Great guys, good work, we are super happy with Eason! They even were able to do a same day appointment!

Ecovolt Electrical Services came out and did our generator.
When I initially put in my information for Generac, I didn't expect to hear from anyone for a few days. But we heard from them the next day, the lady that called us was very polite and gave us the average that their generators cost. She asked if that was in our budget because she didn't want to get our hopes up or waist our time if it was out of our price range before booking the initial appointment. Then she said that we could book an appointment for someone to come out and give us an accurate estimate for a generator that would work for our needs and the size of our house (we have a lake house out in the boonies) free of charge (Which was great!!!!). Then Dale Calhoun came out, he was very polite and very informative on why we would need certain things (which helped us understand the estimates he gave us). He looked around and gave us three different options with different pricing depending on which route we wanted to take.
We took about a week and a half and decided that we were gong to get a generator with Ecovolt, and I put a down payment down of $2,400.00. We were told that it would be completed in the beginning of March 2018, because of the generators they were already installing, which we understood. BUT come to our surprise they called us half way through February and said that they could begin putting in our generator that week.
So far our generator hasn't had any problems and they have called once since they put in the generator to make sure it is still satisfying our needs and running properly, or if we had any questions.
They have had great customer service from the very beginning and provided a great generator to keep our house running when it initially cant. We recommend Ecovolt Electrical Services to ANYONE looking for a generator within a great price range, and they are SO easy to work with!!
Definitely recommending them to anyone who mentions they need a generator!

Called, person who picked up didn't give a name or identify a company they were with, even when I asked is this an electrical company? All I got was Yes.
Asked about getting an estimate on a repair on an older house in Benbrook Sorry. We only do new construction. Told them I was new to the area, could they recommend anyone? No.
I know times are hard during COVID, but there should still be a baseline professionalism...

Incredibly unprofessional. Caused thousands of dollars in damages by connecting the electricity to a fireplace directly to the motor as opposed to the power junction box(?!?!?). I would give them 0 stars if I could.

The people that showed up all smelled like a combination of body odor, cigarettes, and beer. The assistant, a younger man who never said so much as a word to me, looked like he hadn't showered in at least a week. They were able to install the lights I asked for in three of the four rooms. They made a HUGE mess, which they didn't even attempt to clean up nor mitigate. The previously-mentioned younger man put his knee through my ceiling.
Charles Parker - one of the owners - attempted to repair the ceiling, but failed to do so and also failed to make it right as he promised he would do so very many times. They cut a hole in my wall to install a switch without discussing it with me first. I had previously told them that I wanted all of the new lights to tie into the original switch. Apparently, they didn't listen, because a new hole and new switch were installed. This wouldn't have been too big of a deal, except for the fact that, aesthetically, the new switch was off-center to the other switch (that it was immediately next to) and smaller than the other switch.
I was originally quoted $3200 for the 20 cans that I wanted installed, or $160/light. When the job was done, I was charged $2800 - too much. Since the owner wasn't there, I paid the bill and was given a receipt that wasn't itemized; it only read, Can light installation. I contacted Charles to rectify the situation. He was less than forthcoming. I asked to be refunded the difference between what I paid and what I should have paid, based on the initial estimate that was given - $560. He promised to look into it and call me back. He did this to me three times. It wasn't until I threatened to call the Better Business Bureau that he finally agreed to refund part of my money - $400.
The lights come on and my house hasn't burnt down. But, I did have to have them come out again to fix some of the lights because they weren't initially installed properly. The lights weren't secured to the joists and were just sitting on the ceiling. When they came back, they put their knee through my ceiling - again.
Basically, I overpaid for bad work.
Employ them at your own risk.
