Best Businesses in Fort Worth, TX
Great guys, good work, we are super happy with Eason! They even were able to do a same day appointment!

Ecovolt still has not refunded our money and has not done the work. They have a F rating from the Better Business Bureau with other people with complaints that they also want their money back. Mr Calhoun has refused to answer our calls and emails and has not responded to the Better Business Bureau or American Express so it's obvious that he's taking money and not doing anything for it.

These guys were on time, thorough, offered the best price, and were extremely friendly.
In no time flat, they installed a new plug for our electric car. They ran wires from our electric panel, through the wall, and into a new outlet they installed. No screwing around, no confusion about the project, no dirty mess as they wrapped up. Just a nice, clean plug that honestly looks like it's always been there.
I was grateful for their work and energy, and I will absolutely be calling them again.

We had these folks come out and check our kitchen can lights that kept flickering. While they gave good advice and said that it was because insulation was causing them to overheat- they still flicker after moving the insulation. I'm sure they need to be replaced.
Next- we built a big tied-in back porch Ans needed it wired for three ceiling fans and an outlet in the ceiling for party lights. They took about a day to get it done- the price was completely reasonable and the work was fantastic. The electrician had a journeyman with him and they were both proficient and respectful.
Another project- husband has a midlife crisis and buys a 10 person hot tub. This thing has to have special wiring and it's own circuit box. Called these guys again and once again we're not disappointed. It was a chore as one of the parts ended up being bad- even though the guys had hooked everything up correctly. We even got on the phone with tech support at the manufacturer who could not figure out the problem but these guys did.
I highly recommend that you give these folks a call for any electrical needs that you may have. They are prompt, honest, clean, and reasonably priced. I don't worry at all
About having these folks in my home and trust them implicitly. Support a local business and also be pleasantly surprised by the quality and value!

The people that showed up all smelled like a combination of body odor, cigarettes, and beer. The assistant, a younger man who never said so much as a word to me, looked like he hadn't showered in at least a week. They were able to install the lights I asked for in three of the four rooms. They made a HUGE mess, which they didn't even attempt to clean up nor mitigate. The previously-mentioned younger man put his knee through my ceiling.
Charles Parker - one of the owners - attempted to repair the ceiling, but failed to do so and also failed to make it right as he promised he would do so very many times. They cut a hole in my wall to install a switch without discussing it with me first. I had previously told them that I wanted all of the new lights to tie into the original switch. Apparently, they didn't listen, because a new hole and new switch were installed. This wouldn't have been too big of a deal, except for the fact that, aesthetically, the new switch was off-center to the other switch (that it was immediately next to) and smaller than the other switch.
I was originally quoted $3200 for the 20 cans that I wanted installed, or $160/light. When the job was done, I was charged $2800 - too much. Since the owner wasn't there, I paid the bill and was given a receipt that wasn't itemized; it only read, Can light installation. I contacted Charles to rectify the situation. He was less than forthcoming. I asked to be refunded the difference between what I paid and what I should have paid, based on the initial estimate that was given - $560. He promised to look into it and call me back. He did this to me three times. It wasn't until I threatened to call the Better Business Bureau that he finally agreed to refund part of my money - $400.
The lights come on and my house hasn't burnt down. But, I did have to have them come out again to fix some of the lights because they weren't initially installed properly. The lights weren't secured to the joists and were just sitting on the ceiling. When they came back, they put their knee through my ceiling - again.
Basically, I overpaid for bad work.
Employ them at your own risk.
