Had them out to replace my garbage disposal and install a faucet, charged more than $450 for that and I supplied the faucet. Our toilet started running the night before so I had him look at that too and he said it needed a complete rebuild and would be another $300. I got online and bought the part for less the $20 and fixed it myself in 15 minutes and I am not handy. Work was fine but will completely screw you on price!

Had a new kitchen sink installed. The crew arrived on time and did a professional and very efficient job. Replaced all the drain lines, installed a new faucet and garbage disposal. They cleaned up the work site and charged a fair price. I'll call them for all my plumbing needs.

I had issues wtih pipes bursting in wall since July 2018. Pipe burst again for 4th time yesterday. Today Dial 1 came out again and gave me a complete new manifold. Apparently my house built in 2006 had substandard piping and the city had my water coming to the house at 100 psi which is way over the pressure needed to supply my house and that is why pipes kept bursting. Daniel the supervisor took $1000.00 off of the bill and Curley the plumber installed a pressure gauge and the new manifold. He had to dig in my yard to complete the job. Thank you so much for taking care of my plumbing issues.

We called Creech Plumbing on a Friday afternoon and they gave us advice over the phone for the plumbing issues we were having. They also said if it wasn't resolved over the weekend to call them back, that's what we did first thing Monday morning. They were very professional over the phone and even more professional in person. We called and they had someone at our front door within 20 minutes. They had many options for treatments to choose from and they resolved our problem within 10 minutes. We will definitely be calling them back for any plumbing problems we have in the future based on the timely manner and customer service alone.

I had a water supply line leaking under the sidewalk. That was leaking a large amount of water daily. I called Drip Doctor, spoke with Owner DJ. He came by the house late afternoon on a Saturday. Inspected my leak and gave me a very considerate and fair price for repair. I have recommended DJ to my friends and neighbors. I will call Drip Doctor DJ for Plumbing Repairs moving forward. .

It's rare to find a company who does what they say they will do when they say they will do it and keep you informed of the project's progress. Lasiter and Lasiter is that company.  They fixed an issue that came up from the winter snow event. I couldn't be more pleased!

This is a fantastic plumbing company.  The plumber showed up 30 minutes early, took his shoes off before entering the house, didn't smoke, used respectful language, installed better parts than what was provided with the toilet set, did efficient work, explained all charges, and the bill was more than fair.  I had a toilet (that I purchased) perfectly installed, with a new flange, new intake, and the old toilet hauled away for 215.  Great work fellas!

Friday night our toilet clogged and stayed clogged no matter what we did (our other toilet had been removed for a remodel). Over the weekend!  After speaking to several plumbers on Saturday morning, we selected Byron McDaniel simply because he could get here the soonest. He arrived right on time Sunday morning and installed a new one. He was pleasant and very quick. No mess left behind and his price was very reasonable. We had a plumbing leak and our neighbor recommended Big Lee. I can't say enough positive things about Lee and Jacob. They worked hard, found several plumbing problems and fixed them all with the least amount of damage to our walls and at a fair price. Keyco came out this morning  man had no mask on and nose dripping  I have problem with hot water heater.  He didnt know what the problem  was so told me not to worry until my  house exploited.  They charged my a trouble high price for nothing.  Complained to office manager and was told that is the way it  is  so beware

These guys are great. I have had them over on two separate occasions.

The first time Chris and Ronnie came over to install a dishwasher and sink. They were super helpful and quick. The price is competitive but the service is remarkable. We couldn't be happier with the work.

I could not recommend this company more. Jeff is the most knowledgeable plumber I've ever met. I've had probably 10 people look at the problem at my house, and Jeff diagnosed the problem quickly and provided a plan and a backup plan. He was very professional and provided me with updates throughout fixing the issue. The company called to let me know when the tech was on the way. The pricing was affordable. I will never call another company for any AC or plumbing related issues. Honest, transparent, knowledgeable, and affordable. Can't ask for anything more in a company. Thank you so much!

Olshan claims to offer a lifetime warranty which will always be honored by other Cable Lock companies. However, I had my foundation repaired by another Cable Lock company that Olshan bought, and they refuse to honor that warranty. They say that they're not really a Cable Lock company anymore, they're a Cable Lock ST Plus company (they still use the same logo), as if that were an acceptable reason to renege on a lifetime warranty agreement.

I have no idea if there are other, more reputable companies who offer more reliable lifetime warranties, but it might be worth checking around before you commit to Olshan. A lifetime warranty on a foundation repair can be a valuable asset when you go to sell your house, and it's disturbing to learn that I no longer have one.
