they finished the job they were on. An hour later they arrived and fixed/insulated the spicket and fill valve. Then they didn't gouge us on the cost like all of the other plumbing companies were doing.  I have used them for all plumbing issues since then and they do good work at a fair price.  I highly recommend them.

I scheduled a simple consult with AAA Auger. 3 DAYS IN A ROW they didn't show up, calling in the late afternoon to cancel. Never again.

Terrible.  There bid was 10 times that of anyone else, tried to sell me a new unit
My unit is 2 years old.   Said it was installed incorrectly so have to redo the entire duct work

Another company came on made adjustments and was ten times cheaper. Would,not recommend to anyone.

I called roto rooter this afternoon for a clean out and I was told someone will contact me between 16:00-20:00 to confirm. I missed a call at 15:30 while I was on my way home. I called back as soon as I arrived at home like 15:50. They told me a dispatcher would call me back.  No one ever called me.  I called back at 1800 to see if someone is still making my service call. I was on hold for a long time again for a dispatcher to talk to me only to get the service rep come back saying they made several attempts to contact me and there was no answer.  I've been home since 15:50! I just canceled and went with someone else.  Don't waste your time with roto rooter! They keep you on hold and they don't adhere to schedule time of appointment and they lie cus no one there really wants to work!
