Update.....Had Tsanko out again to look at shower that stopped working.  He was able to guide me in purchasing parts and came out to fix the problem.  When I purchased a part that did not fit properly to cover the holes in the wall, I trusted him to go out to purchase and install a comparable part.  He did and I am very happy.  It was my style and works great!!

Andre and Joaquin did several jobs (mostly unfinished & sloppy work by our contractor) for our home. We were very pleased with their professionalism, responsiveness, doing plumbing the legit way (permits and all), and attention to detail. They are a smaller business so it may take them a little longer to finish the job - but they do great work! I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a good plumbing company.

Henry at Plumbit responded quickly to a request to fix a drain leak. He diagnosed the issue and was very efficient at making a reliable repair for a fair price. Professional and responsive. Highly recommend!

I will be using Blue Lion for all of my plumbing needs. I filled out an online request and was contacted right away about scheduling a visit.  John and Will were amazing! They came to my house to assess a hammering noise the pipes were making.  They identified the problem quickly and fixed it without any issues- and for a great price.  They even explained some of the ins and outs about shutting off the water, etc. to me.  Thankful for such a great experience with Blue Lion!

We got a random pipe leak right before our guests arrived for Thanksgiving. David was not the first plumber we called but was responsive, professional, and was clearly very experienced. The first company immediately jumped to the worst case scenario, and were threatening thousands of dollars for the repair.  David came out for a free preliminary estimate and was very upfront about his pricing to diagnose the source of the leak, which we greatly appreciated. He was able to work us in the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and was able to quickly find the source of the leak and fix it for a very reasonable and fair price.  He truly saved out Thanksgiving holiday since we were having to keep the water off before the leak was fixed.  We would absolutely recommend this company for plumbing needs and emergencies.

Jason my salesman was very knowledgeable and polite. He gave me all the information I needed about there systems. I appreciate the fact that he never tried to pressure me into buying the day he came to my house. I hate when sales people are pushy.  A couple of days after he came by I had another company give me a quote which was 3x's more the the quote from Alamo. I contacted Jason soon after and scheduled my installation.

A week later Eddie came to install the system. He was very professional and did a great job with the installation. His work was very clean and neat. He left no mess in my garage and the installation was complete in two hours.

Alamo water softeners was recommended to me by my neighbor and I can honestly recommend them for your water softener. They are very professional and I can already feel the difference in my water.

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Andrew, from Mr. Rooter, was awesome! It wasn't my property, but I manage the maintenance for it. He called the tenant beforehand, then called me when he arrived and told me the total price. After accepted, he immediately started working on it. We had the kitchen faucet leaking a bunch of water. After he finished, voilá! No more leaking. If you request services from Mr. Rooter, ask them to send Andrew.

The 4 stars are because I found it a bit pricey (almost $400), but the service was good, quick, and reliable.

I called Guarantee late on a Friday to help diagnose a low water pressure issue. They had someone out first thing Monday morning.

When they knocked on the door, the technicians were wearing masks and made sure it was ok for them to enter. While one checked the pressure outside, another allowed me to show them what was happening inside.

The technician told me the pressure was low and there were a few things it could be. He walked me over to the water line boxes near the curb and showed me the water pressure regulator valve. He explained that it could be that it just needed to be adjusted. He talked me through everything he was doing while he did it. Meanwhile, as he made adjustments, the other tech was taking reading at the hose bib.

After he righted the pressure to 70 PSI, he said he wouldn't charge me the full amount and only charged $45!

They were gone and my problem was fixed in 20 minutes! I felt like they were very transparent about what needed to be done.

Highly recommend. I created a work request through Yelp. The master plumber responded right away. They were able to come out the next day. Arrival window was from 4-6 and they arrived at 5:30. Our technician worked diligently to solve our problem and was successful. Will definitely use this company again.

This plumber is only concerned about his pocket book.  Without even looking at the job, he was convinced the cost would be the HIGH price he quoted.  Yeeeahhh, okay.  I'll find someone who is interested in helping the client and figuring out a solution vs. some dude who is trying to overcharge on a whim.

I have used this company several times in the past and was very happy with the service and price.  A couple of weeks ago I had a toilet removed and a new one installed which cost me 1,095.  This seems a little excessive to me as I did not get a receipt showing how much everything cost including labor , just what was done.  I did not even get any paperwork from the toilet they got at lowes telling me what kind of kohler toilet it was and the price.

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner,  and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

Had an awesome experience with EZ Flow this morning! Called first thing and was able to get someone to come fix our kitchen sink within 2 hours of calling. Theo did a great job and explained the issues and how to avoid it in the future. Will definitely be using this company for any other plumbing needs.

Gilbert just left our house and we were amazed with the level of service.  I called fairly late in the evening with a slow leak from an upstairs shower that was running into the wall below.  In spite of the late hour he came right out.  He was able to open the sheetrock, identify the leak, and cap the pipes to prevent further damage.  He was friendly, professional, and his prices were more than fair.

Timely response.Quick to find the broken line under a concrete slab and came up with a inexpensive solution to fix it. Couldn't ask for more.

From now on I will always call on Big City Plumbing for any plumbing work I need!  Prompt and courteous and professional...everyone I dealt with were awesome!  They quoted me a great price and they stayed with the price even when they had a few obstacles to overcome.  Totally satisfied!!

My pressure control valve outside gave out after 11 years, cutting off the water supply to my house.  Called them based on Yelp reviews and past experience.  Was told 20 minute show time and arrived in 20 minutes.  Got to work right away after I accepted the quote.  Got a temporary repair going to restore my water supply because he didn't have the correct PCV in his vehicle.  Told me he'd be back in 48 hrs to install the correct one.  No biggie I told
I was happy with the emergency response time and his emergency repair and had the luxury of waiting for his return.  He was uniformed and polite.  I have used AAA Auger before several times to replace bibs and internal shower faucets and that sort of thing.  The only reason I didn't give him 5 stars was because he didn't have the part needed and has to return to complete the job.  They got me out of a big jam this time and will continue to use them in the future for my plumbing issues.

If you want to be overcharged, then sit through a
sales pitch, these are your guys! Seems like technicians get commission, which is never a good model for honesty.

Called 2 other companies to see what they would have charged and were half the price.
Will NEVER use these people again. I would advise anyone to shop around first.

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
