It's a great thing to have a great plumber! My shower/tub replacement was a nightmare - every step presented a challenge that required Tsanko to come up with a creative solution. I don't know if other plumbers would have stuck with it, but Tsanko just continued to figure out what needed to be done. The problems required him to work longer and do more than he initially estimated. However, when he gave me the total bill , it was no more than what he told me it would be. Completely trustworth and a really nice guy. He is going to have a very successful business - My only concern is that when the word gets out on this guy, he'll be so busy, I'll have to wait a week for an appointment!

Hired them again to scope out a broken pipe. This plumbing company will forever have my business. They are honest, hard-working and reasonably priced. They always treat me very well as a customer and show up whenever I need help.

Henry is amazing! He responded within an hour to my request for a garbage disposal installation, quoted a fair price and set an appointment with me the next day. He communicated updates on timing via text and arrived on the earlier side of the service time window (much appreciated). Payment and checkout was easy as well. Professional and friendly, I would absolutely hire Henry and Plumbit again!

We purchased our water softener several months ago and we have been very happy with the quality of the product and the customer service. During the installation, our technician bent over backwards to make our install go as smoothly as possible. We had an that came up shortly after having to do with the wireless connectivity on the unit, but that too was resolved without any hassles. Would highly recommend and you will love the reliable unit. 5 stars all the way.

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. I was in need of a plumber because my water line that goes into my hot water tank broke and the pipe is welded into the house. Josh came within 2 hours on Saturday late afternoon, during this Corona Virus shutdown!! Excellent service and fast service!

I made an appointment with them and they didn't show. I called and they seemed to forget my appointment but insisted I was on the list. They offered to reschedule, without apology.  I went with another plumber and saved some money.

When I put out the request in Yelp for estimates on a new hot water heater and install, Pete and Elite Plumbing was not only the first to respond but also ended up with the most competitive bid.  I pinged him multiple times to ensure I wasn't missing any hidden cost or fees.  He replied quickly and thoroughly to all my questions.

The estimate seemed too good to be true plus I had also seen some mixed reviews on Yelp so I wanted to be sure I did the extra due diligence before making a decision.  Not all plumbing jobs are the same and things that happened during the big Texas storm early in 2021 I had to take with a grain of salt.  After confirming all the details with Pete and researching more online, I trusted him and his team with the job.  

As a bonus, his team was ready to start work the very next day so we got it on their schedule.  Communication throughout the engagement was great.  They showed up in the window they gave me.  They finished the work fast, efficiently and professionally.  Everything went smoother than I even expected and I was very pleased with the work and overall experience.  

I can't vouch for all of their services but if you need a hot water heater installed, I can definitely give them the thumbs up!  I'll consider them in the future for other plumbing jobs that might spring up too.

Brad was able to get out quickly to replace our water reucing valve. He used a high quality replacement at a competative price.  Great to work with!

They have a great team and system going. I appreciate the texts they sent with instructions for covid procedures and I always appreciate it when they send a photo of the technician so I know who to expect. We first met Jaime about 8 years ago when he was hired by our contractor to do the plumbing for a new addition on our central Austin home.  He did all the work for a new master bath, added a tankless water heater and removed old cast iron plumbing from our 1940s home.  Two years later he came back to reroute the plumbing in our guest bath.  He did great work with both jobs and we never had any issues while we lived there.

In 2019, I referred him to a friend who was experiencing a plumbing emergency at his rental.  My friend was super impressed with Jaime's responsiveness and work and was incredibly thankful to have found an honest, trustworthy plumber to help out during an incredibly stressful time.

And in February 2021, we had a pipe break in our new home after the major freeze.  We were panicked that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed timely since it seemed like everyone else in Austin was dealing with the same issue, but Jaime came to the rescue the next day and fixed the busted pipe.

In the 8 years we have called on Jaime, every single experience was top notch. I don't know what I appreciate the most about him: his professionalism, the prompt communication, the excellent work or how wonderfully nice and pleasant he is. The fact that we have been able to call on him to work on every single home we have owned in Austin really speaks volumes about the quality of his business and his work.  Thank you, Jaime, for always being there for us when we need you. Problem: no hot water. Solution: replace thermal coupling (not entire water heater). First rate service across the board from office to field. On time, excellent communication, proper equipment on hand, and reasonable cost. Thank you Emilio. Highly recommended!

I have used Blue Dragon Plumbing for two different jobs that I was 110% satisfied on both of them!! Gilbert and his crew are all incredibly knowledgeable, honest, professional and very friendly. Gilbert is very, very thorough with his craft. The water heater installation he did is immaculate and the busted pipe they fixed is all good to go now and was fixed the SAME day I called them. I recently had another plumbing issue that I planned to call Gilbert to come fix, and sent him an email with what was going on. He gave me a call the same day, diagnosed the issue over the phone and I fixed it on my own that night with a $10 fix. I've NEVER had somebody do this for me as they always want to come out for the service charge, and whatever else additional charges that may come with the repair. This shows you how GREAT of a company Blue Dragon Plumbing is and how honest of a person Gilbert is. This is the ONLY plumbing company I will call for all my future plumbing needs and recommend anybody and everybody to call them for theirs as well. I would give Gilbert 100 stars if I could and he would earn every one of them. Thank you Gilbert for all your great work!!!!

Superior is a quality company!  They provided me a quote and was able to begin our sprinkler system installation 2 days later.  Everything works great and they cleaned up our yard as well as they could possibly after running trenches throughout it.  If you want somebody to do a professional job, call Superior and let Jacob and his team work their magic on your yard.

Called this company to repair my 3 compartment sink. Told them that 2 out of the 3 is leaking. They only fixed one and said it was functioning. Come to find out they repaired one and the other is still leaking and they are trying to charge me for the second one after I expressed that 2 is leaking. I would not recommend this place at all as they just tried to get more money out of me. All he did was replace a T and charged me $225 for parts and labor probably not even worth $150.

Jayson, one of the plumbers from AAA Auger, just left after doing some good work. Our kitchen faucet was leaking pretty badly, so he pinpointed the issue and was able to replace the so-called nipples that connect the internal pipes to the faucet and install a brand new faucet. He worked pretty quickly and didn't take all day like other plumbers said they would need to, and the price seemed reasonable compared to other quotes I had received from competitors. Additionally, he was able to honor the coupon right here on Yelp which was great. I would definitely have Jayson come back out for any other plumbing issues that we may come across down the road!

I was contacted by the owner who addressed the issues I had. He cares about his company and wanted to hear customer concerns. Appreciate the follow up.

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
