Had them out to replace my garbage disposal and install a faucet, charged more than $450 for that and I supplied the faucet. Our toilet started running the night before so I had him look at that too and he said it needed a complete rebuild and would be another $300. I got online and bought the part for less the $20 and fixed it myself in 15 minutes and I am not handy. Work was fine but will completely screw you on price!

Arrived promptly repaired our toilet and was gone in about 45 minutes. Great work and I certainly use them again.

Called them to request a quote. For them to come out there was a charge that could be waived if we choose them.

Quotes are usually free because that is the cost of doing business.

I had issues wtih pipes bursting in wall since July 2018. Pipe burst again for 4th time yesterday. Today Dial 1 came out again and gave me a complete new manifold. Apparently my house built in 2006 had substandard piping and the city had my water coming to the house at 100 psi which is way over the pressure needed to supply my house and that is why pipes kept bursting. Daniel the supervisor took $1000.00 off of the bill and Curley the plumber installed a pressure gauge and the new manifold. He had to dig in my yard to complete the job. Thank you so much for taking care of my plumbing issues.

My kitchen sink exploded!  Not exactly, but that's what it felt like at the time. My mom peeled a 5 pound bag of potatoes and put the peels in the disposal.... The drain pipe detached from the disposal and I needed help ASAP - I mean, we had a lot of people coming for dinner to eat those 5 pounds of potatoes!  ALEX answered my my desperate plea for help at 3:45 on Friday afternoon and walked me through how to fix the pipe connection myself!  Cheapest plumber service call I've ever made.  Alex was so kind, calm and helpful!   Thanks so much Alex and Lex's Plumbing, you saved the day!!

I have used them 3 times so far. First time was good and I left a good review after that service. However, the second and third time I hired them were both weird. They became very combative and started insulting me personally over the phone because I asked them a question. Not to mention that the problem was not resolved.

I will no longer recommend this company to my friends and family.

Very friendly and courteous service. My parents have used pelayo a few times now and they have been very quick to respond and provide very reasonable prices along with great service. They even told my folks not to swap out some things around the house for new items as the repair wouldn't be worth it - its hard to find anyone that is this honest.

Friday night our toilet clogged and stayed clogged no matter what we did (our other toilet had been removed for a remodel). Over the weekend!  After speaking to several plumbers on Saturday morning, we selected Byron McDaniel simply because he could get here the soonest. He arrived right on time Sunday morning and installed a new one. He was pleasant and very quick. No mess left behind and his price was very reasonable. I would recommend McDaniels plumbing to anyone and will definitely use him again. Thank you Byron!

We had a plumbing leak and our neighbor recommended Big Lee. I can't say enough positive things about Lee and Jacob. They worked hard, found several plumbing problems and fixed them all with the least amount of damage to our walls and at a fair price. Have used Keyco in Saginaw several times for water-heater replacement , toilet repair , sink and drain repair . Our service man Brian Ayers does excellent work , he works hard and has manner in his dealings . This company is fair priced , and has a old-fashioned , and quality work ethic . No BS here just a well deserved review !

I had a bad experience with Dean's in April and decided to report it and write a negative review to Yelp on Nov 1.  The owner of the company called me and discussed the issue and offered restitution.  I have used the company previously and was very upset about the problem from April but am now satisfied that this was a legitimate error.  I will again use this company.

Really not sure why I'm taking the time to write this review.  All I can say is that,  I have never been ripped off like I was when I was charged almost $400 for the replacement of a switch. Could have bought the switch for less than $5.00 at Lowes.  The tech was here for 1 hour and spent more time trying to find things he could upsell to me.  As for taking the time, I have had 3 calls wanting to know how the service call went.  Once I told them the issue they just hung up.  Real nice service.  Will NEVER use them again.

I scheduled a foundation inspection with Olshan and the technician that came out was very professional and knowledgable. He carefully explained the problems I was dealing with and the options I had (I'm an idiot and needed it dumbed down). I opted to get the cable lock pilings installed and things are looking good! They were quick, clean and respectful while they were on the project. I highly recommend these guys if you need foundation repair or drainage management.
