excellent service! Monday morning 8AM & we had a small creek running down the hallway. our hot water heater hose sprung a leak. shut off the breaker & water & called Plumbing Force.

Jaime was here quickly, after finishing up the job he was on. he showed my husband a few things as he replaced the hoses & moved the pipes a bit to better fit the space. he was polite, smart & cleaned it all up when done.

no more leak. my husband didn't have to tear any walls out & the price was more than fair.

I've had issues with service people in the past, plumbers in particular. Jaime restored my faith in the industry as a whole. it's a rare thing to find someone honest, fair & does the job right. we found that in Plumbing Force & Jaime.

This plumber is such a nice guy. I can't say enough good things about him. I sent him pictures of my hose bib problem requesting an estimate so that I wasn't in shock of repair. He gave me 2 estimates best and worst case and coordinated squeezing me in before going out of town. He even gave me a 3rd solution later to lower the cost.  I ended up with the not so bad repair so of course I'm happy. Thanks!

To clarify, Tracy Morgan called in the request for us. She paid the $225, had one unsuccessful visit and could not receive any communication afterward despite multiple calls. We have gotten the work done with another contractor.

We had a broken toilet. And at the time decided to upgrade a second toilet. Clearwater sent us Zack (Blue) to do the work. This was the second time he has provided service at our home. He is a professional and was on top of the job needed to do our replacements. The two men were fast and efficient. Cleaned up after themselves and hauled off the old toilets. The were on time and communicated very effectively with my wife and myself.

Roy was quick to respond to my call and we discussed my sink problem thoroughly over the phone. He was accommodating of my work schedule when we made an appointment, and we were able to handle details via text. He quickly diagnosed the problem and the cost was much less than I expected. I will use him again for any of my plumbing needs and recommend him to my family and neighbors.

Top notch service!  Received service for a leaky toilet repair. The technician was on time, repaired my toilet and treated my home with respect (not leaving any trash particles behind). I would definitely use KMP again and refer all my friends!

We had a water pressure regulator installed and a few days later noticed a very small leak. So we called Mansfield plumbing and they said someone could drop by in about three hours. Which I was very happy about. An hour and a half later he came  by to check on it. He fixed the leak and let me know to give them a call if anything else happened. Love a company that values my time, fixes issues and is just easy to work with!

I called Force Home services for a clogged drain and within a few hours I had two professionals at my house to inspect the issue. They were polite, efficient and quickly cleared the blockage. They then ran a camera and identified additional issues, which was also dealt with. The overall bill was exactly the rate as published online and there was no upsell during the entire process. I asked Rescue Air for a quote to repair a sewer backup. They sent a knowledgeable, capable associate who assessed the situation and provided a competitive quote. I would have chosen Rescue, but another company provided a better price.

I am always impressed each time I use their services.

Good Fellas plumbing saved us from an incorrect leak diagnosis we received from another company. They were accommodating and came out immediately. They were able to immediately locate the correct leak and fix it using their thorough methods.   Chris and his team were very professional and took time to carefully explain.  We are are so appreciative for the time and money they saved us.

Could get my sprinkler system to work proper , we called 2 other places and they couldn't fix the problem. A and j unlimited found and fixed the problem in a day and half for a very reasonable price and now our sprinkler system and fountain work on schedule and like new. Thanks guys

Excellent plumbers who clean up well and serve with smiles. Shoe covers and they try to do the least expensive fixes first before doing more.

Asked them for a quote to install a tankless water heater, despite promiss to send a quote they never did. Went elsewhere!

They get a star for clearing the drain and honoring their price.  But, $500 to clear the kitchen sink drain (from the kitchen sink, not like climbing the roof) and install a garbage disposal that I had already purchased from Lowe's?  (I thought I was helping by purchasing the disposal?!)  That's definitely expensive if you aren't familiar.  Then the bad list begins... Put their dirty tools on the counter.  Didn't have any floor protection so used our dog towels.  Still left drain gunk on the floor for us to clean up.  Didn't install the garbage disposal on the correct outlet so that it was switched (called them back to fix that.). Just grabbed our paper towels off the counter to clean the hands (and knowing where those hands have been, we threw the roll away.). $500 and this is the service we get?  Never again.

If you are wondering about the disparity of reviews (5-star to 1-star) I now definitely believe the lower-star reviews that specifically list their prices.  It's outrageous.  And, for the record, I contacted the company before posting these reviews.  The lady answering the phones was super nice, but the absolutely stand by their pricing.  IMHO, once they get on the site and know you have a problem that needs immediate attention, they consider you sold and quote whatever price they want.  Run, don't walk, to a company that will talk pricing over the phone before they roll a truck to your house.  These guys will not, and once they arrive, they have got you.
