I was really happy with the service from this business.  I had a hard time finding someone to fix my leaky toilet on Sunday of a holiday weekend, but Levon came out within an hour of my call.  The service was very efficient, and the price was reasonable.  Levon had all the needed parts with him, so we didn't need to wait for him to run to the store.  I also appreciate how he was honest about what needed to be fixed and what could wait because our house has an older plumbing system.

Tim is fabulous, thorough, and clean! He's re-routing our pipes because of a slab leak and definitely knows what he's doing. He did a wonderful job putting the new pipe in behind a cabinet because our roof is rather low and cleaned up after all of the dust and yuck that come from cutting into the wall! I'd highly recommend him to anyone!

These guys came out right away the day I called them and diagnosed my leak and since it was late evening, they turned off the water to that area and returned the next morning. They found exactly where it was and fixed it, cleaned up the area and since I had to leave before he was finished, texted me a picture of the completed work. They texted me when they were on the way both days and were very polite and respectful and were willing to work with me on the cost. I would definitely recommend them!

After 48 hours of no power, we then had 2 major pipes break which lead to water pouring from the ceiling in three different rooms in our house. We frantically searched for a good plumber to help and KMP literally saved the day and our house.

KMP was incredible from start to finish. The office was extremely nice and helpful and though they had to book us a few days out due to the overload from the storm, they promised if there were any cancellations they would get us in as soon as they could. They were AMAZING and got to us within 24 hours. John came to our rescue and, after assessing the situation, called in his two teammates Zach and Devon. All 3 of these guys were extremely professional and went above and beyond to help us fix our situation. We could not have had a better experience - especially during such a stressful time. What a joke. Called them out to get an estimate on installing a whole house water softener system that we already had. The price was outrageous (like three times the cost of the $2500 system) so they told me they would email us some options. Never heard from them so finally purchased an under the sink reverse osmosis system. Called back to see about getting it installed and they want to charge another $69 just to give me another estimate (when they were supposed to have sent us that since he already saw the house). Just a rip-off company.

The lady answering the phone was very unprofessional. Maybe try having someone who knows something about customer service talk to your customers.

This company charged me $341.93 to replace two thread-on style garden hose bibs. The total job took 45 minutes and only $15.00 in parts. When questioned about their labor rates they would not discuss or disclose a 'labor rate' and instead of offering to come to an agreement about the bill, their resolution was to try to give me a free home inspection, so they could get more work from us. No thank you! We will choose someone else, anyone else, the next time we have an issue.

Gary came out to check out my AC.  He quoted me a new unit for $18,500.  Luckily, I kept looking around and got the issue fixed for $750.00  The only thing that was wrong was I had a leak in the coil.

When our issue low water pressure escalated into no water pressure, they came same day.   Friendly and provided very good service.  Also gave recommendations for items needing replacement within the next year or so.

Good Fellas plumbing saved us from an incorrect leak diagnosis we received from another company. They were accommodating and came out immediately. They were able to immediately locate the correct leak and fix it using their thorough methods.   Chris and his team were very professional and took time to carefully explain.  We are are so appreciative for the time and money they saved us.

Could get my sprinkler system to work proper , we called 2 other places and they couldn't fix the problem. A and j unlimited found and fixed the problem in a day and half for a very reasonable price and now our sprinkler system and fountain work on schedule and like new. Thanks guys

Great experience with Brian and Blue at Professor Plumb!  I moved to Texas with my gas dryer and the home I moved into was only setup for an electric dryer.  I quoted the job with 3 different plumbers and Professor Plumb came in with the best price and best reviews.  Brian was able to setup the gas line on a Thursday, the city inspector came on Friday and green tagged the job and Brian came back Friday afternoon and finished the job.  I had my dryer working by that evening.  They also have great communication by calling ahead to let you know they are coming and they show up when they say they are going to arrive.  These guys are great and I would recommend them to anyone.

The first time I used them, was for a disposal replacement.  The installation went okay, but within a few days, my dishwasher started backing up into the sink.  I thought it was a different problem, but after hiring an appliance repair company, i found out that Big Blade had not taken the cap off the disposal line and it was causing the problem!!  They cost me $100 and when I called them about it, their response basically  'too bad'.....  So, a year later, I thought I would give them another chance.  I had a broken faucet outside.  They said they had to cut a hole in my Sheetrock to access it.  Well the hole they cut was 20 from the corner.  The faucet was 14 from the corner.....  I am a 60 year old woman and I could figure that out..  because they could not access it that way, they then chipped out the brick.  The faucet was fixed, but they left wet concrete on my patio that dried and now I cannot get it off.  When I asked about fixing the sheetrock hole, their response was to get a sheetrock guy to fix it.....  there's another couple hundred I will have to pay because of their error.  I'll never use them again.   Their plumbers take no pride in their work and obviously neither does the owner.  A reputable company would have done something to make their errors right with me.

Quick response and an awesome job done. I have a family of 7 in my house and when the toilets don't flush and the sinks don't drain it becomes an emergency. They came out on a Sunday and it became evident the problem was more than a simple clogged line. They came back out first thing in the morning and got to work. After working most of the day digging up the main line, removing all the roots (and there was a lot) and repairing the line, we can once again flush the toilets and drain the sinks. They were professional, courteous and up-front with the costs and what all was going on. I couldn't ask for more and would highly recommend them.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company. We called them to come work on 3 repairs. The first 2 were very simple yet we were charged $168. The major repair was to unclog our shower drain that was not draining. The plumber was unable to drain it because the handyman who redid our bathrooms 4 years ago washed grout down the drain which overtime formed into cement. Therefore it needed to be addressed from the outside by digging under the house to replace the p trap. This company quoted us an outrageous amount of $7800!!! We had 3 other companies give us estimates which came out to $3800, $4600 and finally $2650. Obviously we hired the cheapest one and the job was done perfectly! Clearly pure plumbing is money hungry, so beware!
